(3) and (3) cooling the mixed liquid B obtained in the step (2) to 42-45 ℃, adding the phase C material, stirring and cooling to 38-40 ℃, adding the phase D material, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain the anti-aging repair essence.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the skin care product has obvious formula effect, firstly repairs the damaged skin caused by various factors, and then adds nutrient components for the aged skin, forms stronger skin barrier function, enhances the skin elasticity and delays the aged skin process.

To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples.

In the examples, the experimental methods used were all conventional methods unless otherwise specified, and the materials, reagents and the like used were commercially available without otherwise specified.

The invention is provided with examples 1-5, and the components and parts by weight of the specific examples 1-5 are selected as shown in table 1, and the total parts by weight are 100 parts:

The preparation method of the anti-aging and repairing essence provided by the embodiment 1 comprises the following steps:

(1) adding water into a pot, heating to 85-90 ℃, sequentially adding the phase A materials, stirring, homogenizing, and then preserving heat for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixed solution A;

(2) cooling the mixed solution A obtained in the step (1) to 60-65 ℃, and adding water to dissolve the dispersed phase B material to obtain mixed solution B;

(3) and (3) cooling the mixed liquid B obtained in the step (2) to 42-45 ℃, adding the phase C material, stirring and cooling to 38-40 ℃, adding the phase D material, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain the anti-aging repair essence.

The preparation method of the anti-aging repair essence of the embodiments 2 to 5 is completely the same as that of the embodiment 1, meanwhile, the invention is provided with the comparative examples 1 to 4, and the specific comparative examples 1 to 4 comprise the following components in parts by weight, and the preparation method of the application is the same as that of the embodiments:

Test example 1 human skin patch test

The experimental requirements are as follows: selecting 18-60-year-old volunteers meeting the test requirements as the subjects;

and (3) testing a sample: the anti-aging repair essence prepared in the embodiments 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-4 of the invention;

the experimental method comprises the following steps: selecting 45 volunteers (25-55 years old) with an area of no more than 50mm²And qualified spot test equipment with the depth of about 1 mm. The test article is placed in a plaque test chamber at 0.020mL to 0.025mL (liquid). The test substance was a diluted cosmetic, and the diluent of the cosmetic was used in the control well. As can be seen from tables 3 and 4, the essences of examples 1 to 5 of the present application showed only weak erythema in a negative reaction or a suspicious reaction after the patch test; the inventor obtains the above results through sample tests of a plurality of volunteers, and shows that the essence provided by the application is non-irritant to human bodies. The test samples are respectively tried by each group of volunteer subjects for 2 times every day and continuously used for 45 days, after the trial is finished, each volunteer subject performs sensory evaluation on the skin tightness improvement and pore contraction effect, the use effect is graded between 0 and 10, 9 to 10, 7 to 8, 5 to 6, 3 to 4, 1 to 2, and the average value is taken, and the specific grading standard is shown in table 4;

As can be seen from tables 4 and 5, the anti-aging repair essence prepared in the examples of the present application was consistently evaluated by the volunteer subjects, wherein the anti-aging repair essence prepared in example 3 was the best in effect, and the volunteer subjects generally considered that the skin aging, wrinkles, fine lines, and pore shrinkage were all the best in improvement effect. Comparative examples 1 to 3 lack a certain functional ingredient, and the sensory evaluation results are greatly different from those of the examples; comparative example 4 a functional ingredient is larger than the range provided by the present application, but the result of sensory evaluation is not much better, but is rather reduced, the components and the parts by weight provided by the present application are preferably obtained by the inventor, and the synergistic effect is generated among the components.

Test example 3 moisturizing and skin elasticity test

The test process comprises the following steps: the anti-aging repair essence prepared in examples and comparative examples was selected as a test sample, and 45 subjects (male and female) aged 25 to 50 years were selected, and the subjects were randomly divided into 9 groups of 5 subjects each. Cleaning face every day, then respectively applying the face skin on the face skin twice a day, and testing the water content and the skin elasticity of the skin after 3 months of use;

testing the environmental temperature: 20-22 ℃, humidity: 40% -60%, and carrying out real-time dynamic monitoring;

As can be seen from table 6, from the data of the moisturizing effect and the skin elasticity test, the anti-aging repair essence prepared in the embodiment of the application has good moisturizing and anti-wrinkle effects; the anti-aging repair essence prepared in example 3 has the best effect, and the changes of the moisture content and the elasticity index of the skin are most obvious. Comparative examples 1-3 lack a certain efficacy ingredient, the change in skin moisture content and elasticity index is significantly different from the examples; comparative example 4 a certain functional ingredient is larger than the range provided by the present application, but the effect is not improved too much, but is reduced, and the components and parts by weight provided by the present application are preferably obtained by the inventors.

Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

The anti-aging repair essence according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.0005-0.25 part of hydrolyzed yeast protein, 0.15-2.4 parts of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.0047-0.47 part of retinol, 0.0378-2.268 parts of mixture of folic acid and extract of bacillus/soybean fermentation product and 0.0025-0.25 part of extract of alpinia japonica leaves.

The anti-aging repair essence according to claim 2, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1 part of hydrolyzed yeast protein, 0.9 part of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.235 part of retinol, 0.756 part of mixture of folic acid and bacillus/soybean fermentation product extract and 0.1 part of alpinia japonica leaf extract.

4. The anti-aging repair serum of any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a moisturizing agent, a thickening agent, an antioxidant, a skin softening agent, a plant penetration enhancer, a preservative and a fragrance.

5. The anti-aging repair essence according to claim 4, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:

7. The method for preparing the anti-aging repair essence according to claim 5 or 6, comprising the steps of:

(1) adding water into a pot, heating to 85-90 ℃, sequentially adding the phase A materials, stirring, homogenizing, and then preserving heat for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixed solution A;

(2) cooling the mixed solution A obtained in the step (1) to 60-65 ℃, and adding water to dissolve the dispersed phase B material to obtain mixed solution B;

(3) and (3) cooling the mixed liquid B obtained in the step (2) to 42-45 ℃, adding the phase C material, stirring and cooling to 38-40 ℃, adding the phase D material, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain the anti-aging repair essence.
