本发明为一种泡泡纱家纺面料的制备方法。它包括如下步骤:1)纱线选择:用精梳色织棉纱作为纱线,泡经纱线的细度为40s~48s,地经纱线的细度为40s~48s;2)织造:在速度为170~190r/min、张力为4~6kg的有梭织机上,通过泡经轴与地经轴双轴织造的方式对纱线进行织造,得到泡泡织物;3)吸湿排汗整理:在拉幅定型机上,设定轧辊压力为0.2Mpa~0.4Mpa、车速为40m/min~55m/min;定型温度为150℃~165℃,吸湿排汗整理剂用量为30g/L~40g/L,柔软剂用量为20g/L~25g/L;泡泡织物带液率控制在70‑85%之间,最终得到泡泡纱家纺面料。

泡泡纱家纺面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种家纺面料的制备方法,特别是公开一种泡泡纱家纺面料的制备方法。
背景技术
床上用纺织品因为与人体肌肤直接接触,要求透湿、保暖、舒适,而夏季床上用纺织品对吸湿透汽、凉爽排汗的要求则为更高。目前市面上的具有吸湿排汗功能的床品大多数是通过新型纤维来实现的,但新型纤维的不仅成本太高,而且基本上以化纤为主。随着物质生活水平的不断提高,人们对家庭环境的要求也越来越高,天然环保家纺产品越来越受到人们的青睐和喜爱,家纺市场呈现天然纤维产品引领市场潮流的趋势。众所周知,天然纤维中的棉纤维,其吸湿性能好,使用舒适,但使用时间久了,棉纤维会因为吸湿膨胀,其透汽性下降并黏贴在人体皮肤上,从而给人造成一种冷湿感。
作为一种传统的纺织品,泡泡纱具有独特的组织结构、外观和良好的使用性能。织物的组成有两组:一组为地织物;一组为泡织物。泡织物成波浪状,使织物间有一定空间,使用时,织物不会紧贴皮肤,便于空气流动,通风排汗。用纯棉纱织造,吸湿性能好,更令人感到舒适。
传统的泡泡纱有两种生产方法。一种为后整理方法,通常用烧碱进行碱缩,即将高浓碱条状印在织物上,在碱的作用下,上了碱的织物剧烈收缩,没有碱的织物被迫皱起,产生泡泡效果。此种方法生产成本低,但起泡效果不够均匀、耐水洗性较差,因此目前后整理起泡方法逐渐被淘汰。泡泡纱生产的另一种方法为织造方法,它是利用两组经纱,一组为地经纱,另一组为泡经纱,采用不同张力,使泡经张力低而起泡。此种方法生产成本较高,但起泡效果好,耐水洗。经过多次水洗后,还能保持原有的泡泡效果。后期泡泡纱生产工艺进一步改进,运用纤维的热塑性开发了一些棉、化纤交织泡泡纱。加工的原理是基于化纤在高温度下的热融缩性能。首先在织物的经向排列一定量的热塑性化纤纱,与棉纱一起织造成织物后,经后整理工序将织物加热,化纤纱受热急剧收缩,迫使经向为棉的部分突出织物表面而起泡。这种新方法生产泡泡纱成本低,但是加热过程中织物色变严重,且不易控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种成本低,生产工艺简单可控,不影响织物性能,制备的面料天然环保亲肤性好、吸湿排汗性能好的泡泡纱家纺面料的制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的:一种泡泡纱家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)纱线选择:用精梳色织棉纱作为纱线,泡经纱线的细度为40s~48s,地经纱线的细度为40s~48s;
2)织造:在速度为170~190r/min、张力为4~6kg的有梭织机上,通过泡经轴与地经轴双轴织造的方式对纱线进行织造,得到泡泡织物,其中,泡泡织物成品的幅宽为246cm,成品经纬密度为350根/10cm×280根/10cm,经织缩率7.5%,纬织缩率5.2%,染整长缩6.2%,染整幅缩率为6.6%;
3)吸湿排汗整理:在拉幅定型机上,设定轧辊压力为0.2Mpa~0.4Mpa、车速为40m/min~55m/min;定型温度为150℃~165℃,吸湿排汗整理剂用量为30g/L-40g/L, 柔软剂用量为20g/L-25g/L;泡泡织物带液率控制在70-85%之间,最终得到泡泡纱家纺面料。
步骤3所述的吸湿排汗整理剂在阳离子型聚硅氧烷乳液、改性聚酯高分子聚合物或亲水型聚酯分散体中任选一种。
步骤3所述柔软剂为聚醚型亲水有机硅柔软剂。
所述泡泡织物的吸水率≥100%,滴水扩散时间≤5s,芯吸高度≥90mm,蒸发速率≥0.18g/h,透湿量≥8000g/(m2*d)。
本发明的有益效果是:通过织造的方法制备泡泡纱面料,同时通过吸湿排汗整理方法对泡泡织物进行处理,使得本发明制备的泡泡纱家纺面料具有造型新颖,风格别致,泡泡条形灵巧多变,泡形稳定,经久耐洗,布面丰满光洁,色彩鲜艳,质地柔软,手感滑爽挺括的优点。
具体实施方式
本发明一种泡泡纱家纺面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)纱线选择:用精梳色织棉纱作为纱线,泡经纱线的细度为40s~48s,地经纱线的细度为40s~48s;
2)织造:在速度为170~190r/min、张力为4~6kg的有梭织机上,通过泡经轴与地经轴双轴织造的方式对纱线进行织造,得到泡泡织物,其中,泡泡织物成品的幅宽为246cm,成品经纬密度为350根/10cm×280根/10cm,经织缩率7.5%,纬织缩率5.2%,染整长缩6.2%,染整幅缩率为6.6%;

1.一种泡泡纱家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)纱线选择:用精梳色织棉纱作为纱线,泡经纱线的细度为40s~48s,地经纱线的细度为40s~48s;
2)织造:在速度为170~190r/min、张力为4~6kg的有梭织机上,通过泡经轴与地经轴双轴织造的方式对纱线进行织造,得到泡泡织物,其中,泡泡织物成品的幅宽为246cm,成品经纬密度为350根/10cm×280根/10cm,经织缩率7.5%,纬织缩率5.2%,染整长缩6.2%,染整幅缩率为6.6%;
3)吸湿排汗整理:在拉幅定型机上,设定轧辊压力为0.2Mpa~0.4Mpa、车速为40m/min~55m/min;定型温度为150℃~165℃,吸湿排汗整理剂用量为30g/L-40g/L, 柔软剂用量为20g/L-25g/L;泡泡织物带液率控制在70-85%之间,最终得到泡泡纱家纺面料。

4.根据权利要求 1 所述的泡泡纱家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述泡泡织物的吸水率≥100%,滴水扩散时间≤5s,芯吸高度≥90mm,蒸发速率≥0.18g/h,透湿量≥8000g/(m2*d)。
