Abstract

Description
发明背景
本发明涉及一种弹性织物的接缝结构的非缝合方法,所说弹性织物例如用于膝、臂的医用装置和躯干吊带,休闲娱乐套装,以及其他服饰物品,例如潜水服、冲浪服、防水服、手套、头饰、长筒水靴、弹性材料的飞行服、救生服或衣片织物。采用这种接缝结构的非缝合方法可以降低产品结构的成本,使其具有良好的耐久性、防渗透性、具有增加的柔性,以及在服饰的接缝部分,从整体上增加物品的强度。
通常,通过将两块织物的直线形边缘粘接和对接在一起,将两块弹性织物连接在一起。在将两块织物缝合在一起之后,在接缝的内侧覆盖带条,例如尼龙带。例如,在构造休闲娱乐服装,例如防水服的接缝时,两块织物,通常是氯丁橡胶,分别粘结其边缘,随后,借助暗缝方法使两块织物对接在一起,缝纫不能刺穿到氯丁橡胶的另一侧。也可以采用其他类型的缝纫加工方法,例如平缝和包缝。然后,从接缝的内侧设置热焊接或手工粘结带条,以便进一步增加接缝的强度。但是,使用缝纫和设置带条的加工方法降低了氯丁橡胶的强度和柔韧性。主要在第三世界国家生产粘结和缝合的穿戴服饰,这是因为,在第三世界国家中,服装制造业属于劳动密集型产业,其劳动成本远远低于美国。
目前流行的用于休闲娱乐服装等的弹性织物的接缝结构的方法公开在美国专利US4741050、US4593418、US4416027、US3246621,和法国专利FR1306301、FR1306990中。相关的技术还记载在美国专利US5036551和英国专利GB319416中。
在美国专利US4741050中,公开了一种接缝结构,通过在两块弹性织物之间插入粘合剂,然后将两块织物包缝在一起的方法形成接缝。
在美国专利US4593418中,公开了一种经过改变的粘合剂和缝合技术,其中在相邻的片状织物上重叠设置了一弹性带条。
在美国专利US4416027中,公开了一种构成接缝结构的方法,其中沿着两块弹性织物的横向相对的边缘设置凹槽。将橡胶填织物及粘合剂一起插入织物的凹槽内,接着只在服装的外侧进行缝合加工,随后形成接缝。
在美国专利US3246621中,公开了一种接缝的方法,其中通过采用简单的锁式线迹缝合方法,使相邻的织物边缘对接在一起。
在法国专利FR1306301和FR1306990中,公开了一种构成接缝的技术,其中借助粘合剂使织物的边缘对接在一起,接着,在接缝边缘施加具有粘合剂的弹性材料带条,随后进行缝合加工。
在美国专利US5036551中,公开一种制造叠层热塑性弹性织物的方法,其中借助粘合剂密封,形成不采用缝纫加工的叠层接缝。但是,其中所述由热塑性弹性织物的叠层材料形成接缝,这种技术非常有效,而且使用寿命长,但是不希望使用粘合剂粘结已经叠层的织物的对接边缘。
在这一方面,应当注意到大部分弹性织物是热塑性材料,这是非常重要的,如果织物还没有经过预先加热固化,织物可以相互“焊接”在一起。例如,如果成批的氯丁橡胶树脂形成两块片状材料,并且被加热固化,通过再次加热,这两块片状材料不能通过物理方式相互结合在一起。在这两块片状材料之间需要附加粘合剂,或者设置其他还未经过改变,即未固化的热塑性材料,通过加热使其连接在一起。另外,如果再次进行加热,这两块片状材料将产生降解,形成碳化塑料,其不能保持需要的材料特性。
在英国专利GB319416中,公开了一种对接的弹性材料,特别是在一基层或表面上固定一层材料。如此专利中所述,当橡胶材料被附着在基层上时,并且,在常规的磨损过程中受拉伸作用,借助设置的互锁结构,可以防止在产品的外层产生裂缝或开裂。
在现有技术中,接缝连接技术存在着许多问题。在正常的磨损过程中,由于缝合结构被磨损,这种接缝容易被破坏或分开。穿透织物的线迹,削弱了接缝的强度,而且会产生泄漏。由于缝合加工本身对形成织物的宏观组织造成了巨大破坏,从而削弱了织物的强度。如果在进行缝合加工之后,在接缝上附着带条,这种附着的带条将刺激皮肤,而且由于该带条与皮肤的摩擦,可能使带条从接缝上脱落。这将使缝纫接缝再次开口而被破坏。采用缝合方法连接两块片状织物,其本身将降低服装物品在接缝部分的强度和弹性,从而导致服装物品的柔软性下降。结合缝合加工与设置带条,或者采用其他织物覆盖接缝,这种结合加工方式将削弱产品的强度、柔韧性和弹性。服饰中的接缝被破坏,属于其固有的结构特征,这大大增加了制造者修理产品的费用,并且降低了服饰产品的使用寿命。最终,缝合加工和设置带条加工属于密集劳动,其不仅浪费时间,而且,价格昂贵。
本发明旨在解决上述问题,并且提供有关的其他优点。
发明概述
本发明涉及一种将两片弹性织物连接在一起的方法,其不需要对接缝进行缝纫或缝合加工。这是通过一种构造接缝的方法来实现的,形成第一种预定的形状,使其与第二种预定的形状相对应,从而形成非缝合接缝。
在本发明的一个实施例中,第一片弹性织物的一个边缘被切割,以便形成预定的第一几何形状。所述织物可以由共轭二烯、聚氯丁二烯(polychloropene)、氯丁二烯(chloropene)、α烯烃聚合物或共聚物,或氯丁橡胶构成。第二片弹性织物的一个边缘也被切割,以便形成预定的第二几何形状。第一和第二几何形状的边缘相互对应。最好,几何形状具有圆弧形的远端和近端。沿着相应的第一和第二几何形状的边缘施加粘合剂,然后,使其相互配合,从而形成接缝。根据选择预定的几何形状,接缝可以相交或互锁。粘合剂可以是双面胶带、液态热塑性聚合物,或者胶料。根据使用的材料,这些粘合剂可以被加热活化。胶料可以选自环氧树脂、氨基甲酸乙酯、聚氨基甲酸酯、氰基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、或者硅树脂。保持片状织物不移动,直到粘合剂完全固化,形成一片整体的具有非缝合接缝的织物。
在采用上述方法的本发明的另一个实施例中,在织物的一侧或两侧沿着接缝的长度方向只设置带条,以进一步密封接缝。所述带条包括柔性的聚酯织物,该织物具有涂覆其一侧的粘合剂,并且可以进行热焊接或手工粘合。在任何一种情况下,通过加热作用,使胶带固化。
通过下面结合附图,进一步描述本发明的构思和实施例,可以了解本发明的其他特征。

图5B是图2B所示另一种第一片状弹性织物与图4B所示另一种第二片状弹性织物,在相应的第一和第二具有几何形状的边缘相互连接的平面图,其中表示,形成的连接成一片的织物具有互锁的接缝。
图6A是图5A所示具有互锁接缝的连接在一起的弹性织物的平面图,其中表示沿着互锁接缝的长度方向设置带条。
图6B是图5B所示具有互锁接缝的连接在一起的弹性织物的平面图,其中表示沿着互锁接缝的长度方向设置带条。
对优选实施例的详细描述
通过附图表示了本发明的目的,本发明涉及将两片弹性织物10和12连接在一起的方法,这种方法在接缝14之间不需要进行缝纫或缝合。
参照附图1~3,第一和第二片状弹性织物10和12最好选自共轭二烯、聚氯丁二烯(polychloropene)、氯丁二烯(chloropene)、氯丁橡胶、α烯烃聚合物或共聚物。使片状织物10的边缘16与片状织物12的边缘18连接在一起而将织物10和12连接在一起,并将要形成接缝14的边缘16和18切割形成对应的几何形状,如图2A、2B、4A、4B所示。参照附图2A、2B,第一片状弹性织物10的边缘16被切割形成预定的第一几何形状20和20’。在附图中描绘了两种可以借鉴的几何形状,但是应当明白,可以具有多种可能的尺寸和形状,其都适于用本发明的方法连接。最好,第一几何形状20、20’包括圆弧表面,这种圆弧表面能够有效地分散不可避免的作用在接缝14、14’上的应力和应变。同样,参照图4A、4B,第二片状弹性织物12的边缘18被切割形成预定的第二几何形状22、22’,所述第二几何形状22、22’对应于第一几何形状20、20’。
在第一和第二片状弹性织物10和12上的相应的边缘16和18上切割出第一和第二几何形状20、20’和22、22’,然后,将粘合剂施加到边缘16和18暴露的侧表面24。粘合剂可以是两侧具有粘合剂的双面胶带,或者是液态热塑性聚合物粘合剂,或者是胶料。可以使胶带或聚合物粘合剂加热活化,以便粘合剂固化。优选的粘合剂是氨基甲酸乙酯,因为通常这种粘合剂具有比其他粘合剂优良的柔性,但是,任何类型的粘合剂,例如环氧树脂、氨基甲酸乙酯、氰基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、硅树脂族的粘合剂都可以获得理想的效果。
参照附图5A、5B,在第一和第二片状弹性织物10和12之间,具有第一种几何形状的边缘16与第二种几何形状边缘18相配合,形成互锁接缝14、14’。其结果是形成具有互锁非缝合接缝14、14’的单个弹性织物片。然后,保持互锁的接缝14、14’不产生移动,直到粘合剂完全固化。
参照图6A、6B,将经过加热活化的带条26覆盖互锁的接缝14、14’的一侧或两侧,进一步密封接缝。最好,通过热焊接或手工粘合设置带条26。
通过上面所述内容,说明了在弹性织物中,采用本发明的这种接缝构造方法,具有多个优点。本发明的加工接缝结构的方法不需要对织物进行缝纫或缝合加工。这种结构提供的服饰非常舒适、降低了穿戴服装时皮肤不舒适的感觉。这种方法还减少了由于施加在缝合接缝上连续的摩擦,导致接缝被破坏的可能性。由于不需要进行缝合加工,还提高了织物的防水性能,消除了与缝纫织物有关的泄漏。这种方法的另一个优点是,提供的连接织物的方法减少了构成接缝所需要的步骤,由此节省了加工时间,降低劳动强度,节省了织物,从而降低了制造服饰品的成本。
这种方法通过具有非常自然相交的几何形状保持织物的整体性,从相交的接缝的几何形状的中部到接缝的边缘,具有足够的强度。由此获得强度更高的接缝,而且,增加了织物的强度和弹性。与其它方法相比较,采用本发明的方法可以获得强度更高、柔性更好的柔软的服饰品。
虽然上面没有对其他用于接缝的结构进行描述,上面所述的结构并不构成对本发明范围的限定,在不离开本发明构思和范围的条件下,可以提出多种修改的方式。因此,除本发明的权利要求书以外,本发明不受上述内容的限制。
Claims (24)
1.一种在两片状弹性织物之间形成非缝合接缝的方法,其包括下列步骤:
切割第一片状弹性织物,形成具有预定的第一种形状的第一边缘;
切割第二片状弹性织物,形成具有预定的第二种形状的、与所述第一种形状相对应的第二边缘;
在第一和第二形状的边缘施加粘合剂;
使第一形状边缘与第二形状边缘相互配合,在第一和第二片状弹性织物之间形成接缝;
保持接缝不移动,直到粘合剂完全固化。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:所述第一和第二形状是几何形状。
3.按照权利要求2所述的方法,其特征是:在配合时,第一和第二几何形状的边缘相交。
4.按照权利要求3所述的方法,其特征是:在配合时,第一和第二几何形状的边缘互锁。
5.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:弹性织物选自共轭二烯、聚氯丁二烯、氯丁二烯、氯丁橡胶、α烯烃聚合物或共聚物。
6.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:粘合剂包括加热活化的双面胶带。
7.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:粘合剂包括液态热塑性聚合物。
8.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:粘合剂包括胶料。
9.按照权利要求8所述的方法,其特征是:胶料选自环氧树脂、氨基甲酸乙酯、聚氨基甲酸酯、氰基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、硅树脂。
10.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:具有形状的边缘包括近端和远端,其中远端具有圆弧形状。
11.一种在两个片状弹性织物之间形成非缝合相交接缝的方法,其包括下列步骤:
切割第一片状弹性织物,形成具有预定的第一种几何形状的第一边缘;
切割第二片状弹性织物,形成具有预定的第二种几何形状的、与所述第一种形状相对应的第二边缘;
在第一和第二几何形状的边缘施加粘合剂;
使第一几何形状边缘与第二几何形状边缘相互配合,在第一和第二片状弹性织物之间形成相交的接缝;
保持接缝不移动,直到粘合剂完全固化;
在互锁的接缝的第一侧面覆盖带条。
12.按照权利要求11所述的方法,其特征是:在配合时,第一和第二几何形状的边缘互锁。
13.按照权利要求12所述的方法,其特征是:加热活化带条,以密封其下面的第一和第二几何形状的边缘。
14.按照权利要求12所述的方法,其特征是:将带条设置在互锁接缝的一个第二侧的上面。
15.按照权利要求12所述的方法,其特征是:弹性织物选自共轭二烯、聚氯丁二烯、氯丁二烯、氯丁橡胶、α烯烃的聚合物或共聚物。
16.按照权利要求12所述的方法,其特征是:粘合剂包括加热活化的双面胶带。
17.按照权利要求12所述的方法,其特征是:粘合剂包括液态热塑性聚合物。
18.按照权利要求12所述的方法,其特征是:粘合剂包括胶料,其选自环氧树脂、氨基甲酸乙酯、聚氨基甲酸乙酯、氰基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、硅树脂。
19.按照权利要求12所述的方法,其特征是:具有形状的边缘包括近端和远端,其中远端具有圆形形状的边缘。
20.一种在两片状弹性织物之间形成非缝合互锁接缝的方法,其包括下列步骤:
切割第一片状弹性织物,形成具有预定的第一种几何形状的第一边缘,所述几何形状包括圆弧表面;
切割第二片状弹性织物,形成具有预定的第二种几何形状的、与所述第一种形状相对应的第二边缘;
在第一和第二几何形状的边缘施加粘合剂;
使第一几何形状边缘与第二几何形状的边缘相互配合,在第一和第二片状弹性织物之间形成互锁接缝;
保持互锁接缝不移动,直到粘合剂完全固化;
在互锁接缝的第一侧施加加热活化的带条。
21.按照权利要求20所述的方法,其特征是:所述带条包括柔性聚脂织物,所述织物的一侧具有涂覆有胶料。
22.按照权利要求21所述的方法,其特征是:通过热焊接或手工粘合设置带条。
23.按照权利要求20所述的方法,其特征是:所述粘合剂选自可加热活化的双面胶带、液态热塑性聚合物或胶料。
24.按照权利要求23所述的方法,其特征是:所述胶料选自环氧树脂、氨基甲酸乙酯、聚氨基甲酸酯、氰基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、硅树脂。
