表面起绒的皮革状片
本发明涉及具有书法效果的高级外观和兼备近于天然皮革的柔软风格和手感,进而在制鞋时有优异的钳帮性,在制鞋后又有优异的形状保持性的皮革状片,还涉及,根据需要,兼具防水性与透湿性,而且在外部因素例如加上拉伸、挠、拍打等外应力的场合与粘上脏物等时也不损及其防水性能,因此成为应用于制鞋的皮革状片以及用所述片制成的鞋。
最近,在把户外活动视作为重要的娱乐活动的背景下,即使在时髦趋势的今天也多使用由有休闲随便感觉的天然绒面革或天然正绒面革、似绒面革状材料或似正绒面革状材料做的鞋。不过,以往的似正绒面革状人造革与构成实际的天然正绒面革皮革的胶原纤维相比较,很清楚,由于用了纤度更高的纤维,其外观差,摸起来感觉很粗,没有高级的感觉。还有,由于构成人造革的纤维在整层的纤度是均一的,即使由不同纤度的纤维构成的,但这些纤维是混杂存在的,因此不可能做到象天然皮革那样的细折皱的皱摺。
例如,特开昭59-1749号公报所记载的技术,在有由0.5旦以下的超细纤维和比此超细纤维粗4倍以上的纤维混合物构成的绒毛层的场合,起绒部分的表面的手感由于粗细不同的纤维而变得粗糙感,即使在染色时也因纤维粗而容易发生染色浓度不匀,因此难以得到高级外观。又如,特开平3-137281号公报所记载的技术,由超细纤维构成的缠绕网络材料中在把编织物叠合后用针刺法使其缠绕网络一体化的场合,由于表面层或其附近容易存在编织物的纤度粗的纤维,也引起了同样的问题。
还有,作为把粗细不同的纤维构成的层积层而不存在这些纤维混合存在的例子的特开昭59-116447号公报,介绍了由1旦以下的纤维与高分子弹性体所构成的人造革中用点状涂布的粘结剂把针织物或织物贴合起来的技术。不过,此技术中,贴合的层是针织物或织物,且由于构成的纤维过粗,作为衬里材料,虽然提高人造革的强度是可能的,但在制鞋工艺中的钳帮时会在表面现出编织物的凹凸,由于编织物的断裂伸长而不适合于钳帮工艺,应用的鞋的种类受到限制。
再有,历来的人造革多数为全层染色,尤其在鞋等使用的场合,因与脚接触的部分,即皮革状片的里面的染色坚牢度使袜子等有被染料污染的问题。
还有,在要求防水性的场合,似正绒面革状材料因与天然正绒面革同样在表面没有粒面层,在用于鞋子的场合,因透湿性大而不易发闷,但是具有与穿起来感觉良好相反的缺点是雨水极容易通过皮层而渗入内部。作为解决这些问题的方法,虽已提出了在里面加防水层等方法的方案,但这些方法中由于防水层已露出里面,在里面受到例如拉伸、笔画、拍打等外力因素的场合就存在有防水层损害的问题。
本发明者等锐意对兼具高级外观、接近于天然皮革的柔软风格、手感、而且在制鞋时具有优异的钳帮性和形状保持性,进而根据需要,还兼具防水性和透湿性、以及外部因素也不损及其防水性能的似正绒面革状皮片进行了研讨,结果发现用下述缠结网络无纺布(A)和(B)由不连续存在的粘合剂积层得到的皮革状片实现了上述目的,从而完成了本发明。所述(A)是由含弹性聚合物的0.1旦以下的超细纤维(a)的缠结网络无纺布所构成、而且是在积层面的反侧立有绒毛,在经向和纬向的断裂伸长分别为50%以上和80%以上的缠结网络无纺布;(B)是由含弹性聚合物的具有纤度0.5旦以下且为纤维(a)的4倍以上的细纤维(b)的缠结网络无纺布所构成、并且是在经向和纬向的断裂伸长分别为50%以上和80%以上的缠结网络无纺布。
进一步说,本发明中优选的是,缠结网络无纺布(A)已染了色,但(B)基本上没有染色,而且根据需要,在缠结网络无纺布(A)和(B)之间存在有由弹性聚合物(C)所构成的透湿性膜层的皮革状片。以及用这些皮革状片经钳帮制鞋工艺而得到的鞋。
附图是本发明的皮革状片的断面模式图。图中的1表示无纺布(A)、2为无纺布(B)、3为透湿性膜层(C)、4为粘合剂层、5为绒毛层、图1为不存在透湿性膜层(C)的情况,图2为存在透湿性膜层(C)的情况。
天然皮革的由超细纤维束构成的表面层下存在由比此超细纤维稍粗的纤维构成的层,本发明的皮革状片的断面结构与这样的天然皮革结构相类似,因此,推论这就是本发明的皮革状片具有天然皮革状风格、手感和折皱等特性的原因所在。
下面来详细叙述本发明。本发明所使用的(A)层含有0.1旦以下的超细纤维缠绕网络所得到的无纺布和,其中渗透、絮凝的弹性聚合物。构成(A)层的纤维的纤度在0.1旦以下是必要的,优选范围为0.1~0.0001旦。超过0.1旦时绒毛面的触感感觉很粗,得不到极细的光泽,外观就变差了。而当不到0.0001旦时,纤维的断裂强度降低,层的剥离强度和断裂强度有下降的趋势,进而染色后的显色性差。
作为超细纤维的制造方法有:使用2种以上没有相溶性、其溶解性和分解性各不相同的聚合物的混合纺丝法或复合纺丝法等纺丝方法,得到了断面形状为海岛结构或可分离的堆合结构构成的超细纤维发生型纤维,再把此纤维的一部分(比如海成分)抽提出去或分解除去、剥离堆合部分来制造超细纤维的方法;或在形成了有绒毛结构的片后再把纤维的一部分(比如海成分)抽提出去或分解除去来制超细纤维的方法;或在从熔融纺丝喷丝头出来的成纤性聚合物立即用高速气体所吹散而成细纤维的所谓熔体吹扬(melt blow)法等;虽然使用这样的大家都知道的制造超细纤维的方法都是可以的,不过从纤维纤度的控制与超细纤维的稳定性来考虑,优选的还是上述经过超细纤维发生型纤维的方法。
作为构成超细纤维的树脂并没有特别的限制,列举的有:从聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二酯、以它们为主体的共聚聚酯等芳香聚酯类、尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙610等聚酰胺类、聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚烯烃类等大家知道的树脂中选出的聚合物。其中,从由上述芳香聚酯类或聚酰胺类所得到的似天然皮革状人造革因其染色性优异等点而为优选。
还有,在不损及其纺丝时稳定性的范围内可以在这些树脂中添加碳黑等着色剂。
作为构成超细纤维发生型纤维的被抽出除去或分解除去的树脂成分的例子列举的有,在从聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丙烯酸类单体的共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯共聚物、共聚聚酯等聚合物中选出的至少1种聚合物。其中因聚乙烯或聚苯乙烯或以它们为主体的共聚物容易被抽提出去而为优选。
下面来说明有关用上述超细纤维或超细纤维发生型纤维形成基材的方法。作为形成无纺布的方法,可以用大家知道的方法,例如,通过依次进行由超细纤维发生型纤维构成的缠结网络无纺布制造工序、在此缠结网络无纺布中渗透、凝絮弹性聚合物溶液的工序、把超细纤维发生型纤维变性为超细纤维的工序来实现。当然,把超细纤维发生型纤维变性为超细纤维的工序与在此缠结网络无纺布中渗透、凝絮弹性聚合物的工序倒过来也行。
作为用超细纤维发生型纤维来制造缠结网络无纺布的方法是,把超细纤维发生型纤维用历来大家知道的方法进行纺丝、牵伸、热处理、绻曲、切割等处理,制成该纤维的原棉,然后把此原棉用粗梳机分丝解束,再用成网机形成无规网材或交叉缠绕的网材。把所得到的网材根据需要进行积层而得到所希望的重量。网材的重量要随最终使用目的的用途范围来作适当选择,一般在100~3000g/m2范围为优选。还有,以低成本等为目的,在必要重量约2倍的无纺布中渗透、凝絮弹性聚合物溶液后再用带式刀等按厚度方向分割,就可以一次高效的制造2块基材。用下面的已知手段,例如针刺法或高压水流喷射法等对网材的积层进行缠绕网络处理,就形成了缠结网络无纺布。针刺的数目以及针刺的条件随所使用的针的形状与网材的厚度而异,一般设定在200~2500刺孔/cm2范围为好。
缠结网络无纺布也可以先进行含弹性聚合物的处理,再根据需要用热压等已知方法来进行表面的平滑处理。在以构成缠结网络无纺布的纤维例如聚乙烯为海成分、聚酯或聚酰胺为极细的岛成分的海岛型超细纤维发生型纤维的场合,由热压使海成分聚乙烯熔融,因纤维彼此之间的粘合而得到表面平滑性极优异的缠结网络无纺布,因此特别优选。还有,在缠结网络无纺布不是可以把其构成纤维中的一种成分溶解除去而变性为超细纤维的多成分纤维的场合,为防止所含弹性聚合物固着在纤维上而使风格手感变硬,优选的是在含浸渗透处理之前先用聚乙烯醇等假填充物质覆盖于纤维表面,在赋予弹性聚合物之后再除去假填充物质。还有,对把极细化工序放在弹性聚合物的含浸渗透、凝絮工序之后进行的场合,通过在缠结网络无纺布阶段赋予假填充物质可以得到较柔软的片。
作为缠结网络无纺布中所含的弹性聚合物,虽然可以使用已知的,不过从风格手感观点说,聚氨酯树脂为优选使用的。优选的聚氨酯树脂列举的有,其软段为从由二醇与二羧酸或其成酯衍生物反应得到的聚酯类二醇、聚内酯类二醇、聚碳酸酯类二醇、聚醚类二醇等所构成的一群中选出的至少一种数均分子量在500~5000的聚合物二醇,用它与二异氰酸酯化合物和低分子增链剂反应得到的所谓链段聚氨酯。
从耐久性或皮革状风格手感观点来说,构成软段的上述二醇化合物以碳原子数在6以上10以下为优选。列举的有,例如,3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、2-甲基-1,8-辛二醇、1,9-壬二醇、1,10-癸二醇等。二羧酸的代表性例子列举的为丁二酸、戊二酸、己二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸等脂肪族二酸、对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸等芳香族二酸。
在聚合物二醇的数均分子量不到500的场合,由于其缺乏柔软性而得不到天然皮革状的手感而不选用;而聚合物二醇的数均分子量超过5000的场合,由于氨基甲酸乙酯基浓度减少而难以得到柔软性及耐久性、耐热性、耐水解性平衡的聚氨酯。
二异氰酸酯化合物列举的有,例如二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯、亚苄基二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯等芳香族、脂肪族、脂环族的各类二异氰酸酯化合物。
低分子增链剂列举的有,例如乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、N-甲基二乙醇胺、乙二胺等分子量在300以下的有2个活性氢原子的低分子化合物。
还有,根据需要,在弹性聚合物中也可以添加凝絮调节剂、稳定剂等;而且,2种以上的聚合物一起使用也行。进一步说,添加碳黑等着色剂也行。
在缠结网络无纺布中包含弹性聚合物的方法并没有特别的限制,但从风格手感平衡观点来说,优选的是把弹性聚合物溶液直接含浸渗透到缠结网络无纺布中、必要时用轧板机压榨的方法或把弹性聚合物溶液在用涂布机涂布的同时使其渗透的方法等。还有,从天然皮革状的柔软风格手感这一点来看,构成无纺布的纤维(在超细纤维发生型纤维场合的超细纤维化处理后的纤维)与弹性聚合物的重量比以20/80~95/5范围为优选,25/75~90/10范围为更优选。纤维的比例过低时,皮革状片变成橡胶状风格手感而不被选用,但纤维的比例过高时使其风格手感象纸状,得不到目标的天然皮革状风格手感。
在缠结网络无纺布中包含了弹性聚合物之后,用对弹性聚合物以及超细纤维发生型纤维的岛成分起到非溶剂作用而对海成分起到溶剂或分解剂作用的液体处理,就把超细纤维发生型纤维变性为超细纤维束,于是制成由超细纤维缠结网络无纺布与弹性聚合物构成的片。当然也可以在含有弹性聚合物之前把超细纤维发生型纤维变性为超细纤维束的方法制得片。
可以用已知的磨光、刷毛等方法来使所得到的由超细纤维的缠结网络无纺布与弹性聚合物构成的无纺布的表面起毛。由于起毛的绒毛长度影响了手感与光泽等外观,调整例如磨光所用的砂纸的型号、磨削的速度或摁压的压力等磨光、刷毛的条件而可以得到好看的绒毛长度。
由这样得到的由缠结网络无纺布和弹性聚合物所构成的片其经向和纬向的断裂伸长在50%以上和80%以上是必须的。由于在制鞋工艺中的钳帮时约伸长30%左右,故经向和纬向分别有50%以上、80%以上的断裂伸长是优选的。但不足此时,就有在钳帮时断裂、皮革状片的表面产生开裂的情况,故是不好的。更为优选的是经向在55%以上150%以下而纬向在85%以上200%以下。为了使断裂伸长在经向50%以上、纬向80%以上,一般优选的是在用针刺法使超细纤维或超细纤维发生型纤维缠绕网络时使用高刺孔数的方法。所以,根据测定用适当的针刺数进行针刺所得到的片的断裂伸长的结果来对针刺数作增减就可以得到具有必要的断裂伸长的片。反之,在为增强无纺布使编织物一体化的场合其有断裂伸长变低的趋势而不被优选使用。
本发明中,在制鞋时为防止所得鞋变样,而且防止制鞋时的钳帮使表面产生凹凸,更为提高里面的摩擦坚牢度,在(A)层的里面使与前述的(B)层一体化。构成本发明的(B)层是由0.5旦以下的纤维所构成的缠结网络无纺布与弹性聚合物所构成的层,除了纤维的纤度为0.5旦这一点之外,与(A)层是一样的,其构成纤维的树脂和制造方法以及构成弹性聚合物的树脂和制造方法也都是一样的。因此,与构成(A)层的纤维的树脂成分和弹性聚合物的成分也可以是一样的。还有,(A)层必须在一面进行起毛处理,而对(B)层来说,并没有特别的必要,但作的话也行。
构成(B)层的纤维的纤度在0.5旦以下是必要的,超过0.5旦的场合在制鞋时钳帮就会在表面发生凹凸使外观不好。更优选的范围是0.1~0.001旦。还有,相对于构成(A)层的纤维的纤度,构成(B)层的纤维的纤度必须在其4倍以上,以5~1000倍为优选。纤度差不足4倍时,得不到象天然皮革那样的自然的风格感觉,降低了高级感,在钳帮时形状保持性下降。再,本发明所述的构成(A)层和(B)层的纤维的纤度(平均粗细)是按下面的方法来求出的:从各自层的厚度方向断面拍摄电子显微镜照片,由这些照片中选出任意100根纤维,从其截面积来求出单根纤维的粗细,把100根的粗细合计起来再被100除。还有,此(B)层的断裂伸长的限定是与(A)层的场合一样的,当不能满足经向50%以上、纬向80%以上时就会发生与(A)层同样的问题。
构成本发明的(A)层和(B)层是由不连续状存在的粘合剂所积层起来的。用于粘合剂的树脂并没有特别的限制,一般使用已有的聚氨酯树脂。粘合用的树脂与构成(A)层或(B)层的弹性聚合物的树脂一样或不一样都行。在不损及粘合性能的范围内,根据必要在用于粘合的树脂中添加稳定剂、着色剂、微粒等也可以。
本发明中,把(A)层和(B)层积层的场合,以把(A)层的经向与(B)层的经向指向同一方向来积层为优选。
粘合用树脂的涂布方法并没有特别的限制,有把此树脂溶解于溶剂而涂布的方法和热熔法等。
此粘合用树脂的涂布形态中使粘合树脂以不连续状存在是必要的。具体说,虽有点状涂布、线状涂布,但从由粘合了的(A)层与(B)层所构成的积层物的纵向、横向的伸缩弹性平均化的目的来说,点状粘合为优选,使用照相凹版辊使粘合树脂点状涂布为特别优选。照相凹版辊的目数并没有特别限制,通常用50~200目来进行。涂布的粘合用树脂连续存在的场合,其手感变硬而不好。本发明所述不连续意味着涂布的粘合剂相对于纵横两方向基本上不是没有断点的连续状态。粘合剂的涂布量以其固体分在1~30g/m2范围为优选。
本发明的皮革状片的构成,由于是(A)层、(B)层由不连续存在的粘合剂所层积的,故其构成的特征在于跨越(A)、(B)两层的纤维基本上是不存在的。由于有这样的结构,由构成(A)层的超细纤维使其有高级感觉的风格、手感和外观,尤其是,只有(A)层染色从而防止了其里面的坚牢度的下降,而且还可以根据需要插入防水膜。
本发明以(A)层已染色、(B)层基本上没有染色的情况为优选。本发明所说的染色意味着在由构成(A)层的超细纤维所构成的缠结网络无纺布中形成含弹性聚合物层之后,再用染料染色,不包括预先在构成(A)、(B)各层的超细纤维和细纤维或弹性聚合物中添加碳黑为代表的颜料或染料的着色。因此,对于在制造是构成(B)层的成分的细纤维或弹性聚合物的过程中用碳黑等来着色的场合就不用所说的染色来表示。
由于只有(A)层已染色,与(A)、(B)两层都染色的情况比较,不仅染料成本低,而且在把本发明的皮革状片用于鞋等的场合下,与脚接触的部分不为染料所污染。
关于上述的由(A)、(B)层的积层构成的皮革状片的厚度没有特别限制,但在作为鞋使用的情况下,以(A)层为0.25~1.8mm、(B)层为0.25~2.5mm、积层的似绒面革状皮革状片的厚度为0.5~3mm时使用起来合适。还有,从染料的成本、皱摺的观点来看,(A)层比(B)层薄为优选。
本发明中,根据必要在(A)层与(B)层之间积层由(C)弹性聚合物构成的透湿性膜层。把(C)层插在(A)、(B)两层之间,即按(A)、(C)、(B)的次序积层,可以赋予耐水性。进一步说,因把(C)层夹在(A)层及(B)层中,伤及(C)层的事情很少,因此向皮革状片加外力而损伤耐水性的事情极少。下面详细说明此(C)层。
构成本发明的(C)层是由弹性聚合物构成的透湿性膜层。
透湿度虽无特别限制,不过一般不闷脚的鞋所要求的透湿性,即用JIS K-6549测定法(以下省略测定法)测得其皮革状片的透湿性要在700g/m2/24h以上,所以优选使用1000g/m2/24h以上的膜状弹性聚合物。因此,从兼顾防水性和风格手感的情况下厚度以5~40μm为优选。不足5μm时有防水性下降的趋势,反之,超过40μm时有手感变硬的趋势。
膜层是多孔质的或非多孔质的都行。但是,在多孔质场合,会引起孔的孔径越大其耐水性越差、膜的强度降低等缺点,故孔的孔径在3μm以下为优选。
弹性聚合物的成分没有特别的限制,一般用聚氨酯树脂。在透湿性要求特别高的场合使用主链有聚醚链的聚氨酯树脂为好。有关成型成膜状的方法,在多孔质时用已知的湿式法,而在非多孔质时有把弹性聚合物溶解于溶剂中之后在剥离纸上得到干式膜的方法或聚合物有热塑性时由从T型模具挤出等用热的熔融成型法等,其成型方法也没有特别的限制。
本发明中,构成(C)层的膜状弹性聚合物必须具有比(A)层与(B)层更高的断裂伸长。本发明所述断裂伸长是指用JIS K-6550的测定值,(C)层断裂伸长为比(A)层与(B)层的断裂伸长都要高出10%以上为优选。(C)层的断裂伸长比(A)层与(B)层的断裂伸长低时,制鞋中钳帮时(C)层断裂而成为得不到耐水性的原因。
(A)、(C)、(B)层依序积层所用的粘合树脂是用前面已讲过的,并没有特别的限制,不过,以确保透湿性的目的,因主链有聚醚链的聚氨酯树脂具有高透湿性而优选使用。用于粘合的树脂与构成(C)层的弹性聚合物的树脂一样或不一样都行。
在(A)与(C)和(C)与(B)层粘合时,通常是把粘合用树脂同时或逐次涂布在(A)层和(B)层上再把(C)层叠合在涂布面上。在把粘合用树脂直接涂布在(C)层的场合,因溶剂或热会使(C)层溶解或分解而损及防水性,因此不优选。然而,例如把(C)层粘合在(A)层的场合那样,(A)、(B)中的任一层与(C)层粘合后,再在(C)层一侧涂布粘合用树脂是可能的。
在(A)层与(C)层粘合以及(C)层与(B)层粘合时,此粘合用树脂的涂布方法、粘合剂必须不连续状存在等是与光(A)、(B)两层粘合时一样的,就如上面所述。不过,使用在用熔融的粘合用树脂由照相凹版来涂布并进行叠合之后冷却的方法即所谓的热融法来粘合也是可以的。
由这样得到的由(A)、(C)和(B)层构成的积层物是赋予了防水性的皮革状片,其耐水性由JIS L-1079方法(以下省略测定方法)得到在1500mm以上、透湿度在700g/m2/24h以上为优选。把此皮革状片用于鞋时,由于它的耐水度在1500mm以上,无论是雨水也好,积水或河的浅滩等也好,在浸湿鞋时水不会从皮革状片的表面渗入内部;因其透湿性在700g/m2/24h以上,防闷而穿起来可以保持良好的舒适感。更为优选的是其耐水压1500mm以上在10分钟以上、透湿度在1000g/m2/24h以上。耐水压在10000mm以上和透湿度超过2500g/m2/24h的制品其品质是优异的,但难于制造。
此皮革状片可以添加氟类等防水剂。由于进行防水处理,不光在防止污染、而且在用于鞋等时防止因相当于(A)层的表面层的沾水而使鞋的重量增加的效果方面是特别有效的。进一步说,本发明中,在不太大损及本发明的目的的范围内,在(A)层与(B)层之间或(A)层与(C)层之间、(C)层与(B)层之间存在有超细纤维层或其他树脂层,再是在(B)层的接触(A)层或(C)层的面的相反侧面上存在有超细纤维层或其他树脂层也都是可能的。
由这样得到的皮革状片无论作为室外用修闲鞋、运动鞋等一般的鞋还是进行了钳帮工艺的高级鞋的原料都是有用的。
下面用实施例来具体说明本发明,但本发明并不仅限于这些实施例所述。还有,实施例中的份在没有特别说明时是指重量份。
本发明中,(A)层、(B)层、(C)层的断裂伸长是由JIS L-1096所测定的,基材生产时的进行方向为经向,而其正交方向为纬向。另外,其厚度是按JIS L-1096所示方法测定的,是在加重为240g/cm2下的厚度。
实施例中,耐水压是由JIS K-1079测定的,透湿性是由JIS K-6549测定的,外观、手感和光泽等是发明人等附带判断的,○表示良好,△表示普通,×表示不好。
制造例1
把尼龙6(相对粘度为2.8)和聚乙烯在切为小片的状态下以50∶50的重量比相混合由挤出机进行熔融纺丝,纺制以聚乙烯为海成分、尼龙6为岛成分的具有海岛截面的混合纺丝纤维,进行牵伸、绻曲、切割而制成4旦、51mm长的短纤维,用成网机作十字绻绕,再用针刺机施加700刺孔/cm2的针刺,得到缠结网络无纺布。把这样的纤维质片在聚己二酸-3-甲基戊二酯/聚乙二醇共聚物类聚氨酯树脂的二甲基甲酰胺溶液中浸渍,经湿式凝固后,用80℃的甲苯把纤维的海成分聚乙烯抽提出来,就得到了单位面积重量为450g/m2、厚度为1.3mm、聚氨酯树脂与纤维的比例为50/50的基体层。所得的片的尼龙超细纤维的纤度为0.006旦。把所得的基体层的一面用砂纸磨光就得到了由此尼龙超细纤维构成的有绒毛表面的基体(A)-1,此基体的断裂伸长经向为70%、纬向为95%。
制造例2
把制造例1所得到的基体层的两面用砂纸磨光,产生由尼龙超细纤维构成的绒毛表面,然后按其厚度方向进行完全2等分切片,就得到单位面积重量220g/m2、0.6mm的基体(A)-2。所得到的里外2片的基体有相同的外观、单位面积重量和厚度。此基体的断裂伸长是经向75%、纬向110%。
制造例3
把尼龙6(相对粘度为2.4)和聚乙烯在切为小片的状态下以50∶50的重量比相混合由挤出机进行熔融纺丝,纺制以聚乙烯为海成分、尼龙6为岛成分的海岛截面的纤维,进行牵伸、绻曲、切割而制成3.5旦、51mm长的短纤维,用成网机作十字绻绕,再用针刺机施加1500刺孔/cm2的针刺,得到缠结网络无纺布。把这样的纤维质片在聚己二酸-3-甲基戊二酯/聚乙二醇共聚物类聚氨酯树脂的二甲基甲酰胺溶液中浸渍,经湿式凝固后,用80℃的甲苯把是纤维的海成分的聚乙烯抽提出来,就得到了单位面积重量为305g/m2、厚度为0.9mm、聚氨酯树脂与纤维的比例为55/45的基体层。所得的片的尼龙超细纤维的纤度为0.04旦。把所得到的基体层的两面用砂纸磨光,产生由尼龙超细纤维构成的绒毛表面,然后按其厚度方向进行完全2等分切片,就得到单位面积重量150g/m2、0.4mm的基体(A)-3。在此制造例中,所得到的2片基体有相同的外观和物性。此基体层的断裂伸长是经向80%、纬向105%。
制造例4
把尼龙6(相对粘度为2.6)和聚乙烯分别熔融,各自在邻纺丝喷丝口前以50∶50的重量比相合流,纺丝成10根以尼龙6为岛成分、聚乙烯为海成分的海岛状复合纺丝纤维,经牵伸、绻曲、切割而制成5旦、51mm长的短纤维,用成网机作十字绻绕,再用针刺机施加1000刺孔/cm2的针刺,得到缠结网络无纺布。把这样的纤维质片在聚四亚甲基醚类聚氨酯树脂为主体的二甲基甲酰胺溶液中浸渍,经湿式凝固后,用80℃的甲苯把纤维的海成分聚乙烯抽提出来,就得到单位面积重量为580g/m2、厚度为1.5mm、聚氨酯树脂与纤维的比例为58/42的基体层(B)-1。抽提后的纤维的纤度(平均粗细)为0.25旦。此基体的断裂伸长是经向75%、纬向101%。
另外,把(B)-1基体的一面用砂纸磨光得到有以此尼龙超细纤维构成的绒毛表面的基体(A)-4。
制造例5
用仅由尼龙6(相对粘度为2.6)构成的1.5旦、51mm长的纤维,按制造例1同样的方法制缠结网络无纺布,然后,除了不进行甲苯抽提处理之外,用制造例1同样的方法得到聚氨酯树脂与纤维的比例为27∶73的基体(B)-2。此基体的断裂伸长是经向65%、纬向85%。
染色例
把由制造例1~4所得到的基体(A)-1~4在绞盘绳状染色机内、用红色的含金属络合物盐染料在owf变成10%的条件下于90℃染色1h。
实施例1~3
把制造例4所得到的3片基体(B)-1用聚酯类聚氨酯的二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液为粘合剂以140目照相凹版辊进行点状涂布[涂布量(固体分):3g/m2]之后,立刻分别与已染色的基体(A)-1~3按同样的经纬方向叠合,得到皮革状片。
所得的皮革状片实现了有高级外观、近于天然皮革的柔软风格和手感、有自然的皱摺。而且,没有染色的里面的染色坚牢度为5级。把所得的皮革状片作为鞋的外皮用伸长30%的钳帮制鞋来制作运动鞋,得到的是其所有表面无凹凸、具有类似天然皮革的高级感觉的运动鞋。
实施例4
用已知的方法把聚氨酯(大日精化制的高多烯Y-301-3:聚乙二醇类聚氨酯)的15%DMF溶液涂布在剥离纸上,制成20μm厚的聚氨酯膜(透湿度2500g/m2/24h:不含纤维,膜为非多孔质的,断裂伸长为经向350%、纬向380%,以下简称Y-301-3)。把此膜作为已染色的基体(A)-2和基体(B)-1的中间层,按(A)-2层、此聚氨酯膜、(B)-1层次序积层。
粘合剂使用聚氨酯(大日精化制的高多烯Y-301-3)溶解于DMF中的溶液,以140目照相凹版辊把粘合剂溶液在(A)2、(B)-1各层的粘合面上进行点状涂布[涂布量(固体分):3g/m2],并进行粘合,得到皮革状片。
所得到的皮革状片作为耐水压、透湿性的鞋用原皮兼备充分的性能与外观。把所得的皮革状片用伸长30%的钳帮制鞋来制作运动鞋,得到的是其所有表面无凹凸斑点,具有类似天然皮革的高级感觉的运动鞋。把此鞋浸渍在4cm的水浴中2天,结果是完全看不到水通过皮革状片向鞋内渗入。而且,用砂纸摩擦皮革状片的部分表面,虽留下了伤痕,但耐水压仍全无问题。
比较例1
制造例4得到的基体(B)-1上用聚酯类聚氨酯的DMF溶液为粘合剂以140目照相凹版辊进行点状涂布,然后马上与已染色的基体(A)-4叠合,得到了皮革状片。
所得的皮革状片其表面摸起来很粗,书法效果也极粗而缺乏高级感。
比较例2
在由制造例4纺丝制作的单位面积重量350g/m2的十字绻绕物上积层上由制造例1纺丝制作的单位面积重量250g/m2的十字绻绕物之后,用针刺机以700刺孔/cm2的针刺来得到缠结网络无纺布。把这样的纤维质片在聚己二酸-3-甲基戊二酯/聚乙二醇共聚物类聚氨酯树脂的二甲基甲酰胺溶液中浸渍,经湿式凝固后,用80℃的甲苯把是纤维的海成分的聚乙烯抽提出来,就得到了单位面积重量为460g/m2、厚度为1.3mm、聚氨酯树脂与纤维的比例为45/55的基体层。所得的片的尼龙超细纤维的纤度一面是主要由0.006旦的纤维构成,而另一面则主要是由0.25旦的纤维所构成。把所得的基体层主要为0.006旦的纤维构成的一面用砂纸磨光,得到由此尼龙超细纤维构成的绒毛表面的基体(A)-5。此基体的断裂伸长为经向72%、纬向90%。把所得的基体用染色例所示方法染色,得到皮革状片。
虽然所得到的皮革状片有较良好的外观,但触摸起来有点粗,也得不到自然的皱摺。而且,里面的染色坚牢度为3级。
比较例3
除了把实施例1中的基体(B)-1变为(B)-2外,用同样的方法粘合得到皮革状片,由它加工为运动鞋。这种鞋的表面平滑性差。表1示出了上述实施例和比较例的结果。

发明的效果
本发明的皮革状片是具有书法效果的高级外观、而且具有类似于天然皮革的柔软风格和手感、进而还兼具天然皮革状的皱摺的有表面绒毛的皮革状片。把它用于钳帮制鞋时得到了表面无凹凸且形状保持性优异的鞋。

Claims (11)

1.一种皮革状片,该皮革状片是由不连续状存在的粘合剂使下述缠结网络无纺布(A)和(B)积层得到的,其中,(A)是由含有弹性聚合物的纤度为0.1旦以下的超细纤维(a)的缠结网络无纺布所构成,且在积层面的反面有绒毛、经向和纬向的断裂伸长分别为50%以上和80%以上的缠结网络无纺布,(B)是由含有弹性聚合物的具有0.5旦以下且为纤维(a)的4倍以上的纤度的细纤维(b)的缠结网络无纺布所构成,且在经向和纬向的断裂伸长分别为50%以上和80%以上的缠结网络无纺布。
2.权利要求1所述皮革状片,其中,缠结网络无纺布(A)已染色而(B)基本上没有染色。
3.权利要求1所述皮革状片,其中,弹性聚合物是聚氨酯。
4.权利要求1所述皮革状片,其中,粘合剂是聚氨酯。
5.权利要求1所述皮革状片,其中,粘合剂的赋予量为1~30g/m2的固体分。
6.权利要求1所述皮革状片,其中,无纺布(A)的厚度为0.25~1.8mm、无纺布(B)的厚度为0.25~2.5mm。
7.权利要求1所述皮革状片,其中,缠结网络无纺布(A)和(B)之间存在有由弹性聚合物所构成的、有透湿性的膜层(C)。
8.权利要求7所述皮革状片,其中,膜层(C)的厚度为5~40μm。
9.权利要求7所述皮革状片,其中,构成膜层(C)的树脂是主链有聚醚链的聚氨酯树脂。
10.权利要求7所述皮革状片,其中,构成(C)层的膜的断裂伸长比构成(A)层和(B)层的无纺布的断裂伸长都高10%以上。
11.由权利要求1~3任一项所述的皮革状片经钳帮制鞋所得到的鞋。
