背景技术
失眠通常指患者对睡眠时间和\或质量不满足并影响白天社会功能的一种主观体验。按临床表现分类为:睡眠潜入期:入睡时间超过30分钟;睡眠维持:夜间觉醒次数超过2次或凌晨早醒;睡眠质量:多恶梦;总的睡眠时间少于6小时;日间残留效应:次晨感到头昏,精神不振,嗜睡,乏力等。
按病程分类:一过性或急性失眠,病程小于4周;短期或亚急性失眠,病程大于4周小于3~6个月;长期或慢性失眠,病程大于6个月。按严重程度分类:轻度,偶发,对生活质量影响小;中度,每晚发生,中度影响生活质量,伴一定症状(易怒、焦虑、疲乏等);重度,每晚发生,严重影响生活质量,临床症状表现突出。
目前常用治疗失眠的药物有镇静催眠药(包括巴比妥类、苯二氮卓类、非典型苯二氮卓类)、抗抑郁药、抗组胺药(目前极少用于催眠)和中药。
第一代镇静催眠药物包括巴比妥类、水合氯醛、三溴合剂和羟嗪(安泰乐)等;它们的治疗指数较低,需中等剂量才改善睡眠,药物之间相互影响比较大、大剂量可影响呼吸。其中羟嗪对有自主神经功能紊乱的患者较合适;水合氯醛因药物之间的相互作用少,广泛用于药物临床试验与不合作者进行某些特殊检查时的快速催眠;苯巴比妥可对苯二氮卓类与其他催眠药进行替代与递减治疗,也可用于儿童睡行症、睡惊症和梦魇等疾病,或者用于拮抗麻黄素、苯丙胺、氨茶碱等药物的中枢兴奋不良反应。
第二代镇静催眠药物主要是指苯二氮卓类镇静催眠药。该类药物是临床上最常用的一种镇静、催眠和抗焦虑药。这些安眠药的特点是治疗指数高、对内脏毒性低和使用安全。缺点是半衰期短,用药后易产生清晨失眠和白天焦虑。
第三代镇静催眠药物主要包括唑吡坦、扎来普隆、佐匹克隆。有一些镇静催眠药安全性高。安眠药吃多了,会引发记忆力衰退,甚至老年痴呆。

三、向步骤二得到的提取物中加入茯苓粉末和火麻仁粉末,混合均匀,得到安眠饮料。
