技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆的副架,并且更具体地说,涉及一种用于重载轴安装件的模块化副架,其中底部中心铸件可以被改变以使副架适应于各种转向系统。
背景技术
在将独立前悬架轴安装到带有“C”形沟槽或空间框架型的底盘的重载车辆中时,通常需要副架以使独立前悬架轴适应于底盘。副架的优点在于,其形成了完整的轴的模块化框架,但是其必须被修改以便与每个底盘结构相配合。
设计了常规的副架组件以便利用焊接的钢板和钢管将独立前悬架适配到特定的底盘结构上。这种常规的设计会变得过重,并且由于焊接变形而遇到问题。而且,将这些常规的副架结构适配到各种转向系统和底盘结构上时只有有限的灵活性。
而且,即使独立前悬架轴可以结合有橡胶控制臂枢转点并可以使用气囊型弹簧,路面噪音和振动也会从独立前悬架传递到底盘上。
需要一种通用的副架设计,该副架设计可以容易地适应于不同的底盘结构并且降低了传递到底盘上的噪音和振动的量。
发明内容

参考图1,现在将描述本发明的第一实施例。本发明的模块化副架组件10包括模块化单件的铸铝副架下部20、钢制造的底盘加强上部30,以及置于副架组件10的上部和下部20、30之间的隔振衬套16。
在图1中所示的实施例中,上部30设置有一对对齐的钢制造的底盘加强梁32、前部发动机安装横向部件34、后部发动机安装横向部件36和发动机安装支架38(仅示出一个)。悬架安装支架39也设置在上部30上。
