本发明为一种新型背光模组背胶,包括耐热层,所述耐热层下方设有绝缘层,所述绝缘层的下方设有屏蔽层,所述耐热层的上表面设有非粘接区和粘接区,所述非粘接区位于所述粘接区的四周,所述非粘接区上设有多个定位孔,所述粘接区上设有多个粘接单元,所述多个粘接单元之间这有沟槽。与现有技术相比,本发明新型背光模组背胶,能够有效的解决现有背胶不便于拆卸,且不耐热、容易漏电及受到电磁干扰的问题,具有便于拆卸、耐热绝缘抗干扰等优点,大大提高了液晶显示器面板的工作性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及光电领域,特别是涉及一种新型背光模组背胶。
背景技术
背光模组为液晶显示器面板的关键零组件之一。功能在于供应充足的亮度与分布均匀的光源,使其能正常显示影像。背胶是背光模组的零组件之一,其主要作用是用来粘接背光模组中的元器件,传统的背胶仅仅设有一层粘接层,所有元器件均位于此粘接层上,其不便于拆卸,且不耐热、容易漏电及受到电磁干扰,不利于液晶显示器面板的工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种便于拆卸、耐热绝缘抗干扰的新型背光模组背胶。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:一种新型背光模组背胶,包括耐热层,所述耐热层下方设有绝缘层,所述绝缘层的下方设有屏蔽层,所述耐热层的上表面设有非粘接区和粘接区,所述非粘接区位于所述粘接区的四周,所述非粘接区上设有多个定位孔,所述粘接区上设有多个粘接单元,所述多个粘接单元之间这有沟槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明新型背光模组背胶的有益效果是:本发明新型背光模组背胶,能够有效的解决现有背胶不便于拆卸,且不耐热、容易漏电及受到电磁干扰的问题,具有便于拆卸、耐热绝缘抗干扰等优点,大大提高了液晶显示器面板的工作性能。

具体实施方式
请参阅附图1,一种新型背光模组背胶,包括耐热层1,所述耐热层1下方设有绝缘层2,所述绝缘层2的下方设有屏蔽层3,绝缘层2起到绝缘作用,屏蔽层3起到屏蔽电磁辐射、抗干扰的作用,所述耐热层1的上表面设有非粘接区11和粘接区12,所述非粘接区11位于所述粘接区12的四周,所述非粘接区11上设有多个定位孔13,起定位作用,所述粘接区12上设有多个粘接单元121,所述多个粘接单元121之间这有沟槽122,所述定位孔13为4个,其贯通所述耐热层1、绝缘层2及屏蔽层3,所述粘接单元11成矩阵排列,所述粘接单元121成凸起状,当元器件比较小时之间粘接在单个粘接单元121上,当元器件比较大时,粘接在多个粘接单元121上,其与整块粘接相比,节省了粘接材料,同时由于沟槽122的作用,使得其摘取方便,便于拆卸。

1.一种新型背光模组背胶,其特征在于:包括耐热层,所述耐热层下方设有绝缘层,所述绝缘层的下方设有屏蔽层,所述耐热层的上表面设有非粘接区和粘接区,所述非粘接区位于所述粘接区的四周,所述非粘接区上设有多个定位孔,所述粘接区上设有多个粘接单元,所述多个粘接单元之间这有沟槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型背光模组背胶,其特征在于:所述定位孔为4个,其贯通所述耐热层、绝缘层及屏蔽层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型背光模组背胶,其特征在于:所述粘接单元成矩阵排列。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型背光模组背胶,其特征在于:所述粘接单元成凸起状。
