Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆且尤其是应用于卡车的停车辅助设备。
背景技术
在现有技术中,用于机动车辆的停车辅助设备是公知的,该设备在机动车辆的后部具有一探测器并在司机驾驶室中或驾驶室上具有一信息提供器。该探测器具有一传感器和一控制装置。可由信息提供器向该控制装置发送控制信号以用于探测器的调整。此外,告知机动车辆后面情况的信号能够被探测器捕获到并被发送到信息提供器,该探测器可以是雷达探测器装置或图像感测装置。通过这种方式,司机获知机动车辆后面的情况。在探测器是图像感测器的情况下,司机可通过屏幕显示设备获得信息。在探测器为雷达设备的情况下,则通过自该信息提供器发出的声音告警获得数据。
按照上述方式,在倒车操作期间,例如当停车时,司机获得支持并有可能能够避免撞到诸如停放的机动车或类似的障碍物上。
在使用上述现有技术中的停车辅助设备的情况下,信息提供器和探测设备之间的连接通过安装电线来完成。
由于这一原因,产生了有关昂贵费用和安装消耗劳动时间的诸多缺点,尤其在这样的停车辅助设备应被安装在一现有车辆上时更是如此。
如果这样的停车辅助设备用在具有拖着或承载着的拖车时,还会产生另外的问题,即在卡车上的信息提供器和卡车或拖车后部的检测装置之间必须提供可解除的连接从而拆去拖着或承载的拖车。
发明内容
由于这个原因,本发明的目的是创造一种用于机动车辆的停车辅助设备,它确保简单的安装和高度的灵活性。
该目的通过这样一种用于机动车辆的停车辅助设备实现,其中该停车辅助设备具有用于检测机动车后面情况的检测装置并具有一信息提供器,该信息提供器与检测装置分离,并且当在没有布线的情况下从探测器到信息提供器传送机动车后面情况的信号时,所述提供器告知司机有关机动车后的情况。
由于以下事实,即机动车后面情况信号的传输在无线情况下完成,因此不必在信息提供器和探测器之间建立这种布线的连接,否则这将需要现有机动车的重新布线。这种情况下,仅必需要安装信息提供器和探测器,而不需要附加的电线的连接。
本发明的装置具有本质的优点,即如果该停车辅助设备用于具有拖着或承载着的拖车的卡车,则在这种情况下,无需在卡车和拖着或承载着的拖车之间建立可解除的连接。这样,大大简化了对拖着或承载着的拖车的解除或调换。
根据本发明的实施例,信息提供器安装在司机驾驶室内或驾驶室上面,探测器安装在机动车装置的后部。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,探测器可从机动车装置的后部拆除。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,探测器安装于机动车的后部部件上,该部件可被解除与机动车拖拉装置的连接。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,在没有布线的情况下信号从信息提供器发送到探测器用于探测器的控制和/或程序设计。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,该控制和/或程序设计由人工或自动执行。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,信息提供器和探测器之间的传送通过无线电执行。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,信息提供器和探测器之间的传送以模拟或数字的格式提供。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,信息提供器和探测器之间的传送通过标准数字增强无绳通信(下文称DECT)或蓝牙短波技术来进行。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,探测器具有一检测器装置和控制装置。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,探测器具有一图像感测装置、一雷达装置、一超声波检测器装置和/或一红外检测器装置。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,信息提供器具有一屏幕显示装置、一声音告警装置和/或一可视告警装置。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,该显示装置与后视镜为构成一整体或连接于后视镜上。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,信息提供器和探测器之间的某种关联借助于表明该两个装置可同时使用的一识别信号来确保。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,所述识别信号为倒车信号。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,在转换到倒车挡后可获得该倒车信号并通过机动车辆的倒车灯将该信号发送到探测器。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,该识别信号是机动车辆点火的启始信号。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,在机动车点火开关打开后可获得通告机动车点火开始的信号并且该信号被从一个部件发送到探测器,该部件在所述的机动车点火开始后获得能量。

具体实施方式
应当注意,尽管附图中示出的是一个牵引式拖车,但是根据本发明实施例的停车辅助设备能够安装在任意其他机动车辆,诸如客车、货运卡车或拖着拖车的卡车上。与此一致,以下描述中的概念受到普遍支持。
参照该图,附图标记1表示机动车,附图标记2表示信息提供器,附图标记3表示探测器。
探测器3用来鉴别机动车1后面的情况,且其被置于机动车1的后部。信息提供器2在机动车1的司机驾驶室内或驾驶室上面,从而与探测器3分离放置。
在这种情况下,机动车1包括牵引车和能够被解除与所述牵引车的连接的后部,所述牵引车诸如牵引式拖车,探测器3位于拖车的后部,且其可解除与拖车的连接。
信息提供器2告知司机有关机动车1后面的情况,该数据由探测器3收集,并且在指示车辆后面情况的信号从探测器发送到信息提供器2时被显示。
探测器3具有一检测器装置,例如图像感测器,即摄像机,雷达设备、超声波检测器装置,和/或红外光束装置。其上连接有一控制装置。而且,信息提供器2包括,例如一屏幕显示装置、声音告警和/或可视告警装置诸如LED。显示装置例如可与机动车1的后视镜构成一个整体或连接于该后视镜上。
例如,在使用摄像机的情况下,无线图像信号被发送至屏幕作为描述机动车1后面情况的信号并显示在所述屏幕上。通过这种方式,司机可在所述屏幕上看到机动车1后面的情况,因此司机能够避免在倒车过程中发生事故,比如撞到停放的机动车或类似物上。
在使用雷达检测器装置、超声波检测器装置和/或红外线设备的情况下,借助于这些装置或这些装置之一能够观测到机动车1后面的特定区域。在这种情况下,如果存在障碍物,则会使人注意到,因为一描述机动车1后面情况的信号,即来自检测器装置、超声波检测器装置和/或红外装置的信号,会被无线发送到声音告警装置和/或可视告警装置,从而使司机注意到所述障碍物。相应地,也大大降低了倒行中发生事故的几率,例如撞到停放的机动车或类似物的几率。
而且,还存在如下的可能性,即除了无线发送描述机动车1后面情况的信号外,还有其它信号被无线地从探测器3传送到信息提供器2或从信息提供器传送到探测器3。
这些信号可能是诸如被人工或自动从信息提供器2发送至所述探测器3用于探测器3的程序设计的信号。举个例子,该信号可能是用于调整摄像机的瞄准位置的控制信号,该信号可由司机的手动操作或通过自动装置来产生。自动启动可以这样的方式在这样一种情况下进行,在这种情况下,雷达传感器设备、超声波装置和/或红外传感器设备向信息提供器发送一个信号,则会自动产生一信号,根据该信号摄像机借助于控制装置旋转到雷达检测器装置、超声波检测器装置和/或红外装置检测到障碍物的位置。该动作也从视觉上通过显示装置告知司机障碍物的类型。
信息提供器2和探测器3之间的信号的无线发送可由无线电波以模拟或数字的格式进行。在预计基本不存在来自其他无线电系统的干扰时模拟发送就足够了。在必需更多干扰保护的情况下,数字传输有优势,其中可以使用例如标准DECT、蓝牙或其他适当的程序或标准。在所有的情况下,都应使用双向发送系统。
为了确保信息提供器2和探测器3之间畅通的关联,由识别信号来实现该两个装置的确定的安排,该信号表明这两个装置同时可用。例如,其可以是一反向驾驶信号,在转换到倒车挡时可获得该信号,且其被从机动车的倒车灯发送到探测器3。仍然在这种情况下,不要求从信息提供器2到探测器3之间进行布线。另外,为了用来识别,也有可能存在机动车辆1点火开始的信号。在机动车1点火打开时将可获得该信号且该信号被一个部件发送到探测器3,该部件在机动车1点火打开后被供电,通过这种方式,在这种情况下,也无需从信息提供器2到探测器3的布线。
Claims (18)
1、一种用于机动车,尤其是卡车的停车辅助设备,其中该停车辅助设备包括:
探测器,用于检测机动车后的情况,和
信息提供器,其与探测器分离,且其借助于告知机动车后面情况的信号被从探测器无线发送至信息提供器来警告司机机动车后的情况。
2、根据权利要求1的停车辅助设备,其中该信息提供器安装在司机驾驶室内或驾驶室上面,且该探测器安装在机动车的后部。
3、根据权利要求2的停车辅助设备,其中该探测器可拆除地安装在机动车的后部。
4、根据上述任一权利要求的停车辅助设备,其中该探测器安装在一后部部件上,该后部部件可被解除与该机动车的拖拉部件的连接。
5、根据上述任一权利要求的停车辅助设备,其中信号被从信息提供器无线地发送至探测器用于探测器的控制和/或程序设计。
6、根据权利要求5的停车辅助设备,其中该控制和/或程序设计可人工或自动执行。
7、根据上述任一权利要求的停车辅助设备,其中信息提供器和探测器之间的传送通过无线电波来实现。
8、根据上述任一权利要求的停车辅助设备,其中信息提供器和探测器之间的传送以模拟或数字格式执行。
9、根据上述任一权利要求的停车辅助设备,其中信息提供器和探测器之间的传送通过标准DECT或蓝牙来实现。
10、根据上述任一权利要求的停车辅助设备,其中该探测器具有一检测器装置和一控制装置。
11、根据权利要求10的停车辅助设备,其中该检测器装置具有图像感测器、雷达装置、超声波装置和/或红外装置。
12、根据上述任一权利要求的停车辅助设备,其中该信息提供器具有图像显示装置、声音告警装置和/或可视告警装置。
13、根据权利要求12的停车辅助设备,其中该显示装置与后视镜构成一个整体或连接在后视镜上。
14、根据上述任一权利要求的停车辅助设备,其中由可同时被该两个装置获得的识别信号导致确定该信息提供器和探测器之间的关联。
15、根据权利要求14的停车辅助设备,其中该识别信号是由反向驾驶启动的信号。
16、根据权利要求15的停车辅助设备,其中在转换到倒车挡后可获得该反向驾驶信号并其通过机动车辆的倒车灯被发送到探测器。
17、根据权利要求14的停车辅助设备,其中该识别信号是机动车点火起始信号。
18、根据权利要求16的停车辅助设备,其中在机动车点火开关打开后可获得指示机动车点火开始的信号并且所述信号被从一个部件传送至探测器,该部件在所述机动车点火开始后获得能量。
