本发明提供了一种仿棉针织面料,其纱线制作简便,同时制得的面料具有良好的吸湿性和舒适性。其使用仿棉聚酯长丝和高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线编织而成,所述仿棉聚酯长丝为空气变形纱线,所述空气变形纱线由预取向丝的饰纱和全牵伸丝的芯纱组成;所述仿棉聚酯长丝和所述高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线通过单面针织大圆机进行编织形成带有鱼鳞结构的面料毛坯,编织时以6路为一个循环,2、4、6路为全出针,使用仿棉聚酯长丝和高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线,1、3、5路为半出针,使用仿棉聚酯纱线;面料毛坯通过配缸‑染色‑高温定型‑还原洗‑成品定型‑后整理制得面料成品。

一种仿棉针织面料
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体为一种仿棉针织面料。
背景技术
棉纤维具有优异的吸湿性、柔软性、保暖性等,光泽度也很好,其织物服用性能优良。在针织面料中,采用棉材料具有柔软细腻的优点,但是全棉针织面料具有吸水不易晾干和成本比化纤高等不足。故近年来有不少人提出了使用涤纶仿制棉材料进行针织的概念。
目前市场上的聚酯仿棉产品已有不少,均具有比较好的棉织物柔软细腻的手感,也充分发挥了聚酯织物的一些优点,如聚酯织物坚牢耐用保型性好,具有一定的弹性恢复能力,并能够较好地耐光和耐化学品,从一定程度上弥补了棉织物的一些不足;现在主要地存在两种技术手段,一种是聚酯短纤仿棉技术,主要是通过将聚酯长丝切成和棉相似的长度,然后通过纺纱工序仿制成棉型纱线,赋予纱线类似棉线一样的毛羽,其工艺流程长而复杂,成本较高;另一种技术为,将聚酯长丝织物通过起毛加工,达到棉织物类似的表面风格,但其毛羽的稳定性较差,洗涤后棉感易减弱,并且此两种技术所制成的织物,吸湿性能均比较差。
发明内容
针对聚酯短纤仿棉技术工艺流程长成本高、起毛技术毛羽稳定性差,同时这两种纱线制得的织物吸湿性能较差的问题,本发明提供了一种仿棉针织面料,其纱线制作简便,同时制得的面料具有良好的吸湿性和舒适性。
其技术方案是这样的:一种仿棉针织面料,其特征在于:其使用仿棉聚酯长丝和高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线编织而成,所述仿棉聚酯长丝为空气变形纱线,所述空气变形纱线由预取向丝的饰纱和全牵伸丝的芯纱组成;所述仿棉聚酯长丝和所述高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线通过单面针织大圆机进行编织形成带有鱼鳞结构的面料毛坯,编织时以6路为一个循环,2、4、6路为全出针,使用线长在15.4-15.6cm/50G的仿棉聚酯长丝和线长在5.9-6.1cm/50G的高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线,1、3、5路为半出针,使用线长在6.5-6.7cm/50G的仿棉聚酯纱线;面料毛坯通过配缸-染色-高温定型-还原洗-成品定型-后整理制得面料成品,其中染色采用分散染料和染色助剂,染色助剂包括匀染剂、冰醋酸、环保修色剂、阿白润,染色时,以0.9-1.3℃/min的升温速度升温至125℃-133℃保温65 min -75min,然后以1.8-2.1℃/min的降温速度降温至室温并清洗;高温定型温度为190℃-200℃,预定型速度为25-30m/min;还原洗采用渗透剂、精练剂以及23-29g/L的液碱,浴比为1:4.8-1:5.8,处理温度为95℃-100℃;成品定型温度为110℃-130℃,成品定型速度为25-35m/min;后整理采用吸湿排汗整理剂、亲水性柔软剂。
其进一步特征在于:
染色助剂包括1.6-1.9g/L的匀染剂,1.9-2.1g/L的冰醋酸,0.4-0.6g/L的环保修色剂,1.8-2.1g/L的阿白润。
本发明的有益效果为:面料兼有棉与涤纶的优良特性,既有棉花优异的吸湿性、穿着舒适性等,还具备涤纶良好的力学性能、耐热性、色牢度,在蓬松性、吸湿性和光泽等方面模仿棉纤维的基本特性;由于采用了空气变形复合纱线的仿棉聚酯长丝,由预取向丝的饰纱和全牵伸丝的芯纱组成,有效解决了目前短纤聚酯纤维的流程长、成本高的问题,并能克服目前通过起毛加工导致毛羽的稳定性较差,洗涤后棉感易减弱的问题,而且应用高收缩弹性聚酯纱线面料具有无氨四面弹力;同时,采用鱼鳞结构,使得布面的蓬松度更高,能够更好地发挥出仿棉聚酯长丝的仿棉效果;后整理能够使面料变得柔软使其具有棉织物的手感,同时还能够增强吸湿排汗的效果。
具体实施方式
实施例一:一种仿棉针织面料,其使用仿棉聚酯长丝和高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线编织而成,所述仿棉聚酯长丝为空气变形纱线,所述空气变形纱线由预取向丝的饰纱和全牵伸丝的芯纱组成;所述仿棉聚酯长丝和所述高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线通过单面针织大圆机进行编织形成带有鱼鳞结构的面料毛坯,编织时以6路为一个循环,2、4、6路为全出针,使用线长在15.6cm/50G的仿棉聚酯长丝和线长在5.9cm/50G的高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线,1、3、5路为半出针,使用线长在6.6cm/50G的仿棉聚酯纱线;面料毛坯通过配缸-染色-高温定型-还原洗-成品定型-后整理制得面料成品,其中染色采用分散染料和染色助剂,染色助剂包括1.9g/L的匀染剂,2.0g/L的冰醋酸,0.4g/L的环保修色剂,1.8g/L的阿白润,染色时,以1.0℃/min的升温速度升温至125℃保温69min,然后以2.0℃/min的降温速度降温至室温并清洗;高温定型温度为190℃,预定型速度为25m/min;还原洗采用渗透剂、精练剂以及29g/L的液碱,浴比为1:5.8,处理温度为95℃;成品定型温度为115℃,成品定型速度为30m/min;后整理采用吸湿排汗整理剂、亲水性柔软剂,制得的面料手感好,多次洗涤后棉感不减弱。
实施例二:一种仿棉针织面料,其使用仿棉聚酯长丝和高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线编织而成,所述仿棉聚酯长丝为空气变形纱线,所述空气变形纱线由预取向丝的饰纱和全牵伸丝的芯纱组成;所述仿棉聚酯长丝和所述高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线通过单面针织大圆机进行编织形成带有鱼鳞结构的面料毛坯,编织时以6路为一个循环,2、4、6路为全出针,使用线长在15.5cm/50G的仿棉聚酯长丝和线长在6.1cm/50G的高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线,1、3、5路为半出针,使用线长在6.5cm/50G的仿棉聚酯纱线;面料毛坯通过配缸-染色-高温定型-还原洗-成品定型-后整理制得面料成品,其中染色采用分散染料和染色助剂,染色助剂包括1.7g/L的匀染剂,1.9g/L的冰醋酸,0.5g/L的环保修色剂,2.0g/L的阿白润,染色时,以0.9℃/min的升温速度升温至130℃保温69min,然后以1.8℃/min的降温速度降温至室温并清洗;高温定型温度为195℃,预定型速度为27m/min;还原洗采用渗透剂、精练剂以及26g/L的液碱,浴比为1:4.8,处理温度为99℃;成品定型温度为110℃,成品定型速度为25m/min;后整理采用吸湿排汗整理剂、亲水性柔软剂,制得的面料手感好,多次洗涤后棉感不减弱。
实施例三:一种仿棉针织面料,其使用仿棉聚酯长丝和高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线编织而成,所述仿棉聚酯长丝为空气变形纱线,所述空气变形纱线由预取向丝的饰纱和全牵伸丝的芯纱组成;所述仿棉聚酯长丝和所述高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线通过单面针织大圆机进行编织形成带有鱼鳞结构的面料毛坯,编织时以6路为一个循环,2、4、6路为全出针,使用线长在15.4cm/50G的仿棉聚酯长丝和线长在6.0cm/50G的高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线,1、3、5路为半出针,使用线长在6.7cm/50G的仿棉聚酯纱线;面料毛坯通过配缸-染色-高温定型-还原洗-成品定型-后整理制得面料成品,其中染色采用分散染料和染色助剂,染色助剂包括1.6g/L的匀染剂,2.1g/L的冰醋酸,0.6g/L的环保修色剂,2.1g/L的阿白润,染色时,以1.3℃/min的升温速度升温至133℃保温65min,然后以2.1℃/min的降温速度降温至室温并清洗;高温定型温度为200℃,预定型速度为30m/min;还原洗采用渗透剂、精练剂以及23g/L的液碱,浴比为1:5.3,处理温度为100℃;成品定型温度为130℃,成品定型速度为35m/min;后整理采用吸湿排汗整理剂、亲水性柔软剂,制得的面料手感好,多次洗涤后棉感不减弱。
采用FZ/T01071中介绍的毛细效应试验方法,分别取实施例一、实施例二和实施例三以及纯棉试样,试样长300mm,宽度30mm,在20摄氏度、相对湿度为65%的标准大气环境中进行试验,30min后实施例一、实施例二、实施例三和纯棉渗液高度分别为8.6、8.9、8.7和8.3,说明采用这种方式制得的面料吸水性相较于纯棉产品更好。

1.一种仿棉针织面料,其特征在于:其使用仿棉聚酯长丝和高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线编织而成,所述仿棉聚酯长丝为空气变形纱线,所述空气变形纱线由预取向丝的饰纱和全牵伸丝的芯纱组成;所述仿棉聚酯长丝和所述高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线通过单面针织大圆机进行编织形成带有鱼鳞结构的面料毛坯,编织时以6路为一个循环,2、4、6路为全出针,使用线长在15.4-15.6cm/50G的仿棉聚酯长丝和线长在5.9-6.1cm/50G的高收缩弹性聚酯长丝纱线,1、3、5路为半出针,使用线长在6.5-6.7cm/50G的仿棉聚酯纱线;面料毛坯通过配缸-染色-高温定型-还原洗-成品定型-后整理制得面料成品,其中染色采用分散染料和染色助剂,染色助剂包括匀染剂、冰醋酸、环保修色剂、阿白润,染色时,以0.9-1.3℃/min的升温速度升温至125℃-133℃保温65 min -75min,然后以1.8-2.1℃/min的降温速度降温至室温并清洗;高温定型温度为190℃-200℃,预定型速度为25-30m/min;还原洗采用渗透剂、精练剂以及23-29g/L的液碱,浴比为1:4.8-1:5.8,处理温度为95℃-100℃;成品定型温度为110℃-130℃,成品定型速度为25-35m/min;后整理采用吸湿排汗整理剂、亲水性柔软剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿棉针织面料,其特征在于:染色助剂包括1.6-1.9g/L的匀染剂,1.9-2.1g/L的冰醋酸,0.4-0.6g/L的环保修色剂,1.8-2.1g/L的阿白润。
