Abstract

本发明涉及一种显示器,包括显示面板和背光模组,所述显示面板层叠设置在所述背光模组的上方,所述显示面板包括边缘区,所述显示器还包括双面胶和保护膜,所述保护膜无粘性,所述保护膜设有多个窗口,所述保护膜贴附所述双面胶的一面,所述双面胶的另一面贴附于所述背光模组,所述显示面板之边缘区位于所述保护膜之远离所述双面胶的一侧,通过所述窗口区域内的所述双面胶与所述边缘区接触,以将所述显示面板粘附至所述背光模组。本发明能够保证显示器的显示面板质量和寿命,重工时,显示面板不易被损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种显示器。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,这些电子设备的边框越来越窄,亮度要求也越来越高,同时还要满足省电的要求。显示器和显示面板为液晶显示装置中的重要部件。
一般情况下,显示面板通过双面胶与显示器四周固定。然而,随着液晶模组的厚度越来越薄,对显示面板的厚度要求也随之严苛,显示面板厚度变薄后,显示面板的边缘粘接在双面胶上,双面胶的粘附力很容易引起显示面板的破损,尤其在重工时,显示面板需要从双面胶上拆离,要克服双面胶的粘性,显示面板极易被损坏。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种显示器,能够保证显示器的显示面板质量和寿命,重工时,显示面板不易被损坏。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种显示器,包括显示面板和背光模组,所述显示面板层叠设置在所述背光模组的上方,所述显示面板包括边缘区,所述显示器还包括双面胶和保护膜,所述保护膜无粘性,所述保护膜设有多个窗口,所述保护膜贴附所述双面胶的一面,所述双面胶的另一面贴附于所述背光模组,所述显示面板之边缘区位于所述保护膜之远离所述双面胶的一侧,通过所述窗口区域内的所述双面胶与所述边缘区接触,以将所述显示面板粘附至所述背光模组。
其中,所述显示面板包括依次层叠设置的上偏光片、上层玻璃、下层玻璃和下偏光片,所述下层玻璃之边缘伸出以形成所述边缘区,所述双面胶延伸至所述下偏光片的边缘底部,以将所述下偏光片粘附至所述背光模组。
其中,所述保护膜的顶面与所述边缘区的底面接触,所述下偏光片的顶面与所述下层玻璃接触,所述保护膜的顶面与所述下偏光片的顶面齐平。
其中,所述边缘区的顶面设有芯片和软电路板,通过所述芯片与所述软电路板实现所述显示面板的触控功能。
其中,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、光学膜片及灯条光源,所述导光板设于所述胶框所包围的空间内,所述灯条光源设于所述胶框与所述导光板之邻接的位置处,所述光学膜片层叠设置于所述导光板的上方,所述下偏光片设于所述光学膜片之远离所述导光板的一侧,所述双面胶粘附至所述胶框、所述灯条光源及所述光学膜片的边缘。
其中,所述灯条光源包括基座及发光件,所述发光件突设于所述基座的一侧,所述发光件伸入所述胶框与所述导光板之间,所述基座的远离所述发光件的表面与所述胶框的顶面齐平,且二者共同形成粘接面,所述双面胶粘贴在所述粘接面。
其中,所述保护膜与所述双面胶为一体式的结构或可分离式的结构。
本发明通过在双面胶与显示面板的边缘区之间设置保护膜,保护膜没有粘性,使得边缘区与保护膜接触,这样能够降低显示面板的边缘区与背光模组之间的粘附强度,这样在将显示面板拆离背光模组的过程中,极大程度降低面板的损坏,保护膜的设置使得显示面板边缘区与背光模组之间无间隙,降低了因为间隙存在导致的显示面板内应力,优化显示面板的显示效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明提供了一种显示器,包括显示面板10和背光模组20。所述显示面板10层叠设置在所述背光模组20的上方,所述显示面板10包括边缘区162。所述显示器还包括双面胶30和保护膜40,所述保护膜40无粘性,所述保护膜40设有多个窗口42,如图2所示。所述保护膜40贴附所述双面胶30的一面,所述双面胶30的另一面贴附于所述背光模组20。所述显示面板10之边缘区162位于所述保护膜40之远离所述双面胶30的一侧,通过所述窗口42区域内的所述双面胶30与所述边缘区162接触,以将所述显示面板10粘附至所述背光模组20。
本发明通过在双面胶30与显示面板10的边缘区162之间设置保护膜40,保护膜40没有粘性,使得边缘区162与保护膜40接触,这样能够降低显示面板10的边缘区162与背光模组20之间的粘附强度,这样在将显示面板10拆离背光模组20的过程中,极大程度降低面板的损坏。
保护膜40的设置使得显示面板10边缘区162与背光模组20之间无间隙,这样就降低了因为间隙存在导致的显示面板10内应力,优化显示面板10的显示效果。
具体而言,所述显示面板10包括依次层叠设置的上偏光片12、上层玻璃14、下层玻璃16和下偏光片18,所述下层玻璃16之边缘伸出以形成边缘区162,所述双面胶30延伸至所述下偏光片18的边缘底部,以将所述下偏光片18粘附至所述背光模组20。
所述保护膜40的顶面与所述边缘区162的底面接触,所述下偏光片18的顶面与所述下层玻璃16接触,所述保护膜40的顶面与所述下偏光片18的顶面齐平。保护膜40顶面与下偏光片18顶面齐平的设计,能够保证下层玻璃16的平面度,进一步保证显示面板10的显示效果。
所述边缘区162的顶面设有芯片15和软电路板13,通过所述芯片15与所述软电路板13实现所述显示面板10的触控功能。所述保护膜40的设置使得显示面板10保持在同一平面上,且显示面板10的边缘区162与背光模组20之间无安装间隙,这样,就能够避免显示面板10边缘区162的变形,从而能够保证芯片15与软电路板13的良好的信号传输,进一步保证显示面板10的显示效果。
背光模组20的具体结构如下:所述背光模组20包括胶框22、导光板24、光学膜片26及灯条光源28,所述导光板24设于所述胶框22所包围的空间内,所述灯条光源28设于所述胶框22与所述导光板24之邻接的位置处,所述光学膜片26层叠设置于所述导光板24的上方,所述下偏光片18设于所述光学膜片26之远离所述导光板24的一侧,所述双面胶30粘附至所述胶框22、所述灯条光源28及所述光学膜片26的边缘。
所述灯条光源28包括基座282及发光件284,所述发光件284突设于所述基座282的一侧,所述发光件284伸入所述胶框22与所述导光板24之间,所述基座282的远离所述发光件284的表面与所述胶框22的顶面齐平,且二者共同形成粘接面,所述双面胶30粘贴在所述粘接面。
背光模组20还包括背板27和反射片25,背板27用于承载导光板24及胶框22,反射片25设于反光板24的底面。其它实施方式中,反射片25也可以用反射涂层来代替。
所述保护膜40与所述双面胶30为一体式的结构或可分离式的结构。一体式的结构可以通过在制作双面胶30的过程中,将双面胶30的一面的粘胶形成间隔设置的多段粘胶的形式,类似保护膜40窗口42的结构分布,同时可以将双面胶30的厚度加厚,大于普通双面胶30的厚度,这样,能够使得显示面板10与背光模组20安装后无安装间隙。分离式的结构即单独制作无粘性的如图2所示的保护膜40,在普通的双面胶30表面粘一层保护膜40。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种显示器,包括显示面板和背光模组,所述显示面板层叠设置在所述背光模组的上方,所述显示面板包括边缘区,其特征在于,所述显示器还包括双面胶和保护膜,所述保护膜无粘性,所述保护膜设有多个窗口,所述保护膜贴附所述双面胶的一面,所述双面胶的另一面贴附于所述背光模组,所述显示面板之边缘区位于所述保护膜之远离所述双面胶的一侧,通过所述窗口区域内的所述双面胶与所述边缘区接触,以将所述显示面板粘附至所述背光模组。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括依次层叠设置的上偏光片、上层玻璃、下层玻璃和下偏光片,所述下层玻璃之边缘伸出以形成所述边缘区,所述双面胶延伸至所述下偏光片的边缘底部,以将所述下偏光片粘附至所述背光模组。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述保护膜的顶面与所述边缘区的底面接触,所述下偏光片的顶面与所述下层玻璃接触,所述保护膜的顶面与所述下偏光片的顶面齐平。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述边缘区的顶面设有芯片和软电路板,通过所述芯片与所述软电路板实现所述显示面板的触控功能。
5.如权利要求3所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、光学膜片及灯条光源,所述导光板设于所述胶框所包围的空间内,所述灯条光源设于所述胶框与所述导光板之邻接的位置处,所述光学膜片层叠设置于所述导光板的上方,所述下偏光片设于所述光学膜片之远离所述导光板的一侧,所述双面胶粘附至所述胶框、所述灯条光源及所述光学膜片的边缘。
6.如权利要求5所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述灯条光源包括基座及发光件,所述发光件突设于所述基座的一侧,所述发光件伸入所述胶框与所述导光板之间,所述基座的远离所述发光件的表面与所述胶框的顶面齐平,且二者共同形成粘接面,所述双面胶粘贴在所述粘接面。
7.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述保护膜与所述双面胶为一体式的结构或可分离式的结构。
