本发明提出的是农业领域用于杂粮合理配合,并进行粉碎、炒制熟化加工而成的杂粮方便面茶食品
背景技术
在本发明提出以前,用于杂粮组合食材的高粱、玉米、谷子、荞麦、燕麦、黄豆、赤小豆、黑豆、花生、芝麻、糙米、薏米等杂粮食材混合一起,通常是熬煮成杂粮粥,或者蒸煮成杂粮饭;但对于每天工作的快节奏人群,及出差在外的人群,想在有限的时间摄取均衡、足够的营养,而目前市场上单一的方便食品,已经不能满足需要。
发明内容
为了克服现有方便食品,品种单一,高热量,营养不均衡等缺点。本发明提出杂粮方便面茶。该杂粮方便面茶可以随时用开水冲泡,即时食用。将多种杂粮的营养成份一并摄入。从而提高人们的身体健康和节省厨房料理时间。该杂粮方便面茶适宜所有年龄段、不同体质的人及孕产妇安全食用。
本发明解决技术问题所采取的方案是:以10种炒熟的杂粮面a和油炸食品b及调料包c按比例配合构成。
所述10种炒熟的杂粮面采用大黄米、小米、玉米、荞麦、黄豆、赤小豆、黑豆、糙米、黑芝麻、高粱米为原料。所述油炸食品采用糯米面和鸡蛋混合油炸的糯米豆,所述的调料包为香油、生抽酱油、精盐的混合物。把按比例混合到一起的10种杂粮,加工成80目的面粉,然后炒熟;把糯米加工成120目的面粉,用水和鸡蛋和好后面,用大豆油炸成一厘米左右直径大小的糯米豆;把芝麻香油、生抽酱油、精盐按比例调和成调料包。按照每个人的份,把炒熟的杂粮面、糯米豆、调料包分别真空包装,然后再封装到按照国家标准制作的纸杯、纸碗或者食品包装袋内,供出差、旅游和居家者方便食用。

2、小米面 比例:10~20;
3、玉米面 比例:3~6;
4、荞麦面 比例:3~6;
5、黄豆面 比例:3~6;
6、赤小豆面 比例:3~6;
7、黑豆面 比例:3~6;
8、糙米面 比例:3~6;
9、黑芝麻面 比例:3~6;
10、高粱米面 比例:3~6;
b、油炸食品:
1、糯米面 比例:10~15;
2、鸡蛋 比例:1~3
C、调料包:
1、香油 比例:1~3。
2、生抽酱油 比例:1~3。
3、精盐 比例:1~3。
所述比例为重量比。

如按克作为重量比例单位,则各组份配合构成100克本发明杂粮方便面茶。
本发明药膳养生杂粮食材的食用与效果观察
随着每天三餐的需要,将本发明的杂粮方便面茶80克,用500毫升开水冲开至稀糊状,然后加入5克调料包,再加入15克油炸糯米豆,搅拌后即可够一个人食用。将杂粮面糊、油炸糯米豆,通过调料包的调制,达到营养均衡、充足,增加食欲。又有养生保健的多重作用。从而提高人们的身体健康和节省厨房料理时间。
本发明杂粮方便面茶,其中10种杂粮,为人体提供足够的蛋白质、粗纤维、多种维生素、黄酮类化合物、花青素、各种微量元素等人体必需的营养物质,花青素、黄酮类化合物还能降低人体的血脂和胆固醇。油炸糯米豆提供人体所需的热量,增加食欲和饱腹感;调料包里的香油含有很高的亚油酸、蛋白质、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、磷、铁等矿物质。有润肠、通便、解毒、生肌等功效,能有效的平衡杂粮里粗纤维。长期食用,会有养生保健,增强机体免疫力之功用。
本发明的所有食材,除了小米味甘、性质微寒,油炸糯米豆味甘、性质微温,两种食材相互平衡外,其余的食材都是味甘、性质平和的。因为所有食材都具有无毒的特性,所以适宜所有年龄段、不同体质的人及孕产妇安全食用的保健养生方便食品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的杂粮方便面茶,其特征是:10种炒熟的杂粮面a的品种是大黄米面、小米面、玉米面、荞麦面、黄豆面、赤小豆面、黑豆面、糙米面、黑芝麻面、高粱米面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杂粮方便面茶,其特征是:油炸食品b是由糯米面和鸡蛋混合油炸糯米豆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杂粮方便面茶,其特征是:调料包c是香油、生抽酱油、精盐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杂粮方便面茶,其特征是:各组份所占重量比是,10种炒熟的杂粮面a的大黄米面20~30,小米面10~20,玉米面3~6,荞麦面3~6,黄豆面3~6,赤小豆面3~6,黑豆面3~6,糙米面3~6,黑芝麻3~6,高粱米面3~6;油炸食品b的糯米面10~15,鸡蛋1~3;调料包c的香油1~3,生抽1~3,精盐1~3。
