本发明涉及一种营养米饭及其制备方法,具体的涉及到一种具有补虚功效的营养米饭及其制备方法。
背景技术
粳米是用粳型非糯性稻谷碾制成的米,粳米中含有丰富的蛋白质,所含人体必需的氨基酸也比较全面,还含有脂肪、钙磷、铁及B族维生素等多种营养成分。粳米具有健脾胃、补中气、养阴生津、除烦止渴、固肠止泻等作用,可用于脾胃虚弱、烦渴、营养不良、病后体弱等病症。小米即粟米,能开肠胃、补虚损、益丹田,可用于气血亏损、体质虚弱、胃纳欠佳者进补,适于产妇乳少、产后虚损而引起的乏力倦怠、饮食不香,可作早餐食用。《本草纲目》说,小米“治反胃热痢,煮粥食,益丹田,补虚损,开肠胃。黑米是非糯性稻米,其糙米呈黑色或黑褐色,营养丰富,食、药用价值高,除煮粥外还可以制作各种营养食品和酿酒,素有“黑珍珠”和“世界米中之王”的美誉。花豆是豆类的一种,可弥补米类中赖氨酸不足的缺陷,能显著提高其营养价值。
随着生活节奏的加快,人们的压力也越来越大,消费者对营养保健类食品需求越来越大,但是市场上大多保健品价格都偏高,普通消费者难以长期服用,而且部分产品保健功效也十分有限。米饭是我们一半以上人口消费主食,如何通过日常三餐来实现相应的保健功效,是很多人都在研究的课题。但目前市场上并未见到利用粳米、小米等与中草药加工而成的具有补虚功效的营养米饭。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供了一种具有补虚功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,该产品具有滋阴补虚、强身健体的功效,尤其适用于过度劳累、精神压力大和产妇、病后初愈等体质虚弱的人群。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种具有补虚功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,按重量组分计包括:主料:粳米50-70份、小米10-30份、黑米6-16份、花豆4-8份;辅料一:西洋参1-2份、北沙参1.6-2份、白术2-3份、当归2-4份、熟地黄0.6-1份、仙茅1-2份、甘草1-1.2份、沙苑子0.6-0.8份、益智仁1-2份;辅料二:红枣2-4份、龙眼肉3-5份、鲜去皮山药2-4份、百合1-2份、枸杞子0.8-1.2份。
作为优选的,原料组合由以下重量的原料组成:主料:粳米60份、小米20份、黑米11份、花豆6份;辅料一:西洋参1.5份、北沙参1.8份、白术2.5份、当归3份、熟地黄0.8份、仙茅1.5份、甘草1.1份、沙苑子0.7份、益智仁1.5份;辅料二:红枣3份、龙眼肉4份、鲜去皮山药3份、百合1.5份、枸杞子1份。

3)原料混合:将主料和辅料二一起混合,按比例加入辅料一煎煮后的中草药水,混匀备用;
4)中温浸泡;将步骤3混合均匀的物料置不锈钢容器中,先加热到55-60℃,保温浸泡20-30分钟;
5)高温蒸煮:再以蒸汽蒸煮25-30分钟至粳米、小米和黑米完全糊化,得到营养米饭。
本发明的有益效果:
一是选用粳米、小米、黑米与花豆相配伍,弥补了米类中赖氨酸不足的缺陷,很大程度上提高了原料的营养价值;二是产品配伍使用了多种高活性作用的中草药,有良好的滋阴补虚、强身健体的功效,尤其适用于过度劳累、精神压力大和产妇、病后初愈等体质虚弱的人群;三是原料易得,生产成本较低,工艺简单,易于标准化,适合大规模工业化生产。
