Abstract

本发明提出的是农业领域的药膳养生杂粮食材。以11种杂粮a和药食同源的食物b和中草药c按比例配合构成。所述11种杂粮采用高粱、玉米、谷子、荞麦、燕麦、黄豆、赤小豆、黑豆、花生、芝麻、糙米;药食同源的食物采用山药、茯苓、大枣;中草药采用的是桑寄生。由于按本发明方案混合成的药膳养生杂粮食材,可以同时煮成药膳养生杂粮粥,随着每天进餐的同时,将杂粮、药食同源的食物与保健养生的中药成分一并摄入,同步进行消化和吸收,产生营养、相互促进人体的消化吸收、养生保健的多重作用。从而提高人们的身体健康和节省多次厨房料理时间。该药膳养生杂粮食材适宜所有年龄段、不同体质的人及孕产妇安全食用。

技术领域
本发明提出的是农业领域用于杂粮与药食同源食物,及中草药材配合而成的食疗养生的药膳养生杂粮食材。
背景技术
在本发明提出以前,用于杂粮组合食材的高粱、玉米、谷子、荞麦、燕麦、黄豆、赤小豆、黑豆、花生、芝麻、糙米、薏米等杂粮食材混合一起,通常是熬煮成杂粮粥,或者蒸煮成杂粮饭;用于药食同源食物的山药、茯苓和大枣,及中草药材的桑寄生,通常以熬煮的方式进行加工,或者与其它中药材配伍,煮成药汤。由于分别单独食用,且没有明确的食用量,不能起到相互协同的作用,而且还会增加食用成本和工时成本,且影响保健养生效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有杂粮、药食同源的食物与中草药单独食用效果差、费用高的缺点,本发明提出药膳养生杂粮食材。该杂粮食材可以共同熬煮,同时食用,会随着每天进餐的同时,将杂粮、药食同源的食物的营养与保健养生的中药成分一并摄入。同步进入人体的消化系统,相互促进人体的消化吸收、产生营养、养生保健的多重作用。从而提高人们的身体健康和节省多次厨房料理时间。该药膳养生杂粮适宜所有年龄段、不同体质的人及孕产妇安全食用。
本发明解决技术问题所采取的方案是:以11种杂粮a和药食同源的食物b及中草药c按比例配合构成。
所述11种杂粮采用高粱、玉米、谷子、养麦、燕麦、黄豆、赤小豆、黑豆、花生、芝麻、糙米。所述药食同源的食物采用中药材所用的山药、茯苓和大枣,并加工成和杂粮类似大小的颗粒,并混合到杂粮里。所述中草药采用桑寄生,加工成锯末样颗粒,并用耐高温蒸煮的环保纤维纸袋单独进行密封包装,能使中药的有效成份快速的释放出来。
由于按本发明方案制成的药膳养生杂粮食材,可以共同熬煮,同时食用,会随着每天进餐的同时,将杂粮、药食同源的食物的营养与保健养生的中药成分一并摄入。同步进入人体的消化系统,相互促进人体的消化吸收、产生营养、养生保健的多重作用。从而提高人们的身体健康和节省多次厨房料理时间。该药膳养生杂粮适宜所有年龄段、不同体质的人及孕产妇安全食用。

b、药食同源的食物:
1、山药 比例:3~8;
2、茯苓 比例:3~8
3、大枣 比例:3~8;
C、中草药:
桑寄生 比例:3~8。

随着每天三餐的需要,将本发明的药膳养生杂粮食材100克,共同熬煮,够一到两人食用。将杂粮、药食同源的食物的营养与保健养生的中药成分一并摄入。同步进入人体消化系统,相互促进人体的消化吸收、产生营养、养生保健的多重作用。从而提高人们的身体健康和节省多次厨房料理时间。
本发明药膳养生杂粮食材,其中11种杂粮,为人体提供足够的蛋白质、粗纤维、多种维生素、黄酮类化合物、花青素、各种微量元素等人体必需的营养物质,花青素、黄酮类化合物还能降低人体的血脂和胆固醇。山药、茯苓和大枣共、有补脾养胃、生津益肺、利水渗湿、宁心安神、增强机体免疫力之功用。
中草药桑寄生有补肝肾,强筋骨,除风湿,通经络,益血,安胎,产后乳汁不下等作用。三种药食同源的食物,一种中草药的合理使用,使人体的五腑六脏健康通畅,对杂粮等食物的消化吸收起到促进作用,从而达到养生保健作用。
本发明的所有药膳养生杂粮食材,除了谷子味甘、性质微寒,大枣味甘、性质微温,两种食材相互平衡,桑寄生味微苦、性质平和外,其余的食材都是味甘、性质平和的。因为所有食材都具有无毒的特性,所以适宜所有年龄段、不同体质的人及孕产妇安全食用的保健养生食材。

3.根据权利要求1所述的药膳养生杂粮食材,其特征是:药食同源的食物b的食物是山药、茯苓和大枣。
4.根据权利要求1所述的药膳养生杂粮食材,其特征是:中草药c是桑寄生。
5.根据权利要求1所述的药膳养生杂粮食材,其特征是:各组份所占重量比是,11种杂粮a的高粱5~10,玉米5~10,谷子5~10,荞麦5~10,燕麦5~10,黄豆5~10,赤小豆5~10,黑豆5~10,花生5~10,芝麻5~10,糙米5~10;药食同源的食物b的山药3~8,茯苓3~8;大枣3~8;中草药c的桑寄生3~8。
