背景技术

在操作中,多个显示模块在支撑框架(未示出)内互连以便形成通过显示控制模块(未示出)操作的模块化大型显示器(未示出)。图1A至1E示例说明示例性的多个发射照明元件100的阵列。然而,实际阵列大小和形状不限于在这些阵列例子中提供的那些。

图3是根据本发明的砖形组件300的可视侧的透视图。砖形组件300适合于用作独立显示器,或者可以在一组砖形组件300内操作以便形成更大显示器(未示出)。砖形组件300包括多个矩形显示模块120,例如两个、面板310、驱动电路印刷电路板(PCB)320、散热片330、服务(发光二极管)LED340、备用电池350、冷却风扇360和显示外壳370。
面板310是装入矩形显示模块120的保护玻璃盖。驱动电路PCB320包含开关各个发射照明元件100和控制显示强度的电子电路。散热片330和冷却风扇360是调节砖形组件300内的温度的热管理部件。服务LED340可由用户维护人员读取并表示砖形组件300内的故障。备用电池350在停电的情况下,提供辅助电源以便允许砖形组件300存储掉电前的显示配置设置。
在操作中,驱动电路PCB 320通过数据电缆(未示出)从控制器模块(未示出)接收控制信号,并使用该信号来启动和调制产生整个显示器的一部分的矩形显示模块120的照明。大型显示器由砖形组件300的阵列构成,例如大型墙显示器。
图4A和4B是根据本发明的杆组件400的透视图。杆组件400包括在单个垂直表面上以垂直维数堆叠的多个显示模块,例如矩形显示模块120。杆组件400还包括杆支撑构件410、用来向矩形显示模块120(未示出)传送数据和电力的敷设电缆和将显示砖固定到杆(未示出)上的机械装置。
杆组件400能具有安装在杆的不止一个垂直表面上的矩形显示模块120。另外,杆的单个垂直表面可以包含矩形显示模块120(未示出)的不止一个垂直堆叠。安装在杆组件400上的各个矩形显示模块120的距离是可变的。杆组件400通过例如将一端固定到地中而被现场安装。锚定杆组件400的其他装置也是可能的,如图4B所示。
在操作中,杆组件400通过数据电缆(未示出)从控制器模块(未示出)接收控制信号,确定显示器的每个发射照明元件的照明级。然后,杆组件400照明以便产生杆组件400可观察图像。
图5是根据本发明的电缆连接组件500的透视图。电缆连接组件500包括以线性形式安装在安装电缆510上的多个显示模块,例如四个矩形显示模块120。另外,电缆(未示出)用来向矩形显示模块120以及将矩形显示模块120安装在杆(未示出)上的装置传送数据和电力。在操作中,并行操作的多个电缆连接组件500产生由显示控制模块(未示出)操作的整个大型显示器(未示出)。
图6A和6B分别示例说明根据本发明的带组件600的侧视图和前视图。带组件600包括以线性方式固定在带状安装子组件610上的多个显示模块,例如九个矩形显示模块120。使用其他显示模块几何结构,例如三角形显示模块110、五边形显示模块130、六边形显示模块140或八边形显示模块150是可能的。带状安装子组件610是能紧密地固定矩形显示模块120,同时提供灵活性,从而允许带组件600弯成各种形状,使得能实现各种非正交、三维表面,例如球面、圆锥或桶状表面的柔性材料,例如聚合物的带。带状安装子组件610还提供用于将带(未示出)上的数据和电力连接与彼此相邻的矩形显示模块120互连的电缆连接。带组件600的柔性还允许紧密封装长带(未示出)。带组件600还具有各种长度和宽度。其他带状和设计,包括弯曲形状也是可能的。

图9A示例说明根据本发明的直接安装显示组件900。直接安装显示组件900由直接安装显示外壳910、铰链机构912、安装附件914、建筑墙壁916和控制器918形成。图9B描述直接安装显示组件910的透视图以及包括直接安装显示外壳910,其包含多个显示模块,例如六个矩形显示模块120。
直接安装显示组件900由通过铰链机构912安装的直接安装显示外壳910形成,其允许容易调整显示角度,例如方便维护或移除。通过安装附件914将直接安装显示组件900锚定到建筑墙壁916上。控制器918能安装在建筑墙壁916内并包含显示控制功能和显示组件900的操作所需的电源。
在操作中,多个直接安装显示组件900通过数据电缆(未示出)从控制器918接收控制信号,确定显示器的每个发射照明元件的照明级。然后,直接安装显示组件900照明以便产生大型显示器。
图10A示例说明根据本发明的安装幕组件部1000。安装幕组件部1000由幕1010和多个显示模块,例如六个矩形显示模块120形成。安装幕组件部1000是可以包含多个安装幕组件部1000的整个大型显示器(未示出)的一部分。
图10B示例说明根据本发明的幕组件显示底座1011。幕组件显示底座1011在幕1010上具有多个按钮插孔1012,例如四个,矩形显示模块120通过“适当卡扣”按钮1014安装在幕上。另外,可通过双头螺栓(未示出),经过幕1010上的“按钮孔”(未示出)并通过螺母(未示出)适当固定,能将矩形显示模块120安装到幕1010上。安装矩形显示组件的多种另外的装置是可能的,诸如幕1010中的缝制袋(未示出)。通过使用安装幕组件部1000使用其他显示模块几何结构,例如三角形显示模块110、五边形显示模块130、六边形显示模块140或八边形显示模块150是可能的。另外的效果是可能的,例如,可以传统地印刷幕1010的结构,以便产生使用用于照明或图像增强的矩形显示模块120的标识或广告牌。
幕1010的形状和尺寸能改变。另外,能通过使用例如按钮1014将多个显示模块,例如矩形显示模块120连接到幕上。通过按可变距离,有选择地将矩形显示模块120放置在幕1010上,能修改显示间距。在安装期间,输送显示模块通过幕1010以及在它们后隐藏导线。另外,幕1010可以是“夹层”结构,例如,第二层能添加能穿过电缆(未示出)的缝合沟道以便提供用于控制信号和电力的电子互连。
图11A示例说明根据本发明的幕棒机构1100。幕棒机构1100由安装在幕棒1110之间的幕1010组成。幕棒1110通过附件1112固定到墙壁、天花板或类似的固定表面上(未示出)。
图11B描述数据和电力电缆1114,其包含在幕棒机构1100内。数据和电力电缆1114提供例如不显然地安装在墙壁内或附件1112上的控制器盒(未示出)的连接。以不影响像素间距的间隔分开幕棒1110。
在操作中,多个安装幕组件部1000通过数据电缆(未示出),从控制器组件接收控制信号,确定显示器的每个发射照明元件的照明级。然后,安装幕组件部1000照明以便产生大型显示器。
本发明是用于发射照明显示模块的多个封装几何结构和相应的支撑机构。因此,为产生集成的大型显示器的目的,提供用于多个照明模块的支撑框架。本发明的封装几何结构包括:三角形显示模块110、矩形显示模块120、五边形显示模块130、六边形显示模块140和八边形显示模块150。因此,提供具有各种形状因子的照明模块和封装几何结构,能固定到支撑框架上以便产生具有非直线外围的各种大型平面或非平面显示器。本发明的支撑机构包括:显示砖组件200、砖形组件300、杆组件400、电缆连接组件500、带组件600、固定机构700、网格组件800、直接安装显示组件900、安装幕组件部1000以及幕棒机构1100。因此,提供能构造成多种平面或非平面几何结构的多个支撑框架,从而支撑机构保持单一或多种类型的多个显示模块以便产生大型显示器,以及展示能按不同形式放置照明元件以便实现不规则间距的支撑框架。
本发明绝不限制在附图中所示的上述实施例,相反,能用多种变形实现根据本发明,能用在显示中的这种机构封装和支架,同时仍然在本发明的范围内。
Claims (8)
1.显示器,包括保持单一或多种类型的多个发射照明模块的支撑,其中,提供非直线几何结构,可选地,三角形、矩形、五边形、六边形或八边形几何结构的机械封装用于发射照明模块,以及其中,所述支撑能具有二维或三维形状,以及可选地,可以是显示砖组件、砖形组件、杆组件、电缆连接组件、带组件、网格组件、直接安装显示组件、安装幕组件部和/或幕棒机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其中,所述显示器是大型显示器。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其中,所述机械封装和支撑使得它们允许构造具有非直线外围的显示器。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其中,所述机构封装和支撑使得它们允许构造所述显示器的非平面几何结构,可选地,拱形、鞍形或其他弯曲形状。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其中,以不均匀方式分布由所述支撑保持的所述发射照明模块以便实现不规则间距。
6.用于发射照明模块的机械封装,用在如权利要求1所述的显示器中,其中,所述机械封装具有非直线几何结构,可选地,三角形、矩形、五边形、六边形或八边形几何结构。
7.发射照明显示模块,用在如权利要求1所述的显示器中,其中,所述发射照明模块被提供具有非直线几何结构,可选地,三角形、矩形、五边形、六边形或八边形几何结构的机械封装。
8.支撑,用在如权利要求1所述的显示器中,其中,所述支撑可以是显示砖组件、砖形组件、杆组件、电缆连接组件、带组件、网格组件、直接安装显示组件、安装幕组件部和/或幕棒机构。
