本发明公开了一种纸纱线加工方法,包括松木漂白化学浆纤维、PAE湿强剂和AmPAM干强剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤:步骤A,将松木漂白化学浆纤维使用打浆机打浆至40‑50°SR;步骤B,取一定量的步骤A中的纸浆纤维,然后加入PAE湿强剂,加入AmPAM干强剂;步骤C,设定动态纸页成型器的参数;步骤D,对纸页进行压榨,干燥;步骤E,使用窄条切割机进行分切切成纸条;步骤F,将纸条旋转进行捻合成条,再将若干捻条沿预先方向旋转捻合成纱线获得传统纱线20‑40支纸纱线。本发明的加工方法操作简便,而且其加工成型的纸页成品具有强度高且低定量的特性,纸纱线的降解度好,具有较好的吸水性及透气性,实用性强。

纸纱线加工方法
技术领域
本发明属于纸纱线加工技术领域,具体涉及一种应用于纺织服装制品纸纱线加工方法。
背景技术
纸纱线是纺织用品的创新原料,其主要是由天然纤维原料加工而成,但是现有技术的加工方法中存在一定的技术不足无法工业化量产,如其不但加工艺非常的复杂,而且其加工的纸纱线的强度较低,而且高定量,故而一定程度上会影响其实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纸纱线加工方法,其成型的纸纱线具有高强度且低定量的特点。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种纸纱线加工方法,包括松木漂白化学浆纤维、PAE湿强剂和AmPAM干强剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤A,将松木漂白化学浆纤维使用打浆机打浆至40-50°SR,尽可能保留纤维长度;
步骤B,取一定量的步骤A中的纸浆纤维,调节纸浆悬浮液使其纸浆悬浮液浓度为0.6-1.2%,然后加入重量比占1.5%用量的PAE湿强剂,并搅拌7min后,加入重量比占0.5%用量的AmPAM干强剂,再次搅拌7min后,将之转移至动态纸页成型器内;
步骤C,设定动态纸页成型器的参数,并调整纸页纵横比大于7,控制纸页定量为12-20g/m2;
步骤D,对纸页进行压榨,在压榨后,使用转鼓式烘干机进行干燥,得到纸页成品;
步骤E,将步骤D中的成品使用窄条切割机进行分切切成纸条;
步骤F,将步骤E中的若干纸条单独旋转进行捻合成条,再将若干捻条沿预先方向旋转捻合成纱线,根据切条宽度及后续加捻工艺获得传统纱线20-40克支纸纱线。
所述步骤A中,打浆后的湿重≥12g。
所述PAE湿强剂为PAE,固含量为12.5%,稀释至1.5%,并搅拌25min。
所述AmPAM干强剂为AmPAM,固含量为12.5%,稀释至1.5%,并搅拌25min。
步骤B中,在动态纸页成型器内调节上网浓度为0.02-0.06%。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的加工方法操作简便,而且其加工成型的纸页成品具有强度高且低定量的特性,可实现工业化量产,并且其纸纱线的降解度好,有利于进行回收利用,对环境保护好,且具有较好的吸水性及透气性,实用性强。
具体实施方式
(实施例1)
一种纸纱线加工方法,包括松木漂白化学浆纤维、PAE湿强剂和AmPAM干强剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤A,将松木漂白化学浆纤维使用打浆机打浆至40-50°SR;
步骤B,取一定量的步骤A中的纸浆纤维,调节纸浆悬浮液使其纸浆悬浮液浓度为0.6-1.2%,然后加入重量比占1.5%用量的PAE湿强剂,并搅拌7min后,加入重量比占0.5%用量的AmPAM干强剂,再次搅拌7min后,将之转移至动态纸页成型器内;
步骤C,设定动态纸页成型器的参数,并调整纸页纵横比大于7,控制纸页定量为12-20g/m2;
步骤D,对纸页进行压榨,在压榨后,使用转鼓式烘干机进行干燥,得到纸页成品;
步骤E,将步骤D中的成品使用窄条切割机进行分切切成纸条;本实施例中,对纸页成品进切成纸条主要是采用切条机,将其分切成1.5-3mm宽的细长纸条,并使纸条的纸边平整光滑,从而防止应力集中影响纸纱的强度。
步骤F,将步骤E中的若干纸条单独旋转进行捻合成条,再将若干捻条沿预先方向旋转捻合成纱线。
所述步骤A中,打浆后的湿重≥12g。
所述PAE湿强剂为PAE,固含量为12.5%,稀释至1.5%,并搅拌25min。
所述AmPAM干强剂为AmPAM,固含量为12.5%,稀释至1.5%,并搅拌25min。
步骤B中,在动态纸页成型器内调节上网浓度为0.02-0.06%。
本实施例中,可以将本纸纱线应用于纸质袜子、纸质内衣内裤、运动及休闲服饰、纸毛巾、纸鞋和纸帽等纺织品,具有良好透气性和吸水性。
本发明的加工方法操作简便,而且其加工成型的纸页成品具有强度高且低定量的特性,并且其纸纱线的降解度好,有利于进行回收利用,对环境保护好,且具有较好的吸水性及透气性,实用性强。
本实施例中使用的标准零件可以从市场上直接购买,而根据说明书的记载的非标准结构部件,也可以直根据现有的技术常识毫无疑义的加工得到,同时各个零部件的连接方式采用现有技术中成熟的常规手段,而机械、零件及设备均采用现有技术中常规的型号,故在此不再作出具体叙述。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种纸纱线加工方法,其特征在于:包括松木漂白化学浆纤维、PAE湿强剂和AmPAM干强剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤A,将松木漂白化学浆纤维使用打浆机打浆至40-50°SR,尽可能保留纤维长度;
步骤B,取一定量的步骤A中的纸浆纤维,调节纸浆悬浮液使其纸浆悬浮液浓度为0.6-1.2%,然后加入重量比占1.5%用量的PAE湿强剂,并搅拌7min后,加入重量比占0.5%用量的AmPAM干强剂,再次搅拌7min后,将之转移至动态纸页成型器内;
步骤C,设定动态纸页成型器的参数,并调整纸页纵横比大于7,控制纸页定量为12-20g/m2;
步骤D,对纸页进行压榨,在压榨后,使用转鼓式烘干机进行干燥,得到纸页成品;
步骤E,将步骤D中的成品使用窄条切割机进行分切切成纸条;
步骤F,将步骤E中的若干纸条单独旋转进行捻合成条,再将若干捻条沿预先方向旋转捻合成纱线,根据切条宽度及后续加捻工艺获得传统纱线20-40克支纸纱线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸纱线加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A中,打浆后的湿重≥12g。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纸纱线加工方法,其特征在于:所述PAE湿强剂为PAE,固含量为12.5%,稀释至1.5%,并搅拌25min。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纸纱线加工方法,其特征在于:所述AmPAM干强剂为AmPAM,固含量为12.5%,稀释至1.5%,并搅拌25min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纸纱线加工方法,其特征在于:步骤B中,在动态纸页成型器内调节上网浓度为0.02-0.06%。
