Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种框式输送链。它由销轴把 链板首尾连接成，链板的前端凸板插入另一链板的尾 端凹槽，每隔1～4个链板固定一对刮板。刮板对称 横向固定在链板两侧。本实用新型用于单链刮板输 送机消除了现有框式输送链和圆环输送链不同步造 成的跑偏和脱链，用于输送散料。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种框式输送链。
现有的框式输送链运转过程中由于双链难以同步，造成跑链和脱链，影响到刮板输送机的正常运转。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种运转过程中不跑偏、不脱链的框式输送链。
本实用新型的框式输送链采取下述结构，它由链板首尾相互连接成链板之间由销轴连接，其特征是：链板的前端中部有凸板向前伸出，链板的尾端中部有凹槽，链板的凸板插入另一链板的凹槽，销轴插入凸板和凹槽的孔中；链板中部有与销轴垂直的齿孔；每隔1～4个链板固定一对刮板，刮板对称地横向固定在链板前端的两侧。
上述的框式输送链，其特征是在刮板之后固定与刮板垂直的筋或两端分别固定在刮板和链板的支承板。
与本实用新型提出的框式输送链配合使用的链轮呈正多边形，边数为6～8，链轮的节距与链板的两销轴之间的距离相等，每边的中部有呈梯形的轮齿。
由于本框式输送链采取上述单链板式刮板销轴连接结构，与本实用新型提出的呈正多边形链轮配合使用，消除了框式输送链和圆环输送链不同步造成的跑偏和脱链。采用上述框式输送链和链轮的单链刮板输送机消除了由于链跑偏的脱链造成的故障。
本实用新型的详细结构由实施例及其附图给出。

图3是本链轮的最佳实施例的主视图。
图4是沿图3中A－A线的剖视图。
框式输送链的实施例见图1、图2，它由链板（3）首尾相互连接成，链板（3）之间由销轴连接，销轴（4）两端有垫圈和开口销，其特征是：链板（3）的前端中部有凸板（7）向前伸出，链板（3）的尾端中部有凹槽（6），链板（3）的凸板（7）插入另一链板的凹槽（6），销轴（4）插入凸板和凹槽的孔中；链板（3）中部有与销轴（4）垂直的齿孔（5）；每隔1～4个链板（3）固定一对刮板（1），刮板（1）对称地横向固定在链板（3）前端的两侧。构成带刮板链板。
在本实施例中，在刮板（1）之后有两端分别固定在刮板（1）和链板（3）的支承板（2）。
链轮（8）的实施例见图3、图4，它与本实用新型提出的框式输送链配合使用，它呈正多边形，边数为6～8，链轮（8）的节距与链板（3）的两销轴（4）之间的距离相等，每边（11）的中部有呈梯形的轮齿（10），链轮（8）中部为轴孔（9）。

1、一种框式输送链，它由链板首尾相互连接成，链板之间由销轴连接，其特征是：链板的前端中部有凸板向前伸出，链板的尾端中部有凹槽，链板的凸板插入另一链板的凹槽，销轴插入凸板和凹槽的孔中；链板中部有与销轴垂直的齿孔；每隔1～4个链板固定一对刮板，刮板对称地横向固定在链板前端的两侧。
2、按照权利要求1所述的框式输送链，其特征是在刮板之后有两端分别固定在刮板和链板的支承板。
