Abstract
本发明提供了含有壳聚糖衍生物的重金属螯合剂组合物,该组合物含有:组分含量WT%;带有至少一个二硫代甲酸根的壳聚糖衍生物;1-100;带有至少一个二硫代甲酸根的多胺衍生物;0-99;该重金属螯合剂组合物适用于含重金属离子的废水及污泥,垃圾焚烧飞灰和被重金属离子污染的土壤的处理。
Description
本发明属于环境保护领域,特别属于含有有害重金属离子废弃物或废水治理领域。
早在50年代初期,重金属的环境污染问题就引起了普遍关注,随着工业的高度发展,汞、铅、镉、铜、锌、锰、铬、砷等重金属离子对人类健康的危害日益严重。为此,人们对重金属离子的治理越来越关注,提出了多种治理方法,其中应用最广泛的是化学沉降絮凝法,使用了很多种化学絮凝剂。但这类药剂多属于化学品如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钙等,其生产过程本身就会对环境造成污染,而且治理时所产生的含重金属的沉降物不稳定,容易溶解造成二次污染。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于含重金属离子的废水及污泥,垃圾焚烧飞灰和被重金属离子污染的土壤的处理的含有壳聚糖衍生物的重金属螯合剂组合物。所述组合物中壳聚糖衍生物的含量为大于1%至等于100%(重量百分比)。本发明采用由天然再生资源壳聚糖衍生物为主要成份生产重金属螯合剂,不仅为天然废弃物的综合利用开拓了经济合理的新用途,而且处理过程中所形成的重金属螯合物化学性质稳定,易于固定化处理,不会造成二次污染。与国外通常采用的化学合成螯合剂相比,本发明制品还具有价格低,使用方法简便的优点。我国甲壳类物质资源丰富,已有数百家企业利用甲壳生产甲壳素和壳聚糖,但其应用开发才刚刚起步,利用甲壳素或壳聚糖再加工制成本发明的产品,不产生任何三废物质。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于含重金属离子的废水及污泥、垃圾焚烧飞灰和被重金属离子污染的土壤的处理的含有壳聚糖衍生物和多胺衍生物的重金属螯合剂组合物。壳聚糖衍生物和多胺衍生物复配使用,拓宽了重金属离子的捕集范围,强化了协同效应,简化了使用方法,降低了治理成本,提高了治理效果。
本发明的协同重金属螯合剂组合物含有下面的组份:

本发明优选带有至少一个二硫代甲酸根的壳聚糖衍生物,特别在壳聚糖分子2位碳氨基上或6位碳的羟基上带有至少一个二硫代甲酸根取代基的壳聚糖衍生物。
本发明所说的壳聚糖衍生物是指分子量大于500的壳聚糖衍生物、壳寡糖衍生物或甲壳素衍生物。
本发明的壳聚糖衍生物可以例如这样制备,由壳聚糖与二硫化碳在碱的存在下对氨基上的活泼氢取代所生成壳聚糖氨基硫代甲酸盐或对羟基进行黄原酸酯化所生成黄原酸盐。所述碱优选是元素周期表I族碱金属或者II族碱土金属的碳酸盐,碳酸氢盐,氢化物,氢氧化物,更优选氢氧化钠或者氢氧化钾。本发明所用来制备壳聚糖衍生物的壳聚糖是指分子量大于500的壳聚糖、壳寡糖或甲壳素。
本发明所述带有至少一个二硫代甲酸根的多胺衍生物优选分子量在500以下的多胺。本发明所说的带有至少一个二硫代甲酸根的多胺衍生物是指在多胺的氨基上带有至少一个二硫代甲酸根取代基的多胺。
本发明的多胺衍生物可以例如这样制备,使二胺类化合物或者多胺类化合物与碱性水溶液反应,再滴加二硫化碳,产生带有至少一个二硫代甲酸根的多胺衍生物。所述碱性水溶液优选元素周期表I族碱金属或者II族碱土金属碳酸盐,碳酸氢盐,氢化物,氢氧化物的水溶液,更优选氢氧化钠或者氢氧化钾水溶液。

采用本发明的重金属螯合剂组合物处理含重金属离子的废水时,可将适量本品投入到污水处理池中,搅拌,静置,将沉降下的污染滤出即可,使用本品处理飞灰,可将本品喷入飞灰捏合机中与飞灰(加适量水)充分捏合即可。

称取分子量约为10000的壳聚糖5g,放入带有回流冷凝器、温度计的四口烧瓶中,加水500ml,NaOH 2.5g,搅拌,升温至35℃,再滴加二硫化碳5ml,在40℃下反应3小时,升温至80℃,反应8小时,停止加热,降至室温,反应产物即为带有二硫代氨基甲酸钠的壳聚糖的水溶液。过滤,真空干燥,得到产物。经分析,该带有二硫代氨基甲酸钠的壳聚糖衍生物的官能度是0.63mmol/g壳聚糖。
元素分析:S:4.04%
实施例2
称取分子量为15000的壳聚糖10g,放入带有回流冷凝器、温度计的四口烧瓶中,加水1500ml,KOH2.5g,搅拌,升温至45℃,再滴加二硫化碳5ml,在40℃下反应3小时,升温至80℃,反应10小时,停止加热,降至室温,反应产物即为带有二硫代氨基甲酸钾的壳聚糖的水溶液。过滤,真空干燥,得到产物。经分析,该带有二硫代氨基甲酸钾的壳聚糖衍生物的官能度是0.39mmol/g壳聚糖。
元素分析:S:2.53%
实施例3
称取乙二胺60g,放入带有回流冷凝器,温度计的四口烧瓶中,加入20%的NaOH水溶液200ml,搅拌30分钟,再滴加二硫化碳80克,在40℃下反3小时,再升温至50℃反应2小时,降至室温,得到水溶液,蒸发,干燥,得产物,经核磁共振谱分析,该产物即为乙二胺二(二硫代氨基甲酸钠)。元素分析:℃:24.76%,H:3.05%,N:15.38%,S:32.77%
实施例4
称取环己二胺120g,放入带有回流冷凝器,温度计的四口烧瓶中,加入10%的KOH水溶液400ml,搅拌40分钟,再滴加二硫化碳180克,在40℃下反应4小时,再升温至50℃反应2小时,降至室温,得到水溶液,蒸发,干燥,得产物,经核磁共振谱分析,该产物即为环己二胺二(二硫代氨基甲酸钾)。元素分析:C:34.15%,H:4.19%,N:10.48%,S:22.68%
实施例5
称取聚乙二胺1200g,放入带有回流冷凝器,温度计的四口烧瓶中,加入10%的NaOH水溶液1500ml,搅拌40分钟,再滴加二硫化碳1800克,在40℃下反应10小时,再升温至50℃反应2小时,降至室温,得到水溶液,蒸发,干燥,得产物,经核磁共振谱分析,该产物即为聚乙二胺二(二硫代氨基甲酸钾)。元素分析:S:27.65%
实施例6
取实施例1制备的壳聚糖衍生物20mg,实施例3制备的乙二胺衍生物980mg,加水10ml稀释,制成重金属螯合剂组合物稀释液,备用。
取含银废水200ml,测定其银离子含量为200mg/l,滴入上述重金属螯合剂组合物稀释液1.0ml,搅拌5分钟,静置30分钟,过滤出沉淀,再次测定滤液中银离子含量降为0.7mg/l。
实施例7
取实施例2制备的壳聚糖衍生物1.0g,其中壳聚糖衍生物重量百分比含量为7%,苯二胺衍生物重量百分比含量为93%,加水10ml稀释,备用。
取垃圾焚烧飞灰100g,测定其中铅含量为500ppm,锌300ppm,铜120ppm,镉100ppm,取飞灰50g加入水5ml,重金属螯合剂组合物稀释液5ml,充分搅拌,捏合20分钟,做为测试样品,另外50g飞灰作为对照样品,分别按照美国TCLP标准进行溶出试验,用原子吸收光谱测定重金属含量,测定结果见表:

取实施例1制备的壳聚糖衍生物0.6g,其中壳聚糖衍生物重量百分比含量为14%,聚乙烯亚胺衍生物重量百分比含量为86%,加水10ml稀释,备用。取某电镀厂含镍废水200ml,测定其中镍含量为123ppm,加入上述重金属螯合剂组合物稀释液1.2ml,搅拌5分钟,静置30分钟,过滤除去沉降物,测定滤液中镍含量降为2.8ppm。
Claims (7)
1、一种含有壳聚糖衍生物的重金属螯合剂组合物,其特征是该组合物含有:
组份 含量(wt%)
带有至少一个二硫代甲酸根的壳聚糖衍生物 1-100
带有至少一个二硫代甲酸根的多胺衍生物 0-99。
2、按照权利要求1的组合物,其中所述带有至少一个二硫代甲酸根的壳聚糖衍生物是指在壳聚糖分子的所有糖环上的2碳氨基上或6位碳的羟基上带有至少一个二硫代甲酸根取代基的壳聚糖衍生物。
3、按照权利要求1的组合物,其中所述至少带有一个二硫代甲酸根的多胺衍生物是指在多胺的氨基上至少带有一个二硫代甲酸根取代基的多胺。
6、根据权利要求1和权利要求2的组合物,其中所述壳聚糖衍生物是指分子量大于500的壳聚糖衍生物、壳寡糖衍生物或甲壳素衍生物。
7、权利要求1-6的重金属螯合剂组合物用于含重金属离子的废水及污泥,垃圾焚烧飞灰和被重金属离子污染的土壤的处理的用途。
