技术领域

背景技术
诸如呼叫转移、电话会议和语音邮件的高级通信服务在很久以前就已经能提供给使用电话服务的个人和公司用户。然而，因为这样的服务依赖于电话运营设备，并且因为不是所有的电话交换机目前都支持所有可用的高级通信服务，因此很多用户依然不能在他们家或他们的工作地点利用这些服务。此外，即使用户可以在他或她的通常通信地点利用这种服务，如果用户通过另一个人的通信设备、个人计算机、便携式电话或公用电话尝试接入，也可能得不到服务。换句话说，接入这样的服务受使用中的设备、电话运营商提供的设备和特定用户预先签约的严格限制。
现在通常用专用设备和专有软件在电话系统上提供各种高级服务，诸如缩位拨号、密码服务、自动报警、多线搜索、呼叫转移(占线、无回应、无条件和选择性)、呼叫接受(选择性)、回电、区别铃音、网络语音邮件和侦听服务。当在通信网络中使用模拟电话交换机时，例如在很多边远地区，几乎不能给用户提供这些高级服务。与此相似，如果使用基本数字交换机，根据数字交换机的软件，也可能不能提供上面提到的一些高级服务。
目前，当要求给模拟交换网络内的网络用户提供高级电话服务时，必须购买专有数字交换机，以及专有计算机操作系统和专有软件。如果网络使用数字交换机并且需要给网络增加高级服务，可能必须得到替换的数字交换机和支持软件。在任一种情况下，用“新一代”交换机更换过时的“传统”交换机。在可选择的办法中，一些特征能通过升级交换机和它的专有软件而加到现有数字交换机中。无论采用哪种升级方法，得到、安装、测试和维护必备硬件和软件的过程都要耗费大量的费用和时间。因此，无论是将模拟交换机升级为专有数字交换平台(例如朗讯科技或北电网络提供的)，还是将现有数字交换机升级以提供附加服务，都需要大量的费用和工作。
因此，如果有办法可以在不替换或升级现有传统交换机和支持软件的情况下给用户提供增强的通信服务，那么可以节约时间、工作和费用。通过连接更古老的模拟或数字“传统”交换机，并且通过在满足电话公司的功能和技术要求的工业标准计算机平台上操作，本发明的平台和方法(下文统一称为“系统”)可以满足上面的要求。
除了硬件和软件限制外，客户使用的付费平台进一步限制了高级通信服务的使用。在电子通信领域中公知的是，可以用诸如电话呼叫卡的预付费卡来使用通信服务并付费。这样的预付费卡在百货商店、杂货店、便利店和别的商业地点都有售。能生产任何特定金额或面额的预付费呼叫卡，诸如在卡上印刷10.00美元、25.00美元或100.00美元。在卡上还印刷有接入电话号码和附加指示或宣传信息。另外，尽管典型地没有印刷在卡上，还存在用来验证用户的个人识别号(PIN)。接入电话号码是进行最初拨叫以连接主计算机从而接入所需通信服务的号码。为了开始连接，持卡人首先拨打通常是免费号码的接入号码，接着持卡人手动输入相关的PIN，然后，持卡人拨打要呼叫的位置的电话号码。
在输入的信息和预付费卡余额的检验和授权后，用户连接到网络。接入号码将持卡人连接到计算机主机。磁条或条形码读取器也可以用来解码储存在卡上的信息，包括帐户代码，但是需要用户手工输入PIN，以完成电话呼叫或另一事务。通过依靠他们关于正确PIN的知识对假定授权的用户限制各种服务和特征，PIN能提供对这些服务和特征的安全使用；检验PIN以验证持卡人为合法用户。一旦用电话呼叫卡建立了呼叫，呼叫的费用计入持卡人的帐户或从卡上减去。
然而，尽管预付费呼叫卡成为一种方便方法，即不管客户使用的是什么电话都可以对全球范围的客户提供电话呼叫服务，但是这种呼叫卡并不允许使用更高级的通信服务，诸如语音邮件、呼叫转移或电话会议。这种限制的原因在于现有网络将呼叫卡接入限制为简单的呼叫，对于简单呼叫可以向该卡代表的帐户借记或收费。不存在能连接呼叫卡帐户和用来提供更高级服务的数据库的综合系统，这些高级服务诸如是用于语音邮件消息的邮箱、用于会议呼叫的通道或者用于呼叫转移的连接电话号码。换句话说，持卡人目前被限制为无法使用呼叫卡从全球范围的任何通信设备接入约订的高级通信服务以便接收所需高级通信服务。
和可以购买高级通信服务的电话呼叫卡的使用相关的另一个问题是这种事务的管理、跟踪和帐目计算。因为允许使用电话呼叫卡的多数通信系统主要关注于递送这种服务的授权付费，并且因为预付费电话卡通常作为商品购买，并且不能维持在卡的使用和可识别的帐户、个人或公司之间的联系，因而出现了上述问题。简言之，用户不能使用全面的客户照管系统，这个系统将PIN接入卡系统的行政管理者、卡管理、帐户管理、安全、客户照管和发行管理合并为在公用交换电话网(PSTN)或任何别的通信网络上的一个单独软件包，而不需要购买诸如朗讯、北电网络等的主要通信巨头的专有应用软件。
发明内容
提供一种简单实现的、合算的“开放标准”电话解决方案，这种方案不管个人和商业用户连接的交换机的完善性如何，以对于当地电话公司、服务提供商或签约客户的最低成本向个人和商业用户提供诸如语音邮件的增值服务，本发明优选实施例克服了和用来给客户递送高级通信服务的现有机制相关的问题。在本发明的实施例中，可以使用PIN接入卡，也可以不使用PIN接入卡。
本发明的目的是和用户在世界上的位置以及通信服务经过的设备无关地向用户提供增强通信服务。
本发明的另一个目的是通过PIN接入卡向用户提供增强通信服务。
本发明的进一步目的是通过交互语音响应系统向用户提供增强通信服务。
根据诸如给用户提供增强通信服务的方法的本发明实施例可以实现本发明的目的和优点，该方法包括：接收来自用户的个人识别号；验证个人识别号；在验证个人识别号之后接收来自用户的增强通信服务请求；检验用户被授权接收所请求的服务以及和个人识别号相联系的帐户有足够金额支付服务；通过增强服务平台给用户提供增强通信服务；以及根据提供的增强通信服务向帐户收费。
增强通信服务最好通过网络提供，网络包括陆线通信网络、无线通信网络、广域网、全球计算机网络、有线网络以及卫星网络中的一种或多种。在提供增强通信服务中最好使用和将平台连接到网络的任何硬件无关的增强服务平台上运行的高级应用编程接口。对于提供增强通信服务的收费包括从预付费用户帐户中减去费用或者将费用加到信用帐户。由增强服务平台提供的增强通信服务包括外呼、语音邮件功能和电话会议功能。另外，在服务中提供了行政管理功能、卡管理功能、帐户管理功能、外部运营商和费率方案功能、销售管理功能以及系统安全功能，用个人识别号接入卡可以接入所有的这些增强通信服务。增强服务平台包括交互语音响应系统，增强通信服务由用户通过模拟交换机或数字交换机接入，而不用升级交换机。

不管通信网络中使用的交换机的技术级别，系统最好有在同一平台上支持预付费和后付费功能的基础结构。因为付费的多样性，系统允许广泛的帐户管理功能，提供给商业客户的处理和管理服务可以不同于家庭用户。
在一个实施例中，系统连接到现有公用交换电话网(PSTN)交换机，并给连接到PSTN交换机的用户透明地提供诸如语音邮件、电话会议、呼叫转移、呼叫等待、呼叫接受、呼叫拒绝、呼叫保持、呼叫寄存和自动报警的高级通信服务，而不用在PSTN交换机中有任何升级。系统还通过集成交互语音响应系统和密码功能给用户提供对管理服务的全面控制。这样允许PSTN提供商在不升级网络中的交换机的情况下提供高级通信服务，从而降低了投资。系统能通过国际互联网或任何在线网络给电话用户提供这些相同的高级通信服务，而不需要在在线网络中加入传统PSTN交换机。
本发明的优选实施例最好还支持多个供应商的计算机电话集成(CTI)板。这是通过将应用软件与板专用应用编程接口隔离的高级应用编程接口(HAPI)的设计而实现的。因此应用软件运行在大多数主要CTI板供应商的硬件之上。由于HAPI的设计，能迅速支持任何新的CTI板供应商。

优选实施方式
尽管预付费电话呼叫卡典型地是压印有帐户代码并印记有接入代码的塑料卡，使用购买通信服务的这种观念存在许多可能的技术。卡可以是塑料的、金属的、纸的、或者带有或不带有处理器的存储器芯片。除了在启动通信服务的请求之前购买预付费卡以外，众所周知也可以用信用卡和借记卡作为电话呼叫卡。为了本发明的优选实施例的目的，所有类型的呼叫卡将被称为“接入卡”，它表示包含接入代码和连接客户帐户以对于通信服务进行授权使用的付费的设备。这种卡包含在前面提到的卡的特征的任何组合。

本地、地区或全国电话公司13的PSTN 11通过有线电话7的本地网络、通过无线电话9、或通过经过计算机网络或调制解调器连接到PSTN的个人计算机(未显示)接收所拨打的电话传输。呼叫从PSTN11由网络路由选择到交换机15，交换机15分析接入号码，并将呼叫引导到电话平台100外的电话呼叫接收设备；或者引导到诸如互联网TCP/IP网络21的计算机网络，或者引导到电话平台100的计算机电话接口卡(CTI)25。对于那些引导到CTI卡25的呼叫，呼叫通过服务器23被引导到电话平台100的呼叫管理器TM子系统102，或者通过服务器17被引导到电话平台100的网络管理器TM子系统104，这由所使用的接入号码确定。总的来说，并且下面的讨论将更具体说明，呼叫管理器TM102和网络管理器TM104的子系统控制呼叫，并通过交换机15经过PSTN网络11将所需高级通信服务发送到客户1，即使交换机15的硬件并没有配置为发送这样的服务。
服务器23上的呼叫管理器TM子系统102包括客户应用服务29和交换机管理器TM服务27。两种服务都能在服务器23的数据库33中存储信息。交换机管理器TM服务27是用户1通过PIN接入卡3直接可用的电话服务，它包括由在电话平台100上运行的软件提供的语音邮件服务、电话会议和外拨服务。提供交换机管理器TM服务27的软件包括指导用户通过可用选项的交互语音响应系统。客户应用服务29同样由在平台100上运行的软件提供，并构成由客户1、销售代理37、发行35和呼叫中心代理70使用的完整操作支持系统(见图2)。客户应用服务29包括行政管理和系统配置、呼叫中心功能、卡管理子系统(包括卡管理器TM)、帐户管理子系统、外部运营商和费率方案子系统、销售管理子系统和安全子系统，位并不限于此。客户应用服务29还提供用来访问用户帐户和使用信息的图形用户界面(未显示)和输出设备(未显示)。
呼叫管理器TM子系统102通过发行35管理PIN接入卡3的发行，尽管电话公司13也可以将PIN接入卡3发行到用户1。发行35有将PIN接入卡3散布到用户1的销售代理37。销售代理37可以是个人、便利店或公共场所的售货亭。如果接入卡3是预付费呼叫卡，用户1可以通过发行35的销售代理37购买卡3，或者直接从当地、地区和中心电话公司13直接购买卡。卡的印刷、制作和帐单信息都是通过呼叫管理器TM102的称为卡管理器TM部分的操作支持子系统进行的。呼叫管理器TM可以包括用于负责系统的计费方面的计费模块。计费模块可以是包括完整功能的费率引擎的完整计费系统。费率引擎或费率方案能确定事务的金额，这种确定可以基于事务的起源方、事务的目的方、事务的类型和事务发生在星期几或发生在一天的什么时间，但并不局限于此。费率引擎或费率方案能进一步提供用于无线网络的价目设置和配置信息管理。计费模块还可以包括用于诸如长途呼叫、电话会议和消息映射的功能的费率引擎。在增加了和事务相关的服务税之后，计费模块可以进一步提供客户相关帐户的实时计帐或收费。最后，计费模块还可以和服务或事务提供商自己的计费系统集成在一起。
图1还显示了称为网络管理器TM子系统104的高级智能网络(AIN)平台。在网络管理器TM子系统104内，服务器17最好还是中心局服务增强器，它不但能提供和由呼叫管理器TM子系统的PIN服务器23中包含的交换机管理器TM27提供的服务相似的计算机电话服务，而且还能通过现有“传统”交换机15提供附加电话服务28，而不需要公用电话公司13、互联网提供商21或无线网络升级到数字交换机功能。换句话说，网络管理器TM104能通过它的软件模块和数据库访问提供全部AIN交换服务，而不管传统交换机15的技术等级如何。此外，客户1使用网络管理器TM服务28的方式并不局限于利用PIN接入卡。
附加电话服务28可以分为基于接入代码的服务、终止服务、基于PIN的服务、行政管理服务和智能网络(IN)服务。服务器17，由于它的开放基础结构设计，也能通过以开放系统、客户服务器等级，而不是交换机15等级，升级附加电话和行政管理服务的部署来升级地区电话公司13的交换容量。与基于PIN的服务器23的数据库33类似，服务器17有多个数据库31，它们能存储通过服务器17馈送到计算机电话服务28的任何信息。服务器17的客户除了客户1以外，还包括管理、记帐、销售和MIS。此外，网络管理器TM104提供和呼叫管理器TM102的客户应用服务29提供的某些服务相似的管理和操作性客户应用服务30。
当预先确定的代码被拨打时，网络管理器TM104的计算机电话服务28的基于接入号码的服务使用呼叫线路识别来激活所希望的功能。这些服务包括平等接入、缩位拨号、自动唤醒服务、电话会议功能、帐目查询、带有密码的长途/ISD、自动号码簿查询、在线帮助、按需信息和互联网电话。
网络管理器TM104的主要服务是平等接入，籍此在任何当地电话局的任何客户可以通过该电话局选择并使用可用的各个长途电话运营商。对等接入服务可以指定用户使用一个长途运营商，使该呼叫经过该运营商的线路，并用该长途运营商开出呼叫的帐单。缩位拨号允许客户通过拨打简短的代码代替完整电话号码来拨打频繁使用的电话号码。客户可以通过交互语音响应系统设置或改变这些代码。至于自动唤醒服务，客户能编定他/她希望被唤醒或提醒的任何时间。在编定的时间客户将被铃声通知，可以是每天的规则时间，也可以是单独一次。电话会议功能允许客户启动电话会议并使两个或更多会话方进入会议。客户可以在任何时间从电话会议中断开任何会话方。帐目查询允许客户在线或使用语音访问客户的帐目信息，包括帐户上剩下的任何余额。此外，帐目查询允许用户进行实时计费查询，诸如如果用户具有预付费相关帐户时的余额查询，或者如果用户的相关帐户是后付费时的累计金额查询。客户还能通过制定安全代码/密码作为完成长途呼叫的先决条件来安全地使用长途呼叫。呼叫范围是该服务的一个组成部分，其中客户可以通过使用预先编制的电话号码来接入指定的地区和国家，从而建立受限制的呼叫范围。客户能使用自动号码簿查询服务得到号码簿帮助。该服务可以自动拨打所发现的号码。通过数据库31可以给用户提供广泛的在线帮助功能。这个功能包括对于各个服务和示范参数配置的指导。按需信息给客户提供对于客户信息、服务信息和市场信息的信息单点源。通过传真和/或数字传输客户可以得到该信息。互联网电话服务以低成本和高质量的服务允许在互联网IP网络上路由选择移动和PSTN呼叫。
当客户的呼叫终止时开始终止服务，调用该特定客户的预先编定的服务。网络管理器TM104的计算机电话服务28的这些特征包括呼叫转移(无条件、占线、无回应、和选择性)、呼叫寄存、呼叫保持、呼叫等待、重要呼叫等待、呼叫屏蔽(呼叫拒绝和呼叫接受)以及多线搜索功能。
呼叫转移服务有四种条件选项。无条件转移允许客户将所有的呼叫转移到另一个号码。占线时的呼叫转移允许在最初的号码占线时客户指定另一个电话号码接收呼叫。无回应转移在预定铃声次数后所拨打的第一个号码没有回应时将呼叫转到第二个号码。选择性转移将上述三种情况中只对于来自特定电话号码的呼叫进行转移。客户可以在任何电话上改变任何转移选项。呼叫寄存允许客户通过拨打一寄存号码搁置或寄存一个呼叫。当寄存时，呼叫既保持又从路线上分离，这样客户可以自由地发出和接收呼叫，即使在单线的情况也如此。商业集团的任何线路可以拨打连接到一个寄存呼叫的取回代码。可选的定时回电服务防止呼叫在寄存后被一直忽略或忘记。呼叫保持允许客户通过闪烁叉簧开关和拨打一个保持号码保持任何呼叫。这个服务使线空闲，以始发另一个呼叫。在一个时间每个站线只能保持一个呼叫。通过闪烁和拨打呼叫保持接入代码能恢复原始连接。如果客户在一个会话方处于保持时挂机，客户被自动回铃并连接到保持方。呼叫等待服务给使用电话呼叫的用户发出一个声音，通知用户另一个呼叫已在尝试连接。通过闪烁叉簧开关，被叫客户能和第三方会话，并使原始会话方处于保持状态。通过再次闪烁叉簧开关，客户能和保持的原始会话方交谈。重要呼叫等待与呼叫等待相似，不同之处在于输入呼叫是来自客户预先编程到系统中的特定电话号码时才通知用户。呼叫屏蔽服务的呼叫拒绝选项允许客户过滤掉所有来自特定号码的呼叫。呼叫接受服务允许只有特定号码向用户发出铃声。多线搜索允许客户，主要是商业用户，请求将多个不相邻的电话号码形成一组。当一个号码忙时，输入呼叫被自动转到组中的下一个可用号码。
基于PIN的服务取决于指定给客户的个人识别号，并且被限制于各个用户的特定权限。这些服务包括验证、语音邮件、系统监视和预付费计费。
验证提供用户输入的个人识别号的确认。该服务还允许PIN号码的激活和禁止。作为激活的一部分，这个功能将在输入无效的PIN号码之后重试激活。重试次数是可配置的参数。该系统提供用于存储消息的全特征语音邮件。用户能用预先编制的PIN号码进入他/她的语音信箱，并有选择地搜索和查看消息、删除消息以及永久地保存消息。系统监视允许在行政管理者或操作者的控制台上在线显示线路和信道的状态和占用情况。预付费计费允许用户预先支付固定金额的服务。每次用户进行呼叫或调用服务时，系统确认所请求的呼叫或服务的余额，并告诉用户，包括在余额刚要用完时告诉用户。
行政管理服务包括所有参数驱动的服务和激活或禁止服务。这些服务包括容易特征配置、系统和业务量监控、用户信息访问、用户管理、服务打包、对于不同用户组的可变费率方案、MIS报告、安全管理和开放计费。开放计费为实时计费、结算和与第三方外部运营商或客户关照和计费系统的协调提供开放式接口。例如，系统能够记录帐户应收款：诸如来自公司帐户的后续支付、来自家庭帐户的支付、来自语音邮件帐户的支付以及来自经销商的支付。另外，系统能够对用户得到的由网络管理器TM提供和由第三方提供商提供的服务进行周期性计费。
特征配置允许用户基于各个用户的喜好和需求按需预编程和重编程各种可配置的选项。监控服务允许用户可视得到系统的活动级别，包括报警通知、空闲状态、繁忙状态和系统统计。系统维护两个级别的安全，各个用户可以安全使用用户服务和参数，系统管理员可以使用第二层的选项和控制。
IN服务是智能网络功能，它包括诸如免费呼叫服务、额外费率呼叫(诸如1-900)、紧急服务(911)、区别铃声、呼叫者ID显示、中心交换服务、完整SS-7功能、全球个人号码服务、免打扰、自动回电和意见轮询/电视投票的高级服务。
免费呼叫提供对“800”号码的呼叫，它对呼叫者免费，费用划归电话号码的“主人”。额外费率呼叫对呼叫“900”号码应用附加费率或费用，附加费用传递给号码“主人”。紧急服务允许呼叫者简化接入紧急服务。当拨打诸如911的紧急号码时，在紧急中心任职的操作员可以查看和该呼叫相关的关键数据，诸如姓名、地址、电话号码和呼叫的地理位置。区别铃声在呼叫从特殊电话号码发出时提供不同的铃声模式或声音。呼叫者ID显示输入呼叫的电话号码和相关的用户姓名。中心交换服务对呼叫用户和被叫用户都是可用的。全球个人号码服务允许用户有特殊的个人电话号码，而不是普通的电话簿号码。用户能指定网络中的任何接近的电话作为他/她“自己的”。拨打到用户的全球个人号码的呼叫将通过指定的电话发出铃声。与此相似，任何在指定电话发出的呼叫将反映到用户的帐单。在这种情况下，费用将划归到该全球个人号码，而不是所使用的电话的号码。免打扰服务临时禁止任何拨打到用户电话的呼叫发出铃声。作为替代，根据用户设置的选项，通过呼叫转移或语音邮件功能处理呼叫。当用户闪烁叉簧开关并将特殊代码输入电话时，自动回电由用户在遇到占线信号时激活。占线号码将由系统周期性地轮询；当号码可用时，用户的电话将响铃并在用户拿起听筒时完成连接。意见轮询由建立指定的电话号码的用户激活，它记录指令消息，并编码代表特定答案的各种键入的呼叫者输入。
网络管理器TM104包括交互语音响应系统，它使没有按键式电话的用户也能使用系统所有的服务28。网络管理器TM104另外还提供至少下述功能：成本路由选择/运营商之间事务、用户行政管理、高级服务提供、实时呼叫计费/断开、呼叫者验证、呼叫进程分析和AIN/CTI(高级智能网络/计算机电话接口)信令网络。实时费率/切断功能支持针对例如由呼叫者ID或清楚的帐户ID识别的预付费帐户的未结清信用金额对呼叫进行实时监控和计费。由预付费用户进行的呼叫或者由预付费用户接收的呼叫可以实时从客户的相关帐户中登入借记方。费率/切断功能还能在实时基础上捕获始发电话ID，并根据所呼叫的位置以适当费率对呼叫计费。如果呼叫由不是预付费客户和/或在系统上不是活动状态的客户尝试进行，那么呼叫将不会由系统完成。系统还具有通知客户他/她的最大可用呼叫时间、连接呼叫以及在快要到达最小金额限额时通知客户的功能。客户可选地可以听到警告和帐户余额通知。
网络管理器TM104使用完整的模块软件基础结构来实现，它允许即期维护、持续增强和实施的易用性和灵活性。网络管理器TM104可以在具有电话公司等级操作规范的工业标准PC平台上运行，诸如运行支持DNA的Windows NT 4.0 Server的基于ISA/PCI/CPCI的CTI服务器。另外，网络管理器TM104和呼叫管理器TM102都支持数字和模拟接口。
现在参考图2，图中分别展示了网络管理器TM104和呼叫管理器TM102的服务器17和23的后端。服务器17、23的每一个至少有三种特征类别：硬件部分，包括相关的S/W驱动器和数据库31和33(见图1)；操作系统47，最好是Unix或Windows NT；软件应用46，最好是具有共同称为呼叫管理器TM102的操作支持系统的PIN呼叫应用，或者称为网络管理器TM104的在任何交换机系统上可操作的增强计算机电话应用。在图1中，在交换机15和任何一个软件子系统，呼叫管理器TM102或网络管理器TM104，之间的CTI卡25作为通道连接到公用通信网11，用来接收来自电话设备7或9的信息，并将信息传送到电话设备7或9。
服务器17和23的主要硬件部分最好包括ROM/Bios 51、RAM53、驱动器41、处理器49和硬盘或别的存储介质55，它们都位于中心操作局71。中心操作局71包含用于卡管理系统、MIS系统的服务器和多个数据库31和33，数据库包括中心操作数据库和中心验证数据库。中心71连接到包括相应服务器17a、23a的地区局59，服务器中容纳数据库68，用来支持用于地区操作、本地验证、销售管理、帐户管理、外部运营商和费率方案维护以及MIS的客户应用61。
中心操作局71和数据库31和33协同呼叫管理器TM102服务器23和网络管理器TM104服务器17操作，服务器通过网络接口卡(NIC)67连接到电话公司、Lan/Wan 57，并进而和一个或多个客户应用61和地区局59交互。地区局59包括多个用来存储和取回信息或重定向呼叫者信息的数据库68。这些地区办公室59的每一个都有许多应用和管理功能，能有效地运行根据本发明的优选实施例的PIN电话计算机系统。呼叫中心代理70使用地区数据库68，并能取回用户帐户和使用信息，以跟踪帐户和服务使用、产生发票和识别用于提升和升级的用户候选。
图3的框图反映了呼叫管理器TM子系统102的交互服务，呼叫管理器TM子系统102具有将子系统连接到系统的各个用户的链路，这些用户包括用户5、经销商35、外部运营商12、语音邮件用户(VMS)2、销售代理37、印刷供应商19和公司及家庭帐户6。用户5包括经过授权的用户1和呼叫中心代理70。呼叫管理器TM102的主要功能是接收来自系统的任何和所有各个用户的电子传输，并使用存储在系统的服务器23数据库33中的数据以同样方式响应各个用户。由呼叫管理器TM接收的传输包括用来激活PIN接入卡的激活代码、用于验证的个人识别号、外拨号码、呼叫继续请求、语音邮件邮箱号码、语音邮件密码导航请求、用于查询的语音邮件消息、用来连接到呼叫中心的请求和用户的任何询问。在接收了这些信息后，作为呼叫管理器TM子系统102的一个子系统的交换机管理器TM27将下述示范信息发送回呼叫者/用户，或执行下述功能：在问候和菜单选项后进行PIN号码验证、用户帐户中剩余的金额、基于用户帐户余额的剩下的通话时间、当用户帐户余额接近零或其限额时的呼叫切断警告、帮助信息/提示、到外拨号码或信箱的呼叫连接、记录的语音邮件消息或到呼叫中心的连接。
图4列出了根据本发明的优选实施利用卡管理器TM子系统制造PIN接入卡的过程。当授权用户请求由系统支持的三种类型的PIN接入卡中的一种或多种的特殊号码时，这个过程开始，这三种类型的PIN接入卡是：充值卡(top-up card)、呼叫卡和语音邮件卡。实际的卡类型和详细定义见图5。可以制造任何数量的卡。各个卡的类型、面额、寿命和隔离时间由授权用户输入或从给出的列表中选择。生成PIN接入卡的所需数量、类型和面额，并且在卡上印刷适当指令和接入号码。系统供应商在卡上还印刷有外部参考号码，以防用户1忘记或丢失相关PIN号码。除了上述信息外，各个语音邮件卡有一个概况ID。基于前面存储在数据库33中的发布的PIN号码，相应的唯一PIN号码被指定给各个卡，新的PIN号码被加到数据库33中已有的号码。由于出于安全目的PIN号码没有印刷在接入卡上，因而生成将各个PIN匹配到接入卡的报告。图6A、6B、7A和7B详细描述了对应于系统制造的PIN接入卡的各个类型而产生的报告的信息和功能。另外，卡生产报告可以列出特定批处理中的批组的数量、特定批组的卡的数量、印刷的卡的总数和印刷的每批组和批处理的金额。
卡管理器TM子系统控制PIN接入卡3的发行和使用，它包括下述子系统：卡管理、帐户管理、外部运营商和费率方案、销售行政管理、管理信息系统行政管理和用于金额数据传送的批处理。卡管理子系统(CMS)位于中心操作局71，用来集中控制卡3的发行和使用。中心操作局71提供具有以下服务的卡配置的全面控制，诸如可配置的PIN长度、用户可定义的卡类型配置和语音邮件概况。CMS帮助实现用于PIN接入卡3的定义、印刷、实际存货清单、财政金额的集中控制和发行机制。CMS还提供集中的MIS，用来监控关于单个计算机化的软件应用内的卡3的销售成绩和存货控制。
另外，CMS具有下述特定服务：卡类型定义、PIN生成、卡印刷供应商维护、卡印刷订单管理、可用于支付卡生成的帐户、以及卡下的家庭和公司语音邮件帐户的产生和维护。帐户管理和行政管理子系统将工作流程集成到本发明的优选实施例的系统，引入了对所有敏感卡、发行和帐户管理功能的支持，这些功能包括存货控制、丢失卡的禁止和财政计帐。帐户管理子系统包括提供如下功能的模块：给中心71和地区59局用户提供数据库控制操作和决策支持；用于家庭和公司帐户生成、激活和维护的交互工作流程；逐条陈述的生成、跟踪和报告；用户定义；语音邮件帐户和概况维护；可接收的帐户和支付历史；将诸如逐条陈述的系统数据库中保持的信息根据用户服务的要求或别的需求提供给用户。
在受控环境下，公司和家庭用户可以提交PIN接入卡的详细订单，如图8到图10所示。帐户管理子系统包括图8所示的公司帐户管理子系统、图9所示的家庭帐户管理子系统和图10所示的用于公司和家庭帐户用户的虚拟电话(语音邮件)的管理子系统。公司管理子系统给内部用户提供生成公司帐户、改变卡状态、请求PIN和发行卡3以及数据输入和存储的能力，如图8所示。现在参考图9，由家庭管理子系统提供的功能包括生成家庭帐户、改变卡状态、请求PIN和发行卡3的能力。最后，如图10所示的由虚拟电话提供的功能包括：定义地区信息、输入语音邮件和语音邮件概况信箱号码以及生成具有特定用户操作设置的新的用户帐户。呼叫卡能由个人、家庭部门或公司部门拥有。根据优选实施例的本系统的语音邮件服务不易使用电话的地区特别有帮助。在这种环境下，电话号码被指定给用户，但是当收到一个电话号码的呼叫时，没有到电话设备的物理连接。而代替的是到该号码的所有呼叫被路由选择到用户名下的信箱。因此，称之为“虚拟电话”。用户能从任何电话在任何时间呼叫该信箱并取出任何消息。或者，用户可以通知系统进行到用户可用的电话设备的物理连接，以路由选择所有电话呼叫。
交换机管理器TM子系统还是用来提供呼叫管理器TM的外拨、电话会议和语音邮件服务的电话系统，它在Windows NT平台或Unix平台以及具有任何数量的普通CTI卡25(例如，由Dialogic公司提供)的非专有硬件(诸如基于Intel微处理器的服务器)上操作。
外拨模块与根据本发明优选实施例的卡管理器TM的相关功能协同提供交换机管理器TM的完整外拨功能。在接收到用户启动的基于PIN的电话呼叫时，交换机管理器TM通过向用户1发送一个问候并请求输入PIN号码来响应，并且在接收到PIN号码时，向卡管理器TM发送数据以请求对卡3的验证。卡管理器TM子系统从来自数据库33的帐户管理器数据库信息检验该帐户是一个活动帐户。卡管理器TM通知交换机管理器TM该帐户是否有效。如果检验失败，卡管理器TM就将此结果传送给交换机管理器TM，交换机管理器TM将一相应消息发送到客户1，通知该检验失败并请求客户1重发送PIN和/或帐户号码。在几次(例如3次)失败后，交换机管理器TM将终止该呼叫并将一适当的消息发送到客户1。如果PIN检验成功，卡管理器TM从帐户管理器数据库取出剩余的帐户余额并将该余额信息发送到交换机管理器TM。交换机管理器TM将该余额信息发送到客户，并请求和接受用于完成通过PSTN 11的通信链路的外拨号码；通过将外拨号码与卡管理器TM子系统中的允许号码列表进行比较，验证该外拨号码是否是卡3上的允许呼叫类型；以及执行外拨和呼叫进展分析。交换机管理器TM包括用于在帐户和PIN验证后进行多路呼叫的功能。在一个呼叫结束时，交换机管理器TM重新建立与客户1的连接，通知该客户其帐户中剩余的余额，并向客户1提供以下选项：进行另一个呼叫，挂机，或启动另一个交换机管理器TM服务27。只要其帐户中剩余了足够的余额，客户1就可以启动其它的外呼。类似地，客户1可以如上所述启动电话会议或语音邮件功能。如果客户通过交换机管理器TM所提供的菜单选项挂机或终止了呼叫，交换机管理器TM将把剩余的余额通知到卡管理器TM，卡管理器TM的帐户管理子系统更新数据库33中的客户帐户信息。
交换机管理器TM还监视PIN的使用，并且将终止同时的帐户/PIN使用以减少和防止欺诈。交换机管理器TM提供多语言支持以便利于通过模拟连接进行的高级电话服务操作；例如在帐户余额花尽时，在呼叫被切断前发送一报警嘟嘟声以通知用户。当发生了中心和/或区域数据库33/68中存储的卡和用户管理设置中定义的预定事件时，交换机管理器TM还提供到呼叫中心的自动呼叫路由选择。如图11和12所示，外拨的呼叫用户可以基于客户1先前装载到数据库33中的信息使用缩位号码。
交换机管理器TM的电话会议子系统向PIN卡用户1提供多方电话会议功能。该子系统向用户提供交互语音响应或操作员辅助的方法，用于将多个连接的呼叫加入到该一个会话，并将启动一个电话会议的费用和在呼叫期间增加的费用计入客户的PIN计入卡的相应帐户余额。该系统在联络电话会议的各方并将其接入该会话时，通过保持呼叫处于开放和活动状态来支持呼叫方启动的电话会议。与外拨情况相同，电话会议子系统需要在建立电话会议之前对帐户和PIN号码的预验证。
如图13-15所示，交换机管理器TM的语音邮件子系统向基于PIN的客户1提供语音邮件功能。参见图13，该系统的用户利用交换机管理器TM的交互语音响应子系统设置和访问一个语音信箱。用户具有在一个主帐户内设置多个信箱的选项，并且可以在各个信箱内和在各种进入呼叫情况下(例如无应答或占线)提供不同的问候/消息。这些信箱和消息被存储在服务器23的数据库33中。参见图14，当通过该系统路由选择的一个呼叫遇到一种语音邮件子系统条件(例如无应答或占线)并且所呼叫号码具有在该系统上设置的语音信箱时，交换机管理器TM将适当的问候传送到呼叫方，并存储所得到的任何响应以备信箱拥有者以后取出(参见图15)。该系统提供语音信箱的口令访问管理。可以按照存储日期来查看和取出所存储的消息。对于语音信箱的设置和使用，要相应地对客户的帐户/卡收费或减额。
如果用于启动和支付上述交换机管理器TM服务的PIN接入卡是一个充值卡，那么关于帐户余额，不足余额，或用尽余额的与用户的通信包括一个由用户向卡加入一定金额或“充值”该卡的选项。在这种情况下，用户提供一个银行帐户或信用卡帐户号码，该系统可以利用该号码实时地将资金转入银行的电话帐户。
帐户管理子系统的客户管理子系统从用户接受客户信息，以便开一个语音信箱帐户并建立一语音信箱概况。用户将姓名，地址信息，和语音信箱概况输入该系统，该系统定义押金帐户，最大语音消息长度，消息的最大数量，保留消息的最大使用期限，和语音信箱寿命。该系统还给该帐户分配地区码和语音信箱号码。可以将该帐户状态改变为激活，暂停或禁止。通过点击“询问”按钮，用户可以搜索系统中存在的概况。
卡管理器TM的帐户管理子系统的一种服务是将卡3分配给其它客户。在客户1请求分配卡3时，将分配给该客户的每个卡3和帐户的总信用金额和剩余信用金额显示给用户。根据客户的请求，可以将特定的卡3分配给指定的公司或家庭帐户。在另选方式中，用户可以输入所要分配的卡的美元金额，该系统将确定应该分配哪个卡3以满足所请求的信用金额。授权的公司和家庭客户可以直接实施该分配，而无需向中心71或区域59局提交请求。
参见图16和17，帐户管理子系统的付款选项允许用户接受用于所选择帐户的付款。在冲销时，用户选择所要处理的业务，或者是从一个公司或家庭帐户接收付款或者是从一个经销商35或销售代理37接收一个销售收据。然后，用户输入当前业务的细节，例如付款方式(信用卡，银行票据，现金等)，付款金额，付款日期等。在输入了付款细节后，用户具有接受业务细节或者取消该细节并开始另一个业务的选项。如果接受，就对该付款记帐或记录该收据，并将结果存储在数据库33中。
呼叫中心代理70能够通过远程终端按照帐户，帐户类型，姓名，服务，地址，语音信箱号码等搜索客户数据库31，33和68。例如，呼叫中心代理70可以从一个下拉菜单列表中选择一个帐户类型并查看所有合格帐户的呼叫历史，概况，付款，和其它细节。通过选择该帐户类型，将诸如姓名，地址，押金，信用限度，和呼叫历史等的帐户细节显示给用户。用户还可以按照公司部门或家庭姓名来选择以显示分配给该部门或家庭的所有帐户和卡。显示付款细节，并且还可以查看当前帐户的付款历史。可以通过选择列“付款方式”来查看付款方式的细节。在选择“接受付款”按钮时，显示一个屏幕，通过该屏幕接受付款细节并将其记录到数据库33。家庭搜索功能根据所选择的搜索标准显示所有家庭帐户号码和家庭姓名，这是卡管理器TM的帐户管理子系统的另一个功能。可以通过点击家庭列表的列标题进行排序。一旦选择了一个家庭帐户，就可以由系统的授权用户查看或操作该帐户。
维护公司和家庭帐户的能力是卡管理器TM的帐户管理子系统的另一个服务。通过公司或家庭维护子系统，用户可以查看，增加，和修改公司或家庭分层结构的任何一层的细节，和联系数据库33中存储的人。公司帐户的某些细节是商业类型，帐单周期，多个地址(当前地址，原先地址，帐单地址等)，客户ID，财政稳固性，折扣，联系人，合同和合同期，和付款责任。显示的家庭用户细节包括缺省地址，帐单地址，帐户ID，帐户状态，帐单周期，折扣，客户身份，财政稳固性，付款信息，卡类型和面额的细节，和合同。
每个公司客户具有所存储的反映该公司多层结构的分层结构。可以显示该公司客户的所有细节，包括地址信息，付款信息，卡细节，和概要。可以通过点击“增加层”按钮并将光标放在所显示的树上，向分层结构增加一个层，可以通过点击“改变状态”按钮来改变任何层的公司客户的状态。可以通过按压“请求卡”按钮来提出卡的请求。可以通过点击名为“卡细节”的键来查看分配给该公司层的卡的细节。当前层(光标所处的层)的细节也显示在栅格中。分配给该公司客户的主公司的名称和主帐户号码也被显示给用户。
在公司状态屏幕上，可以改变公司分层状态的任何一层。适用于公司客户的不同状态是预期，活动，暂停，和禁止。如果该公司分层结构中的一层被禁止或暂停，那么该公司母体的下面各层将具有与其相关母体相同的状态(如果该层不负责付款)。当公司分层结构中的一个层被从禁止或暂停状态激活时，母体的下面各层的状态将被恢复到先前(原始)状态。如果主公司帐户被第一次激活，将提出一个请求以产生一个主帐户号码。该系统和其用户使用多层的公司分层结构来确定公司部门帐户。
卡管理器TM的销售管理子系统(SAS)子系统通过发行35和销售代理37中的经销商管理与PIN接入卡的销售和发行相关的所有功能。该子系统包括：经销商管理子系统，并且该子系统的单元包括：经销商维护；销售代理维护，销售领域维护；佣金模型维护；奖励模型维护；对销售代理37的PIN接入卡3发放；售出/返回/丢失卡3的登记；佣金计算；奖励计算；和应收款管理。通过该子系统，如同新佣金模型，新奖励模型，和更新的经销商领域一样，可以将新经销商和销售代理37加入到该系统。参见图18，每个经销商的名称和完整地址是必须的，而经销商电话号码，传真号码，电子邮件地址，和联系人也可以被输入。对于每个新销售代理37所要输入的信息包括名称，地址，电话号码，和称呼。系统使用佣金模型来确定销售帐户协调期间的付款和帐户余额。可以为特定销售代理37输入奖励模型信息，并且通常包括奖励程序的开始和结束日期，有资格根据奖励程序要求获得利益的人，和程序要求。奖励模型用于计算登记/结帐帐户余额和经销商/销售代理补偿。通过登记售出的卡3，SAS子系统协同卡管理子系统将客户帐户信息装载到数据库33。
参见图19，详细列出了与销售代理37登记相关的数据流程。图19中显示的过程开始于销售代理37从销售通话或销售旅行返回。销售代理37必须说明他登记的所有卡，并且必须报告这些卡是被售出，返回，或已经损坏或破坏。相应地更新卡库存清单，使返回的卡可以将来销售。选择销售代理的适当佣金模型，输入售出批组的数目，并且以现金或信用形式补偿销售代理37。将与销售代理的业务相关的所有数据存储在服务器23的数据库33中。图20和21详细显示与分别向系统增加新经销商和新销售代理37相关的数据流程。
卡管理器TM的安全子系统提供将用户分配给组织角色的能力，以便利用用户和操作管理来配置用于不同角色的安全特权，和通过指定的认可的角色调节工作流程。该子系统的细节在图22中显示。用户可以创建和修改用户，创建和修改角色以访问该系统的特定子系统，将操作映射到角色，将角色映射到用户，和将每个子系统上允许的权利分配给各种角色。
卡管理器TM子系统的一些功能是通过批处理过程而不是在线服务提供的。其中最值得注意的是与发行和管理接入卡3及其相应PIN号码相关的步骤。图23中显示了用于移动卡3的验证的这种处理的例子。作为一种避免接入卡3的欺诈使用的方法，在系统接受卡3的使用之前必须首先验证或登记印制的接入卡3。利用对附加的移动，或“汽车”卡3的请求在中心局71启动这种过程。一旦从系统数据库33提取出与卡3相关的所有需要信息，通过更新其在数据库33中的状态来验证卡3。此时，客户可以使用卡3来使用通过本系统提供的服务。
图24-26B详细显示与产生各种报告相关的数据流程。该系统可以产生多个由参数驱动的报告，该参数可以由用户提供，由存储在各种数据库31，33，68中的系统数据提供，或者由二者提供。可以在中心局71，区域局59，发行35，销售代理37局或者通过在线终端远程地产生报告。
卡管理器TM的外部运营商和费率方案子系统(ECRS)子系统负责维护可用的各种网络和运营商费率方案，在该方案下用户可以使用通过该系统提供的资源和服务。系统用户利用ECRS子系统来输入用于维护系统内运营商和费率有关信息的信息，包括标识和列举以下内容的信息：外部运营商，费率方案，网络，节点，区域，时间包装，资费时间，假日，联系人，和服务维护定义。通过使用各种公知的输入和查询装置(包括图形用户界面和远程终端)，用户利用通过系统的安全子系统提供的适当许可授权，可以查看，输入，修改，和删除与外部运营商和各种费率方案相关的任何和所有信息。可以由区域，时间，日期，和用户限制每种费率方案。此外，可以通过ECRS提供的资源向费率结构加入用于客户使用的特定服务的附加收费，这些服务例如是电话会议，语音邮件，传真等。ECRS子系统提供内置的费率引擎，用于动态计算在提供通信服务期间的各种使用费用，以保证客户具有足够的余额或限额来购买所请求的服务。
高级应用编程接口(HAPI)是描述一种应用编程接口的术语，该接口用于在根据本发明优选实施例的系统与CTI卡之间的连接，而无需考虑所提供的CTI卡的类型或厂家。因此，通过简单地更新HAPI模块来适应新的CTI卡，该系统可以独立于所选择使用的CTI卡。换句话说，HAPI提供了一种使该应用对于多种厂家的CTI卡保持不变的方法。
HAPI的框架提供一组函数调用，结构，事件，错误，和常数，这些对于HAPI支持的所有卡是公用的。该应用可以不考虑所使用的卡来使用这些值。因此应用开发人员无需担心该应用所要在其中执行的目的卡类型。程序员无需知道该程序所要在其中运行的所有卡类型的函数调用或编程复杂信息。HAPI使这些与应用隔离并为应用开发人员提供公共框架。HAPI可以用于模拟线路和数字(E1/T1/ISDN)线路。
虽然上述讨论是根据本发明的优选实施例针对于向用户提供电话通信服务，呼叫管理器TM102和网络管理器TM子系统还可以用于向用户提供互联网或其它在线服务。具体地说，呼叫管理器TM102和/或网络管理器TM104的服务可以用于访问当前通过使用计算机和调制解调器可用的任何在线服务，如图27-28所示。在本发明的这种实施例中，用户查询将被通过远程接入服务器202(而不是呼叫管理器TM102的服务器23或网络管理器TM104的服务器17)路由选择。然后，远程接入服务器202将该查询通过路由器204连接到互联网200或任何在线访问服务。一旦连接，用户就被允许进行任何预授权的在线业务，例如电子商务，信息查询，财政，通信，或娱乐。要修改用于计算接收所选择服务的用户费用的费率引擎，以反映访问各种互联网或在线服务和特征的费用。费率引擎将提供基于服务，时间，持续期，和容量的费用方案。例如(不作为限制)，用户可以签署一个PIN接入卡3，该接入卡3允许使用在互联网上的电子商务业务，并且这些业务限制于投资贸易，拍卖投标，和旅行购物，每个类别有特定的业务限制。用户拨叫远程接入服务器202，服务器202将呼叫路由选择到radius验证服务器206进行验证。Radius验证服务器206在验证后将信息发送到呼叫管理器TM102。呼叫管理器TM102访问用户的帐户并响应radius验证服务器206，告知该帐户中是否有足够的余额和所请求的服务对于该用户的帐户是否有效。用户被连接到互联网或在线服务，呼叫管理器TM102跟踪所经过的时间。在连接期间用户所发生的费用(例如在线购买)被从用户的帐户余额中扣除。如果客户1在帐户余额用尽之前断开，radius验证服务器206通知呼叫管理器TM102该呼叫终止，然后呼叫管理器TM102更新用户的帐户余额。如果在呼叫期间余额用尽，呼叫管理器TM102将一个终止消息发送到远程接入服务器202，服务器202将此消息通知用户并终止连接。
除了利用传统电话交换网络之外，提供商目前正在实现互联网200和其它在线网络以传送语音和多媒体业务。如图28所示，网络管理器TM104作为PSTN用户的呼叫处理引擎，还可以用作在互联网200或其它在线网络上提供增强语音和多媒体服务的网关。在从实施例中，网络管理器TM104接受所有电话呼叫以进行数字分析。如果网络管理器TM104确定该呼叫是在互联网200或其它在线网络内，网络管理器TM104就将目的地数字转换为相应的互联网地址，并将该呼叫发送回互联网200或其它在线网络。如果该呼叫是用于PSTN，网络管理器TM104就执行网关功能并通过信令链路(例如MFC-R2，ISDN-PRI，或SS7)将该呼叫路由选择到PSTN。然后，网络管理器TM104将所有请求的和授权的电话服务提供给互联网和PSTN客户。

当所请求的通信服务或事务中的一个在所提供的一个网络上提供给所述用户时，如果接收和验证步骤是成功的，则对与所述用户相关的授权帐户进行收费。

将所述追加资金从所确定的另一个帐户添加到所述帐户。
48.一种在对用户的帐户进行记帐中使用的系统，该系统同时利用不在所述系统上的另一个帐户，所述系统包括：
包含第一用户帐户的存储设备；
第一平台单元，其接收来自用户的、从设置在所述系统外部的接收机发送的第一独特代码，向第二平台单元发送用于验证所述用户的所述第一独特代码，与在所述接收机端的用户建立连接，以便提供一请求消息，该消息表示与所述用户相关的第一用户帐户金额已经低于预定值，以及接收来自所述用户的、对所述请求消息响应的响应消息，该响应消息包括用于向所述第一用户帐户添加资金的第二独特代码，；以及
第二平台单元，其接收所述第一独特代码，以便对与所述用户帐户相关的用户进行验证；
其中，如果所述第二平台单元利用所述第一独特代码验证了所述用户，并且所述第一平台单元接收了在所述响应消息中的第二独特代码，则所述第一和第二平台单元执行以下操作：
将所述系统以外的再补给消息，发送给与所述用户相关、并设置在所述系统外部平台上的另一个帐户；以及
从所述另一个帐户接收再补给的金额，将其添加到所述第一用户帐户。
49.根据权利要求48的系统，其中所述第一和第二平台单元中的一个进一步：利用所接收的第一和/或第二独特代码，确定要从中接收所述再补给金额的另一个帐户。
50.一种从与多个用户相关的多个帐户中收取费用的平台，该平台包括：
接口，从多个不同类型的外部网络接收来自在接收机端的用户的请求消息，该接收机设置在所属平台的外部，所述请求消息请求向与所述用户相关的帐户中增加一定数量的资金；
检验模块，对与所述帐户相关的用户进行验证，以便允许在所述帐户中增加或减少一定数量的资金；以及
处理器，如果所述用户经过了与所述帐户相关的验证，则根据所述请求消息，确定与所述用户相关的另一个帐户，在所述平台的外部，向所确定的另一个帐户发送充值请求，以获得向所述帐户充值的追加资金，以及，如果从所述另一个帐户接收到所述追加资金，则允许利用所述追加资金对所述帐户进行充值；
其中所述平台在所述多个不同类型的外部网络的外面；
所述正在被充值的帐户被存储在除了另一个平台以外的清算平台上，所述另一个平台存储了所述另一个帐户。
51.根据权利要求50所述的平台，其中所述检验模块利用来自在所述接收机端的用户发送的口令，以验证与所述帐户相关的所述用户。
52.一种从与多个用户相关的多个帐户中收取费用的平台，该平台包括：
接口，通过该接口向使用设置在所述平台外部接收机的用户发送充值消息和请求消息；
存储单元，存储与所述用户相关的帐户金额；以及
处理器，针对提供给所述用户的通信服务和/或事务，向与所述用户相关的帐户进行结算，确定所述帐户的金额是否低于预定的数量，相对所述接收机建立连接，以向在所述接收机端的用户发送请求向所述帐户充值的请求消息，以便使所述帐户中的数额等于或超过所述预定的水平，并从所述用户那里接收向所述帐户充值的响应消息；
其中，如果所述用户经过了与所述帐户相关的验证，则所述平台根据所述请求消息，从与所述用户相关的另一个帐户接收追加的资金，并利用所述追加的资金对所述帐户进行充值；以及
所述另一个帐户存储在一个平台上，该平台是除了具有所述存储单元的平台以外的平台。
53.根据权利要求52所述的平台，其中所述处理器进一步从所述用户接收用于对所述用户进行检验的独特的口令，并向检验模块提供所接收到的口令，用于对与所述帐户相关的用户进行验证。
