新型易贴粘附片及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种易贴粘附片及所述物品的生产方法。更特别的是,本发明涉及一种在贴敷至胶粘体上时能容易地排除空气的易贴粘附片,它贴敷方便,还能重复贴敷,而不会损坏粘附片的外观,对用作大尺寸的粘附片,诸如标志和装璜用的粘附片或涂膜时掩蔽用的粘附片,特别有用,以及有效生产所述物品的方法。
背景技术
通常,粘附片包括一层基片,粘附层形成在其表面上,而可释放衬垫则可选择地配置于其上,在配置了可释放衬垫的情况下,使用时撕掉可释放衬垫,粘附片通过粘附层接触胶粘体而被贴敷。
但是,当粘附片的面积大到某个程度,诸如在粘附片用于标志和装璜时,在粘附片用于涂膜中的掩蔽时,在粘附片用于金属板的表面保护时及其它类似情况时,空气气泡趋于形成在粘附层与胶粘体之间,此部分鼓突,从而产生粘附片不能容易地平整地贴敷至胶粘体上的问题。
为了解决前述问题,迄今已作了各种尝试,在粘附层的表面设置了空气流动通道,以便在贴敷时通过通道排走空气,从而不形成空气气泡。
例如,提出一种装配式粘附片,其粘附层具有多个分布的点状小突物(日本应用模型登记号2503717和2587198);一种易贴粘附片,在粘附表面上具有空气流动通道(日本未审定专利申请号223081/1988);一种在光化学处理中应用的粘附带,在其所具的粘附层中设置了能成为空气流动通道的凹槽(日本未审定专利申请号248243/1994);以及一种粘附片,在其所具的粘附层中形成有多个突物和在相邻突物之间的凹槽(日本未审定专利申请号209704/1999)。
但是,虽然上述粘附片和粘附带易于贴敷在胶粘体上,因为在使用时,空气易于被排走,但是,由于已有的缺点它们不能时时完全满意,诸如当贴敷位置不正确,将其重新撕开,再重新贴敷时就很困难;不均匀结构或凹槽结构产生于基片的表面上,从而损坏了贴敷后粘附片的外观。
发明的内容
在上述情况下,发明试图提出一种易贴粘附片,在贴敷至胶粘体上时,它能容易地排走空气;能以良好的粘结力方便、平整地贴敷;在重新贴敷时,易于定位,且在贴敷后不会损坏粘附片的外观,以及对用作大尺寸的粘附片特别有用。
本发明对发展易贴粘附片进行了认真的研究,此种易贴粘附片具有前述的优异功能,并成形成能达到前述目的的具有粘附层的粘附片,在粘附层中每一特定形状的球形突物都设置在预定的距离上,以便在相邻突物之间形成空气流动通道。发明是在以下这样的研究成果基础上达到的。
也即,发明具有以下要点:
(1)一种易贴粘附片,它在基片的表面上具有一层粘附层,在其中设置了多个球形突物,从而在各个相邻突物之间形成了空气流动通道,粘附层中球形突物的直径为从50至300μm,高度为10至50μm,而相邻突物之间的距离为0至100μm。
(2)如上述(1)限定的易贴粘附片,其特征在于,粘附层的厚度(从基片表面至球形突物顶部的距离)为15至100μm。
(3)如上述(1)或(2)限定的易贴粘附片的一种生产方法,该种方法包括:
在可释放衬垫的可释放处理层上形成一层粘附层,其中所设置的可释放处理层在表面上具有形状转印面;以及
将基片叠加在粘附层上。

发明的较优实施例
本发明提出的粘附片具有粘附层,其中在基片的表面上设置有多个球形突物,每个都具有特定的形状,对基片没有特殊的限制,可有目的地从通常用作粘附片基片的那些基片中挑选和应用。
基片可包括例如纸,如无纤维纸,玻璃纸或铜版纸;塑料片,诸如聚酯(例如聚乙烯对酞酸盐和聚乙烯naphthalate)、聚烯烃(例如聚丙烯、聚乙烯)、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯醇、聚氨基甲酸(乙)酯和丙烯酸树脂的塑料片;纤维素塑料片,诸如三醋酸盐纤维素、双醋酸盐纤维素和赛珞玢的纤维素塑料片。基片的厚度可根据使用目的或情况适当地确定,它通常位于从10至300μm的范围内,最好在50至150μm的范围内。
对形成设置于基片表面上的粘附层的粘结剂没有特殊的限制,那些通常用于粘附片的粘附层的粘结剂都可应用,例如丙烯酸粘结剂、橡胶型粘结剂或硅酮型粘结剂。
在本发明提出的粘附片中,由于多个、每个具有特定形状的球形突物按预定距离加以排列,在相邻突物之间形成了空气流动通道,在贴敷时空气通过空气流动通道被排走,因此,粘附片能以良好的粘结力平整地贴敷,而不发生空气气泡。
图1是平面图(a)和侧视图(b),它们用于解释设置在按本发明提出的粘附片的粘附层上的多个突物的形状和排列状态。在图中,A表示球形突物的直径,B表示突物的高度,而C表示相邻突物之间的距离。
在本发明中,球形突物的直径A从50至300μm,而高度B小于直径的1/2,位于10至50μm的范围内。当直径小于50μm或高度小于10μm时,在粘附片贴敷至胶粘体上时,排走的空气较少,从而形成空气气泡,未能达到本发明的目的,另一方面,当直径超过300μm或高度超过500μm时,这引起粘附片贴敷在胶粘体上后外观变坏,因为产生基片表面上的结构不均匀。球形突物的较好直径位于50至150μm的范围内,而其较好的高度位于15至40μm的范围内。
此外,相邻突物之间的距离C位于0至100μm的范围内。当距离超过100μm时,形成空气气泡,粘附片贴敷至胶粘体上后,空气不能有效地排除,粘附片贴敷至胶粘体上后,基片表面形成凹坑,损坏了外观,不能达到本发明的目的。当距离C为0μm时,相邻突物相互接触形成最紧密的组装结构。较好的距离C是在从0至70μm的范围内。
在本发明中,较好的是同一形状的球形突物有序地排列以便达到本发明的目的。此外,通过在粘附层上设置这样的突物,当粘附片轻轻地粘结至胶粘体上时,由于只有球形突物的顶部点对点地粘附至胶粘体上,即使它被贴敷至错误位置,也能容易地撕掉,并容易地重新粘附。也即定位更方便了。
本发明提出的粘附片的粘附层厚度(从基片表面至球形突物顶部的距离)通常选自15至100μm的范围,最好选自15至50μm的范围。
对于本发明提出的粘附片的生产方法,任何方法都能应用,只要它能提供一种粘附层,其中,上述形状和排列的多个球形突物能成形至基片的表面上。例如,(1)在基片表面上设置具有多个球形突物的粘附层的方法,诸如筛网印刷法;(2)在基片表面上直接设置平面粘附层,然后使粘附层接触模压滚筒,用以形成多个球形突物的方法;以及(3)将成形在可释放衬垫的可释放处理表面上的形状转印至粘附层的表面,再将基片贴敷至粘附层的方法,这些方法均可采用,而形状转印方法(3)从可操作性观点看起来是比较合适的。
在形状转印方法中,要求的粘附片可通过在可释放衬垫的可释放处理层上成形一层粘附层,其中,设置了在表面上具有形状转印面的可释放处理层,然后将基片叠加在粘附层上而生产。而在其中设置了在表面上具有形状转印面的可释放处理层的可释放衬垫可通过以下方法生产,例如,在可释放衬垫基片上涂敷诸如硅酮树脂的可释放剂以设置可释放处理层,再通过已知方法实施成形加工。具有上述球形突物的粘附层可通过转印可释放处理层而生产。对于此处应用的可释放衬垫基片没有特殊的限制,任何通常用作可释放衬垫基片的那些基片均可选择和使用。
用于可释放衬垫的基片可包括叠层纸,它通过将诸如聚乙烯的热塑树脂叠压至诸如无纤维纸和各类塑料薄膜的纸上而形成。
在本发明提出的方法中,具有本发明的可释放衬垫的粘附片是按以下所述获得的,即在可释放衬垫的可释放处理层上形成一层粘附层,该可释放衬垫设置有一层在表面上具有形状转印面的可释放处理层,然后将基片叠加至粘附层上。在使用时,当撕掉可释放衬垫,将粘附层放置在胶粘体上,同时用挤压机或手指挤压贴敷时,由于相邻突物之间的空间形成空气流动通道,用以排走空气,因此不能形成空气气泡,粘附片能以良好的粘结力方便、平整地粘附上。此外,当粘附片轻轻地放至胶粘体上时,由球形突物建立了对胶粘体的点对点的接触,从而能加以定位,在确定位置后,通过对粘附片的有力推动,粘附片就能以良好的粘结力平整地粘附至胶粘体上。此外,粘附片的外观在贴敷后不会变坏,这种变坏是由于例如在基片表面上的不均匀结构而产生的。
图2是本发明提出的粘附片的一个实例的横截面图,粘附片10具有这样的结构,其中,粘附层2具有多个球形突物3,而可释放衬垫4则依次叠压在基片1的表面上。
实例
接着将通过实例对本发明加以更具体的解释,但本发明并不限制于实例。
[实例1至6和对比实例1至4]
在110g/m2的无纤维纸上叠压30μm的聚乙烯,并通过在聚乙烯侧涂敷硅酮树脂形成厚度为0.5μm的可释放处理层以制备可释放衬垫,而形状转印面则通过对可释放衬垫的可释放处理层一侧进行模压而形成。接着,用丙烯酸树脂(PK,由LINTEC Co.生产)在所述可释放衬垫的可释放处理层上形成一层厚度为30μm的粘附层,其后,将厚度为50μm的聚氯乙烯基片(FP5011,由LINTEC Co.生产)叠加至粘附层上。这样,就得到了一种具有可释放衬垫的粘附片,其粘附层设置有如表1和表2所示的球形突物。在对比实例1中,不在可释放衬垫上形成形状转移面,就在可释放处理层上形成粘附层,此后就贴上基片。
对如此获得的具有可释放衬垫的粘附片进行以下的试验。结果示于表1和表2中。
(1)粘结力
从粘附片的粘附层表面上撕走可释放衬垫后,将粘附层表面贴敷至不锈钢板上,而粘结力则在撕开24小时后,以300mm/min的速率沿180°的方向应用由JIS Z0237提供的拉力试验机进行测量。环境条件设定,温度为23℃,相对湿度为50%RH。在评价中,确定10N/25mm或以上为令人满意。
(2)空气可除去性
在经蜜胺涂敷的铁板(50×50mm)上放置刚撕掉可释放衬垫的同一大小的、具有可释放衬垫的粘附片的粘附层表面,一面用手指轻轻挤压边缘,用以在中心部分形成空气气泡,一面按压被粘附物。主张应用挤压机压出空气气泡部分,以便肉眼确认空气的排走状态。
(3)基片表面的变形
用肉眼确认在上述(2)中空气被排走已确认的粘附片的基片表面上是否产生不平整度。
(4)加热后的肿胀
将上述(3)中基片表面上的变形已被确认的粘附片在80℃的热稳定容器中置留30min,然后用肉眼确认在基片表面上是否产生肿胀。

工业可应用性
本发明提出一种粘附片,它在贴敷至胶粘体上时,易于排走空气,所以能方便地以良好的粘结力平整地贴敷,并能通过重新贴敷易于定位,且贴敷后不会使粘附片的外观变坏。
本发明提出的粘附片特别适合用作大尺寸的粘附片,诸如用于标志和装璜的粘附片;用于在涂膜时掩蔽的粘附片;用于金属板表面保护的粘附片;及类似的粘附片。

Claims (3)

1.一种易贴粘附片,它在基片的表面上具有一层粘附层,在其中设置了多个球形突物,从而在各个相邻突物之间形成了空气流动通道,粘附层中球形突物的直径为从50至300μm,高度为10至50μm,而相邻突物之间的距离为0至100μm。
2.如权利要求1所述的易贴粘附片,其特征在于,粘附层的厚度(从基片表面至球形突物顶部的距离)为15至100μm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的易贴粘附片的一种生产方法,该种方法包括:
在可释放衬垫的可释放处理层上形成一层粘附层,其中所设置的可释放处理层在表面上具有形状转印面;以及
将基片叠加在粘附层上。
