背景技术
作为飞行器发动机安装的燃气涡轮发动机包括压缩周围空气的压缩机,燃烧燃料和压缩的空气的燃烧室,及用于驱动压缩机的涡轮。膨胀燃烧气体驱动涡轮并也产生用于推进飞行器的推力。

图3示出了发动机1的侧视图和根据本发明的废液在清洁期间如何被收集。相似的部件用与图2同样的标记数字示出。收集器3包括小滴分离器31,槽36和斜槽302。作为液流201离开发动机的液体在小滴分离器31中与运送的空气分离。以液流202,液流203,液流204和液流205离开发动机的液体通过斜槽302收集。从小滴分离器31和斜槽302射出的液体在槽36内被收集。
小滴分离器31包括封闭小滴分离器型面的框架。小滴分离器31具有指向气流201的进口表面32和与进口表面32相对的出口表面33。气流201在进口表面32进入小滴分离器并在出口表面33离开小滴分离器。液体被捕获在分离器31中,因此气流301在穿过小滴分离31后基本上没有液体。小滴分离器31包括垂直设置在框架内的分离器型面。分离器型面使气流偏转。结果小滴的动量使它们撞击到型面表面上。小滴聚结在一起并形成液体膜。膜上重力的影响使液体排到型面底部,并在表面34作为液流35离开小滴分离器。废液流35通过重力落入槽36。
小滴分离器31包括封闭小滴分离器型面的框架。图8示出了用于使用分离器型面分离空气携带的小滴的技术。气流的方向用箭头示出。小滴分离器型面平行设置,以允许气流通过分离器。小滴分离器型面直立设置,以允许型面表面上的液体通过重力获得向下的路线。图8示出了从上面和向下观看的三个小滴分离器型面的截面。小滴分离器型面81成形为如图8所示。在大约从型面前缘至尾缘的中间距离处,液体捕集器82成形为用于收集型面81表面上的液体的凹坑。小滴84在小滴分离器型面之间由气流运送。在分离器里面,空气由于型面81的几何形状被偏转。气流偏转足够迅速,使得不允许小滴随空气流动。小滴84的惯性随后允许小滴不偏转地行进,并在点83碰撞到型面81上。当液体继续在型面表面上增加,液体膜85形成,其中气流剪切力将运送液体85进入液体捕集器82。在液体捕集器82中,液体将增加并依靠重力向下倾泻。
图3示出了安装在发动机1下面的斜槽302。斜槽302将收集液体202,203,204和205,如图3所示。斜槽302具有前端39和后端38,其中前端39垂直高于后端38定位。因为前端39比后端38高,斜槽是倾斜的。在图3中,斜槽302的倾斜将允许斜槽内的液体从左边流至右边。后端38设置在槽36的上面,使得液体将作为液流37从斜槽302倾泻入槽36。根据可选的实施例,斜槽302合并入槽36和水箱302中,从而形成一个单一的单元。
在清洁期间离开发动机的液体包括水,清洁剂和外来物质。外来物质是固体和溶解在水中的离子的形式。在具体清洁场合从发动机出来的东西依赖于许多方面,诸如何时进行的最后清洁,发动机运转的环境,等等。并且,废液在一次清洁场合包含高数量的固体,而在另一清洁场合固体数量低。类似地,废液在一次清洁场合包含高数量的离子,而在另一清洁场合离子数量低。这导致废液处理系统在其设计中必须灵活,使得在每次场合可以进行大多合适的处理。图4a描述的废水处理系统示出了根据一个处理方案的部件和处理。图4b示出了同样的部件但不同的处理方案。图4a和图4b中的方案是两个可能的方案的例子,其中本领域内普通技术人员能设计另外的方案且仍保持在本发明的目的内。
可能存在废水不危险的清洁场合。在这种情况下,用于除去危险成分的处理是不必要的。不危险的废液可以随后直接处置到下水道。为使单元的操作者能决定废水是否应该在处置前经受进一步处理或直接处置掉,操作者可以进行测试。为了这个目的,可能的测试为测量水的电导率。该测试允许当场决定直接处置到下水道或允许废水进一步的处理。可以使用小的便携的和电池供电的电导率测量计。根部本实施例,测试步骤包括把测量探针插入废水中并记录电导率读数。记录的值随后与代表从实验室分析来自发动机清洁的废水获得的经验的可接受的和不可接受的值的表比较。用于测量电导率的电导率测量计的使用仅仅是一个例子。依赖于发动机类型和发动机运转的环境,操作者可以发现更合适的可选的测试方法。
在图4a中,槽36收集如液流401的废液流。从槽36底部的开口,废液进入水箱303。允许水箱303中的废液沉淀一些时间,通常小于30分钟。具有比水高的密度的颗粒将沉淀到水箱303的底部406。通常沉淀到底部的颗粒是燃料固体残留物,焦化的碳氢化合物,压缩机污垢物质等。具有比水小的密度的颗粒将漂浮到废液的表面407上。通常漂浮到表面的颗粒是油,脂肪,花粉,昆虫残留物,来自与鸟碰撞的残留物等。在底部沉淀物和表面物质之间,废液可能包含金属离子和很小的不沉淀到底部或漂浮到表面的颗粒。
图4a示出了使不沉淀废液成为不危险液体的处理过程。水箱303的出口408允许废液在导管42内离开。泵43泵送导管42内的液体至导管41。液体随后继续到达过滤器47。过滤器47是商业上可得到的类型的沉淀类型的过滤器。该过滤器将分离粗的和很细的颗粒。在过滤器47内过滤后,液体继续在导管48内到达过滤器49。过滤器49是用于金属离子分离的过滤器。过滤器49可以是包括金属微粒材料物质的床的过滤器。金属微粒物质从相对于废水金属离子的氧化还原能力具有良好的氧化还原能力的金属中选择,以建立与金属离子自发氧化和还原反应的条件。金属微粒类型的过滤器在US 4,642,192中描述。在过滤器47和过滤器49过滤后,废液现在消除了颗粒和金属离子。废液继续在导管403内以在下水道内处置或到达水箱(没有显示),以稍后在下水道内处置。
水箱303在顶部打开。水箱303排干废液后,漂浮在废液表面上的物质连同在水箱303底部406沉淀的物质可以通过使用布擦除或相似的操作手工收集。随后允许以安全的方式处置这种物质。
如果液体是不危险的,上面描述的处理是不必要的。不危险的液体可以通过打开阀409处置到下水道中。
图4a的方案适于处理具有高数量固体的废液。水箱303那么作为用于固体的沉淀水箱使用,且因此减轻了沉淀过滤器47上的负载。图4b示出了相对图4a的方案的一个可选的方案。在图4b中,水箱303作为用于储存废液后处理的储存水箱使用。图4b中的方案适于处理具有低的或中等的固体含量的废液。图4b中相似的部件用与图3和图4a同样的标记数字示出。作为液流304离开槽36的废液由泵43泵送到导管42内。液体在导管41内离开泵43。在过滤器47和过滤器49内与图4a所示的相似的处理后,液体在导管403内继续到达水箱303。进入水箱303的液体现在消除了颗粒和离子。在本实施例中水箱303将作为储存水箱,直到其适于释放其内容物到下水道中。液体通过打开阀409处置到下水道。
根据本发明的后处理或处置方法和装置和收集方法和装置可以彼此独立地使用。
图5示出了收集装置和安装在可移动的拖车上的水处理单元。收集器3和废水处理单元在拖车50上的安装允许本发明在飞机场服务飞行器发动机方面变得实用。当一个发动机被清洁时,单元收集和处理废水。发动机清洁结束后,拖车移到下一个飞行器发动机,等等。如图5所示的在拖车50上的安装仅仅是一个例子。任何本领域中的普通技术人员能设计不同的拖车且仍保持在本发明的目的内。相似的部件用与图2,图3和图4同样的标记数字示出。
拖车50包括框架51。框架51位于在装备有轮子52的底盘(为了清楚没有示出)上。小滴分离器31由安装在框架51上的支架支撑。斜槽302,槽(为了清楚没有示出),水箱303,泵43,过滤器47和过滤器49安装在框架51上。根据本实施例,水箱303具有500升的容积。在拖车的每个左边和右边上的屏障55防止空气携带的液体逃逸到侧面。把手56允许拖车能手拉或用车辆拉。
图6示出了根据本发明的为安装在机翼下的发动机1的操作定位的拖车50。可以看出,拖车50和飞行器之间没有物理接触。小滴分离器31通过调整工具,例如,可以是液压,气动,或链驱动单元,可如箭头指示在高度上调整。小滴分离器31在高度上的调整使得拖车可以定位在飞行器的机翼下面。小滴分离器31在高度上的调整使得拖车能用于来自不同的飞行器制造商和具有不同的发动机的不同的飞行器类型。根据实施例,小滴分离器31的位置可以相对于发动机1在垂直,水平或侧向方向上调整。
图7示出了装备有用于提升框架51到用于收集来自清洁安装在尾部的发动机71的废水的位置的剪式提升机构73的拖车50。根据实施例,框架51的位置可以相对于发动机71在垂直,水平或侧向方向上调整。拖车50也可以包括用于驱动用于小滴分离器31的调整工具和剪式提升机构73的马达。在拖车50和飞行器之间没有物理接触。剪式提升机构73的使用使得拖车能用于来自不同飞行器制造商和具有不同的发动机的不同的飞行器类型。

Claims (30)

1.用于收集和处理来自发动机清洁的废液的系统,其特征在于,所述的系统包括:
用于在发动机(1)的清洁操作期间收集废液的收集装置,其中,所述的收集装置包括:
具有进口表面(32)和出口表面(33)的液体分离工具(31),其设置为从进入所述进口表面(32)的气流(201)中分离清洁液,所述气流(201)在所述发动机(1)清洁操作期间从所述发动机(1)射出;及
设置为收集来自所述液体分离工具(31)的分离的液体(35)和来源于清洁操作的离开发动机的液体(202,203,204,205)的液体收集工具(302,36);及
用于处理在所述清洁操作期间收集的废液的处理装置,其中所述处理装置包括:
设置为从所述液体中除去颗粒和离子的过滤器工具(47,49),其中
所述处理装置连接到液体收集装置,使得废液从所述液体收集工具(302,36)引导至所述处理装置,以在所述过滤器工具(47,49)内处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述收集装置还包括
设置为收集和储存由所述液体收集工具(302,36)收集的来自所述液体分离工具(31)的分离的液体(35)和来源于清洁操作的离开发动机(1)的液体(202,203,204,205)的液体储存工具(303)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的系统,其中所述的处理装置还包括设置为收集和储存由所述过滤器工具(47,49)处理的液体的液体储存工具(303)。
4.根据权利要求1,2或3所述的系统,其中所述的液体分离工具(31)包括设置为偏转气流以从气流(201)中分离废液小滴(84)的分离器型面(81)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的系统,其中所述液体分离器型面(81)设置为引导所述液体到指向所述液体收集工具(302,36)的表面内的开口。
6.根据前面权利要求的任何一项所述的系统,其中所述过滤器工具包括:
设置为从所述液体除去颗粒的第一过滤器工具(47);和
设置为从所述液体除去离子的第二过滤器工具(49)。
7.根据前面权利要求的任何一项所述的系统,其中所述处理设备还包括设置为从所述液体储存工具(303)或从所述液体收集工具(302,36)泵送液体到所述过滤器工具(47,49)的泵送工具(43)。
8.根据前面权利要求2-7的任何一项所述的系统,其中所述液体收集工具包括:
设置为从所述液体分离工具(31)收集分离的液体的漏斗工具(36);及
设置为在所述清洁操作期间位于所述发动机下面以收集和引导液体离开所述发动机(1)到所述漏斗工具(36)的引导工具(302)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的系统,其中所述漏斗工具为设置为引导液体进入开口到所述储存工具(303)的进口的槽(36)。
10.根据权利要求8所述的系统,其中所述漏斗工具直接连接到所述泵送工具(43)。
11.根据权利要求8,9或10所述的系统,其中所述引导装置为具有前端(39)和后端(38)的斜槽(302),所述前端(39)垂直高于所述后端(38)设置,其中所述后端(38)设置在所述漏斗工具(36)处,使得由所述斜槽(302)收集的液体被引导至所述漏斗工具(36)。
12.根据权利要求6所述的系统,其中所述第一过滤器工具(47)为沉淀类型的过滤器。
13.根据权利要求6所述的系统,其中所述第二过滤器工具(49)为金属微粒床类型的过滤器。
14.用于收集来自发动机清洁的废液的收集装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
具有进口表面(32)和出口表面(33)的设置为从进入所述进口表面(32)的气流(201)中分离清洁液的液体分离工具(31),所述气流在所述发动机(1)清洁操作期间从所述发动机(1)射出;及
设置为收集来自所述液体分离工具(31)的分离的液体(35)和来源于清洁操作的离开发动机的液体(202,203,204,205)的液体收集工具(302,36)。
15.根据权利要求14所述的收集装置,还包括:
设置为收集和储存由所述液体收集工具(302,36)收集的来自所述液体分离工具(31)的分离的液体(35)和来源于清洁操作的离开发动机(1)的液体(202,203,204,205)的液体储存工具(303)。
16.根据权利要求14或15所述的收集装置,其中,所述液体分离工具(31)包括设置为偏转气流以从气流(201)中分离废液小滴(84)的分离器型面(81)。
17.根据权利要求16所述的收集装置,其中所述液体分离器型面(81)设置为引导所述液体到指向所述液体收集工具(302,36)的表面内的开口。
18.根据权利要求14-17的任何一项所述的收集装置,其中所述液体收集工具包括:
设置为从所述液体分离工具收集分离的液体的漏斗工具(36);及
设置为在所述清洁操作期间位于所述发动机下面以收集和引导液体从所述发动机(1)离开至所述漏斗工具(36)的引导工具(302)。
19.根据权利要求18所述的收集装置,其中所述漏斗工具为设置为引导液体进入开口到所述储存工具(303)的进口的槽(36)。
20.根据权利要求18或19所述的收集装置,其中所述引导工具为具有前端(39)和后端(38)的斜槽(302),所述前端(39)垂直高于所述后端(38)设置,其中所述后端(38)设置在所述漏斗工具(36)处,使得由所述斜槽(302)收集的液体被引导至所述漏斗工具(36)。
21.用于处理来自发动机清洁的废液的处理装置,所述液体在发动机清洁操作期间被收集,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
设置为从所述液体中除去颗粒和离子的过滤器工具(47,49)。
22.根据权利要求21-23的任何一项所述的处理装置,其中所述处理装置还包括设置为收集和储存由所述过滤器工具(47,49)处理的液体的液体储存工具(303)。
23.根据权利要求21或22所述的处理装置,其中所述过滤器工具(47,49)包括:
设置为从所述液体除去颗粒的第一过滤器工具(47);和
设置为从所述液体除去离子的第二过滤器工具(49)。
24.根据权利要求21,22或23所述的处理装置,其中所述处理装置还包括设置为泵送液体到所述过滤器工具(47,49)的泵送工具(43)。
25.根据权利要求23所述的处理装置,其中所述第一过滤器工具(47)为沉淀类型的过滤器。
26.根据权利要求23所述的处理装置,其中所述第二过滤器工具(49)为金属微粒床类型的过滤器。
27.用于在所述发动机清洁操作期间服务发动机的可移动的拖车包括配备有轮子的底盘,其特征在于,所述拖车包括:
设置在所述底盘上的根据权利要求1-13的任何一项所述的系统;
用于相对于所述发动机(1)调整所述液体分离工具(31)和/或所述液体收集工具(302,36)和/或所述液体储存工具(303)的位置的调整工具(73)。
28.根据权利要求27所述的可移动的拖车,其中用于调整所述液体分离工具(31)的位置的所述调整工具(73)和用于相对于所述发动机(1)调整所述液体收集工具(302,36)和/或所述液体储存工具(303)的位置的所述调整工具设置为在垂直,水平,或侧向方向上调整所述位置。
29.根据权利要求27或28所述的可移动的拖车,其中所述液体分离工具(31)设置在支架上,支架设置在所述底盘上且支架包括用于调整所述液体分离工具(31)的位置的所述调整工具,所述调整工具为液压,气动或链驱动单元。
30.根据权利要求27,28或29所述的可移动的拖车,其中用于调整所述液体收集工具(302,36)的位置的所述调整工具为设置在所述底盘上的剪式提升机构(73)。
