本发明公开了一种含有对甲氧基苯乙酮的烤面包型食用香精,包含丁二酮0.1‑0.2%、乙酸0.04‑0.06%、2‑乙酰基呋喃0.06‑0.08%、3‑甲硫基丙醇0.04‑0.06%、2,3,5‑三甲基吡嗪0.05‑0.15%、2‑乙酰基噻唑0.04‑0.06%、2‑乙酰基吡嗪0.1‑0.2%、甲基环戊烯醇酮0.6‑0.8%、呋喃酮0.2‑0.4%、乙基麦芽酚9‑10%、对甲氧基苯乙酮0.05‑0.15%、椰子醛0.04‑0.06%、香兰素2‑2.6%、乙基香兰素1‑1.4%、丙位癸内酯0.05‑0.15%、丁位十二内酯0.05‑0.15%、丙二酮83.48‑86.58%;本发明优化了配方和配比,通过添加对甲氧基苯乙酮及其他组分,使香气更加自然突出,考荞麦香、蛋香和奶香味之间更加协调,香气诱人;加入食品中后,增强了食品的香味,丰富了口感。

背景技术
目前市场上有很多烤面包味的香精香料,但这些香精香料的味道不够完整、协调,香气略微缺乏一些真实感,不足以给消费者更加真实的食用感受。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种含有对甲氧基苯乙酮的烤面包型食用香精。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种含有对甲氧基苯乙酮的烤面包型食用香精,包含丁二酮0.1-0.2%、乙酸0.04-0.06%、2-乙酰基呋喃0.06-0.08%、3-甲硫基丙醇0.04-0.06%、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪0.05-0.15%、2-乙酰基噻唑0.04-0.06%、2-乙酰基吡嗪0.1-0.2%、甲基环戊烯醇酮0.6-0.8%、呋喃酮0.2-0.4%、乙基麦芽酚9-10%、对甲氧基苯乙酮0.05-0.15%、椰子醛0.04-0.06%、香兰素2-2.6%、乙基香兰素1-1.4%、丙位癸内酯0.05-0.15%、丁位十二内酯0.05-0.15%、丙二酮83.48-86.58%。

本发明所述的一种含有对甲氧基苯乙酮的烤面包型食用香精,包含丁二酮0.1-0.2%、乙酸0.04-0.06%、2-乙酰基呋喃0.06-0.08%、3-甲硫基丙醇0.04-0.06%、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪0.05-0.15%、2-乙酰基噻唑0.04-0.06%、2-乙酰基吡嗪0.1-0.2%、甲基环戊烯醇酮0.6-0.8%、呋喃酮0.2-0.4%、乙基麦芽酚9-10%、对甲氧基苯乙酮0.05-0.15%、椰子醛0.04-0.06%、香兰素2-2.6%、乙基香兰素1-1.4%、丙位癸内酯0.05-0.15%、丁位十二内酯0.05-0.15%、丙二酮83.48-86.58%。

2.根据权利要求1所述的含有对甲氧基苯乙酮的烤面包型食用香精,其特征在于:各成分配比为丁二酮0.1-0.2%、乙酸0.04-0.06%、2-乙酰基呋喃0.06-0.08%、3-甲硫基丙醇0.04-0.06%、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪0.05-0.15%、2-乙酰基噻唑0.04-0.06%、2-乙酰基吡嗪0.1-0.2%、甲基环戊烯醇酮0.6-0.8%、呋喃酮0.2-0.4%、乙基麦芽酚9-10%、对甲氧基苯乙酮0.05-0.15%、椰子醛0.04-0.06%、香兰素2-2.6%、乙基香兰素1-1.4%、丙位癸内酯0.05-0.15%、丁位十二内酯0.05-0.15%、丙二酮83.48-86.58%。
