本发明公开了一种含有枫槭浸膏的核桃型食用香精,包含甲基甲氧基吡嗪0.1‑0.3%、2‑乙酰基噻唑0.05‑0.15%、甲基环戊烯醇酮2‑3%、呋喃酮0.05‑0.15%、麦芽酚0.4‑0.6%、2,3,5‑三甲基吡嗪0.04‑0.06%、苯甲醛0.01‑0.03%、乙基麦芽酚0.6‑0.8%、香兰素0.05‑0.15%、枫槭浸膏3‑4%、椰子醛0.05‑0.15%、丙二醇90.61‑93.65%;本发明优化了配方和配比,通过添加枫槭浸膏及其他组分,使核桃香气自然纯正,香气更加柔和诱人;加入食品中后,会使食品的入口香味浓郁,回味悠长。

本发明涉及一种含有枫槭浸膏的核桃型食用香精,属于食用香精香料技术领域。
背景技术
目前市场上有很多核桃味的香精香料,但这些香精香料的味道不够逼真,缺乏核桃香气的真实感,不足以给消费者更加真实的食用感受。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种含有枫槭浸膏的核桃型食用香精。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种含有枫槭浸膏的核桃型食用香精,包含甲基甲氧基吡嗪0.1-0.3%、2-乙酰基噻唑0.05-0.15%、甲基环戊烯醇酮2-3%、呋喃酮0.05-0.15%、麦芽酚0.4-0.6%、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪0.04-0.06%、苯甲醛0.01-0.03%、乙基麦芽酚0.6-0.8%、香兰素0.05-0.15%、枫槭浸膏3-4%、椰子醛0.05-0.15%、丙二醇90.61-93.65%。

1.一种含有枫槭浸膏的核桃型食用香精,其特征在于:包含甲基甲氧基吡嗪、2-乙酰基噻唑、甲基环戊烯醇酮、呋喃酮、麦芽酚、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪、苯甲醛、乙基麦芽酚、香兰素、枫槭浸膏、椰子醛、丙二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有枫槭浸膏的核桃型食用香精,其特征在于:各成分配比为甲基甲氧基吡嗪0.1-0.3%、2-乙酰基噻唑0.05-0.15%、甲基环戊烯醇酮2-3%、呋喃酮0.05-0.15%、麦芽酚0.4-0.6%、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪0.04-0.06%、苯甲醛0.01-0.03%、乙基麦芽酚0.6-0.8%、香兰素0.05-0.15%、枫槭浸膏3-4%、椰子醛0.05-0.15%、丙二醇90.61-93.65%。
