Description

缝纫线，尤其是膨化线
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的缝纫线。
由DE-A-1265106已知一种由加捻的合成长丝构成的缝纫线，在缝纫线上通过一种复杂的加工过程涂上一层经干燥的分散剂。其中，作这种处理的目的却并非针对线的表面，而是应达到足够的丝与丝的粘附作用，以防止丝移动和缝纫线体上外层丝产生不希望的脱落。
在DE-A-1265106中提及的分散剂实际上是洗不掉的，而是必须用有机溶剂来溶解。然而使用这种有机溶剂与有关处理人类使用的纺织品的法律规定相矛盾。因此，此在先公开文件中提到的有机溶剂不能用于服装。
对缝纫线提出了各种各样的要求，尤其当它应能在缝纫机上包括在自动缝纫机上加工时，以及应满足有关线缝质量和柔软性方面的特殊要求的情况下。
传统的缝纫线存在的一个问题是，由于对它所提出的种种要求，它需要有一种基本素质，即在缝纫后和在线缝中具有一定的刚度。
线缝的一个极为重要的质量特征在于，两个要连接的平面构型物品通过线缝应连接成能达到所期望的柔软性，并应避免线缝张开和散线。只有这样才能满足一条线缝在功能上和美学上的要求。
线缝的另一个重要的质量特征是，它不影响穿着性能或不感到很受妨碍。尤其对于游泳衣、贴身内衣裤、妇女胸衣等，在使用传统的缝纫线时使这些贴身穿的衣服失去了柔软性这一事实带来了缺点。
本发明的目的是，将如今不能用作针线缝纫的或不能经济地缝纫的膨化线作这样的处理，即，使它能在现代的缝纫机和自动机上用于缝纫，以及，在缝纫后获得由缝纫线的原始材料和结构决定的线缝强度，以及在紧接着洗涤后重新达到了原始的柔软性。
本发明的上述目的通过权利要求1的特征达到。
由从属权利要求可知其它有利的改进。
采取按本发明的特殊措施可以做到，实际上每一种市场上通用的缝纫线，都可以进行这种浸渍处理，使线在机器上缝纫时和缝纫后能避免产生不应有的性质。
为此目的，最好将由合成材料制的线，这种线有柔软的结构但也具有较少的捻度和膨松的结构，将它通过一种分散剂，使它通过浸渍处理具有分散剂的涂层。取决于缝纫线的结构，必要时它还要用分散剂浸渍成用分散剂充填细孔和空隙，或在多丝的丝线时将各纤维丝互相连接起来。接着，涂在缝纫线上或进入线内的分散剂干燥，缝纫线因而获得了它的稳定性。
通过这种处理，避免了缝纫时不希望发生的缝纫线松开。从而保证膨化线也可通用地用作针线和缝合线。
在自动机上缝纫时，由于此稳定化的效果，一定情况下还可防止棉质缝纫线各纱的退捻。结果是形成良好的线缝和提高缝合强度。除此以外，由于在张力一致前缝纫线没有沿轴线方向移动(“Drallstau”)，所以保证了不间断地缝纫。
关于线在其过程中通过它移动的分散剂，业已证明特别适用的是一种可在水中乳化的分散剂粉末，它以一种由乙烯、月桂乙烯(Vinyllaurat)和氯乙烯组成的三元共聚物为基础。
因此改善了用这种分散剂处理后的缝纫线的粘附强度、弯拉强度、变形能力、耐磨牢度以及可加工性。
也可以使用一种可在水中乳化的具有良好抗皂化性能的醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚物的分散剂粉末。由于有比较高的乙烯含量，所以这种树脂比较柔软、有弹性和不太粘。这种分散剂粉末特别适用。可变形性和耐磨牢度都得到了改善。
此外，这两种分散剂粉末都有色泽稳定的特性。
所提及的分散剂也可以互相混合在一起。
必要时可以在这些混合物中添加抗结块剂，例如由最低成膜温度大于100℃的丙烯酸酯组成的共聚物分散剂和沉淀的硅酸或焦精硅酸。
通过恰当选择，各种混合物可以与缝纫线的物理性质相匹配。
上面提到的分散剂粉末的突出优点在于，在较低的洗涤温度下就已经可以重新洗掉，所以在缝纫过程结束后，膨化的缝纫线重新处于原始状态。
有利的是，用作分散剂的原始产品包括一种多糖作为添加剂。

Claims (5)

1.缝纫线，至少在其表面涂有经干燥的分散剂，其特征为：为了浸渍处理一种用于机器缝纫的膨化缝纫线，以达到缝纫线体积减小的目的，用作分散剂的原始产品是一种可乳化和通过一次普通的洗涤过程可洗除的塑料。
2.按照权利要求1所述的缝纫线，其特征为：缝纫线在其内部也加有可洗除的分散剂。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的缝纫线，其特征为：用作分散剂的原始产品是一种以乙烯、月桂乙烯和氯乙烯组成的三元共聚物为基础的粉末。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的缝纫线，其特征为：用作分散剂的原始产品是一种以醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚物为基础的粉末。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的缝纫线，其特征为：此原始产品包含一种多糖作为添加物。
