Abstract

本发明为有关于一种车辆饰板及其成形方法,该车辆雷达饰板例如是厂牌标志(logo)、车辆前栏、车辆前端饰板/条、车辆门边饰板/条、车辆尾端饰板/条等。本发明是在一曲面基板上披覆一镀层,之后以镭射去除不需要的镀层而加工为一显示层,并在该曲面基板上结合一曲面保护盖以覆盖该显示层,且该曲面基板及该曲面保护盖至少之一呈透明或半透明以显示该显示层。本发明可取代传统网印、移印、烫印等印刷方式不易在曲面基板上印刷图形、花纹或文字等显示层的问题。

Description

车辆饰板及其成形方法
技术领域
本发明为有关于一种车辆饰板及其成形方法,特别是指利用镭射雕刻加工车辆曲面饰板的图案显示层的发明。
背景技术
参阅图5至图7所示,习知汽车饰板,例如车辆厂牌标志(logo)(A),其构造大抵包括一基板(A1)、一抗刮层(A2)、一显示层(A3)、一金属镀层(A4)、一保护漆层(A5)、一保护盖(A6)。
其中,先在该基板(A1)外层上涂上该抗刮层(A2),之后以网印、移印、烫印等印刷方式在该基板(A1)内层以油墨印刷该显示层(A3)的图形;再于该显示层(A3)上蒸镀或溅镀该金属镀层(A4);再涂布该保护漆层(A5)后,覆盖该保护盖(A6)。其中,该显示层(A3)指的是油墨遮蔽该基板(A1)的部分,而可以由该显示层(A3)的油墨直接显示图形、花纹或文字;或者该显示层(A3)也可以是油墨在该基板(A1)上的形成遮蔽部,而于该基板(A1)上的非遮蔽部显示该金属镀层(A4)的金属质感,由该金属镀层(A4)形成图形、花纹或文字。
但是该显示层(A3)采用油墨印刷的方式仅适用于平面或微曲面的饰板,当饰板呈较大的曲面型态时,该显示层(A3)采用油墨印刷方式则有以下问题:
1.采用网印时,曲面的印刷,例如凹入面的印刷会有无法完整转印图形,形成缺漏部位的问题,因此凹入面的曲率半径过大或有特殊造型时,则无法采用网版印刷。
2.采用移印时,曲面印刷有时会在图形边界产生毛边或是印刷破图等问题因而造成图形外观不良。
3.采用烫印时,于曲面印刷时,容易会造成图形边界产生毛边或是印刷破图等外观不良问题。同时烫印使基材需经历高温高压制程,容易造成曲面基材产生应力、龟裂现象。
参阅中国台湾省专利第M544436号「汽车内饰发光面板」,该案在汽车平面饰板上以镭射雕刻将不透光油墨部分去除以雕出透光图形,但该案仍是用于制作汽车平面饰板。
参阅中国台湾省专利第479120号「具有指示灯功能之车辆后视镜的制造方法及以该方法制成之车辆后视镜」,该案是在后视镜的镜壳上喷涂色漆,之后以镭射雕刻去除部分色漆,形成透光的显示图形。
上述前案皆是采用镭射雕刻来去除不透光油墨或色漆,但高温的镭射加工过程可能使油墨或色漆的质量变化导致颜色产生变化,而无法呈现设计的颜色且造成产品质量不一。
发明内容
爰此,本发明拟提出一种不使用油墨来呈现显示层的车辆雷达饰板,包括有一曲面基板、一显示层及一曲面保护盖,其中:
一曲面基板;一显示层,在该曲面基板上披覆一镀层后,再以镭射雕刻去除该镀层不需要的部分而将该镀层加工为该显示层;一曲面保护盖,结合在该曲面基板上并覆盖该显示层,且该曲面基板及该曲面保护盖至少之一呈透明或半透明。
本发明再提出一种车辆雷达饰板成形方法,包括:
在一曲面基板上披覆一镀层;以镭射雕刻去除该镀层不需要的部分而将该镀层加工为一显示层;在该曲面基板上结合一曲面保护盖以覆盖该显示层,且该曲面基板及该曲面保护盖至少之一呈透明或半透明。
进一步,该曲面基板呈透明或半透明而有一凸出的显示面及一内凹的背面,该显示层位在该内凹的背面。更进一步,在该曲面基板上有一抗刮层,该抗刮层位在该显示层的相对侧。
进一步,该基板有一凸出的显示面及一内凹的背面,该显示层位在该凸出的显示面,而该曲面保护盖呈透明或半透明。更进一步,在该曲面保护盖上有一抗刮层,该抗刮层位在该显示层的相对侧。
进一步,在该显示层上涂布一保护漆层后,再盖上该曲面保护盖,常用的手法有射出或黏着的方式。
进一步,该车辆雷达饰板是厂牌标志(logo)、车辆前栏、车辆前端饰板/条、车辆门边饰板/条或车辆尾端饰板/条之中任一。
进一步,该镀层包括一主金属层,以及在该主金属层外的一金属或类金属氧化膜层。该主金属层的材质为 In、Cr、Al、Sn之中任一或其合金,该金属或类金属氧化膜层为SixOy、TixOy、AlxOy或SixNy之中任一。
进一步,该镀层的厚度介于10奈米至150奈米之间。而该保护漆层的厚度介于15微米至100微米之间。
根据上述技术特征可达成以下功效:
1.传统汽车饰板采用油墨印刷方式印刷图形,在油墨图形上需要再蒸镀或溅镀金属镀层;或者使用镭射雕刻去除不透光油墨以显示图形。本发明的车辆雷达饰板完全不使用油墨,而直接在金属镀层上雕刻该显示层的图形,不需要再由油墨来遮蔽或显示产生图形,解决油墨因高温变质造成色差的问题。
2.本发明的显示层的厚度大约介于10奈米至150奈米之间,且皆为可透光,可以使车辆雷达饰板呈现较为明亮的视觉感受。
3.通过镭射雕刻可在该曲面基板,特别是该内凹的背面雕刻该显示层完整的图形,解决网版印刷在曲面印刷无法完整转印图形的问题。
4.在该曲面基板上使用镭射雕刻加工该显示层的图形,可以使该显示层的图形具有平滑完整的边界,藉以解决移印、烫印、网印的曲面印刷在图形边界产生毛边或印刷破图(即印刷图形不完整)等问题。
5.在该曲面基板上使用镭射雕刻加工该显示层的图形,可以使该显示层的图形不会龟裂,解决烫印的曲面印刷使显示图形产生应力或龟裂的问题。

具体实施方式
综合上述技术特征,本发明的车辆饰板及其成形方法的主要功效将可于下述实施例清楚呈现。
参阅图1至图3所示,本实施例的车辆雷达饰板以厂牌标志(logo)(10)为例,但不局限于厂牌标志(logo)(10),例如车辆前栏、车辆前端饰板/条、车辆门边饰板/条、车辆尾端饰板/条等…皆为本发明所述的车辆雷达饰板。该厂牌标志(logo)(10)包括有一曲面基板(1)、一抗括层(2)、一显示层(3)、一保护漆层(4)及一曲面保护盖(5),其中:
该曲面基板(1)呈透明或半透明而有一凸出的显示面(11)及一内凹的背面(12),在该曲面基板(1)的凸出的显示面(11)上涂布一抗刮层(2),由于制作完成后该凸出的显示面(11)会裸露在环境中以显示该显示层(3),因此于该凸出的显示面(11)涂上该抗刮层(2)可减少该凸出的显示面(11)的表面的磨损。之后于该内凹的背面(12)以蒸镀或溅镀的方式披覆一镀层(30),再以镭射雕刻去除不需要的镀层而将该镀层加工为该显示层(3),该显示层(3)即显示前述厂牌标志(logo)(10)的图形、花纹或文字,其中镭射雕刻的参数依据不同金属镀层而修正,且镭射雕刻为习知技术,在此不赘述。再于该显示层(3)上涂布该保护漆层(4),避免该显示层(3)剥落或减缓其氧化,之后并将该曲面保护盖(5)结合在该曲面基板(1)上以覆盖该显示层(3),常用的手法有射出或黏着的方式,而该曲面基板(1)呈透明或半透明的形态,因此得以显示该显示层(3)的图形、花纹或文字。
再参阅图4所示,除了将上述显示层(3)制作在该曲面基板(1)的内凹的背面(12)上,也可以将该显示层(3)制作在该曲面基板(1)的凸出的显示面(11)上,例如图4中,于该凸出的显示面(11)以蒸镀或溅镀的方式披覆一镀层,再以镭射雕刻去除不需要的镀层而将该镀层加工为该显示层(3),再于该显示层(3)上涂布该保护漆层(4),避免该显示层(3)剥落或减缓其氧化,之后并将该曲面保护盖(5)结合在该曲面基板(1)上以覆盖该显示层(3),此时由于是该曲面保护盖(5)会裸露在环境中以显示该显示层(3),因此将该抗刮层(2)涂布在该曲面保护盖(5)上。而此时该曲面保护盖(5)需呈透明或半透明的形态,藉以显示该显示层(3)的图形、花纹或文字。
除此之外,该镀层(30)的厚度大约介于10奈米至150奈米之间,而较佳的镀层(30)的厚度则是采用介于40奈米至100奈米之间,而用于保护该显示层(3)的保护漆层(4)的厚度介于15微米至100微米之间,较佳是介于40微米至60微米之间,且可透光或不透光,藉以呈现较为多变的视觉感受。较佳的该镀层(30)更包含金属或类金属的氧化膜层,例如:SixOy、TixOy、AlxOy、SixNy…等,于蒸镀或溅镀中形成保护主金属层的保护层,该主金属层的材质则为 In、Cr、Al、Sn之中任一或其合金。
本发明的车辆饰板完全不使用油墨,而直接在金属镀层上雕刻该显示层(3)的图形,不需要再由油墨产生显示图形,解决镭雕油墨因高温变质造成色差的问题。且不使用网印、移印、烫印等印刷方式来转印该显示层(3)的图形,因此不会有图形边缘毛边、图形龟裂或转印不完整的问题。而本发明所述的曲面基板可以是单一曲率的规则曲面,或是任意不规则曲率变化的不规则曲面。
综合上述实施例的说明,当可充分了解本发明的操作、使用及本发明产生的功效,惟以上所述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例,当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及发明说明内容所作简单的等效变化与修饰,皆属本发明涵盖的范围内。

1.一种车辆雷达饰板,其特征在于,包括有: 一曲面基板; 一显示层,在该曲面基板上披覆一镀层后,再以镭射雕刻去除该镀层不需要的部分而将该镀层加工为该显示层; 一曲面保护盖,结合在该曲面基板上并覆盖该显示层,且该曲面基板及该曲面保护盖至少一呈透明或半透明。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆雷达饰板,其特征在于,该曲面基板呈透明或半透明而有一凸出的显示面及一内凹的背面,该显示层位在该内凹的背面。
3.如权利要求2所述的车辆雷达饰板,其特征在于,在该曲面基板上有一抗刮层,该抗刮层位在该显示层的相对侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆雷达饰板,其特征在于,该曲面基板有一凸出的显示面及一内凹的背面,该显示层位在该凸出的显示面,而该曲面保护盖呈透明或半透明。
5.如权利要求4所述的车辆雷达饰板,其特征在于,在该曲面保护盖上有一抗刮层,该抗刮层位在该显示层的相对侧。
6.如权利要求1所述的车辆雷达饰板,其特征在于,在该显示层上涂布一保护漆层后,再盖上该曲面保护盖。
7.如权利要求1所述的车辆雷达饰板,其特征在于,该车辆雷达饰板是厂牌标志(logo)、车辆前栏、车辆前端饰板/条、车辆门边饰板/条或车辆尾端饰板/条之中任一。
8.如权利要求1所述的车辆雷达饰板,其特征在于,该镀层包括一主金属层,以及在该主金属层外的一金属或类金属氧化膜层。
9.如权利要求8所述的车辆雷达饰板,其特征在于,该金属或类金属氧化膜层为SixOy、TixOy、AlxOy或SixNy之中任一。
10.一种车辆雷达饰板成形方法,其特征在于,包括: 在一曲面基板上披覆一镀层; 以镭射雕刻去除该镀层不需要的部分而将该镀层加工为一显示层; 在该曲面基板上结合一曲面保护盖以覆盖该显示层,且该曲面基板及该曲面保护盖至少之一呈透明或半透明。
