本发明公开一种玻璃瓶模具的清洗装置，包括喷头Ⅰ、外壳、开关、连接杆、万向转头、夹钳和喷头Ⅱ，喷头Ⅰ和喷头Ⅱ固定安装在外壳表面两侧，开关安装在外壳顶端，连接杆安装在外壳顶面上，万向转头安装在连接杆末端，两个夹钳安装在万向转头上，开关、连接杆和万向转头通过电线连接在一起，可以快速的提高清洗速度，工作效率大大提高，不需要多名工作人员一起协助之下才能完成工作，节省了大量的工作时间。

本发明涉及一种清洗装置，具体是一种玻璃瓶模具的清洗装置。
背景技术
在生产加工玻璃瓶的时候需要用到模具，在模具使用完后需要将模具清洗干净存放，若干不清洗干净再次使用的时候就会发现模具表面已经腐化不能使用，所以清洗工序尤为关键，通常工作人员都是使用工具将模具反复刷几遍，然后在细微处进行仔细刷洗，这样虽然使模具清洗得很干净，但是工作效率特别的慢，需要多名工作人员一起协助之下才能完成工作，浪费了大量的工作时间，工作效率也大大降低。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种玻璃瓶模具的清洗装置，可以快速的提高清洗速度，工作效率大大提高，不需要多名工作人员一起协助之下才能完成工作，节省了大量的工作时间。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的一种玻璃瓶模具的清洗装置，包括喷头Ⅰ、外壳、开关、连接杆、万向转头、夹钳和喷头Ⅱ，喷头Ⅰ和喷头Ⅱ固定安装在外壳表面两侧，开关安装在外壳顶端，连接杆安装在外壳顶面上，万向转头安装在连接杆末端，两个夹钳安装在万向转头上，开关、连接杆和万向转头通过电线连接在一起。
所述的喷头Ⅰ和喷头Ⅱ表面开有若干个通孔。
所述的外壳的材质是不锈钢。
可以快速的提高清洗速度，工作效率大大提高，不需要多名工作人员一起协助之下才能完成工作，节省了大量的工作时间，本装置使用简单，适用于任何尺寸的模具。

如图1所示，本发明采用的一种玻璃瓶模具的清洗装置，包括喷头Ⅰ1、外壳2、开关3、连接杆4、万向转头5、夹钳6和喷头Ⅱ7，喷头Ⅰ1和喷头Ⅱ7固定安装在外壳2表面两侧，开关3安装在外壳2顶端，连接杆4安装在外壳2顶面上，万向转头5安装在连接杆4末端，两个夹钳6安装在万向转头5上，开关3、连接杆4和万向转头5通过电线连接在一起。
所述的喷头Ⅰ1和喷头Ⅱ7表面开有若干个通孔。
所述的外壳2的材质是不锈钢。

1.一种玻璃瓶模具的清洗装置，包括喷头Ⅰ（1）、外壳（2）、开关（3）、连接杆（4）、万向转头（5）、夹钳（6）和喷头Ⅱ（7），其特征在于，喷头Ⅰ（1）和喷头Ⅱ（7）固定安装在外壳（2）表面两侧，开关（3）安装在外壳（2）顶端，连接杆（4）安装在外壳（2）顶面上，万向转头（5）安装在连接杆（4）末端，两个夹钳（6）安装在万向转头（5）上，开关（3）、连接杆（4）和万向转头（5）通过电线连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃瓶模具的清洗装置，其特征在于，所述的喷头Ⅰ（1）和喷头Ⅱ（7）表面开有若干个通孔。
