Abstract
本发明涉及一种针叶木纤维纸纱及其制备方法和应用。本纸纱由主料和辅料制成,按重量份计各组成配比是:主料:针叶木浆100份;辅料:柔软剂0.04~0.06份,抗水剂0.06~0.08份,染色剂微量。本纸纱制备步骤是:1.打浆:将针叶木浆加水打浆;2.加辅料拌匀;3.造纸:将纸浆制成11~22克薄型编织纸;4.分切成纸条,纸条为2~4毫米宽的细长纸条;5.纺纱:将细长纸条由纺纱机搓卷成21~32支纸纱。本纸纱应用于制成纸质袜子、内衣内裤、外穿的针织衫、纸毛巾、纸鞋和纸帽等具有良好的透气性和吸水性,吸汗抗菌防汗臭味,可回收利用,不污染环境。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种纸质纱及其制备方法和应用,特别是一种针叶木纤维纸纱及其制备方法和应用。
技术背景:
众所周知,织布用的纺纱是由棉花、麻纤维或人造棉纺制成纱,由纱织成编织布料,由布料制成衣服、鞋帽、毛巾和袜子。不同纤维材质的纱,编织成布制成穿着产品,具有不同功能,棉纺布料透衣性好,吸汗性好,但其防汗臭和抗菌性还不理想,而且是棉纱制备过程是:(1)、由扎花机扎花脱籽,(2)、由清花机清花成棉卷(去杂物,清洁),(3)、由网丝车卷成棉条,(4)、由粗纱机纺成粗纱,(5)、由细纱机纺成细砂。纺纱过程复杂,纺纱强度大,灰尘多,噪声大,污染环境。麻纤维纺纱过程同样复杂且有污染环境。人造棉制备过程复杂,耗能大,人造棉制成织物强度大而透气性极差,不受人欢迎。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于针对已有技术存在的不足,提供一种针叶木纤维纸纱及其制备方法和应用,该纸纱具有棉纱同等强度,表面光滑不起毛,降解度比棉纱好,吸水性好,透气性优良,可回收利用,有利于环境保护,可应用于织成布,缝制成纸质袜子、纸内衣内裤、针织纸衬衫、纸毛巾和纸鞋子,穿着舒适,透气性和吸汗性好,抗菌防臭味,用后可回收再利用。
为达到上述目的,本发明的构思是:采用木纤维纸制成纸纱,具有比棉纱更良好的透气性和吸水性。为使本纸纱具有棉纱同等强度和牢度,采用针叶木浆为原料,由于针叶木生长期长而纤维较长,配以科学研发的新工艺,制备出具有与棉纱同等强度和牢度的纸纱。本纸纱应用于纺织衣服、鞋、帽和毛巾等,具有更好的透气性和防水性,抗菌防汗臭,穿着更舒适,降解性好,可回收再利用,不污染环境。
根据上述发明构思,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种针叶木纤维纸纱,由主料和辅料制成,其特征在于按重量份计各组成配比如下:
主料:针叶木浆 100份,
辅料:柔软剂 0.04-0.06份,
抗水剂 0.06-0.08份,
染色剂 微量。
进一步优化,上述针叶木浆采用可进口的加拿大出品含水率为5-6%的针叶木浆干浆。
进一步优化,上述柔软剂和抗水剂分别为市售的泰安市泰山区鑫泉造纸助剂厂出品的造纸柔软剂和造纸抗水剂。上述染色剂按所需纸纱颜色和色度深浅选用相应颜色的染色剂及相应微量。
一种上述针叶木纤维纸纱的制备方法,其特征在于制备步骤如下:
(1)、打浆:将所述针叶木浆加水打浆,按重量份计配比为针叶木浆100份,水280-350份,用打浆机进行搅拌打浆,打浆机转速为750±50转/分,打浆时间为20±2分钟,使所述木浆打浆到扣解度为40±1度,在显微镜显示下纤维呈分开花朵状纸浆。
(2)、加辅料搅拌均匀:在所述打浆机中对已打浆的纸浆按重量份计加辅料。相对于100份针叶木浆,加入0.04-0.06份柔软剂,0.06-0.08份抗水剂和微量染色剂,搅拌均匀成加辅料纸浆。
(3)、造纸:用造纸机将所述加辅料纸浆制成每平方14-22克的薄型编织纸。
(4)、分切成纸条:将所述薄型编织纸由切纸机分切成2-4毫米宽的细长纸条,纸条的纸边平整光滑,目测无毛刺和撕裂纹,防止应力集中影响纱强度。
(5)、纺纱:将上述细长纸条由纺织机搓卷成纸纱,该纸纱粗细度为21-32支。

本发明与现有技术相比较,具有如下显而易见的突出实质性特点和显著技术进步:本发明的针叶木纤维纸纱是属前所未有的开创性纱种,与同样粗细度的棉纱相比,具有同等级强度和牢度,棉纱表面起毛而本纸纱表面不起毛、光滑,本纸纱的降解度比棉纱好,可回收利用,对环境保护好,吸水性和透气性比棉纱好。纸纱的制备方法是由申请人经较长时期多方探索,采用木浆制成薄型编织纸后分切成细长纸条,然后搓卷成纸纱,其工艺独特而简单,且属清洁生产,无灰尘和噪音污染;而棉纱制备过程会生产较大灰尘和较大噪音,影响环境。采用本纸纱制成纸质袜子、纸质内衣内裤、针织纸衫、纸毛巾、纸鞋和纸帽等,具有穿着清爽舒适,透气吸汗,抗菌防汗臭,用旧后可回收再利用,不污染环境。

(1)打浆:所述针叶木浆加水打浆,按重量份计配比为:所述针叶木浆100份,水280-350份,用打浆机进行搅拌打浆,打浆机转速为700~800转/分,打浆时间为18~22分钟,使所述木浆打浆到扣解度为44~46度,在显微镜显示下纤维呈分开花朵状纸浆;
(2)加辅料拌匀:在所述打浆机中对已打浆的纸浆按重量份计加辅料为:相对于100份针叶木浆,加入0.04~0.06份柔软剂、0.06~0.08份抗水剂和微量染色剂,搅拌均匀成加辅料纸浆;
(3)造纸:用造纸机将所述加辅料纸浆制成每平方14~22克的薄型编织纸;
(4)分切成纸条:将所述薄型编织纸,由切纸机分切成2~4毫米宽的细长纸条,纸条的纸边平整光滑,目测无毛刺和撕裂纹,防止应力集中影响纸纱强度;
(5)纺纱:将所述细长纸条由纺纱机搓卷成纸纱,该纸纱粗细度为21~32支。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述的针叶木纤维纸纱应用于制成纸质袜子,其特征在于:采用21~32支的所述纸纱由织袜机纺织成纸质袜子,具有穿着舒服、透气性好、吸水性佳、防臭抗菌,免洗而第二天连续穿无臭味,牢度强,并可回收利用,对环境无污染。
6.一种根据权利要求1所述的针叶木纤维纸纱应用于制成纸质内衣内裤,其特征在于:采用所述纸纱,由纺织机纺织成布,用该布缝制成内衣内裤,具有穿着爽身,透气吸汗,无需每天换洗仍无汗质味,抗菌防汗味。
7.一种根据权利要求1所述的针叶木纤维纸纱应用于制成外穿的针织纸衫,其特征在于:采用所述纸纱,由针织机针织成针织衫,透气性好,吸汗抗菌防汗臭,可回收利用,不污染环境。
8.一种根据权利要求1所述的针叶木纤维纸纱应用于制成纸质毛巾,其特征在于:采用所述纸纱,由织巾机织成纸毛巾,用于擦汗,抗菌且无汗臭,使用时与皮肤揩擦干爽舒适,可回收利用,不污染环境。
9.一种根据权利要求1所述的针叶木纤维纸纱应用于制成纸鞋,其特征在于:采用所述纸纱,纺制成纸鞋面布和/或纸鞋衬布,用该纸鞋面布和/或纸鞋衬布制成的纸鞋,透气性好,吸汗性佳,防臭抗菌,可回收利用,不污染环境。
10.一种根据权利要求1所述的针叶木纤维纸纱应用于制成纸帽,其特征在于:采用所述纸纱纺制成纸布,由该布裁制成纸帽,具有透气性好,吸汗抗菌防汗臭味,可回收利用,不污染环境。
