Abstract

一种显示基板、制作方法和显示装置,该显示基板包括扫描驱动电路和显示区域,扫描驱动电路包括多个移位寄存器单元、第一电压信号线(VGH)、第二电压信号线(VGL1)、第一时钟信号线(CB)和第二时钟信号线(CK),第一电压信号线(VGH)、第二电压信号线(VGL1)、第一时钟信号线(CB)和第二时钟信号线(CK)沿着第一方向延伸;显示区域包括至少一个驱动晶体管,驱动晶体管被配置为驱动发光元件进行显示;多个移位寄存器单元中的至少一个移位寄存器单元包括输出电路和信号输出线(EOUT);输出电路分别与所述第一电压信号线(VGH)、所述第二电压信号线(VGL1)和所述信号输出线(EOUT)耦接;信号输出线(EOUT)沿着第二方向延伸,第一方向与第二方向相交;输出电路包括的晶体管设置于第一电压信号线(VGH)和第二电压信号线(VGL1)之间。
