前系绳50和后系绳60是由织物材料形成的棉系绳,当前气囊垫10和后气囊垫10折叠时,前系绳50和后系绳60与前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20一起折叠,并且当前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20展开时,前系绳50和后系绳60与前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20一起展开,从而保持展开的前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20的形状。
需要在一定程度上限制前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20的运动,以便当前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20展开时增加前排乘客1和后排乘客2的保护功能。为此,在根据本公开的一种形式的用于车辆的车顶气囊装置3中,前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20的上端和下端被构造成彼此连接。
即,前气囊垫10的上端和后气囊垫20的上端缝合并联接到上板70中以彼此连接,并且前气囊垫10的下端和后气囊垫20的下端缝合并联接到下板80中以彼此连接。
当前气囊垫10的上端和后气囊垫20的上端缝合并联接到上板70中时,前系绳50的上端和后系绳60的上端也缝合并联接到上板70以彼此一体地联接。
另外,当前气囊垫10的下端和后气囊垫20的下端缝合并联接到下板80中时,前系绳50的下端和后系绳60的下端也缝合并联接到下板80以彼此一体地联接。
在另一种形式中,车顶气囊装置进一步包括:气囊壳体90,前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20以折叠状态容纳在气囊壳体90中;以及气囊盖110,同时覆盖容纳在气囊壳体90中的前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20,并且在气囊盖110中形成分别被前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20的展开压力撕裂的前撕裂线111和后撕裂线112。
车顶气囊装置3可以固定安装在车辆的车顶上。在这种形式中,螺栓120依次穿过气囊盖110、下板80、上板70和气囊壳体90,然后紧固到联接到车顶板4的车顶横板(车顶横梁)5,使得用于车辆的车顶气囊装置3固定地安装在车辆的车顶上。
当前撕裂线111和后撕裂线112被前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20的展开压力撕裂时,气囊盖110被分成连接到气囊壳体90的外侧部分和由螺栓120固定的中间部分,并且前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20在通过彼此分开的外侧部分和中间部分之间的空间向下落下的同时执行展开操作。
如图5所示,螺栓120穿过的螺栓孔71、81分别形成在上板70和下板80中,形成在上板70中的螺栓孔71的直径D1大于螺栓120的螺纹部121的直径D3并小于螺栓120的头部122的直径D4,形成在下板80中的螺栓孔81的直径D2大于螺栓120的头部122的直径D4。
在图5中,附图标记“S”表示缝合联接部分。
因此,在如图1和图2所示前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20折叠并容纳在气囊壳体90中的状态下,当前充气器30和后充气器40由于事故而爆炸或点燃并产生气囊气体时,前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20通过气囊气体的压力而展开,并且气囊盖110的前撕裂线111和后撕裂线112通过前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20的展开压力而开始撕裂。
当气囊盖110的前撕裂线111和后撕裂线112被撕裂时,下板80在从螺栓120脱落的同时向下分离。因此,前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20的下端通过气囊气体的压力展开,同时通过前气囊垫10和后气囊气垫20的自重位于在面对面模式下的前排乘客1和后排乘客2之间的空间中。
在这种情况下,上板70、前气囊垫10的上端、后气囊垫20的上端和气囊壳体90保持在通过螺栓120固定到车顶横板5的状态。
同时,如图6所示,当前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20位于面对面模式下的前排乘客1和后排乘客2之间的空间中展开时,前排乘客1和后排乘客2分别与展开的前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20接触,冲击力分别被前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20吸收,从而保护前排乘客1和后排乘客2。
即,当前排乘客1与展开的前气囊垫10接触时,前气囊垫10的外形改变的同时吸收冲击力以保护前排乘客1。在这种情况下,后气囊垫20不会被推向后排乘客2所在的后方,从而可以防止由于将后气囊垫20被推向后方而对后排乘客2造成伤害。
另外,当后排乘客2与展开的后气囊垫20接触时,后气囊垫20的外形改变的同时吸收冲击力以保护后排乘客2。在这种情况下,前气囊垫10不会被推向前排乘客1所在的前方,从而可以防止由于将前气囊垫10被推向前方而对前排乘客1造成伤害。
在另一种形式中,如图7所示,车顶气囊装置3进一步包括在前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20展开的状态的基础上从前气囊垫10的下端向下延伸展开的前腿保护部11和从后气囊垫20的下端向下延伸展开的后腿保护部21。特别地,前腿保护部11和后腿保护部21展开到前排乘客1和后排乘客2的膝盖之间的空间中以保护乘客的膝盖和胫部。
在本公开的另一种形式中,紧固到车顶横板5的螺栓120成为展开的前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20的垫铰链部,并且在车辆发生碰撞的情况下,当前排乘客1与前气囊垫10接触或后排乘客2与后气囊垫20接触时,前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20在围绕垫铰链部旋转的同时吸收碰撞能量。因此,上端部的张力被最小化,从而可以进一步增强对乘客的保护功能。
如上所述,在根据本公开的一些形式的用于车辆的车顶气囊装置中,保护乘客的车顶气囊垫被构造成分成前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20,在事故发生时,前气囊垫10和后气囊垫20位于面对面模式下的前排乘客1和后排乘客2之间的空间中并展开,前排乘客1与展开的前气囊垫10接触,以使冲击力被前气囊垫10吸收,从而保护前排乘客1,后排乘客2与展开的后气囊垫20接触,以使冲击力被后气囊垫20吸收,从而保护后排乘客2。因此,根据本公开的示例性形式的用于车辆的车顶气囊装置可以更有效地保护在面对面模式下的前排乘客1和后排乘客2。
另外,当前排乘客1与展开的前气囊垫10接触时,不会发生后气囊垫20被推到后排乘客2所在的后方的现象,从而可以防止由于后气囊垫20的推动而对后部乘客2造成伤害,并且当后排乘客2与展开的后气囊垫20接触时,不会发生将前气囊垫10推到前排乘客1所在的前方的现象,从而可以防止由于前气囊垫10的推动而对前排乘客1造成伤害。
尽管已经针对示例性形式示出和描述了本公开,但是对于本领域的普通技术人员显而易见的是,在不脱离本公开的思想和范围的情况下可以对本公开进行各种修改和改变。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于车辆的车顶气囊装置,包括:
前气囊垫和后气囊垫,分别以折叠状态安装在所述车辆的车顶上,并通过接收气囊气体的压力而在前排乘客和后排乘客之间展开,
其中,当所述前排乘客和所述后排乘客面对面地坐在所述车辆中并发生事故时,展开的所述前气囊垫接触并保护所述前排乘客,展开的所述后气囊垫接触并保护所述后排乘客。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车顶气囊装置,其中,所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫同时展开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车顶气囊装置,进一步包括:前充气器和后充气器,分别产生供应到所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫的所述气囊气体,
其中,所述前充气器和所述后充气器固定地安装在所述车辆的车顶上,并分别通过前软管和后软管连接到所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车顶气囊装置,进一步包括:
前系绳,联接到所述前气囊垫,并在所述前气囊垫展开时保持所述前气囊垫的形状;以及
后系绳,联接到所述后气囊垫,并在所述后气囊垫展开时保持所述后气囊垫的形状。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车顶气囊装置,其中,所述前系绳和所述后系绳是由织物材料形成的棉系绳。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车顶气囊装置,其中,所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫的上端和下端彼此连接。
7.根据权利要求4所述的车顶气囊装置,进一步包括:
上板和下板,被联接成分别将所述前气囊垫的上端和所述后气囊垫的上端彼此连接以及将所述前气囊垫的下端和所述后气囊垫的下端彼此连接;
气囊壳体,所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫以折叠状态容纳在所述气囊壳体中;以及
气囊盖,同时覆盖容纳在所述气囊壳体中的所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫,并且在所述气囊盖中形成分别被所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫的展开压力撕裂的前撕裂线和后撕裂线,
其中,螺栓依次穿过所述气囊盖、所述下板、所述上板和所述气囊壳体,然后紧固到联接到车顶板的车顶横板,使得所述车顶气囊装置固定地安装在所述车辆的车顶上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车顶气囊装置,其中,在所述上板和所述下板中分别形成所述螺栓穿过的螺栓孔,
在所述上板中形成的所述螺栓孔的直径大于所述螺栓的螺纹部的直径并小于所述螺栓的头部的直径,
在所述下板中形成的所述螺栓孔的直径大于所述螺栓的头部的直径。
9.根据权利要求1所述的车顶气囊装置,进一步包括:
在所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫展开的状态的基础上从所述前气囊垫的下端向下延伸展开的前腿保护部和从所述后气囊垫的下端向下延伸展开的后腿保护部,
其中,所述前腿保护部和所述后腿保护部展开到所述前排乘客和所述后排乘客的膝盖之间的空间中以保护所述前排乘客和所述后排乘客的膝盖和胫部。
10.根据权利要求7所述的车顶气囊装置,其中,在所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫折叠并容纳在所述气囊壳体中的状态下,当所述前充气器和所述后充气器由于事故而爆炸或点燃并产生所述气囊气体时,所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫通过所述气囊气体的压力而展开,所述气囊盖的所述前撕裂线和所述后撕裂线通过所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫的展开压力而开始撕裂,并且所述下板在从所述螺栓脱落的同时分离;
当所述下板从所述螺栓脱落时,所述前气囊垫的下端、所述后气囊垫的下端和所述下板通过所述前气囊垫、所述后气囊气垫和所述下板的自重展开到所述前排乘客和所述后排乘客之间的空间中;并且
所述前排乘客和所述后排乘客分别通过接触展开的所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫而被保护。
11.根据权利要求10所述的车顶气囊装置,其中,当所述前排乘客与展开的所述前气囊垫接触时,所述前气囊垫的外形改变的同时吸收冲击力,并且不发生将所述后气囊垫推向所述后排乘客所在的后方的现象。
12.根据权利要求10所述的车顶气囊装置,其中,当所述后排乘客与展开的所述后气囊垫接触时,所述后气囊垫的外形改变的同时吸收冲击力,并且不发生将所述前气囊垫推向所述前排乘客所在的前方的现象。
13.根据权利要求7所述的车顶气囊装置,其中,紧固到所述车顶横板的所述螺栓成为展开的所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫的垫铰链部,并且
在所述车辆发生碰撞的情况下,当所述前排乘客与所述前气囊垫接触或所述后排乘客与所述后气囊垫接触时,所述前气囊垫和所述后气囊垫在围绕所述垫铰链部旋转的同时吸收碰撞能量,使得上端部的张力最小化。
