本发明涉及的是用蒲公英的根制作茶的方法。其方法是将蒲公英的根洗净切成5毫米左右的小段,然后置于烤箱中,在200-300℃温度中烘干,取出后在蒸笼中蒸15分钟,取出后自然降温,然后用粉碎机粉碎使颗粒在3毫米以下,在放到炒锅中在500-1000℃的温度下,炒至颜色到浅褐色为止,取出降至常温即可包装。此方法的特点:工艺简单、追求自然(不添任何矫味剂)、营养丰富。

蒲公英根茶的制作方法
本发明制作蒲公英根茶的方法是:将蒲公英根在冷水中洗净,切成5毫米左右的小段,置于烘干箱中在200-300℃温度状态下烘干,烘干完取出自然冷却,冷却后再放入蒸笼中蒸15分钟,冷却后再放入粉碎机中粉碎,使颗粒在3毫米以下,然后进行炒制,炒锅的温度在500-1000℃,炒3-5分钟,颜色为浅褐色即可,取出降至常温后即可包装。
本发明蒲公英根茶的制作方法,其特征在于:工艺简单,追求自然(不添任何矫味剂)味为咖啡味、营养丰富,保健效果好。
本发明蒲公英根茶的优点是:
①原料加工方法科学、简单、成本低廉。
②味为咖啡味,但不添加任何矫味剂。
③含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、粗纤维、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C、钙、铁、碳水化合物等多种有益人体健康的成份,长期饮用对人体有医疗保健作用。
④蒲公英根茶具有消炎利尿、解酒保肝、清热解毒、消肿散结之功效,对慢性肺炎、前列腺炎、脑膜炎、胃炎、肝炎、乳腺炎、口腔炎等具有较好的医疗作用。
本发明已研制多年,其卫生标准、理化检查都达到了国家食品卫生法的要求。

Claims (2)

1、一种用蒲公英根制茶的方法,其特征在于:将蒲公英根在冷水中洗净,切成5毫米左右的小段,置于烘干箱中,在温度200-300℃状态下烘干完取出自然冷却,冷却后再放粉碎机中进行粉碎,使其颗粒在3毫米以下,在500-1000℃温度状态下,炒3分钟以上,炒至颜色为浅褐色即可,冷却后即可包装。
2、按照权利要求1所述的蒲公英根茶的制作方法,其特征在于用蒲公英的根来制作,不掺叶和其他成分;洗净后经过晒干或烘干,方可粉碎;炒完后的味为苦香的咖啡味;用开水浸泡后速溶,颜色为酱红色。
