具体实施方式
图1示出了采矿机10,比如连续采矿机。在所示实施例中,采矿机10包括框架或底盘18、可枢转地连接至底盘18的悬臂22以及支撑在悬臂22上的刀头26。底盘18可被支撑以通过牵引机构(例如,履带30)而相对于支撑表面(未示出)运动。
如图1和图2所示,收集机构或收集头34位于底盘18的第一端或前端38附近,输送机42以连续的环形从底盘18的前端38朝向底盘18的第二端或后端46延伸。收集头34位于刀头26下方,并包括平台50和一对旋转臂54,该对旋转臂54接合物料并直接将物料移动至输送机42上。输送机42将切割的物料从前端38传输至底盘18的后端46(图1)、将切割的物料从刀头26下方的区域传输至另一个靠近底盘18的后端46定位的输送机或牵引机(未示出)。
如图2所示,输送机42是链式输送机,其由链节形成,其中链节被顺序地连接成连续的环形。输送机42沿链盘或平台58驱动切割的物料。输送机42由驱动组件驱动,其中驱动组件包括位于底盘18的收集头34附近的轴62。如图3所示,轴62相对于底盘18横向布置(图2),并且被驱动(例如,通过一个或多个电机)以相对于底盘18旋转。一对链轮66接合并移动输送机42。在所示实施例中,每个链轮66包括围绕轴62隔开的四个齿或凸角70,凸角70之间的凹槽接纳并驱动输送机42。
图4和图5示出了形成输送机42的链条82的一个单元。在所示实施例中,链条82包括第一链节或刮板链节86、第二链节或连接链节90、将刮板链节86耦接至连接链节90的耦接链节或旋转链节94、以及从刮板链节86向外横向布置的刮板或刮板条98。另一个旋转链节94可将连接链节90耦接至另一个刮板链节(未示出),因此输送机链条82可包括一系列交替的刮板链节和连接链节,其中每个刮板链节和连接链节均通过旋转链节彼此结合。在其他实施例中,链条82可包括不同的链节序列——例如,在一个刮板链节和接下来的一个刮板链节之间可以布置多个连接链节。链节的各种排列都是可能的。
在所示实施例中,刮板链节86包括一对凸耳或侧部106(第一侧部106a和第二侧部106b)和在侧部106的内表面之间延伸的桥接部分110。每个侧部106包括一对孔114,该一对孔114延伸穿过每个侧部106的内表面和外表面。
最佳如图5所示,刮板链节86还包括一对刮板销122,每个刮板销122从其中一个侧部106的外表面向外延伸。在所示实施例中,刮板销122彼此对准(即沿公共轴线),刮板销122中的每个刮板销都位于链条销222之间(如下面进一步详细所述)。换句话说,刮板销122相对于输送机42的行进方向126横向或侧向延伸。每个刮板销122都位于相关的侧部160的孔114之间。在所示实施例中,每个刮板98都可拆卸地耦接至其中一个刮板销122(例如,通过螺栓130和螺母134)。每个刮板销122的链轮接合部分或驱动部分138都位于侧部106和相关的刮板98之间。在所示实施例中,每个刮板销122的端部142都位于其中一个刮板98的开口146内。
如图5所示,每个连接链节90包括一对凸耳或侧部170(第一侧部170a和第二侧部170b)和在侧部170的内表面之间延伸的桥接部分174。每个侧部170包括一对孔178,该一对孔178延伸穿过每个侧部170的内表面和外表面。另外,驱动销182从每个侧部170的外表面向外延伸。换句话说,每个驱动销182相对于链条82的行进方向126横向或侧向延伸。每个驱动销182都位于相关的侧部170的孔178之间。链轮66(图3)接合驱动销182和刮板销122的驱动部分138,以驱动链条82。在所示实施例中,连接链节90的桥接部分174包括开口186。
现在参考图5-7,旋转链节包括第一端190、第二端194和一对开口198,该一对开口198从旋转链节94的一侧横向延伸至旋转链节94的另一个相对侧。旋转链节纵轴200在第一端190和第二端194之间延伸。在标称操作条件下,旋转链节纵轴200与链条82的行进方向126(图5)对准。在所示实施例中,旋转链节94形成为垂直开放链节,其中开口198被角撑板或加固构件202分离。加固构件202在旋转链节94的第一或上壁204和第二或下壁208之间延伸。每个旋转链节94还包括一对支撑构件或轴承,例如球形轴承206。每个轴承206位于凹口210(图5)中,其中凹口210形成在旋转链节94的其中一个相关的开口198中。
最佳如图8所示,加固构件202相对于旋转链节纵轴200以倾斜的角度布置。在所示实施例中,加固构件202布置在一个平面中,该平面相对于旋转链节纵轴200形成锐角A。在一些实施例中,角度A为大约40度至大约80度。在一些实施例中,角度A为大约60度至大约75度。在一些实施例中,角度A为大约70度。换句话说,相对于第二端194,加固构件202的靠近旋转链节94的一侧的边缘更靠近第一端190,同时相对于第一端190,加固构件202的靠近旋转链节94的另一侧的边缘更靠近第二端194。
加固构件202增加了上壁204和下壁208之间的旋转链节94的强度和刚度(即在垂直方向上),并在上壁204和下壁208之间分散了应力。加固构件还减少了声音共振,相比于未加固或开放的环路链节,可以有更高频率和更低振幅的声音。
再次参考图5和图7,旋转链节94还包括一对球形轴承206,其中每个轴承206都位于其中一个开口198中。在所示实施例中,每个球形轴承206都被形成为包括球形外表面250的球面衬套(图12)和用于接纳链节销214、222的圆柱形内表面254。旋转链节94的每个开口198都包括接纳其中一个球形轴承206的球形凹槽210(图6和图7)。由于加固构件202的成角度的定向,所以可从旋转链节94的每个侧边将一个球形轴承206插入相应的开口198中。除了允许球形轴承206进行球形运动外,球形凹槽210还减小了旋转链节94中的接触应力并增加了旋转链节94的使用寿命。球形凹槽210允许旋转链节94形成为一体件或单件,这显著地增加了链条82的负载能力。
如图5所示,开口198中的一个开口与连接链节90的侧部170中的平行孔178对准,而其他开口198则与刮板链节86的侧部106中的平行孔114对准。第一连接销或第一链条销214插入穿过连接链节侧部170的孔178并穿过旋转链节94的一个开口198,从而将旋转链节94耦接至连接链节90。类似地,第二连接销或第二链条销222插入穿过刮板链节侧部106的孔114并穿过旋转链节94的其他开口198,从而将旋转链节94耦接至刮板链节86。链条销214、222中的每个链条销都被位于连接的旋转链节94中的其中一个轴承206支撑,以相对于旋转链节94进行枢转运动。
另外,在所示实施例中,第一链条销214在第一横向方向上插入穿过连接链节侧部170,而第二链条销222则在相对于第一横向方向的第二横向方向上插入穿过刮板链节侧部106。通过保持器(例如,未示出的自锁保持环)将链条销214、222固定以防止其相对于连接链节90和刮板链节86运动。另外,在一些实施例中,其中一个侧部170的外侧可包括孔178b,该孔178b具有减小的直径,因此每个销214仅可从连接链节90的一侧插入至另一侧。刮板销孔114可以以相似的方式构造。
如图7和图8所示,每个链条销214、222都被其中一个球形轴承206支撑以相对于旋转链节94进行枢转运动。与传统的链条不同,旋转链节94提供了多个横向铰接点。横向枢转角度在不同的铰链之间分开或分布,从而减小了每个铰链的运动范围并减少了运动部件之间的界面上的磨损。此外,如图8所示,连接链节90的侧部170的端部包括限位表面230b,该限位表面230b接触相邻链节(例如链板链节86)上的对应的限位表面230a,以防止链条82伸展过度并防止连接链节90和旋转链节94之间的接触。限位表面230允许期望的铰接,但减小了接触状态下连接的链节90、94之间的应力。尽管图8示出了通过旋转链节94连接的链板链节86和连接链节90,但应了解,旋转链节94可连接连接链节90和另一个连接链节90,并可将类似的限位表面230集成在每个链节的侧部上。
仍然如图9所示,旋转链节94的每个端部的每个横向面或侧面包括凸形弯曲轮廓238,相对于在两个侧部170之间限定的凹口的宽度,该凸形弯曲轮廓238更短。侧面238的弯曲外轮廓允许旋转链节94相对于连接链节90进行铰接,但限制了旋转链节94相对于连接链节90的横向平移运动。在传统的链条中,尽管需要允许铰接,但是链节之间的间隙也可能允许链节的轴向移动并导致连接链节的销上出现不均匀的负载和磨损。旋转链节94的侧面上的凸形外轮廓238限制了平移运动,以使得旋转链节94相对于相邻的链板链节86和连接链节90保持大致居中。
图10-12示出了根据一个实施例的旋转链节94。旋转链节94包括固体油450,该固体油450填充在旋转链节94的壁204、208之间的空隙或空间中以及每个球形轴承206和加强构件202之间的空隙或空间中。当固体油450在固化之前施加到旋转链节94上时,最初固体油450可处于液态。固体油450可填充较小的表面偏差以减少摩擦。固体油450可在储存和/或运输过程中提供坚固的防腐蚀保护,还可在运行期间在链条部件之间提供连续的整体润滑。固体油450还减少了可能渗透到相邻链条部件之间的界面中的污染物的量。
图13和图14示出了根据另一个实施例的链条882。链条882的特征类似于链条82的特征,并且用相似的附图标记加上800来标识。下面描述了链条82和链条882之间的至少一些区别和/或至少一些相似点。另外,仅针对本申请的一个或一些实施例描述的部件或特征可等同地适用于本申请描述的任何其他实施例。
链条882包括刮板链节886,该刮板链节886包括彼此分离并不直接连接的一对侧部906。换句话说,刮板链节886不包括侧部906之间的桥接部分。相反,侧部906通过连接销1022(图14)而彼此耦接,其中链接销1022在侧部906之间延伸并穿过旋转链节894。类似地,连接链节890包括一对侧部970,该对侧部970彼此分离并不直接连接。换句话说,连接链节886不包括侧部970之间的桥接部分,侧部970形成为独立的部件970a、970b。相反,侧部970通过连接销1014(图14)而彼此耦接,其中连接销1014在侧部970之间延伸并穿过旋转链节894。
另外,刮板898与刮板链节886的每个侧部906一体成型。在所示实施例中,驱动部分938从每个侧部906伸出,刮板898则从驱动部分938的一端向外横向延伸。驱动部分938位于侧部906和刮板898之间。应理解,链条882的各个方面可并入其他公开的实施例中。例如,一体成型的刮板可并入如上参考图4和图5所述的刮板链节86中。
尽管以上相对于连续采矿机描述了输送机,但是应当理解,输送机可应用到其他类型的机器中,包括但不限于巷道掘进机(roadheaders)和平巷掘进机(entry drivers)以及装载和牵引机(包括但不限于穿梭式矿车、电瓶运输车或其他类型的牵引机)。
尽管已经参考某些优选实施例详细描述了各个方面,但是在所描述的一个或多个独立方面的范围和精神内存在变化和修改。
Claims (10)
1.一种输送机链条,其特征在于,所述输送机链条包括:
第一链节,所述第一链节包括第一链轮接合部分和第二链轮接合部分,所述第一链轮接合部分和所述第二链轮接合部分都横向突出而彼此远离;
第二链节,所述第二链节包括第一链轮接合部分和第二链轮接合部分,所述第二链节的第一链轮接合部分和第二链轮接合部分都横向突出而彼此远离;以及
耦接链节,所述耦接链节将所述第一链节耦接至所述第二链节,所述耦接链节包括第一端和第二端,所述第一端横向布置在每个链节的第一链轮接合部分和第二链轮接合部分之间,所述耦接链节进一步包括横向开口和凹口,所述横向开口延伸穿过所述第一端,所述凹口形成在所述耦接链节的内侧表面上并围绕所述横向开口的一部分延伸,所述凹口具有至少部分球形的形状,所述耦接链节还包括轴承,所述轴承位于所述凹口中并具有外球形表面,所述轴承支撑连接销,所述连接销延伸穿过所述横向开口并接合所述第一链节,所述轴承允许所述第一链节围绕多条轴线进行枢转运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输送机链条,其特征在于,所述横向开口是第一横向开口,所述凹口是第一凹口,所述轴承是第一轴承,其中所述耦接链节还包括第二横向开口、第二凹口和第二轴承,所述第二横向开口延伸穿过所述第二端,所述第二凹口形成在所述耦接链节的内部表面上并围绕所述第二横向开口的一部分延伸,所述第二凹口具有至少部分球形的形状,所述耦接链节还包括第二轴承,所述第二轴承位于所述第二凹口中并具有外球形表面,所述第二轴承支撑第二连接销,所述第二连接销延伸穿过所述第二横向开口并接合所述第二链节。
3.根据权利要求1所述的输送机链条,其特征在于,所述轴承和所述耦接链节内围绕所述轴承外部延伸的空间中的至少一个内布置有固体润滑剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的输送机链条,其特征在于,所述耦接链节包括第一平面支脚和第二平面支脚,所述第一平面支脚在所述第一端和所述第二端之间延伸,所述第二平面支脚在所述第一端和所述第二端之间延伸,所述第二平面支脚平行于所述第一平面支脚,所述耦接链节还包括角撑板,所述角撑板连接所述第一平面支脚和所述第二平面支脚并位于所述第一端和所述第二端之间,所述角撑板相对于纵轴以倾斜角度定向,所述纵轴在所述耦接链节的第一端和第二端之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的输送机链条,其特征在于,所述耦接链节包括第一平面支脚和第二平面支脚,所述第一平面支脚在所述第一端和所述第二端之间延伸,所述第二平面支脚在所述第一端和所述第二端之间延伸,所述第二平面支脚平行于所述第一平面支脚,所述第一平面支脚和所述第二平面支脚每个都包括具有弯曲轮廓的侧边缘,以允许所述第一链节相对于所述耦接链节进行枢转运动。
6.一种输送机链条,其特征在于,所述输送机链条包括:
第一链节,所述第一链节包括第一链轮接合部分和第二链轮接合部分,所述第一链轮接合部分和所述第二链轮接合部分都横向突出而彼此远离,所述第一链节还包括至少一个第一端面;
第二链节,所述第二链节包括第一链轮接合部分和第二链轮接合部分,所述第二链节的第一链轮接合部分和第二链轮接合部分都横向突出而彼此远离,所述第二链节还包括至少一个第二端面;以及
耦接链节,所述耦接链节横向布置在每个链节的第一链轮接合部分和第二链轮接合部分之间,所述耦接链节包括第一端、第二端、横向开口和凹口,所述横向开口延伸穿过所述第一端,所述凹口形成在所述耦接链节的内侧表面上并围绕所述横向开口的一部分延伸,所述凹口具有至少部分球形的形状,所述耦接链节还包括轴承,所述轴承位于所述凹口中并具有外球形表面,所述轴承支撑连接销,所述连接销延伸穿过所述横向开口并接合所述第一链节,所述轴承允许所述第一链节围绕多条轴线进行枢转运动;
其中当所述第一链节和所述第二链节中的至少一个链节通过预定角度枢转时,所述至少一个第二端面中的一个第二端面接触所述至少一个第一端面中的一个第一端面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的输送机链条,其特征在于,所述第一链节包括一对平行侧部,其中每个侧部包括第一端面,所述第一链轮接合部分从所述侧部中的一个侧部的外表面突出,所述第二链轮接合部分从所述侧部中的另一个侧部的外表面突出;
其中所述第二链节包括一对平行侧部,每个侧部包括第二端面,所述第一链轮接合部分从所述第二链节的所述侧部中的一个侧部的外表面突出,所述第二链轮接合部分从所述第二链节的所述侧部中的另一个侧部的外表面突出。
8.根据权利要求7所述的输送机链条,其特征在于,每个第一端面相对于所述输送机链条的行进方向以倾斜角度定向,每个第二端面相对于所述输送机链条的所述行进方向以倾斜角度定向。
9.根据权利要求7所述的输送机链条,其特征在于,所述第一链节的一对平行侧部包括第一侧部和第二侧部,所述第一链节的第一侧部和第二侧部彼此通过桥接部分连接,所述桥接部分与所述第一侧部和所述第二侧部一体成型。
10.根据权利要求7所述的输送机链条,其特征在于,所述第一链节的一对平行侧部包括第一侧部和第二侧部,所述第一链节的第一侧部和第二侧部彼此分离。
