下面对本发明实施方式的菱形格布料及其制备方法以及衣物进行具体说明。
根据本发明的一些实施方式提供的一种菱形格布料,该菱形格布料的表面具有多个菱形微孔。
其中,微孔指的是经纬纱线纵横交错形成的肉眼不容易观察的孔洞,其孔径大小为0.05mm-0.2mm。
通过菱形格布料表面上分布的多个菱形微孔使得布料的透气性比较好,同时菱形的结构有利于对水分进行吸收,进而提高了其吸水效果,适合于用作婴幼儿的衣服的衣料。
根据一些实施方式,菱形微孔由菱形格布料的经纱和纬纱机织形成,该菱形微孔是在机织过程中经纬线纵横交错编织形成的孔隙结构,多个菱形微孔在菱形布料的表面均匀分布,一些实施方式中,该菱形微孔是贯穿布料内外表面的通孔,另外一些实施方式中,该菱形微孔也可以是机织形成的盲孔。
根据一些实施方式,相邻两个菱形微孔之间的孔间距可以为0.1-0.3cm。例如,可以为0.1cm,0.15cm,0.2cm,0.25cm,或0.3cm。该孔间距的设置,可以使得菱形格布料在满足透气性和吸水效果很好的条件下,与人体进行接触时还具有舒适的触感。

剑杆织机是用往复移动的剑状的杆叉入或夹持纬纱引入梭口的无梭织机。用刚性剑杆引纬的称刚性剑杆织机;用挠性带传动剑头引纬的习惯上称挠性剑杆织机。剑杆织机由机外供纬,纬纱受剑头的积极控制,引纬质量较高。通过对剑杆织机的操作参数进行设置可以织出表面具有多个菱形微孔的布料。
根据一些实施方式,用于织出菱形格布料选用的经纱为32支棉纱,纬纱为21支棉纱。通过该细度的经线和纬线织出的布料可以满足面料表面平整度以及菱形微孔的形成的需要。
根据一些实施方式,利用剑杆织机进行机织时,设定孔距为0.1-0.3cm,例如,孔距为0.1cm,或0.15cm,或0.2cm,或0.25cm,或,0.3cm,设定经纱的密度为70-78棱,或70-75棱,或72-74棱,设定纬纱的密度为42-48棱,或42-46棱,或43-46棱。通过上述剑杆织机的参数的设置,使得其织出的布料也能够得到对应的孔距和对应设置的经线的密度和纬线的密度,也使得在上述参数的设置下,剑杆织机能够织出的布料表面可以具有想要的菱形微孔。

利用剑杆织机织出表面具有多个菱形微孔的布料;
将剑杆织机织出的布料进行烧毛处理。
根据一些实施方式,烧毛处理为电加热烧毛。具体地,是通过将布料以平幅状态迅速通过电加热的烧毛机。通过烧毛处理的除去由于未缠绕纤和突起纤维在纱线表面所形成的茸毛,让面料更光洁、美观,且面料色泽均匀,更能印制出清晰精细的花纹。并且使得在使用该布料制备婴儿衣物时,面料的表面不会有绒毛,让婴儿不会吸到鼻子里,安全性和舒适性更高。
其中,利用剑杆织机织出表面具有多个菱形微孔的布料的过程参见前述,在此不再赘述。
本发明的一些实施方式提供的一种菱形格布料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
利用剑杆织机织出表面具有多个菱形微孔的布料;
将剑杆织机织出的布料进行烧毛处理;
将经过烧毛处理的布料进行印花后进行成品定型,定型过程中加入柔顺剂。
上述成品定型过程中利用热力,消除织物纤维在拉伸过程中产生的内应力,使大分子发生一定程度的松弛,使编织纤维的形状固定成型,并且柔顺剂使得其定型后可以具有很好的柔软性能。
根据一些实施方式,成品定型温度为115-130℃,成品定型布速为20-30m/min。上述成品定型温度和成品定型布速使得布料其定向效果好,手感柔软丰满。
根据一些实施方式,柔顺剂按重量份数计包括吸水快干剂4-6份、柔软剂3-6份以及水88-93份。一些实施方式中,吸水快干剂为鲁道夫离子柔软剂RUCO-DRYECO,吸水快干剂为鲁道夫FERANICE-C的吸水快干剂,水为蒸馏水。根据上述配置而成的柔顺剂对定型过程中的布料进行作用,使得其能够同时满足柔软性和吸水性的要求,即可以获得柔性和吸水性均比较好的布料。
印花过程是先设计需要的花型,然后制成版,在将布料放到印花布机按要求印花。
本发明的一些实施方式提供的一种菱形格布料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
利用剑杆织机织出表面具有多个菱形微孔的布料;
将剑杆织机织出的布料进行烧毛处理;
将经过烧毛处理的布料去污去渍后进行染色以及预定型;
将经过预定型的布料进行印花后进行成品定型,定型过程中加入柔顺剂。
根据一些实施方式,染色是将布料在50-60℃时入布,浴比1:10-11,以1-2℃/min的升温速率升温将染缸的染浴温度升温至85-88℃,保温50-60min,保温结束后,以2-4℃/min的降温速率降温。通过上述方式进行染色可以使得布料的色彩更加均匀,效果更好,也不容易脱色。
根据一些实施方式,预定型温度为120-135℃,预定型布速为20-30m/min。
本发明的一些实施方式提供的一种菱形格布料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
利用剑杆织机织出表面具有多个菱形微孔的布料;
将剑杆织机织出的布料进行烧毛处理;
将经过烧毛处理的布料去污去渍后进行染色以及预定型;
将经过预定型的布料进行印花;
将印花后的布料进行后进行蒸化、水洗;
将经过蒸化、水洗后的布料进行定型,定型过程中加入柔顺剂。
根据一些实施方式,进行蒸化的温度为95-105℃,蒸化时间为70-120min,其是在常压下进行蒸化的。
在蒸化过程中,印在织物表面的色浆吸水膨化,染料在色浆所在花型范围内溶解并向纤维内部扩散、渗透。同时,纤维的大分子结构在这种湿热条件下,内部空隙增大,接纳染料的渗入并与之发生各种化学键结合,从而将染料固定在纤维上,使得布料上的色彩能够更加稳定,不易脱色。
根据一些实施方式,水洗是先通过皂洗液进行皂洗,再用冷水漂净,一些实施方式中,皂洗液中皂洗剂的浓度为1-2g/L,皂洗的浴比为1:10-11,温度为70-80℃,时间为25-30min。一些实施方式中,也可以通过蒸馏水直接对蒸化后的布料进行清洗。通过水洗的操作能够洗去多余的颜色,增加色牢度,同时能够洗去前面工艺中产生的毛感,使布料能够更加平整。
本发明的一些实施方式提供的一种菱形格布料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
利用剑杆织机织出表面具有多个菱形微孔的布料;
将剑杆织机织出的布料进行烧毛处理;
将经过烧毛处理的布料去污去渍后进行染色以及预定型;
将经过预定型的布料进行印花;
将印花后的布料进行后进行蒸化、水洗;
将经过蒸化、水洗后的布料进行定型,定型过程中加入柔顺剂;
将经过成品定型后的布料通过面料预缩机进行预缩。
根据一些实施方式,控制面料的预缩率为8-12%。通过预缩操作将布料在松弛状态下用较低温度缓慢烘干,使其自然收缩,可防止已制作成型的该布料遇水松弛收缩变形。同时也避免了在生产中产生收缩,影响产品的尺寸要求产生次品。
根据一些实施方式,上述菱形格布料的制备方法还可以包括对成品定型或预缩后的布料进行检验,打卷,包装。

实施例1
首先,选用32支棉纱作为经纱,21支棉纱作为纬纱,利用剑杆织机进行机织时,设定孔距为0.1cm,设定经纱的密度为70棱,设定纬纱的密度为42棱,机织出表面具有菱形微孔的布料。
其次,将剑杆织机织出的布料通过烧毛机进行电加热烧毛,再去污去渍后,将布料在50℃时入布,浴比1:10,以1℃/min的升温速率升温将染缸的染浴温度升温至85℃,保温50min,保温结束后,以2℃/min的降温速率降温至室温,然后甩干布料再进行预定型,预定型温度为120℃,预定型布速为20m/min。
之后,将经过预定型的布料在印花布机上进行印花,然后将印花后的布料进行后进行蒸化,水洗。其中,蒸化的温度为95℃,蒸化时间为70min,其是在常压下进行蒸化的。水洗是先通过皂洗液进行皂洗,皂洗液中皂洗剂的浓度为1g/L,皂洗的浴比为1:10,温度为70℃,时间为25min,再用冷水漂净。
之后,将水洗后的布料在定型机中进行成品定型,成品定型温度为115℃,成品定型布速为20m/min。定型过程中加入柔顺剂,柔顺剂按重量份数计包括吸水快干剂4份、柔软 剂3份以及水88份。其中,吸水快干剂为鲁道夫离子柔软剂RUCO-DRYECO,吸水快干剂为鲁道夫FERANICE-C的吸水快干剂,水为蒸馏水。
然后,将经过成品定型后的布料通过面料预缩机进行预缩,控制面料的预缩率为8%,得到菱形格面料,检验后,打卷包装。
实施例2
首先,选用32支棉纱作为经纱,21支棉纱作为纬纱,利用剑杆织机进行机织时,设定孔距为0.3cm,设定经纱的密度为78棱,设定纬纱的密度为48棱,机织出表面具有菱形微孔的布料。
其次,将剑杆织机织出的布料通过烧毛机进行电加热烧毛,再去污去渍后,将布料在60℃时入布,浴比1:11,以2℃/min的升温速率升温将染缸的染浴温度升温至88℃,保温60min,保温结束后,以4℃/min的降温速率降温至室温,然后甩干布料再进行预定型,预定型温度为135℃,预定型布速为30m/min。
之后,将经过预定型的布料在印花布机上进行印花,然后将印花后的布料进行后进行蒸化,水洗。其中,蒸化的温度为105℃,蒸化时间为120min,其是在常压下进行蒸化的。水洗是先通过皂洗液进行皂洗,皂洗液中皂洗剂的浓度为2g/L,皂洗的浴比为1:11,温度为80℃,时间为30min,再用冷水漂净。
之后,将水洗后的布料在定型机中进行成品定型,成品定型温度为130℃,成品定型布速为30m/min。定型过程中加入柔顺剂,柔顺剂按重量份数计包括吸水快干剂6份、柔软剂6份以及水93份。其中,吸水快干剂为鲁道夫离子柔软剂RUCO-DRYECO,吸水快干剂为鲁道夫FERANICE-C的吸水快干剂,水为蒸馏水。
然后,将经过成品定型后的布料通过面料预缩机进行预缩,控制面料的预缩率为12%,得到菱形格面料,检验后,打卷包装。
实施例3
首先,选用32支棉纱作为经纱,21支棉纱作为纬纱,利用剑杆织机进行机织时,设定孔距为0.2cm,设定经纱的密度为73棱,,设定纬纱的密度为45棱,机织出表面具有菱形微孔的布料。
其次,将剑杆织机织出的布料通过烧毛机进行电加热烧毛,再去污去渍后,将布料在55℃时入布,浴比1:10,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温将染缸的染浴温度升温至86℃, 保温55min,保温结束后,以3℃/min的降温速率降温至室温,然后甩干布料再进行预定型,预定型温度为125℃,预定型布速为25m/min。
之后,将经过预定型的布料在印花布机上进行印花,然后将印花后的布料进行后进行蒸化,水洗。其中,蒸化的温度为102℃,蒸化时间为80min,其是在常压下进行蒸化的。水洗是先通过皂洗液进行皂洗,皂洗液中皂洗剂的浓度为1.5g/L,皂洗的浴比为1:10.5,温度为75℃,时间为28min,再用冷水漂净。
之后,将水洗后的布料在定型机中进行成品定型,成品定型温度为120℃,成品定型布速为25m/min。根据一些实施方式,定型过程中加入柔顺剂,柔顺剂按重量份数计包括吸水快干剂5份、柔软剂4份以及水91份。其中,吸水快干剂为鲁道夫离子柔软剂RUCO-DRYECO,吸水快干剂为鲁道夫FERANICE-C的吸水快干剂,水为蒸馏水。
然后,将经过成品定型后的布料通过面料预缩机进行预缩,控制面料的预缩率为10%,得到菱形格面料,检验后,打卷包装。
实施例4
首先,选用32支棉纱作为经纱,21支棉纱作为纬纱,利用剑杆织机进行机织时,设定孔距为0.25cm,设定经纱的密度为75棱,设定纬纱的密度为46棱,机织出表面具有菱形微孔的布料。
其次,将剑杆织机织出的布料通过烧毛机进行电加热烧毛,再去污去渍后,将布料在57℃时入布,浴比1:10.5,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温将染缸的染浴温度升温至87℃,保温53min,保温结束后,以2.5℃/min的降温速率降温至室温,然后甩干布料再进行预定型,预定型温度为122℃,预定型布速为24m/min。
之后,将经过预定型的布料在印花布机上进行印花,然后将印花后的布料进行后进行蒸化,水洗。其中,蒸化的温度为98℃,蒸化时间为80min,其是在常压下进行蒸化的。水洗是先通过皂洗液进行皂洗,皂洗液中皂洗剂的浓度为1.5g/L,皂洗的浴比为1:11,温度为78℃,时间为27min,再用冷水漂净。
之后,将水洗后的布料在定型机中进行成品定型,成品定型温度为118℃,成品定型布速为22m/min。根据一些实施方式,定型过程中加入柔顺剂,柔顺剂按重量份数计包括吸水快干剂5份、柔软剂5份以及水90份。其中,吸水快干剂为鲁道夫离子柔软剂RUCO-DRYECO,吸水快干剂为鲁道夫FERANICE-C的吸水快干剂,水为蒸馏水。
然后,将经过成品定型后的布料通过面料预缩机进行预缩。控制面料的预缩率为9%,得到菱形格面料,检验后,打卷包装。
实施例5
首先,选用32支棉纱作为经纱,21支棉纱作为纬纱,利用剑杆织机进行机织时,设定孔距为0.25cm,设定经纱的密度为74棱,设定纬纱的密度为43棱,机织出表面具有菱形微孔的布料。
其次,将剑杆织机织出的布料通过烧毛机进行电加热烧毛,再去污去渍后,将布料在58℃时入布,浴比1:10,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温将染缸的染浴温度升温至86℃,保温56min,保温结束后,以3.5℃/min的降温速率降温至室温,然后甩干布料再进行预定型,预定型温度为130℃,预定型布速为28m/min。
之后,将经过预定型的布料在印花布机上进行印花,然后将印花后的布料进行后进行蒸化,水洗。其中,蒸化的温度为103℃,蒸化时间为110min,其是在常压下进行蒸化的。水洗是先通过皂洗液进行皂洗,皂洗液中皂洗剂的浓度为2g/L,皂洗的浴比为1:10,温度为77℃,时间为28min,再用冷水漂净。

其次,将剑杆织机织出的布料通过烧毛机进行电加热烧毛,再去污去渍后,将布料在58℃时入布,浴比1:10,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温将染缸的染浴温度升温至86℃,保温56min,保温结束后,以3.5℃/min的降温速率降温至室温,然后甩干布料再进行预定型,预定型温度为130℃,预定型布速为28m/min。
之后,将经过预定型的布料在印花布机上进行印花,然后将印花后的布料进行后进行蒸化,水洗。其中,蒸化的温度为103℃,蒸化时间为110min,其是在常压下进行蒸化的。水洗是通过蒸馏水清洗三遍。
之后,将水洗后的布料在定型机中进行成品定型,成品定型温度为125℃,成品定型布速为25m/min。根据一些实施方式,定型过程中加入柔顺剂,柔顺剂按重量份数计包括吸水快干剂5份、柔软剂6份以及水91份。其中,吸水快干剂为鲁道夫离子柔软剂RUCO-DRYECO,吸水快干剂为鲁道夫FERANICE-C的吸水快干剂,水为蒸馏水。
然后,将经过成品定型后的布料通过面料预缩机进行预缩,控制面料的预缩率为11%,得到菱形格面料,检验后,打卷包装。
试验例
将实施例1-6的菱形格面料以及市场上购买的绍兴千颂纺织品有限公司的针织面料作为对比例,根据GB/T 21655.1-2008.(纺织品吸湿速干性的评定第1部分:单项组合试验法)进行吸湿速干的性能评价,得到评价结果如表1。

通过表1可以看出,本发明的实施例中的菱形格面料的吸湿性和速干性都比对比例中针织面料高很多,且同时也高于GB/T 21655.1-2008中的指标要求。
综上所述,通过表面众多的菱形微孔大大提高布料的透气性能和吸水性能,进而使得通过该布料制成的衣物也具有很好的透气性和吸水效果,舒适感更强,在婴幼儿服装领域具有很好的应用价值。

  19. 一种菱形格布料,其特征在于,其由权利要求7-18任意一项所述的菱形格布料的制备方法制备得到。
  20. 一种衣物,其特征在于,其由权利要求1-3和19任意一项所述的菱形格布料制备而成。
