本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种含有枫槭浸膏的核桃型食用香精,包含甲基甲氧基吡嗪0.1-0.3%、2-乙酰基噻唑0.05-0.15%、甲基环戊烯醇酮2-3%、呋喃酮0.05-0.15%、麦芽酚0.4-0.6%、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪0.04-0.06%、苯甲醛0.01-0.03%、乙基麦芽酚0.6-0.8%、香兰素0.05-0.15%、枫槭浸膏3-4%、椰子醛0.05-0.15%、丙二醇90.61-93.65%。

2.根据权利要求1所述的含有枫槭浸膏的核桃型食用香精,其特征在于:各成分配比为甲基甲氧基吡嗪0.1-0.3%、2-乙酰基噻唑0.05-0.15%、甲基环戊烯醇酮2-3%、呋喃酮0.05-0.15%、麦芽酚0.4-0.6%、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪0.04-0.06%、苯甲醛0.01-0.03%、乙基麦芽酚0.6-0.8%、香兰素0.05-0.15%、枫槭浸膏3-4%、椰子醛0.05-0.15%、丙二醇90.61-93.65%。
