提供机动两轮车的后轮制动装置,能够减少轴驱动式的机动两轮车的后轮侧的簧下重量以及部件数量。在将机动两轮车(1)的动力单元(P)的驱动力经由沿车体前后方向延伸的驱动轴(45)传递到后轮(WR)的机动两轮车的后轮制动装置中,驱动轴(45)包含传动轴(46),其经由万向接头(43)连结于从动力单元(P)的壳体部件(34)向车体后方侧突出的输出轴(42)的后端部。在输出轴(42)安装有由后轮制动钳(41)制动的制动盘(40)。将后轮制动钳(41)固定于在壳体部件(34)设置的托架(50),并且配设于制动盘(40)的车体上方侧。

Description

机动两轮车的后轮制动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及机动两轮车的后轮制动装置,特别涉及由制动盘以及对制动盘进行制动的制动钳构成的机动两轮车的后轮制动装置。
背景技术
一直以来,机动两轮车的后轮制动装置一般配设在经由缓冲单元悬挂于车体的后轮的车轴附近。与此相对,为了减少缓冲单元的下游侧的重量、即所谓的簧下重量,已知有在机动两轮车的靠近动力源的位置配设后轮制动装置的结构。
在专利文献1中公开有如下结构:一种机动两轮车,利用驱动链将发动机的驱动力传递到后轮,使指向车宽方向并且供驱动链轮固定的输出轴从另一侧的曲轴箱壁突出,并在该延伸部安装制动盘。

发明内容
发明将要解决的课题
但是,专利文献1的技术应用于链驱动式的机动两轮车,关于对利用指向车体前后方向的驱动轴将发动机的驱动力传递到后轮的轴驱动式的机动两轮车的应用则未做研究。
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术的课题,提供能够减少轴驱动式的机动两轮车的后轮侧的簧下重量以及部件数量的机动两轮车的后轮制动装置。
用于解决课题的技术手段
为了实现所述目的,本发明的第一特征在于,用于将机动两轮车(1)的动力单元(P)的驱动力经由沿车体前后方向延伸的驱动轴(45)传递到后轮(WR),所述驱动轴(45)包含传动轴(46),该传动轴(46)经由万向接头(43)连结于从所述动力单元(P)的壳体部件(34)向车体后方侧突出的输出轴(42)的后端部,在所述输出轴(42)安装有由制动钳(41)制动的制动盘(40)。
另外,第二特征在于,所述制动钳(41)固定于在所述壳体部件(34)设置的托架(50)。
另外,第三特征在于,所述动力单元(P)悬吊于车体架(F),该车体架(F)构成为包含在所述动力单元(P)的上方沿车体前后方向延伸的左右一对主架(F2),所述制动钳(41)配设于所述制动盘(40)的车体上方侧。
另外,第四特征在于,在所述主架(F2)的后方连结有枢轴架(F3),该枢轴架(F3)设有枢轴(12),该枢轴(12)将支承所述后轮(WR)的摆臂(13)轴支承为摆动自如,所述制动钳(41)配设于由所述壳体部件(34)、所述主架(F2)以及所述枢轴架(F3)包围的空间。
另外,第五特征在于,所述制动钳(41)配设于比所述动力单元(P)的上表面靠下方的位置。

发明效果
根据第一特征,在将机动两轮车(1)的动力单元(P)的驱动力经由沿车体前后方向延伸的驱动轴(45)传递到后轮(WR)的机动两轮车的后轮制动装置中,所述驱动轴(45)包含传动轴(46),该传动轴(46)经由万向接头(43)连结于从所述动力单元(P)的壳体部件(34)向车体后方侧突出的输出轴(42)的后端部,在所述输出轴(42)安装有由制动钳(41)制动的制动盘(40),因此构成后轮制动装置的制动盘以及制动钳配设于动力单元的附近,从而能够减少后轮周围的簧下重量来提高后轮的路面跟随性。另外,通过实现质量的集中,可提高机动两轮车的运动性能。而且,无需将向制动钳供给液压的制动软管配置至后轮的附近,因此能够缩短制动软管,并且减少软管夹等,实现部件数量以及重量的减少。
根据第二特征,所述制动钳(41)固定于在所述壳体部件(34)设置的托架(50),因此通过在刚性较高的曲轴箱设置支承制动钳的托架,能够提高制动钳的结合刚性而提高组装精度,并且提高制动器制动力以及操作感觉。
根据第三特征,所述动力单元(P)悬吊于车体架(F),该车体架(F)构成为包含在所述动力单元(P)的上方沿车体前后方向延伸的左右一对主架(F2),所述制动钳(41)配设于所述制动盘(40)的车体上方侧,因此能够利用主架与动力单元之间的空间配设制动钳,并且实现质量的集中。另外,制动钳的开口部指向车体下方,能够保护制动钳不受水分、尘埃等影响。
根据第四特征,在所述主架(F2)的后方连结有枢轴架(F3),该枢轴架(F3)设有枢轴(12),该枢轴(12)将支承所述后轮(WR)的摆臂(13)轴支承为摆动自如,所述制动钳(41)配设于由所述壳体部件(34)、所述主架(F2)以及所述枢轴架(F3)包围的空间,因此能够利用壳体部件、主架以及枢轴架保护制动盘以及制动钳的前后以及上部。
根据第五特征,所述制动钳(41)配设于比所述动力单元(P)的上表面靠下方的位置,因此能够不给配设于发动机的上方的空气滤清器、燃料箱的容量带来影响地配设制动钳。
根据第六特征,所述驱动轴(45)包含将所述输出轴(42)与所述传动轴(46)连结的减震器单元(44),所述减震器单元(44)包含从所述输出轴(42)传递来驱动力的外轴(61)和将该外轴(61)的驱动力传递到下游侧的内轴(60),在所述外轴(61)与所述内轴(60)之间配设有减震器部件(62),因此通过设置减震器单元,能够减少传动轴被传递驱动力时的冲击。
根据第七特征,所述减震器部件(62)的减震器容量被设定为减速时所作用的反转侧比加速时所作用的正转侧更小,因此能够缓和加速时的冲击,并且在减速时获得响应良好的制动感觉。另外,若使减震器容量之差增大至最大,即,使减速侧的减震器容量零,则更加能够尽可能地减少制动器操作时的时滞。
根据第八特征,在所述输出轴(42)安装有冷却翅片(70),该冷却翅片(70)与所述输出轴(42)同步旋转而将所述制动盘(40)冷却,因此能够通过输出轴的旋转力使冷却翅片旋转而将制动盘冷却。另外,通过将冷却翅片接近于制动盘地配置,可提高冷却效率。
根据第九特征,在所述制动盘(40)的车宽方向外侧设有将所述制动盘(40)覆盖的罩部件(95),因此即使在制动盘比壳体部件向车宽方向外侧突出的情况下,也能够通过设置罩部件而防止乘员的脚部干扰。另外,能够保护制动盘以及制动钳的车宽方向外侧以不受飞石、水分等影响,并且能够防止在制动时产生的制动粉尘向车宽方向外侧飞散。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图详细地说明本发明的优选的实施方式。图1是应用了本发明的一个实施方式的后轮制动装置的机动两轮车1的左侧视图。机动两轮车1是将动力单元P的驱动力经由驱动轴传递到后轮WR的鞍乘型车辆。在构成车体架F的主架F2的前端部能够上下移动地支承有头管F1,该头管F1摆动自如地轴支承前轮WF的前臂10。经由连杆机构连接于前臂10的转向把手4摆动自如地轴支承于车体架F的前部上端。在前臂10安装有覆盖前轮WF上方的前挡泥板11和对与前轮WF一体旋转的前轮制动盘21进行制动的前轮制动钳22。
在左右一对主架F2的后端下部连接有枢轴架F3,该枢轴架F3设有将摆臂13的前端部轴支承为摆动自如的枢轴12。在枢轴架F3的前下方左右配设有一对供驾驶员放脚的放脚踏板25。另外,在车宽方向右侧的放脚踏板25的附近配设有使后轮制动器工作的制动踏板37。在设为中空构造的摆臂13的内部插入有驱动轴。
头管F1的车体前方由防风屏6、支承前照灯9的前盖8覆盖。在前盖8配设有左右一对的前侧闪光灯一体型的后视镜装置7,在转向把手4的车体前方,在防风屏6的背面的位置配设有仪表装置20。在左右的转向把手4安装有设有多个开关的开关盒35、36。
在主架F2的车体上方配设有燃料箱罩3,在其后方配设有供驾驶员以及乘员落座的前后一体型的座椅18。在座椅18的靠前方的位置内设有检测驾驶员的落座状态的薄板状的落座传感器19。
在车体架F的下部悬吊有一体地构成了水平对置六缸的发动机与有级变速器的动力单元P,发动机的燃烧气体从车体后方的消声器14的后端部排出。在动力单元P设有检测发动机的转速的发动机转速传感器210、检测变速器是否处于不是挂档状态的空挡位置的空挡传感器211。另外,在摆臂13的后端部设有根据后轮WR的旋转状态检测机动两轮车1的车速V的车速传感器205。
动力单元P构成为,通过对设于变速器的主轴上的两个离合器和变更变速齿轮的啮合状态的换档鼓进行自动控制,而能够不操作离合器、换档踏板地进行与车速V、发动机转速Ne相对应的自动变速。由此,能够进行基于不需要变速操作的自动挡模式、或者可通过换挡开关的操作切换变速级的手动挡模式的行驶。
在座椅18的车体后方配设有作为收纳部的顶部壳体17。顶部壳体17的车体下方安装有左右一对驼篓(pannier)壳体15,在左右的驼篓壳体15之间配设有包含后侧闪光灯的尾灯装置16。
构成本发明的后轮制动装置的后轮制动盘40配设于动力单元P的后方并且是枢轴架F3的前方的位置。
图2是表示将动力单元P的驱动力传递到后轮WR的轴驱动机构的整体结构的俯视图。动力单元P一体地构成了水平对置六缸的发动机E与变速器TM。在气缸一体的曲轴箱33固定有朝向车宽方向外侧突出的左右一对气缸盖31。在气缸盖31的车宽方向外侧安装有气缸盖罩30,在气缸盖31的车体上方安装有进气装置32。在曲轴箱33的车体后方安装有收纳变速器TM的作为壳体部件的变速器壳体34。
动力单元P的驱动力从向变速器壳体34的车体后方突出的输出轴42经由万向接头43传递到驱动轴45。驱动轴45包含连结于万向接头43的减震器单元44和连结于减震器单元44的后端部的传动轴46。传动轴46的后端部连接于将后轮WR轴支承为旋转自如的末端齿轮壳体47。
构成本发明的后轮制动装置的后轮制动盘40固定于输出轴42,对后轮制动盘40进行制动的后轮制动钳41固定于变速器壳体34。
图3是表示车体架F以及动力单元P的结构的左侧视图。车体架F构成为包括形成有将转向把手4轴支承为操舵自如的支承架F7的前架F4、从前架F4的后端部向车体后方下方延伸的左右一对主架F2、以及连结于主架F2的后端部并支承枢轴12的枢轴架F3。动力单元P由从前架F4向下方延伸的左右一对前侧安装部F5和从主架F2向下方延伸的左右一对后侧安装部F6悬吊。
如前述那样,后轮制动盘40经由安装轮毂54固定于从变速器壳体34向车体后方突出的输出轴42,后轮制动钳41固定于在变速器壳体34安装的托架50。根据该构成,通过使后轮制动钳41工作而对输出轴42赋予制动力,能够对后轮WR进行制动。
另外,后轮制动盘40以及后轮制动钳41配设于动力单元P的附近,从而能够减少后轮WR周围的簧下重量而提高后轮WR的路面跟随性。另外,通过实现质量的集中,可提高机动两轮车1的运动性能,而且无需将向后轮制动钳供给液压的制动软管配置至后轮WR的附近,因此能够缩短制动软管,并且减少软管夹等,从而实现部件数量以及重量的减少。
另一方面,在侧视车体时,后轮制动钳41配设于由变速器壳体34、主架F2、以及枢轴架F3包围的空间,能够保护后轮制动盘40以及后轮制动钳41的前后以及上部。另外,由于后轮制动钳41配设于比动力单元P的上表面靠下方,因此能够不给配设于发动机E的上方的空气滤清器、燃料箱的容量带来影响地配设后轮制动钳41。
图4是图3的局部放大图。后轮制动钳41为利用根据制动踏板的操作而供给的液压将制动垫片53按压于后轮制动盘40的液压式。设于后轮制动钳41的车宽方向左右的安装支承件51通过左右一对紧固部件52固定于托架50。托架50通过紧固部件58安装于变速器壳体34。由此,通过在刚性较高的变速器壳体34安装后轮制动钳41,能够提高后轮制动钳41的结合刚性而提高组装精度,并且提高制动器制动力以及操作感觉。
另外,后轮制动钳41配设于后轮制动盘40的车体上方侧,使得后轮制动钳41的开口部指向车体下方,能够保护后轮制动钳41免于水分、尘埃等影响。
图5是图3的V-V线剖视图。另外,图6是图5的局部放大图。输出轴42配设于变速器壳体34的靠车宽方向右侧的位置。左右的枢轴架F3通过指向车宽方向的连结框架F8连结。后轮制动盘40以及后轮制动钳41的后部也由该连结框架F8保护。
后轮制动钳41由收纳通过液压进行滑动动作的活塞57的后侧半体41a、以及结合于后侧半体41a的车体前方侧的前侧半体41b构成,在形成于后侧半体41a与前侧半体41b之间的开口中收纳有左右一对制动垫片53。制动垫片53利用车宽方向左侧的摩擦块销55支承于后轮制动钳41。
图7是表示动力单元P的输出轴42周围的结构的后视图。输出轴42为了使驱动轴45插入支承后轮WR的摆臂13的臂部分而配设于变速器壳体34的靠近车宽方向右侧的较低位置。相对于固定于输出轴42的安装轮毂54由浮动销56支承的后轮制动盘40的后轮制动钳41的上端限制在比曲轴箱33的上表面靠下方的范围的直径内。由此,向车宽方向外侧突出的突出量也得以抑制。
图8是驱动轴45的局部剖俯视图。另外,图9是图8的IX-IX线剖视图。图8所示的剖面部分与图9的VIII-VIII线剖面对应。驱动轴45构成为包含将输出轴42与传动轴46连结的减震器单元44。减震器单元44构成为包含在车体前方侧连结于万向接头43的外轴61、将外轴61的驱动力传递到传动轴46的内轴60、和配设于外轴61与内轴60之间的减震器部件62。后轮制动盘40安装于输出轴42,该输出轴42连结于将驱动轴45摆动自如地连结的万向接头43的上游侧。
参照图9,在由金属等构成的外轴61的内周面沿径向等间隔地立设有用于传递动力单元P的驱动力的多个传递板65。另一方面,在由金属等构成的内轴60的外周面分别等间隔地立设有承受外轴61的加速侧的驱动力的加速侧承受板63、以及承受后轮制动装置产生制动力或发动机制动器作用的情况下的减速侧的驱动力的减速侧承受板64。该传递板65、加速侧承受板63以及减速侧承受板64分别为沿轴向纵长的形状。
在本实施方式中,在外轴61的传递板65与内轴60的加速侧承受板63之间配设有由橡胶等构成的多个减震器部件62,并构成为不会在传递板65与减速侧承受板64之间产生间隙。根据该结构,能够缓和加速时的冲击,并且在减速时获得不经由减震器的响应良好的制动感觉。另外,该结构通过使减速侧的减震器容量为零,从而使加速侧(正转侧)的减震器容量与减速侧(反转侧)的减震器容量之差最大化。
另一方面,为了使加速侧的减震器容量与减速侧的减震器容量不同,也可以在传递板65与减速侧承受板64之间的各位置配设比加速侧的减震器容量小的减震器部件。根据该结构,也能够在缓和加速时的冲击的同时获得响应良好的制动感觉。
图10是表示本实施方式的变形例的后轮制动装置的结构的立体图。如图7所示,后轮制动盘40配设于变速器壳体34以及气缸盖31的车体后方,因此容易接触被发动机E的热量加热后的空气。在该变形例中,通过在输出轴42固定冷却翅片70,能够利用输出轴42的旋转力使冷却翅片70旋转而将后轮制动盘40积极地冷却。
通过在圆筒部件71的内侧设置的多个叶片部件72的冷却翅片70与输出轴42同步旋转而能够使空气W积极地流向车体后方。在图示的例子中,构成为在后轮制动盘40的车体后方配设冷却翅片70而使来自车体前方的行驶风易于吹到后轮制动盘40的前表面,但也可以构成为在后轮制动盘40的车体前方配设冷却翅片70而使冷却翅片70的积极的送风吹到后轮制动盘40。
另外,冷却翅片70构成为由圆筒部件71覆盖后轮制动盘40以及后轮制动钳41的外侧。另外,后轮制动盘40为在两张合并的盘之间形成有送风通路的通风式。
图11是表示本发明的第二实施方式的后轮制动装置的结构的立体图。在本实施方式中有如下特征:除了作为行驶中所使用的常用制动器的后轮制动钳41之外,还在变速器壳体34安装有在停车时向后轮WR继续赋予制动力的驻车制动钳80。根据该结构,能够进一步减少后轮WR周围的簧下重量。
驻车制动钳80除了利用臂部件81使具有螺纹机构的工作轴转动而按压制动垫片的机械式之外,也可以采用通过马达的驱动力按压制动垫片的电动式。在本实施方式中,由于将驻车制动钳80配置于后轮制动盘40的车体上方,因此将作为常用制动器的后轮制动钳41靠近车宽方向内侧地配设。
图12是表示覆盖后轮制动盘40的车宽方向右侧的罩部件95的结构的立体图。另外,图13是表示罩部件95的形状的剖视图。输出轴42相对于变速器壳体34的位置与摆臂13的臂部分相匹配地设置为靠近车宽方向外侧,因此认为若对后轮制动盘40赋予可获得足够的制动力的外径,则后轮制动盘40的一部分向变速器壳体34的车宽方向外侧突出。在本实施方式中,在驾驶员踏在放脚踏板25上的右脚100的车宽方向内侧露出后轮制动盘40的一部分。
在本实施方式中,在变速器壳体34的车宽方向右侧安装有由硬质树脂等薄板部件构成的罩部件95。根据该罩部件95,能够防止驾驶员的右脚100接触后轮制动盘40,并且防止在制动时产生的制动粉尘向车宽方向右侧飞散。由此,也能够保护落座于后部座席的乘员的右脚102。
另外,通过将罩部件95接近后轮制动盘40地配置,能够对从车体前方向车体后方流动的空气整流,也提高了后轮制动盘40的冷却效果。另外,罩部件95能够采用将安装于气缸盖31以及气缸盖罩30的下部的车底防护部90的内侧或者外侧所通过的行驶风积极地导向后轮制动盘40的结构。另外,罩部件除了图示那样的专用部件之外,也可以构成为兼用覆盖动力单元P的侧方以及下方的车底盖等外装部件。
另外,机动两轮车、动力单元的方式、车体架的形状、构造、输出轴相对于变速器壳体的配设位置、后轮制动盘、后轮制动钳的形状、构造、驱动轴的形状、构造等并不限定于上述实施方式,而是能够进行各种变更。例如也可以使动力单元P的输出轴向曲轴箱的车体前方突出,并在该突出部分固定后轮制动盘。本发明的后轮制动装置能够应用于动力单元的输出轴指向车体前后方向的各种鞍乘型车辆。

Claims (9)

1.一种机动两轮车的后轮制动装置,用于将机动两轮车(1)的动力单元(P)的驱动力经由沿车体前后方向延伸的驱动轴(45)传递到后轮(WR),其特征在于,
所述驱动轴(45)包含传动轴(46),该传动轴(46)经由万向接头(43)连结于从所述动力单元(P)的壳体部件(34)向车体后方侧突出的输出轴(42)的后端部,
在所述输出轴(42)安装有由制动钳(41)制动的制动盘(40)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机动两轮车的后轮制动装置,其特征在于,
所述制动钳(41)固定于在所述壳体部件(34)设置的托架(50)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的机动两轮车的后轮制动装置,其特征在于,
所述动力单元(P)悬吊于车体架(F),该车体架(F)构成为包含在所述动力单元(P)的上方沿车体前后方向延伸的左右一对主架(F2),
所述制动钳(41)配设于所述制动盘(40)的车体上方侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机动两轮车的后轮制动装置,其特征在于,
在所述主架(F2)的后方连结有枢轴架(F3),该枢轴架(F3)设有枢轴(12),该枢轴(12)将支承所述后轮(WR)的摆臂(13)轴支承为摆动自如,
所述制动钳(41)配设于由所述壳体部件(34)、所述主架(F2)以及所述枢轴架(F3)包围的空间。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的机动两轮车的后轮制动装置,其特征在于,
所述制动钳(41)配设于比所述动力单元(P)的上表面靠下方的位置。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的机动两轮车的后轮制动装置,其特征在于,
所述驱动轴(45)包含将所述输出轴(42)与所述传动轴(46)连结的减震器单元(44),
所述减震器单元(44)包含从所述输出轴(42)传递来驱动力的外轴(61)和将该外轴(61)的驱动力传递到下游侧的内轴(60),
在所述外轴(61)与所述内轴(60)之间配设有减震器部件(62)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的机动两轮车的后轮制动装置,其特征在于,
所述减震器部件(62)的减震器容量被设定为减速时所作用的反转侧比加速时所作用的正转侧更小。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的机动两轮车的后轮制动装置,其特征在于,
在所述输出轴(42)安装有冷却翅片(70),该冷却翅片(70)与所述输出轴(42)同步旋转而将所述制动盘(40)冷却。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的机动两轮车的后轮制动装置,其特征在于,
在所述制动盘(40)的车宽方向外侧设有将所述制动盘(40)覆盖的罩部件(95)。
