Abstract

体液吸收性板
技术领域
本发明涉及特别适合用于一次性尿布、卫生巾等使用的体液吸收性板。
背景技术
在过去,众所周知,在一次性尿布或卫生巾中,通过透液性层或通过透液性层与非透液性层覆盖由粉碎纸浆等的亲水性纤维与高吸收性聚合物颗粒形成的体液吸收性的芯体,将其用作体液吸收性板。
在上述一次性尿布或卫生巾等的一次性的体液吸收性物品中,有希望使物品的吸液量增加且尽可能地减小其厚度的情况,该情况可通过增加高吸收性聚合物颗粒的用量来应对。但是,高吸收性聚合物颗粒不具有粉碎纸浆等的较高的吸收速度,另外由于其本身为颗粒,故使用量越多,越难于使上述物品的形状保持一定,此外,朝向上述物品之外的泄漏的可能性越高。吸收水分时的高吸收性聚合物颗粒形成胶体而障碍水分朝向胶体内部的渗透,其结果是,上述物品也未呈现与高吸收性聚合物颗粒的用量相对应的吸收量。
发明目的
本发明的目的在于提供一种体液吸收性板。该体液吸收性板可消除在大量使用高吸收性聚合物颗粒的场合所产生的问题。
技术方案
用于达到上述目的,本发明的对象涉及一种体液吸收性板,其中,具有上下面的芯体中的一个面为透液性层覆盖,该芯体中的另一个面为透液性层和非透液性层中的任何一个覆盖,上述芯体在上述上下面之间至少包括亲水性纤维和高吸收性聚合物颗粒。
针对上述的板,本发明的特征在于,上述芯体包括由上述亲水性纤维和疏水性纤维中的任何一种形成的热熔型纤维,在含于上述芯体中的纤维的整体与上述热熔型纤维交叉的部位中的至少一部分处由上述热熔型纤维的熔接而成一体化,形成三维的网状结构,上述聚合物颗粒由Vortex法测定的吸收速度小于20秒,通过借助形成上述网状结构的纤维与纤维夹持、或与借助粘接剂附着于上述纤维上的任何一种方式将上述聚合物颗粒保持于上述网状结构内部。

实施例
下面参照附图,对本发明的体液吸收性板进行具体描述。
图1为采用本发明的体液吸收性板的一次性尿布1的局部剖平面图。尿布1包括透液性外面层2和非透液性内面层3,该透液性外面层2由无纺布或开孔塑料膜形成,该非透液性内面层3由塑料膜形成,在该两个层2,3之间夹设有体液吸收性板4。该内外面层2,3从板4的周缘伸出并重合,它们通过呈多条螺旋曲线状延伸的热熔型粘接剂9以水密封方式接合。尿布1在图的纵向上包括前腰围区域6、后腰围区域7以及位于这些区域6,7之间的裆下区域8,在前后腰围区域6,7的端缘部,沿作为图的横向的腰围方向延伸的弹性部件11,12位于内外面层2,3之间,以伸长状态安装于这些层2,3中的至少1个的内面上。在裆下区域8的侧缘部,腿围弹性部件13处于内外面2,3之间,以伸长状态安装于这些层2,3中的至少一方的内面上。在后腰围区域7的两侧缘部安装有带状固定件14。在裆下区域8的宽度方向中间部内面上形成沿纵向延伸的一对挤压细槽16。
图2为表示沿图1的II-II线的剖面图。板4包括芯体21以及覆盖层26(同时参照图1),该覆盖层26覆盖芯体21的上下面22,23与侧面24。上述芯体21由许多纤维27和高吸收性聚合物颗粒28形成,顶面22通过覆盖层26与外面层2面对,底面23通过覆盖层26与内面层3面对。上述芯体21的顶面22由透液性层覆盖,其底面23和侧面24由透液性或非透液性层覆盖,在图中,这些面21~24用由薄纸形成的透液性的覆盖层26覆盖。这样的覆盖层6通过热熔性粘接剂9与内面层3接合,此外通过热熔型粘接剂29与外面层2接合。由于覆盖层26与内外面层2,3接合,故板4的位置固定。此外,板4与外面层2之间良好地紧密接触,体液快速地向板4渗透。在板4的两侧部分形成有沿纵向延伸的一对挤压细槽16。该挤压细槽16通过下述方式形成,该方式为:在常温下或加热条件下将板4与内外面层2,3一起沿厚度方向进行压缩,以使挤压条槽16处的板4的厚度小于板4的厚度的2/3、最好小于该厚度的1/2。上述细槽16的纵向长度无特别限定,但是最好该长度以裆下区域8为中心并为板4的全长的至少1/2。上述细槽16的底部32的宽度也无限定,但是一般最好其在0.2~5mm的范围内。在板4中,纤维27和聚合物颗粒28在受到压缩的细槽16的底部32的表观密度最大,底部32的两侧部分33的密度次大。随着从细槽16朝向板4的宽度方向的离开,板4的密度逐渐减小。
图3为芯体21的局部放大图。芯体21为40~5重量%的纤维27与高吸收性聚合物颗粒28的混合物,纤维27按照其单位面积重量在20~100g/m2的范围内,表观密度在0.01~0.05g/cm3的范围内的条件下使用。纤维27的全部含量的至少50重量%是小于纤度6dtex的纤维,而且,80~100重量%的纤维为亲水性纤维,可包含20~0重量%的疏水性纤维。另外,纤维27中的全部含量的20~100重量%的纤维为热熔型纤维,该热熔型纤维包括有亲水性的类型和疏水性的类型。纤维27可采用熔点不同的至少2种纤维,最好是可采用熔点的温度差至少在50℃的范围内的2种或3种纤维。纤维27可使用卷缩状态或非卷缩状态的并排型或芯鞘(sheath and core)型的复合纤维。
在图3中的以实例给出的芯体21中,纤维27由低熔点纤维41和高熔点纤维42形成,该低熔点纤维41由熔点为130℃的聚乙烯形成,其纤度为2dtex,经过亲水化处理,该高熔点纤维42由熔点为250℃的聚酯形成,其纤度为4dtex,经过亲水化处理,以70重量%的比例使用上述低熔点纤维41,以30重量%的比例使用高熔点纤维。上述低熔点纤维41在该低熔点纤维41彼此交叉的第1部位43相互熔接在一起,在与上述高熔点纤维42交叉的第2部位44仅仅使低熔点纤维41熔化,由此使其与高熔点纤维42接合。在该高熔点纤维42彼此交叉的第3部位46,纤维42仅仅相互接触,而不熔化。在第1交叉部位43,低熔点纤维41彼此较强地接合,在第2交叉部位44,低熔点纤维41和高熔点纤维42较弱地接合,在第3交叉部位46,高熔点纤维42之间处于非接合状态。在芯体21中,高吸收性聚合物颗粒28保持在纤维27的网状结构中。在所被保持粒子中,具有由低熔点纤维41与41夹持的状态、由低熔点纤维41和高熔点纤维42夹持的状态、由高熔点纤维42与42夹持的状态等,在任何一种状态中,聚合物颗粒28均可以相互间隔开的方式保持。在聚合物颗粒28的被保持方法中,除了通过纤维27夹持的状态以外,还包括通过借助熟知或公知的粘接剂,与低熔点纤维41或高熔点纤维42等的纤维27接合而被保持的状态。这样的聚合物颗粒28可采用熟知的类型,但是最好采用粒径在100~1000微米的范围内的类型,其保水率至少为20g/g。另外,聚合物颗粒28包含含量在20~100重量%的范围内的颗粒,其按照JIS K 7224标准由Vortex法测定的吸收速度小于20秒,最好小于10秒。图示实例的聚合物颗粒28的形状为球形,但是重量为一定的聚合物颗粒28最好在其表面上形成有许多凹凸部,从而尽可能地增加表面积。由于颗粒28具有凹凸部,故其容易挂于纤维27上,难于从芯体21脱落,由于表面积较大,故可使吸收速度提高。对于具有这样的效果的聚合物颗粒28的按照由Micrometrics公司产生的autobore(オ-トポア)III9420测定的优选的表面积至少为0.03m2/g,最好至少为0.07m2/g。
在这样的尿布1中,透过外面层2和覆盖层26而渗透于芯体21中的水分在通过呈网状结构的纤维27的间隙而流动的过程中,吸收于纤维27中的亲水性纤维中,并且还吸收于高吸收性聚合物颗粒28中。在聚合物颗粒28吸收上述水分而发生膨润时,在其由低熔点纤维41或高熔点纤维42夹持的场合,由膨润造成的变形,使第2部位的纤维41和42剥离,将这些纤维41,42的约束解除,可自由地发生膨润,吸收更多的水分。另外,许多聚合物颗粒28相互间隔开地保持在纤维27上,不妨碍相互的膨润,或不产生下述情况,即形成胶体而使水分朝向芯体21的尿布的渗透延迟。在聚合物颗粒28至少包含20重量%的、按照Vortex法测定的吸收速度小于20秒的相应颗粒的场合,在纤维27和27之间流动的水分为聚合物颗粒28快速地俘获,不会从尿布1泄漏。在对尿布1进行处理的过程中,有时聚合物颗粒28从芯体21上脱落掉。但是,在聚合物颗粒28脱落时,朝向板4的侧方移动的情况下,因由压缩细槽16,阻止其移动,由此,聚合物颗粒28不会从板4的侧部朝向外部泄漏。
上述的压缩细槽16阻止水分朝向芯体21中的侧方流动,还可防止水分在尿布1中横向泄漏。图示实例的压缩细槽16的位置、长度可适当改变,另外,由未形成有压缩细槽16的形式的板4也可实现本发明。还可采用下述多个压缩部代替图中纵向延伸较长尺寸的压缩细槽16,该多个压缩部沿纵向间断,其整体按照实质上呈带状的方式设置。与内外面层2,3形成一体的图示实例的压缩细槽16也可仅仅形成于板4上。在压缩细槽16为在加热条件下对芯体21进行压缩而获得的场合,在细槽16的底部32或其附近部分33处,纤维27相互熔接,可确实阻止聚合物颗粒28或水分沿横向的移动。
在本发明中,板4除了可用于图示实例的尿布1以外,还可用于卫生巾等的一次性的体液吸收性物品,在这些物品中,板4的覆盖层26可采用该物品的透液外面层2(参照图1)以及非透液性的内面层3,以代替薄纸。此时的板4的顶面22和底面23分别由外面层2和内面层3覆盖。按照Vortex法测定的吸收速度由下述时间表示,该时间是2.0g的高吸收性聚合物颗粒28吸收0.9%的生理食盐水50g所需要的时间。高吸收性聚合物颗粒28的保水率由下述重量表示,该重量是指将1g的颗粒28浸泡于0.9%的1公升生理食盐水中达1个小时,进行15分钟的脱水处理,然后以850rpm的转速进行离心分离90分钟之后的相应重量。
发明的效果
在本发明的体液吸收性板中,由于在热熔型纤维所形成的网状结构的芯体的内侧以相互间隔开的方式保持高吸收性聚合物颗粒,故可消除聚合物颗粒朝向板外泄漏的已有技术的问题。此状态的聚合物颗粒也不会形成胶体而使板的吸收性能降低。这样的板可有效地利用包含于其内的许多高吸收性聚合物颗粒,可获得与聚合物颗粒的用量相适合的吸收性能。

Claims (7)

1.一种体液吸收性板,其中,具有上下面的芯体中的一个面被透液性层覆盖,该芯体中的另一个面由透液性层和非透液性层中的任何一个覆盖,上述芯体在上述上下面之间含有亲水性纤维和高吸收性聚合物颗粒,其特征在于:
上述芯体包括由上述亲水性纤维和疏水性纤维中的任何一种形成的热熔型纤维,在形成上述芯体的纤维的整体与上述热熔型纤维交叉的部分中的一部分处,通过上述热熔型纤维的熔化而成一体化,形成三维的网状结构;
上述聚合物颗粒的由Vortex法测定的吸收速度为20秒以下,上述聚合物颗粒通过由形成上述网状结构的纤维与纤维夹持或借助粘接剂附着于上述纤维上的任何一种方式保持于上述网状结构内部;
上述热熔型纤维由熔点相对较低的第1纤维和熔点相对较高的第2纤维形成,上述网状结构包括第1部分和第2部分;在该第1部分借助第1纤维的熔化,上述第1纤维之间形成一体;在该第2部分,通过上述第1纤维的熔化,第1纤维和第2纤维形成一体,在上述第1部分中的第1纤维之间的接合比在上述第2部分中的第1纤维与第2纤维之间的接合强。
2.根据权利要求1所述的板,其特征在于,包含于上述芯体中的纤维整体的单位面积重量在20~100g/m2的范围内。
