Abstract

本发明的课题在于在一次性尿布中，按照不使可吸收体液的表面积减小的方式在吸液性芯体表面上形成槽。在一次性尿布(1)的吸液性芯体(4)上形成槽(15)，该槽(15)沿从顶片(2)朝向底片(3)的方向凹陷。在覆盖槽(15)的底部(34)和侧壁部(36)的顶片(2)与和其相面对的顶片(3)之间夹设有形成芯体(4)的吸水性纤维(31)和高吸水性聚合物颗粒(32)。

一次性尿布
技术领域
本发明涉及一次性尿布。
背景技术
在JP实开平1-141707号文献中公开的一次性尿布中，将吸收垫分割为多个垫部分片。这些垫部分片由纸浆和高分子吸收体的混合体形成，在各垫部分片的周围，顶片和底片紧密贴合，由此在垫部分片之间，沿从顶片朝向底片的方向凹陷的槽。
在JP特开平9-51913文献公开的一次性吸收性内衣中，在吸液性芯体中，沿该内衣的纵向和与其相垂直的宽度方向间歇地形成有多个条孔，该条孔沿厚度方向贯通并沿内衣的纵向延伸，内顶片沿该孔接合为一体。
在上述公知的一次性尿布中的槽或一次性内衣中的条孔的底部，由于顶片和底片接合，流入这些槽或条孔中的尿仅仅从槽或条孔的侧壁部分为芯体吸收。在这些尿布或内衣中，槽或长孔的宽度越大，可吸收体液的芯体的表面积越少，体液的吸收速度或吸收量越低。
发明内容
本发明的课题在于提供一种一次性尿布，该一次性尿布是即使在扩大形成于尿布的顶片一侧的槽的宽度的情况下仍不使可吸收体液的芯体的表面积减小的一次性尿布。
为了解决上述课题，以本发明为对象的方案涉及一种一次性尿布，该一次性尿布包括透液性顶片、非透液性底片以及夹置于这两个片之间的吸液性芯体，上述芯体由吸收扩散性层覆盖，在该芯体的上述顶片一侧形成至少1条槽，该槽沿从上述顶片朝向底片的方向凹陷，上述槽的底部和侧壁部由上述顶片覆盖，其特征在于：上述芯体包括吸水性纤维和高吸水性聚合物颗粒，该吸收性纤维和高吸水性聚合物颗粒在上述槽的底部夹置于上述顶片和底片之间；上述高吸水性聚合物颗粒在上述槽的底部和侧壁部与覆盖上述芯体的吸收扩散性层接合为一体。

具体实施形式
下面参照附图，对本发明的一次性尿布进行具体描述。
由图1的局部剖开的平面图表示的一次性尿布1包括透液性顶片2、非透液性底片3以及吸液性芯体4，该吸液性芯体4设置于这两个片2，3之间。沿尿布1的前后方向形成前腰围区域6、后腰围区域7、位于这两个区域6、7之间的裆下区域8。顶片2、底片3在从芯体4的周缘伸出的部分相互地重合，以水密封状态接合。在前后腰围区域6、7的端缘部11、12与裆下区域8的两侧缘部13，前后腰围弹性部件16、17与腿围弹性部件18以伸长状态与顶片2、底面3的至少1者的内面接合。在后腰围区域7的两侧缘部19安装有固定胶带21。在尿布1的内面形成槽15，该槽15在芯体4的两侧缘部22相互并行地沿前后方向延伸。
图2为表示图1中的II-II线的剖视图。上述芯体4由粉碎纸浆31和高吸水性聚合物颗粒32的混合物形成，该混合物由薄纸等的吸收扩散性层33包覆。在裆下区域8的宽度方向中间部，上述芯体4具有厚度t。在槽15处，芯体4处于沿从顶片2朝向底片3方向凹陷的状态，该槽15的内面由顶片21覆盖，吸收扩散性层33与顶片21的内侧紧密贴合。上述槽15包括底部34和侧壁部36，从槽15附近处的与尿布1的穿着者的皮肤相对的接触面37至底部34的槽15的深度为尺寸d，从底部34至底片3的芯体4的厚度为p，接触面37的槽15的宽度为w。
在这样的尿布1中，优选的芯体4的单位面积重量在200～700g/m2的范围内，厚度t在2～20mm的范围内，其包括含量按照重量百分比计为5～98％的粉碎纸浆31和含量按照重量百分比计为2～95％的高吸水性聚合物颗粒32，该聚合物颗粒32按照沿芯体4的厚度方向从顶片2朝向底片3逐渐增加的方式分布。另外，聚合物颗粒32还位于槽15的底部34的附近和侧壁部36的附近，其中的一部分通过热熔型粘接剂等的粘接剂(图中未示出)与吸收扩散性层33接合为一体。上述一体性接合也可通过下述方式实现，该方式为：在湿润条件下，对芯体4和吸收扩散性层33中的至少1者的该部位进行压缩。另外，在底部34与侧壁部36，吸收扩散性层33通过粘接剂(图中未示出)与顶片2接合。优选的槽15的宽度w在2～20mm的范围内，长度L(参照图1)为至少20mm，深度d相当于芯体4的厚度t的10～90％。另外，从槽15的底部34到底片3的芯体4的厚度p在芯体4的厚度t的10～90％的范围内。
在按照这样的方式形成的尿布1中，在顶片2上沿尿布1的宽度方向流动的尿等的体液流入槽15，由此，阻止朝向其宽度方向的流动，可防止液体在尿布1中的横向泄漏。流入槽15中的体液在槽15中沿尿布1的前后方向扩展，在底部34和侧壁部36被芯体4吸收。在底部34和侧壁部36，在吸收扩散性层33中接合有许多高吸水性聚合物颗粒32，这些颗粒32吸收体液而发生膨润，相互紧密贴合，形成沿槽15的表面的胶块。由于存在该胶块，槽15即使在芯体4上作用有体压的情况下，仍难于压坏。于是，在穿着尿布1时，该尿布1的槽15不会因被压坏而丧失其性能。但是，由于胶块有妨碍体液渗透到芯体4的深部的作用，故最好是在槽15的侧壁部36的上方部分如图示的那样地设置比高吸水性聚合物颗粒32多的粉碎纸浆31。另外，最好在侧壁部36附近，使粉碎纸浆31混合于高吸水性聚合物颗粒32中，当形成胶块时，一部分粉碎纸浆31穿过该胶块，使体液从槽15朝向芯体4的深部渗透。
由于这样的芯体4不但可由与皮肤相对的平坦的接触面37吸收体液，而且还可以在槽15的底部34与侧壁部36处吸收体液，故不象已有技术的尿布那样，由使顶片和底片接合来形成槽，而使可吸收体液的芯体的表面积减小。由于在芯体4的底部34和侧壁部36高吸水性聚合物颗粒32与吸收扩散性层33接合，故即使在芯体4上作用有体压而使槽15变形的情况下，聚合物颗粒32仍不会从槽15的附近朝向远方离散。在芯体4中，以其重量的20％为限度混合热塑性合成纤维、特别是最好熔点在100±20℃的范围内的热塑性合成纤维。当局部地对芯体4进行加热、加压而形成槽15时，上述纤维熔融、变形，容易形成槽15。芯体4中的聚合物颗粒32的分布可按照各种方式变化，比如，芯体4的单位面积的分布量按照图2的槽15与15之间的分布量大于槽15的外侧的分布量的方式确定，可在槽15与15之间吸收较多的尿，未然地防止尿的横向泄漏。
图3为表示实施形式的一个实例的、与图1相同的图。该图中的尿布1在宽度方向的中间部具有沿前后方向延伸的2条槽15。但是，若这些槽15象图示实例那样沿前后方向间隔开不好的话，则替换为一体的1个槽。槽15的截面形状与图2的相同，如果排泄体液，则该体液流入中间部的槽15，从底部34、或侧壁部36快速地被吸收，由此，沿尿布1的宽度方向流动的量减少。于是，这样的槽15也不使芯体4的可吸收体液的表面积减少，防止尿布1的横向泄漏。
图4也为表示本发明的实施形式的一个实例的、与图2相同的图。在该尿布1中，在槽15的底部34和侧壁部36中，在吸收扩散性层33的内面上紧密接合有粉碎纸浆31的薄层41。在该薄层41中，粉碎纸浆31以其密度高于芯体4的内方部分的方式聚集。另外，高吸水性聚合物颗粒32位于该薄层41的内侧。在这样的尿布1中，由于具有槽15，故不仅不会使芯体4中的可吸收体液的表面积减小，而且由于具有高密度的薄层41，可加速芯体对流入槽15中的体液的吸收。
本发明的尿布1既可用于婴幼儿，也可用于成人。另外，本发明不限于图示实例这样的敞开型，其还可通过下述短衬裤型的尿布实施，在该短衬裤型的尿布中，通过熔接等方式使前腰围区域6和后腰围区域7的侧缘部之间连接。
本发明的效果
由于在本发明的一次性尿布中，在形成于芯体的槽的底部，在顶片和底片之间设置有高吸水性聚合物或粉碎纸浆，故不产生由于具有槽，芯体中的可吸收体液的表面积减小的情况。
另外，由于在形成于芯体中的槽中，高吸水性聚合物颗粒一体地和与顶片的内侧紧密贴合的吸收扩散性层接合，故即使在受到体压而使槽变形的情况下，仍不会产生高水性聚合物颗粒从槽的附近朝向远方离散的情况。

Claims (8)

1.一种一次性尿布，该一次性尿布包括透液性顶片、非透液性底片以及夹置于这两个片之间的吸液性芯体，上述芯体由吸收扩散性层覆盖，在该芯体的上述顶片一侧形成至少1条槽，该槽沿从上述顶片朝向底片的方向凹陷，上述槽的底部和侧壁部由上述顶片覆盖，其特征在于：
上述芯体包括吸水性纤维和高吸水性聚合物颗粒，该吸收性纤维和高吸水性聚合物颗粒在上述槽的底部夹置于上述顶片和底片之间；
上述高吸水性聚合物颗粒在上述槽的底部和侧壁部与覆盖上述芯体的吸收扩散性层接合为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于上述吸收扩散性层在上述槽的底部和侧壁部通过粘接剂与上述顶片接合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于在上述槽的底部和侧壁部，上述吸水性纤维形成其密度高于上述芯体的内方部分的薄层，并且该纤维与上述吸收扩散性层紧密贴合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于上述吸收性纤维为粉碎纸浆。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于上述芯体的厚度方向的上述高吸水性聚合物颗粒的分布量沿从上述顶片朝向底片的方向逐渐增加。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于上述一次性尿布在前后方向上包括前腰围区域、后腰围区域以及位于这两个区域之间的裆下区域，上述槽沿上述前后方向延伸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于上述槽在上述裆下区域的两侧缘部相互并行地向上述前后方向延伸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于上述高吸水性聚合物颗粒的上述芯体的单位面积的分布量在相互并行的上述槽与槽之间多于上述槽的外侧的分布量。
