本发明公开了一种含有氧化异佛尔酮的绿豆型食用香精,包含2‑乙酰基噻唑0.1‑0.3%、甲基环戊烯醇酮1‑2%、氧化异佛尔酮0.4‑0.6%、乙基麦芽酚5‑6%、硫醇1‑3%、丁酰乳酸丁酯0.05‑0.15%、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯0.05‑0.15%、香兰素4‑6%、二氢香豆素0.05‑0.15%、香兰素丙二醇缩醛0.4‑0.6%、丁香酚0.05‑0.15%、丙二醇80.9‑87.9%;本发明优化了配方和配比,通过添加氧化异佛尔酮及其他组分,使香精增加了豆香,提高了香味的绿豆沙感;加入食品中后,会使食品的香味更加饱满丰富。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种含有氧化异佛尔酮的绿豆型食用香精,属于食用香精香料技术领域。
背景技术
目前市场上有很多绿豆味的香精香料,但这些香精香料的味道不够逼真,缺乏绿豆沙的真实感,豆香味不足,无法给消费者更加真实的食用感受。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种含有氧化异佛尔酮的绿豆型食用香精。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种含有氧化异佛尔酮的绿豆型食用香精,包含2-乙酰基噻唑0.1-0.3%、甲基环戊烯醇酮1-2%、氧化异佛尔酮0.4-0.6%、乙基麦芽酚5-6%、硫醇1-3%、丁酰乳酸丁酯0.05-0.15%、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯0.05-0.15%、香兰素4-6%、二氢香豆素0.05-0.15%、香兰素丙二醇缩醛0.4-0.6%、丁香酚0.05-0.15%、丙二醇80.9-87.9%。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的含有氧化异佛尔酮的绿豆型食用香精,优化了配方和配比,通过添加氧化异佛尔酮及其他组分,使香精增加了豆香,提高了香味的绿豆沙感;加入食品中后,会使食品的香味更加饱满丰富。

本发明所述的一种含有氧化异佛尔酮的绿豆型食用香精,包含2-乙酰基噻唑0.1-0.3%、甲基环戊烯醇酮1-2%、氧化异佛尔酮0.4-0.6%、乙基麦芽酚5-6%、硫醇1-3%、丁酰乳酸丁酯0.05-0.15%、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯0.05-0.15%、香兰素4-6%、二氢香豆素0.05-0.15%、香兰素丙二醇缩醛0.4-0.6%、丁香酚0.05-0.15%、丙二醇80.9-87.9%。
上述各组分的总和为100%,各组分配比的三种具体实施方式如下表所示:

1.一种含有氧化异佛尔酮的绿豆型食用香精,其特征在于:包含2-乙酰基噻唑、甲基环戊烯醇酮、氧化异佛尔酮、乙基麦芽酚、硫醇、丁酰乳酸丁酯、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、香兰素、二氢香豆素、香兰素丙二醇缩醛、丁香酚、丙二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有氧化异佛尔酮的绿豆型食用香精,其特征在于:各成分配比为2-乙酰基噻唑0.1-0.3%、甲基环戊烯醇酮1-2%、氧化异佛尔酮0.4-0.6%、乙基麦芽酚5-6%、硫醇1-3%、丁酰乳酸丁酯0.05-0.15%、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯0.05-0.15%、香兰素4-6%、二氢香豆素0.05-0.15%、香兰素丙二醇缩醛0.4-0.6%、丁香酚0.05-0.15%、丙二醇80.9-87.9%。
