本发明的目的在于提供一种纺织布料及其纺织工艺,具体为:经线采用天丝,纬线芳砜纶纤维,其中天丝的直径为42.36μm,纤度为400dtex,芳砜纶纤维的直径为70.01μm,纤度为632dtex,经密度为45.2根/cm,纬密度为51.3根/cm。工艺流程:由纯棉股线和棉纱加导电丝用加捻设备捻制成的股线采用分条整经机,按每英寸2根加导电丝的股线排列整入经轴,用高速剑杆织机织造,高速剑杆织机工艺配制,通过整理车间按工艺检验,印染时按工艺要求印染,印染上色后按工艺加入软化剂,做测试、检验、预缩、定型处理。有益效果:工艺流程简单、结构合理、使用性能良好、面料档次高、穿着舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体为一种纺织布料及其纺织工艺。
背景技术
针织面料,按织造方法分,有纬编针织面料和经编针织面料两类。纬编针织面料常以低弹涤纶丝或异型涤纶丝、锦纶丝、棉纱、毛纱等为原料,采用平针组织,变化平针组织,罗纹平针组织,双罗纹平针组织、提花组织,毛圈组织等,在各种纬编机上编织而成。编织是通过织机使纱线组织成线卷互相串套而成为织物的过程。这也是针织服装和梭织服装的根本区别。编织方法可分为纬编和经编两大类,作为针织用衣的面料大都是纬编织物。纬编是将一根或数根纱线由纬向喂入针织机的工作针上,使纱线顺序地弯曲成圈,且加以串套而形成纬编针织物。用来编织这种针织物的机器称为纬编针织机。纬编对加工纱线的种类和线密度有较大的适应性,所生产的针织物的品种也甚为广泛。纬编针织物的品种繁多,既能织成各种组织的内外衣用坯布,又可编织成单件的成形和部分成形产品,同时纬编的工艺过程和机器结构比较简单,易于操作,机器的生产效率比较高,因此,纬编在针织工业中比重较大。纬编针织机的类型很多,一般都以针床数量,针床形式和用针类别等来区分。经编是由一组或几组平行排列的纱线分别排列在织针上,同时沿纵向编织而成。用来编织这种针织物的机器称为经编针织机。一般经编织物的脱散性和延伸性比纬编织物小,其结构和外形的稳定性较好,它的用途也较广,除可生产衣用面料外,还可生产蚊帐、窗帘、花边装饰织物、医用织物等等,经编机同样也可以以针床、织针针型来进行区分。
现有的布料品种众多,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,需要提供能满足不同人群需要的新品种;目前我国大部分的厂家生产的混纺纺织品,大多是化纤加防静电丝的,由于其防静电性极差,在穿着使用的过程中极易对人身造成伤害,而且穿着不舒适,长期穿着对人们的健康也会产生不利影响,纺织品本身也存在手感差、垂感差、抗皱性能差的问题,还有待进一步的提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纺织布料及其纺织工艺,其具有工艺流程简单、结构合理、使用性能良好、面料档次高、穿着舒适的优点。
本发明一种纺织布料及其纺织工艺,其特征在于,经线采用天丝,纬线芳砜纶纤维,其中天丝的直径为42.36μm,纤度为400dtex,芳砜纶纤维的直径为70.01μm,纤度为632dtex,经密度为45.2根/㎝,纬密度为51.3根/㎝。

由纯棉股线和棉纱加导电丝用加捻设备捻制成的股线采用分条整经机,按每英寸2根加导电丝的股线排列整入经轴,用高速剑杆织机织造,高速剑杆织机工艺配制,通过整理车间按工艺检验,印染时按工艺要求印染,印染上色后按工艺加入软化剂,做测试、检验、预缩、定型处理。
进一步,所述的一种纺织布料及其纺织工艺中所有的皮辊进行炭黑处理。
进一步,所述的一种纺织布料及其纺织工艺中生产车间温度与相对湿度为标准温度和标准湿度。
一种纺织布料及其纺织工艺的有益效果:
1)本发明结构合理,使用性能好,生产的布料整体效果平整,提高了面料的档次,穿着舒适,适用面广,功能效果好,生产的布料抗菌、抑菌,吸湿透气,防静电,垂感好,能够有效地防止使用时丝线易磨断等的弊端;
2)工艺流程简单、结构合理、使用性能良好、面料档次高、穿着舒适。
