本发明公开了一种家用纺织面料的制造方法,涉及纺织工艺技术领域,包括以下步骤:(1)绕线;(2)染色;(3)采用烘干机对水洗后的纺织面料进行烘干;(4)经轴的准备;(5)织机织造;(6)蒸制;(7)脱水烘干;(8)拉幅;(9)预缩;(10)打卷;(11)高压熨烫定型,冷却;(12)成品包装入库。该发明提供的家用纺织面料的制造方法,使布面整体效果平整而丰满,通过软水和洗涤剂的使用,提高了面料的档次,通过脱水烘干、拉幅、预缩、打卷、高压熨烫定型的工序,达到了抗霉抑菌、吸湿透气、防紫外线、防静电的效果,同时,降低了成本。

Description

一种家用纺织面料的制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及纺织工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种家用纺织面料的制造方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,生活水平的提高,人们对生活品质的要求越来越高,市场上各种服装产品应有尽有,服装面料也层出不穷。目前我国厂家生产的纺织品,大多是化纤加防静电丝,由于其防静电性极差,在穿着使用过程中极易对人身造成伤害,存在手感差、悬垂性差、抗皱性差、使用时丝线易磨断等问题。
一种新型纺织工艺由纯棉股线、棉纱加导电丝的组合,使布面整体效果平整而丰满,通过软水和洗涤剂的使用,提高了面料的档次,通过脱水烘干、拉幅、预缩、打卷、高压熨烫定型的工序,达到了抗霉抑菌、吸湿透气、防紫外线、防静电的效果。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述的缺点,而提供一种家用纺织面料的制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:该家用纺织面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将白色的纱线从纸筒上转绕到可以用于染色的耐高温高压的塑料筒管上;
(2)将白色的纱线通过高温高压的条件,加入水、染料、染色助剂,让纱线或者面料染上需要的颜色并达到客户的色牢度要求;
(3)将纱线按设计的要求按颜色、粗细、密度、长度、总线数等技术规范进行经轴的准备;
(4)由纯棉股线和棉纱加导电丝用加捻设备捻制成的股线采用分条整经机,按每英寸2根加导电丝的股线排列整入经轴,用织机织造;
(5)将水蒸箱中加入软水;水蒸箱中加入洗涤剂为4-8克/升水,蒸8小时;
(6)脱水烘干,采用烘干机对水洗后的纺织面料进行烘干;
(7)拉幅,将所述烘干后的纺织面料置于拉幅机内进行拉幅;
(8)预缩,将所述拉幅后的纺织面料置于预缩机内进行预缩;
(9)打卷,将所述预缩后的纺织面料定型,并由打卷机进行打卷,定型处理时,焙烘温度为70-90℃,时间为60分钟;
(10)高压熨烫定型,熨烫完后冷却;
(11)成品包装入库。
优选的,所述步骤(6)中软水,浴比为1:12~14。
优选的,所述步骤(6)中温度为70℃~90℃。
优选的,所述步骤(7)中的烘干温度为115℃~150℃。
优选的,所述步骤(7)中的烘干时间1.7~2.0小时。
本发明的有益效果是:方案完整,工艺简便,使布面整体效果平整而丰满,通过软水和洗涤剂的使用,提高了面料的档次,通过脱 水烘干、拉幅、预缩、打卷、高压熨烫定型的工序,达到了抗霉抑菌、吸湿透气、防紫外线、防静电的效果,同时,降低了成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种家用纺织面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将白色的纱线从纸筒上转绕到可以用于染色的耐高温高压的塑料筒管上;
(2)将白色的纱线通过高温高压的条件,加入水、染料、染色助剂,让纱线或者面料染上需要的颜色并达到客户的色牢度要求;
(3)将纱线按设计的要求按颜色、粗细、密度、长度、总线数等技术规范进行经轴的准备;
(4)由纯棉股线和棉纱加导电丝用加捻设备捻制成的股线采用分条整经机,按每英寸2根加导电丝的股线排列整入经轴,用织机织造;
(5)将水蒸箱中加入软水;水蒸箱中加入洗涤剂为6克/升水,蒸8小时;
(6)脱水烘干,采用烘干机对水洗后的纺织面料进行烘干;
(7)拉幅,将所述烘干后的纺织面料置于拉幅机内进行拉幅;
(8)预缩,将所述拉幅后的纺织面料置于预缩机内进行预缩;
(9)卷,将所述预缩后的纺织面料定型,并由打卷机进行打卷,定型处理时,焙烘温度为70℃,时间为60分钟;
(10)高压熨烫定型,熨烫完后冷却;
(11)品包装入库。
其中,步骤(6)中软水,浴比为1:12,温度为70℃;步骤(7)中的烘干温度为115℃;步骤(7)中的烘干时间1.7小时。
实施例2
一种家用纺织面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:

其中,步骤(6)中软水,浴比为1:13,温度为80℃;步骤(7)中的烘干温度为130℃;步骤(7)中的烘干时间1.9小时。
实施例3
一种家用纺织面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将白色的纱线从纸筒上转绕到可以用于染色的耐高温高压的塑料筒管上;
(2)将白色的纱线通过高温高压的条件,加入水、染料、染色助剂,让纱线或者面料染上需要的颜色并达到客户的色牢度要求;
(3)将纱线按设计的要求按颜色、粗细、密度、长度、总线数等技术规范进行经轴的准备;
(4)由纯棉股线和棉纱加导电丝用加捻设备捻制成的股线采用分条整经机,按每英寸2根加导电丝的股线排列整入经轴,用织机织造;

    (2)将白色的纱线通过高温高压的条件,加入水、染料、染色助剂,让纱线或者面料染上需要的颜色并达到客户的色牢度要求;
    (3)将纱线按设计的要求按颜色、粗细、密度、长度、总线数等技术规范进行经轴的准备;
    (4)由纯棉股线和棉纱加导电丝用加捻设备捻制成的股线采用分条整经机,按每英寸2根加导电丝的股线排列整入经轴,用织机织造;
    (5)将水蒸箱中加入软水;水蒸箱中加入洗涤剂为4-8克/升水,蒸8小时;
    (6)脱水烘干,采用烘干机对水洗后的纺织面料进行烘干;
    (7)拉幅,将所述烘干后的纺织面料置于拉幅机内进行拉幅;
    (8)预缩,将所述拉幅后的纺织面料置于预缩机内进行预缩;
    (9)打卷,将所述预缩后的纺织面料定型,并由打卷机进行打卷,定型处理时,焙烘温度为70-90℃,时间为60分钟;
    (10)高压熨烫定型,熨烫完后冷却;
    (11)成品包装入库。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家用纺织面料的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中软水,浴比为1:12~14。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的家用纺织面料的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中温度为70℃~90℃。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的家用纺织面料的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(7)中的烘干温度为115℃~150℃。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的家用纺织面料的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(7)中的烘干时间1.7~2.0小时。
