Abstract
本发明公开了一种火麻仁安神助眠组合物,主要由以下原料制成:火麻仁提取物、莲子肽、百合肽、果蔬酵素、百香果粉、低聚异麦芽糖。其中,火麻仁、果蔬酵素和百香果粉,除润肠通便、分解毒素、舒解胀气,帮助消化,达到清肠排浊、宁心助眠的作用,此三种食材本身还具有镇静安神、调节内分泌,诱导自然入睡的效果,且火麻仁还具有安神解郁的作用,能加强助眠的食疗功能。此外,还可添加L‑茶氨酸+γ‑氨基丁酸的助眠因子组合,有效快速促进睡眠,改善睡眠质量。本发明配方具有良好的协同作用,起到了宁心养血,安神助眠,肠清和胃,快速入眠的作用。应用本发明制成固体饮料或压片糖果等功能食品,易存储和携带,同时食用方便,口感较好。

技术领域
本发明属于火麻仁产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种火麻仁安神助眠组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
因为压力、紧张和诸多内外的因素,现代人的睡眠质量普遍不好。一项北京、上海、广州等地同时启动的有关睡眠的调查结果显示,在1万多被调查者中有45%的人有睡眠障碍。有关专家反映,失眠已成为神经科门诊的第二大疾病。失眠者中大多数为从事IT、管理和新闻等脑力劳动的白领,这些人由于个人不良的生活习惯、压力过大等原因,长年饱受失眠问题的困扰,睡眠障碍成为都市白领健康的新杀手。长期失眠则会导致人体免疫力不断下降,抗疾病能力降低,因此导致各种疾病发生,如神经衰弱、感冒、胃肠疾病、心梗、脑梗、中风、高血压、糖尿病等疾病,甚至造成猝死。失眠会引起人的疲劳感、不安、全身不适、无精打采、反应迟缓、头痛、注意力不能集中,它的最大影响是精神方面的,严重一点会导致精神分裂和抑郁症、焦虑症、植物神经功能紊乱等功能性疾病,给人体身心健康带来严重的伤害。
很多入睡困难的人习惯依赖于安眠药,如巴比妥类、苯二氮类,虽然此类药物可以治疗失眠,有镇定安神的作用,但是副作用大,长期服用会产生依赖性,而且还会导致头痛,容易激动,甚至可以引起抑郁。还有人长期服用褪黑素以促进睡眠,这种做法实际上会干扰正常的生理过程,导致自身褪黑素的分泌减少,当停服褪黑素时,自身的褪黑素分泌功能很可能不能恢复或只能恢复一部分,这就形成了依赖;如果过多服用褪黑素,可能会导致人体内的甲状腺素、肾上腺素的浓度相对降低,导致注意力分散,反应力减弱,敏感度降低。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种火麻仁安神助眠组合物及其制备方法和应用,本发明所得功能性产品为药食同源食品,具有安全无依赖、无副作用的特点,能养心安神除烦,有效促进睡眠,而且口感好,食用方便,符合失眠人群市场的期待。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
火麻仁安神助眠组合物,主要由以下原料制成:火麻仁提取物、莲子肽、百合肽、果蔬酵素、百香果粉、低聚异麦芽糖。
上述火麻仁安神助眠组合物,还包括:酸枣仁提取物、L-茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸。
上述火麻仁安神助眠组合物,主要由以下重量份的原料制成:火麻仁提取物5-10份、酸枣仁提取物2-10份、莲子肽3-10份、百合肽3-10份、果蔬酵素10-20份、L-茶氨酸1-3份、γ-氨基丁酸3-6份、百香果粉5-10份、低聚异麦芽糖10-60份。
上述火麻仁安神助眠组合物的制备方法,将果蔬酵素、百香果粉、低聚异麦芽糖和其它辅料过筛,然后与火麻仁提取物、莲子肽、百合肽混合均匀即得。
上述火麻仁安神助眠组合物的制备方法,将果蔬酵素、百香果粉、低聚异麦芽糖、L-茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸和其它辅料过筛,然后与火麻仁提取物、莲子肽、百合肽、酸枣仁提取物混合均匀即得。

一、组方解析
中医认为失眠原因有三:一是心肾不交、二是血不足、三是胃不和,改善失眠除了宁心安神、养血安神外,安胃也是重要的环节。胃不和则卧不安,食物不能消化,阻阏肠道,气就会受到中焦阻隔,阳气不能上输于脑,造成失眠。
本发明配方按宁心养血+清肠安胃+助眠因子的技术方案设计,在传统助眠食材基础上,增加了火麻仁、果蔬酵素和百香果粉既能安神助眠又能清肠安胃的食材,还可添加L-茶氨酸+γ-氨基丁酸的助眠因子组合,起到了宁心养血,安神助眠,肠清和胃,快速入眠的作用。其中,
火麻仁是桑科植物大麻的干燥成熟果实,具有清肠安眠,通导胃肠,缓解心烦气躁,胸闷不适,让人心情舒畅的作用。火麻仁的润肠通便作用,可以清肠排浊,浊邪不清则上扰心神,肠道通畅,则心神安定而促眠。同时,火麻仁还能调节神经功能,可以有效的安神助眠。火麻仁提取物腹腔注射可增强和延长环己巴比妥钠的催眠作用和入睡时间。火麻仁提取物中的酚类物质与γ-氨基丁酸、酸枣仁共同作用,可有效改善头疼、失眠、意志低落等不良状况。
酸枣仁具有养肝、宁心、安神的作用。血不归脾而睡卧不宁,宜用酸枣仁大补心脾,血归脾而五藏安和,睡卧自宁。酸枣仁含有生物碱,皂苷和黄酮等多种药理成分,其中皂苷、黄酮等水溶性部分是酸枣仁镇静、催眠作用的有效成分,能够有效镇静安神,对失眠者疗效显著。研究发现,酸枣仁主要是影响慢波睡眠的深睡阶段,使深睡的平均时间延长,发作频率增加,达到食疗目的。
莲子具有补心益脾、养血安神等功效。五羟色胺又称血清素,是大脑神经细胞分泌出的使人昏昏欲睡的神经递质。近年来,生物学家经过试验证实,莲子中含有的莲子碱、芳香甙等成分有镇静作用,食用后可促进胰腺分泌胰岛素,进而可增加5羟色胺的供给量,使人快速入睡。
百合是一种药用价值很高的药食两用食材,对于宁心安神缓解失眠有很好的效果,被称作为安眠药的“替代品”。百合提取物具有显著助眠作用,其中所含的甾体皂苷是其助眠的主要成分,主要用于心绪不宁导致的入睡困难。
配方中选择使用莲子肽和百合肽为莲子和百合的小分子肽,具有高活性、高营养、小分子、全吸收的特点,分子量小于1000道尔顿,能快速溶解,吸收完全,可提高生物利用度,使两种食材有效成分利用率得到充分优化。

L-茶氨酸具有镇静作用,可以让人宁静,缓解心烦,松弛神经紧张。某些研究发现,L-茶氨酸可以帮助改善患有多动症的人的睡眠质量。
γ-氨基丁酸能有效助眠解压。γ-氨基丁酸是脑组织中最重要的神经递质之一,主要作用于大脑神经系统,其作用是降低神经元活性,防止神经细胞过热。大量研究证明,γ-氨基丁酸可以缩短入睡时间,并且延长慢波睡眠Ⅱ期和快动眼睡眠期。足量补充γ-氨基丁酸容易促进深度睡眠,对容易胡思乱想大脑停不下来的状态有调节作用。γ-氨基丁酸可促使大脑冷静,是“大脑天然镇静剂”,对难以入眠型、浅睡易醒型、焦虑烦躁型失眠很有效。γ-氨基丁酸可以缓解人的焦虑,与L-茶氨酸具有很好的协同作用。

二、安神助眠压片糖果/固体饮料制备
以下各例所用火麻仁提取物、酸枣仁提取物、莲子肽、百合肽、果蔬酵素均为市售产品。

莲子肽、百合肽:西安韵禾生物科技有限公司,规格:90%500D。
果蔬酵素:宁陕国圣生物科技有限公司。
实施例1火麻仁安神助眠压片糖果制备
配方:火麻仁提取物10份、酸枣仁提取物5份、莲子肽5份、百合肽5份、果蔬酵素10份、L-茶氨酸3份、γ-氨基丁酸6份、百香果粉10份、低聚异麦芽糖25份、淀粉20份、微晶纤维素2份。
制法:
步骤1将果蔬酵素、L-茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、百香果粉、淀粉、微晶纤维素分别过80筛,备用;
步骤2按配方量称取火麻仁提取物、酸枣仁提取物、莲子肽、百合肽及步骤1各原料置三维混合机中混合25分钟;
步骤3将步骤2得到的混合料取出通过造粒机制粒,得到湿颗粒;
步骤4将步骤3制得的湿颗粒,置于热风循环干燥箱中,在温度为55-60℃条件下干燥至颗粒水分小于5.0%;
步骤5将步骤4干燥后的颗粒转入压片机中,调整适宜的机器参数,压片,即得火麻仁安神助眠压片糖果。

8谭先生47岁,公司高管。长期失眠、感觉腹账,入睡困难。食用本发明实施例5安神助眠片,每晚睡前服用2片,连续食用1周后,失眠症状好转,自述腹账缓解,自然入睡,但睡眠不深。
Claims (9)
1.一种火麻仁安神助眠组合物,其特征在于主要由以下原料制成:火麻仁提取物、莲子肽、百合肽、果蔬酵素、百香果粉、低聚异麦芽糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的火麻仁安神助眠组合物,其特征在于还包括:酸枣仁提取物、L-茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的火麻仁安神助眠组合物,其特征在于主要由以下重量份的原料制成:火麻仁提取物5-10份、酸枣仁提取物2-10份、莲子肽3-10份、百合肽3-10份、果蔬酵素10-20份、L-茶氨酸1-3份、γ-氨基丁酸3-6份、百香果粉5-10份、低聚异麦芽糖10-60份。
4.权利要求1所述火麻仁安神助眠组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:将果蔬酵素、百香果粉、低聚异麦芽糖和其它辅料过筛,然后与火麻仁提取物、莲子肽、百合肽混合均匀即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的火麻仁安神助眠组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:将果蔬酵素、百香果粉、低聚异麦芽糖、L-茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸和其它辅料过筛,然后与火麻仁提取物、莲子肽、百合肽、酸枣仁提取物混合均匀即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的火麻仁安神助眠组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:将混合所得混合物制粒、烘干分装制成固体饮料或压片加工成压片糖果。
7.根据权利要求6所述的火麻仁安神助眠组合物的制备方法,其特征在于所述原料按重量分别为:火麻仁提取物5-10份、酸枣仁提取物2-10份、莲子肽3-10份、百合肽3-10份、果蔬酵素10-20份、L-茶氨酸1-3份、γ-氨基丁酸3-6份、百香果粉5-10份、低聚异麦芽糖10-60份、其他辅料10-60份。
8.权利要求1所述火麻仁安神助眠组合物在制备安神助眠的功能食品或保健药品中的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于所述功能食品为固体饮料或压片糖果。
