Abstract

本发明提供了一种仿棉弹性针织面料及其制备方法,面料采用仿棉复合丝、棉纱和涤纶丝纱线编织而成。所述仿棉复合丝为双组份聚酯纤维,所述双组份聚酯纤维以CDP和PET为原料;所述双组份聚酯纤维质量占总面料的70%‑55%;所述棉纱质量占总面料的20%‑25%;所述涤纶丝纱线质量占总面料的5%‑15%;所述涤纶丝纱线采用高收缩弹性纱线。该面料不仅在手感、观感及性能上仿棉,而且兼有棉与涤纶的优良特性,既有棉花优异的吸湿性、穿着舒适性,还具备涤纶良好的力学性能、耐热性和色牢度,在蓬松性、吸湿性和光泽等方面模仿棉纤维的基本特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料制备领域,尤其涉及一种仿棉弹性针织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
化纤问世以来,各种仿棉、仿麻、仿毛、仿真丝的化纤产品层出不穷,使用这类化纤产品既可以降低原料成本、改善产品性能,又可以弥补棉花等天然纤维资源的不足。涤纶与棉相比,虽然有强力高、保形性好等优点,但作为一种服用纺织纤维原料,它的疏水特性导致吸湿性差,在穿着舒适性上还是无法与棉相比。
棉纤维具有优异的吸湿性、柔软性、保暖性等,光泽度也很好,其织物服用性能优良。在针织面料中,采用棉材料具有柔软细腻的优点,但是全棉针织面料具有吸水不易晾干和成本比化纤高等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种仿棉弹性针织面料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
本发明的第一方面提供了一种仿棉弹性针织面料,由仿棉复合丝、棉纱和涤纶丝纱线编织而成;所述仿棉复合丝为双组份聚酯纤维;所述双组份聚酯纤维以CDP和PET为原料;所述双组份聚酯纤维质量占总面料的70%-55%;所述棉纱质量占总面料的20%-25%;所述涤纶丝纱线质量占总面料的5%-15%;所述涤纶丝纱线采用高收缩弹性纱线;所述面料编织时以6路为一个循环,其中第1路依次为成圈、集圈、成圈;第2路依次为成圈、集圈、成圈;第3路依次成圈、成圈、成圈;第4路依次为浮线、成圈、浮线;第5路依状为成圈、成圈、集圈;第6路依次为成圈、成圈、集圈;所述第2、4、6路为全出针;所述第1、3、5路为半出针。
进一步地,所述第2、4、6路采用仿棉复合丝和涤纶丝纱线。

本发明还提供了一种仿棉弹性针织面料的制备方法,其中面料的染色工艺为:
步骤一,首先将编织好的仿棉弹性针织面料进行预定形,170-195℃,车速15-35m/min;
步骤二,将预定形之后的坯布,在连续式练漂机上进行连续式煮漂、除氧、水洗、落布,速度15-35m/min,温度80-115℃;
步骤三,练漂后的面料在温度90-110℃时,进行烘干;
步骤四,将烘干后的面料,置于高温高压染缸进行染色,温度100-135℃,随后加入保险粉2-5g/L,纯碱1-4g/L,进行还原清洗,水洗;
步骤五,染色出缸后的面料,脱水、柔软、烘干;
步骤六,定型工艺:定形温度160-190℃,布速2040m/min;
进一步地,所述步骤二中,煮漂工艺:双氧水2045g/L,纯碱8-25g/L,渗透剂3-12g/L,二浸二轧;
进一步地,所述步骤四中,染料浓度1-15%(o.w.f),分散剂2-8g/L,匀染剂1-4g/L,渗透剂0.5-3g/L;
进一步地,所述步骤四中,常温下加入染化料助剂,以2℃/分钟的升温速率升温到75-80℃,停留5-10分钟,再以1.5℃/分钟的升温速率升温到100-105℃,停留5-10分钟,再以1.0℃/分钟的升温速率升温到120-130℃,保温30-50分钟,后按照1.5℃/分钟的降温速率降温到70-80℃,停留5分钟,排液进行还原洗。
进一步地,所述步骤四中,还原清洗,常温下加入保险粉、纯碱,以2℃/分钟的升温速率升温85℃,保温15-20分钟,之后按照1.5℃/分钟的降温速率降温到65℃,停留5-6分钟,排液。

本发明提供了一种仿棉弹性针织面料及其制备方法,面料采用仿棉复合丝、棉纱和涤纶丝纱线编织而成。面料不仅在手感、观感及性能上仿棉,而且兼有棉与涤纶的优良特性,既有棉花优异的吸湿性、穿着舒适性,还具备涤纶良好的力学性能、耐热性和色牢度,在蓬松性、吸湿性和光泽等方面模仿棉纤维的基本特性。其中仿棉复合丝为双组份聚酯纤维,使面料具有很好的弹性,能更好地发挥出仿棉复合丝的仿棉效果。

步骤二,将预定形之后的坯布,在连续式练漂机上进行连续式煮漂、除氧、水洗、落布,速度15-35m/min,温度80-115℃;
步骤三,练漂后的面料在温度90-110℃时,进行烘干;
步骤四,将烘干后的面料,置于高温高压染缸进行染色,温度100-135℃,随后加入保险粉2-5g/L,纯碱1-4g/L,进行还原清洗,水洗;
步骤五,染色出缸后的面料,脱水、柔软、烘干;
步骤六,定型工艺:定形温度160-190℃,布速20-40m/min;
所述步骤二中,煮漂工艺:双氧水30g/L,纯碱12g/L,渗透剂8g/L,二浸二轧;
所述步骤四中,染料浓度10%(o.w.f),分散剂6g/L,匀染剂3g/L,渗透剂2g/L;
所述步骤四中,常温下加入染化料助剂,以2℃/分钟的升温速率升温到75-80℃,停留5-10分钟,再以1.5℃/分钟升温到100-105℃,停留5-10分钟,再以1.0℃/分钟升温到120-130℃,保温30-50分钟,后按照1.5℃/分钟的降温速率降温到70-80℃,停留5分钟,排液进行还原洗。

步骤二,将预定形之后的坯布,在连续式练漂机上进行连续式煮漂、除氧、水洗、落布,速度25m/min,温度105℃;
步骤三,练漂后的面料在温度100℃时,进行烘干;
步骤四,将烘干后的面料,置于高温高压染缸进行染色,温度115℃,随后加入保险粉3.5g/L,纯碱2.5g/L,进行还原清洗,水洗;
步骤五,染色出缸后的面料,脱水、柔软、烘干;
步骤六,定型工艺:定形温度175℃,布速30m/min;
所述步骤二中,煮漂工艺:双氧水30g/L,纯碱15g/L,渗透剂8g/L,二浸二轧;
所述步骤四中,染料浓度8%(o.w.f),分散剂5g/L,匀染剂2.5g/L,渗透剂1.5g/L;
所述步骤四中,常温下加入染化料助剂,以2℃/分钟的升温速率升温到77℃,停留8分钟,以1.5℃/分钟的升温速率升温到100℃,停留10分钟,再以1.0℃/分钟的升温速率升温到125℃,保温50分钟,后按照1.5℃/分钟的降温速率降温到75℃,停留5分钟,排液进行还原洗。
所述步骤四中,还原清洗,常温下加入保险粉、纯碱,以2℃/分钟的升温速率升温85℃,保温15分钟,之后按照1.5℃/分钟的降温速率降温到65℃,停留5分钟,排液。

步骤三,练漂后的面料在温度90-110℃时,进行烘干;
步骤四,将烘干后的面料,置于高温高压染缸进行染色,温度100-135℃,随后加入保险粉2-5g/L,纯碱1-4g/L,进行还原清洗,水洗;
步骤五,染色出缸后的面料,脱水、柔软、烘干;
步骤六,定型工艺:定形温度160-190℃,布速2040m/min。

7.根据权利要求4所述面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中,常温下加入染化料助剂,以2℃/分钟的升温速率升温到75-80℃,停留5-10分钟,再以1.5℃/分钟的升温速率升温到100-105℃,停留5-10分钟,再以1.0℃/分钟的升温速率升温到120-130℃,保温30-50分钟,后按照1.5℃/分钟的降温速率降温到70-80℃,停留5分钟,排液进行还原洗。
