目前市场上有很多烤面包味的香精香料,但这些香精香料的味道不够完整、协调,香气略微缺乏一些真实感,不足以给消费者更加真实的食用感受。

针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种含有对甲氧基苯乙酮的烤面包型食用香精。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种含有对甲氧基苯乙酮的烤面包型食用香精,包含丁二酮0.1-0.2%、乙酸0.04-0.06%、2-乙酰基呋喃0.06-0.08%、3-甲硫基丙醇0.04-0.06%、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪0.05-0.15%、2-乙酰基噻唑0.04-0.06%、2-乙酰基吡嗪0.1-0.2%、甲基环戊烯醇酮0.6-0.8%、呋喃酮0.2-0.4%、乙基麦芽酚9-10%、对甲氧基苯乙酮0.05-0.15%、椰子醛0.04-0.06%、香兰素2-2.6%、乙基香兰素1-1.4%、丙位癸内酯0.05-0.15%、丁位十二内酯0.05-0.15%、丙二酮83.48-86.58%。

本发明所述的一种含有对甲氧基苯乙酮的烤面包型食用香精,包含丁二酮0.1-0.2%、乙酸0.04-0.06%、2-乙酰基呋喃0.06-0.08%、3-甲硫基丙醇0.04-0.06%、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪0.05-0.15%、2-乙酰基噻唑0.04-0.06%、2-乙酰基吡嗪0.1-0.2%、甲基环戊烯醇酮0.6-0.8%、呋喃酮0.2-0.4%、乙基麦芽酚9-10%、对甲氧基苯乙酮0.05-0.15%、椰子醛0.04-0.06%、香兰素2-2.6%、乙基香兰素1-1.4%、丙位癸内酯0.05-0.15%、丁位十二内酯0.05-0.15%、丙二酮83.48-86.58%。
上述各组分的总和为100%,各组分配比的三种具体实施方式如下表所示:
