本发明涉及纺织新材料纱线加工技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱及其制作方法。
背景技术
纸纱是一种近几年纺织用纱线的新型原料,具备极佳的产品特性,诸如质地轻量、吸湿速干、消臭、产品穿着透气干爽等,因此被运用于服装和配饰品等,纸纱主要是由天然木质纤维原料加工而成,因为纸张薄,分切精细度高,纺纱难度大,效率低,目前仅在日本等极少数国家生产和运用。
作为一种可持续、天然环保、健康功能性的纺织新材料,纸纱织物及其配饰物能满足消费者追求舒适、可持续环保里面的要求,具备广阔的发展前景。但是现有的纸纱加工技术仍然有缺陷,主要存在两个问题:一是纸纱的原材料通常选用针叶木、阔叶木木浆或者马尼拉麻浆中的一种或者多种混合,不具备真正意义上的抗菌防螨功能,通常需要添加纳米银、三氯生、吡硫鎓锌等化学合成抗菌剂,其安全性、环保性和功能耐久性仍有不足之处,这将限定纸纱功能性的开发运用;二是用纯纸做的纸纱手感发涩,硬挺,断裂伸长率低,延展性差,故而在一定程度上会影响其织造性能,尤其是对纱线拉伸和柔韧性要求更高的针织产品织造。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱及其制作方法,以克服现有相关技术所存在的上述技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:

该天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱由以下质量份数的原料制成:
针叶漂白木浆78-90份、木棉纤维10-20份、造纸助剂1-2份。
进一步的,所述造纸助剂包括干强剂、湿强剂、纳米纤维素和消泡剂。
进一步的,所述针叶漂白木浆采用加拿大进口FSC认证的针叶木木浆。
进一步的,所述木棉纤维选用含杂率低于1%、平均纤维长度为20mm的特级木棉。

该天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱的制作,包括以下步骤:
S101、根据上述质量份数,称取所述天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱所需各原料;
S102、脱脂漂白:将木棉纤维在含有1.7-2.3g/l精练剂、7.8-8.2g/L28-32%H2O2、1.8-2.2g/L NaOH、1.7-2.3g/L稳定剂、1.6-2.4g/L活化剂且温度在60-90℃范围内的整理浴中处理85-95min,最后进行酸中和,水清洗处理;
S103、打浆:将针叶漂白木浆和上述步骤S102制得的脱脂木棉混合并加水打浆至35-45°SR,然后取一定量的上述混合纸浆纤维,调节纸浆悬浮液浓度为0.5-1.0%,最后加入相应的造纸助剂,并搅拌10-20min至溶解分散均匀,将之转移至纸张成型器中;

进一步的,在上述步骤S102中,精练剂为异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1306,稳定剂为EDTA-4Na,整理浴为65-75℃处理温度。
进一步的,在上述步骤S106中,细长纸条采用超喂的方式引入,超喂率设定在0%-30%之间,加强压线的材质为棉、黏胶、涤纶、尼龙、蚕丝中的任意一种,加捻捻度为400-900转/米。
进一步的,在上述步骤S108中,最合适的汽蒸条件是在0.3%氨水水溶液中浸泡后,在170℃温度条件下蒸2min。
其中,本发明所采用的原料阐述如下:
针叶漂白木浆,以针叶树做原料,主要树种包括松木等,制成木浆并进行漂白处理后用于纸浆制作;
木棉,是木本植物的果实纤维,是一种天然绿色、低碳环保的植物纤维;木棉纤维同竹纤维、蚕丝和麻,属于国家认证认可监督管理委员会发布的有机产品认证目录;木棉纤维长度主要分布在8-30mm区间,直径在20微米左右,其肤感似于羊绒,被誉为“植物纤维软黄金”“树上羊绒”,是一种真正的“生态功能纤维”;木棉纤维中空率高达80%,远超棉纤维(23%左右)和其它人工中空纤维(30%左右),是目前已知的天然纤维中最轻、中空度最高的生态纤维之一;另外,现代科学研究表明木棉因含有三萜类和黄酮类等天然化合物,具有优异的抗菌,防螨防蛀的功效,是一种真正意义上的‘天然生态功能纤维’;
造纸助剂,是指造纸过程中的一些辅助试剂,在造纸过程中可以与纸浆分散相通过各种机械、物理、化学作用形成架桥、环袋、使纤维和填料互相牵连,以提高纸的强度;
干强剂,是造纸工业中增加纸张强度的一类重要化学品,许多水溶性的,与纤维能形成氢键结合的高聚物都可以成为干强剂,干强剂通常用于补偿添加填料或低等级的纤维(如再生纤维)所引起的纸强度的下降;
湿强剂,主要在造纸行业中应用,不同的纸种其用量大不相同,如(卫生纸、果袋纸、板纸、可湿水面纸等),湿强剂现在主要是以PAE湿强剂为主;
纳米纤维,是由天然纤维素中所提取直径约100nm以下且长度为数微米的纤维或晶体,具有生物可分解、轻量化的特性,而抗张强度与一般铸铁相当,可高达10GPa;
消泡剂,又称为抗泡剂,在工业生产的过程中会产生许多有害泡沫,需要添加消泡剂以消除泡沫,其广泛应用于清除胶乳、纺织上浆、食品发酵、生物医药、农药、涂料、石油化工、造纸、工业清洗等行业生产过程中产生的有害泡沫。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明在造纸过程中通过引入木棉纤维,实现纸纱的天然抗菌防螨性能,拓宽了产品的运用范围;
2、本发明在纸纱制作过程通过引入加强压线进行复合加捻、高压汽蒸、点清上蜡等处理工艺,以满足针织或者梭织织造工艺所需的最小强力、弹性和柔韧性,大大提高纸纱在纺织面料中的品质和加工稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱。
该天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱由以下质量份数的原料制成:
针叶漂白木浆78-90份、木棉纤维10-20份、造纸助剂1-2份。
其中,所述造纸助剂包括干强剂、湿强剂、纳米纤维素和消泡剂。
所述针叶漂白木浆采用加拿大进口FSC认证的针叶木木浆。
所述木棉纤维选用含杂率低于1%、平均纤维长度为20mm的特级木棉,并且由于木棉纤维表层含有蜡质,具有疏水性,应将木棉进行脱脂漂白处理改进亲水性后才能用于纸浆制作。
为了更清楚的理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下通过具体实例对本发明的上述方案进行详细说明。
实施例一
一种天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱,该天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱由以下质量份数的原料制成:
针叶漂白木浆780g、木棉纤维100g、造纸助剂10g。
其中,所述造纸助剂包括干强剂、湿强剂、纳米纤维素和消泡剂。
所述针叶漂白木浆采用加拿大进口FSC认证的针叶木木浆。
所述木棉纤维选用含杂率低于1%、平均纤维长度为20mm的特级木棉,并且由于木棉纤维表层含有蜡质,具有疏水性,应将木棉进行脱脂漂白处理改进亲水性后才能用于纸浆制作。
如图1所示,该天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱的制作,包括以下步骤:
S101、根据上述质量份数,称取所述天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱所需各原料;
S102、脱脂漂白:将木棉纤维在含有1.7g/l精练剂、7.8g/L 28%H2O2、1.8g/LNaOH、1.7g/L稳定剂、1.6g/L活化剂且温度在60℃范围内的整理浴中处理85min,最后进行酸中和,水清洗处理;
S103、打浆:将针叶漂白木浆和上述步骤S102制得的脱脂木棉混合并加水打浆至35°SR,然后取一定量的上述混合纸浆纤维,调节纸浆悬浮液浓度为0.5%,最后加入相应的造纸助剂,并搅拌10min至溶解分散均匀,将之转移至纸张成型器中;
S104、造纸:对纸浆进行成型压榨,烘干制得10g/m2的薄页纸;
S105、分切:将上述薄页纸经精细窄条切纸机分切成0.8mm宽的细长纸条,并对所得细长纸条的边缘进行平整,使得细长纸条边缘光滑、无毛刺和无撕裂纹;
S106、纺纱:将上述细长纸条送入合股机与其它材质的加强压线,由纺机搓卷成纸纱,该纸纱的细度为13Nm;
S107、电清上蜡:纸纱在倒筒电清时进行过蜡处理,否则太涩影响后续上机织造;
S108、高压汽蒸:通过高压蒸汽法提高纸纱线的拉伸性能,也可为纸纱提供形状记忆,制成品穿着不易褶皱,即得所述天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱。
在上述步骤S102中,精练剂为异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1306,稳定剂为EDTA-4Na,活化剂优选上海尚贤新材料有限公司的棉丽净LTB系列,整理浴为65℃处理温度,采用此低温脱脂漂白技术,可最大限度减少木棉纤维的化学损伤。
作为优选的,在上述步骤S106中,细长纸条采用超喂的方式引入,超喂率设定在5-20%之间,加强压线的材质为棉、黏胶、涤纶、尼龙、蚕丝中的任意一种,优选选用聚酯纤维或锦纶低弹丝,加捻捻度为400转/米。
作为优选的,在上述步骤S108中,最合适的汽蒸条件是在0.3%氨水水溶液中浸泡后,在170℃温度条件下蒸2min,通过这种处理,纸纱的捻度得以保持,改善晶体的去向,提高纸纱的拉伸性能。
实施例二
一种天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱,该天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱由以下质量份数的原料制成:
针叶漂白木浆840g、木棉纤维150g、造纸助剂15g。
其中,所述造纸助剂包括干强剂、湿强剂、纳米纤维素和消泡剂。
所述针叶漂白木浆采用加拿大进口FSC认证的针叶木木浆。
所述木棉纤维选用含杂率低于1%、平均纤维长度为20mm的特级木棉,并且由于木棉纤维表层含有蜡质,具有疏水性,应将木棉进行脱脂漂白处理改进亲水性后才能用于纸浆制作。
如图1所示,该天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱的制作,包括以下步骤:
S101、根据上述质量份数,称取所述天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱所需各原料;
S102、脱脂漂白:将木棉纤维在含有2g/l精练剂、8g/L 30%H2O2、2g/L NaOH、2g/L稳定剂、2g/L活化剂且温度在75℃范围内的整理浴中处理90min,最后进行酸中和,水清洗处理;
S103、打浆:将针叶漂白木浆和上述步骤S102制得的脱脂木棉混合并加水打浆至40°SR,然后取一定量的上述混合纸浆纤维,调节纸浆悬浮液浓度为0.75%,最后加入相应的造纸助剂,并搅拌15min至溶解分散均匀,将之转移至纸张成型器中;
S104、造纸:对纸浆进行成型压榨,烘干制得12.5g/m2的薄页纸;
S105、分切:将上述薄页纸经精细窄条切纸机分切成3.4mm宽的细长纸条,并对所得细长纸条的边缘进行平整,使得细长纸条边缘光滑、无毛刺和无撕裂纹;
S106、纺纱:将上述细长纸条送入合股机与其它材质的加强压线,由纺机搓卷成纸纱,该纸纱的细度为36.5Nm;
S107、电清上蜡:纸纱在倒筒电清时进行过蜡处理,否则太涩影响后续上机织造;
S108、高压汽蒸:通过高压蒸汽法提高纸纱线的拉伸性能,也可为纸纱提供形状记忆,制成品穿着不易褶皱,即得所述天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱。
在上述步骤S102中,精练剂为异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1306,稳定剂为EDTA-4Na,活化剂优选上海尚贤新材料有限公司的棉丽净LTB系列,整理浴为70℃处理温度,采用此低温脱脂漂白技术,可最大限度减少木棉纤维的化学损伤。
作为优选的,在上述步骤S106中,细长纸条采用超喂的方式引入,超喂率设定在5-20%之间,加强压线的材质为棉、黏胶、涤纶、尼龙、蚕丝中的任意一种,优选选用聚酯纤维或锦纶低弹丝,加捻捻度为650转/米。
作为优选的,在上述步骤S108中,最合适的汽蒸条件是在0.3%氨水水溶液中浸泡后,在170℃温度条件下蒸2min,通过这种处理,纸纱的捻度得以保持,改善晶体的去向,提高纸纱的拉伸性能。
实施例三
一种天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱,该天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱由以下质量份数的原料制成:
针叶漂白木浆900g、木棉纤维200g、造纸助剂20g。
其中,所述造纸助剂包括干强剂、湿强剂、纳米纤维素和消泡剂。
所述针叶漂白木浆采用加拿大进口FSC认证的针叶木木浆。
所述木棉纤维选用含杂率低于1%、平均纤维长度为20mm的特级木棉,并且由于木棉纤维表层含有蜡质,具有疏水性,应将木棉进行脱脂漂白处理改进亲水性后才能用于纸浆制作。
如图1所示,该天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱的制作,包括以下步骤:
S101、根据上述质量份数,称取所述天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱所需各原料;
S102、脱脂漂白:将木棉纤维在含有2.3g/l精练剂、8.2g/L 32%H2O2、2.2g/LNaOH、2.3g/L稳定剂、2.4g/L活化剂且温度在90℃范围内的整理浴中处理95min,最后进行酸中和,水清洗处理;
S103、打浆:将针叶漂白木浆和上述步骤S102制得的脱脂木棉混合并加水打浆至45°SR,然后取一定量的上述混合纸浆纤维,调节纸浆悬浮液浓度为1.0%,最后加入相应的造纸助剂,并搅拌20min至溶解分散均匀,将之转移至纸张成型器中;
S104、造纸:对纸浆进行成型压榨,烘干制得15g/m2的薄页纸;
S105、分切:将上述薄页纸经精细窄条切纸机分切成6.0mm宽的细长纸条,并对所得细长纸条的边缘进行平整,使得细长纸条边缘光滑、无毛刺和无撕裂纹;
S106、纺纱:将上述细长纸条送入合股机与其它材质的加强压线,由纺机搓卷成纸纱,该纸纱的细度为60Nm;
S107、电清上蜡:纸纱在倒筒电清时进行过蜡处理,否则太涩影响后续上机织造;
S108、高压汽蒸:通过高压蒸汽法提高纸纱线的拉伸性能,也可为纸纱提供形状记忆,制成品穿着不易褶皱,即得所述天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱。
在上述步骤S102中,精练剂为异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1306,稳定剂为EDTA-4Na,活化剂优选上海尚贤新材料有限公司的棉丽净LTB系列,整理浴为75℃处理温度,采用此低温脱脂漂白技术,可最大限度减少木棉纤维的化学损伤。
作为优选的,在上述步骤S106中,细长纸条采用超喂的方式引入,超喂率设定在5-20%之间,加强压线的材质为棉、黏胶、涤纶、尼龙、蚕丝中的任意一种,优选选用聚酯纤维或锦纶低弹丝,加捻捻度为900转/米。
作为优选的,在上述步骤S108中,最合适的汽蒸条件是在0.3%氨水水溶液中浸泡后,在170℃温度条件下蒸2min,通过这种处理,纸纱的捻度得以保持,改善晶体的去向,提高纸纱的拉伸性能。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明在造纸过程中通过引入木棉纤维,实现纸纱的天然抗菌防螨性能,拓宽了产品的运用范围;并且在纸纱制作过程通过引入加强压线进行复合加捻、高压汽蒸、点清上蜡等处理工艺,以满足针织或者梭织织造工艺所需的最小强力、弹性和柔韧性,大大提高纸纱在纺织面料中的品质和加工稳定性。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱,其特征在于,该天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱由以下质量份数的原料制成:
针叶漂白木浆78-90份、木棉纤维10-20份、造纸助剂1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱,其特征在于,所述造纸助剂包括干强剂、湿强剂、纳米纤维素和消泡剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱,其特征在于,所述针叶漂白木浆采用加拿大进口FSC认证的针叶木木浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱,其特征在于,所述木棉纤维选用含杂率低于1%、平均纤维长度为20mm的特级木棉。
5.一种天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S101、根据上述质量份数,称取所述天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱所需各原料;
S102、脱脂漂白:将木棉纤维在含有1.7-2.3g/l精练剂、7.8-8.2g/L 28-32%H2O2、1.8-2.2g/L NaOH、1.7-2.3g/L稳定剂、1.6-2.4g/L活化剂且温度在60-90℃范围内的整理浴中处理85-95min,最后进行酸中和,水清洗处理;
S103、打浆:将针叶漂白木浆和上述步骤S102制得的脱脂木棉混合并加水打浆至35-45°SR,然后取一定量的上述混合纸浆纤维,调节纸浆悬浮液浓度为0.5-1.0%,最后加入相应的造纸助剂,并搅拌10-20min至溶解分散均匀,将之转移至纸张成型器中;
S104、造纸:对纸浆进行成型压榨,烘干制得10-15g/m2的薄页纸;
S105、分切:将上述薄页纸经精细窄条切纸机分切成0.8-6.0mm宽的细长纸条,并对所得细长纸条的边缘进行平整;
S106、纺纱:将上述细长纸条送入合股机与其它材质的加强压线,由纺机搓卷成纸纱,该纸纱的细度为13-60Nm;
S107、电清上蜡:纸纱在倒筒电清时进行过蜡处理;
S108、高压汽蒸:通过高压蒸汽法提高纸纱线的拉伸性能,即得所述天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱。
6.根据权利要求5所述的天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱的制作方法,其特征在于,在上述步骤S102中,精练剂为异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1306,稳定剂为EDTA-4Na,整理浴为65-75℃处理温度。
7.根据权利要求5所述的天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱的制作方法,其特征在于,在上述步骤S106中,细长纸条采用超喂的方式引入,超喂率设定在0%-30%之间,加强压线的材质为棉、黏胶、涤纶、尼龙、蚕丝中的任意一种,加捻捻度为400-900转/米。
8.根据权利要求5所述的天然抗菌防螨复合纸纱的制作方法,其特征在于,在上述步骤S108中,最合适的汽蒸条件是在0.3%氨水水溶液中浸泡后,在170℃温度条件下蒸2min。
