Abstract
一种色织面料的二次上浆的生产工艺,涉及纺织技术领域,将深色纱与浅色纱分开分别上浆、烘干;深色纱先以筒子纱进行一次上浆,再以轴纱进行二次上浆后烘干;浅色纱以轴纱进行上浆后烘干。本发明主要从上浆的方式、次数、分浆槽、湿分绞工艺的调整,使深色纱与浅色纱的毛羽得以贴服,可以保证色织深、浅色条格品种的生产,有效提高布面质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及色织生产中纱线的上浆工艺。
背景技术
随着市场的变化,正装色织浅色条格面料作为主流产品。当生产同时具有深浅色条格时,时常会出现深色色花沾污至浅色部分的不良外观现象。这是由于原工艺采用筒子染色后直接整经后一次上浆,在浆槽内、干区均出现深色毛羽粘连到浅色上。而这样的产品质量达不到质量要求,故需要新型的工艺才能保证产品质量。
发明内容
本发明提出一种能克服以上现有技术缺陷的色织面料的二次上浆的生产工艺。
本发明技术方案是:将深色纱与浅色纱分开分别上浆、烘干;深色纱先以筒子纱进行一次上浆,再以轴纱进行二次上浆后烘干;浅色纱以轴纱进行上浆后烘干。
本发明主要从上浆的方式、次数、分浆槽、湿分绞工艺的调整,使深色纱与浅色纱的毛羽得以贴服,可以保证色织深、浅色条格品种的生产,有效提高布面质量。
进一步地,本发明所述一次上浆的浆料中含有4g/L的聚丙烯酰胺,其余为水。采用该配方对深色纱进行一次上浆,可将深色毛羽进行一次贴服,确保一次上浆后不会出现没有大于3mm长度的有害毛羽,以利于织机织造时引起开口清晰。
所述二次上浆是采用短纤维纱浆纱机,以粘度为6~8秒、85℃的浆料对轴纱进行上浆,可保障深色与浅色纱线经过合并烘后毛羽不沾污。
所述二次上浆的浆料中含有32g/L的205PVA、80g/L的高性能淀粉、4.8g/L的蜡片、3.2g/L的抗静电剂,其余为水,可确保经纱的上浆率及增强率。
所述二次上浆时浆水比为12.5∶100,可确保含固率,保证浆液的浓度,保证上浆率,达到经纱增强的效果。
所述二次上浆后采用湿分绞工艺,再以130℃的烘筒表面温度进行烘干,可确保浆膜效果,确保分绞时浆膜的完整性。
对浅色纱上浆是采用短纤维纱浆纱机,以粘度为5~7秒、90℃的浆料对轴纱进行上浆,浆水比为1∶10,压浆棍压力为20kN,压浆棍表面温度为95℃,可确保浅色经纱的上浆率及增强效果。
对浅色纱上浆用浆料中含有24g/L的 1799PVA、120g/L的普通变性淀粉、16g/L的丙烯、4.8g/L的蜡片,其余为水,可确保毛羽贴服。
对浅色纱上浆对后采用湿分绞工艺,再以130℃的烘筒表面温度进行烘干,可确保经纱的回潮及干区分绞正常。
具体实施方式
1、深色嵌条部分纱进行二次上浆:
(1)深色纱第一次上浆:
浆料配方:聚丙烯酰胺 4g/L;其余为水。
浆料粘度:4~6秒。
上浆温度:60℃。
上浆设备:染锅。
上浆对象:筒子纱。
(2)深色纱第二次上浆:
浆料配方:
205PVA:32g/L。
高性能淀粉:80g/L。
蜡片:4.8g/L。
抗静电剂:3.2g/L。
其余为水。
浆料粘度:6~8秒
浆槽中浆料温度:85℃。
上浆设备:短纤维纱浆纱机。
上浆设备参数:
压浆棍压力:25kN。
压浆棍表面温度:95℃。
上浆对象:轴纱。
上浆时浆槽中浆水比:12.5∶100。
自浆槽中拖出的纱采用湿分绞工艺,再以烘筒式烘干。
烘筒表面温度:130℃。
2、浅色部分纱采用一次上浆:
浆料配方:
1799PVA:24g/L。
普通变性淀粉:120g/L。
丙烯:16g/L
蜡片:4.8g/L。
其余为水。
浆料粘度:5~7秒。
浆槽中浆料温度:90℃。
上浆设备:短纤维纱浆纱机。
上浆设备参数:
压浆棍压力:20kN。
压浆棍表面温度:95℃。
上浆对象:轴纱。
上浆时浆槽中浆水比:1∶10。
自浆槽中拖出的纱采用湿分绞工艺,再以烘筒式烘干。
烘筒表面温度:130℃。
将以上分别得到的深色轴纱和浅色轴纱按色织的组织要求进行穿经,取得上机用经轴,再进行织造,取得的正装色织浅色条格棉及混纺织物上机后效果达到预期效果:
Claims (10)
1.一种色织面料的二次上浆的生产工艺,其特征在于:将深色纱与浅色纱分开分别上浆、烘干;深色纱先以筒子纱进行一次上浆,再以轴纱进行二次上浆后烘干;浅色纱以轴纱进行上浆后烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述色织面料的二次上浆的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述一次上浆是采用染锅,以粘度为4~6秒、60℃的浆料对筒子纱进行上浆。
3.根据权利要求2所述色织面料的二次上浆的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述一次上浆的浆料中含有4g/L的聚丙烯酰胺,其余为水。
4.根据权利要求1所述色织面料的二次上浆的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述二次上浆是采用短纤维纱浆纱机,以粘度为6~8秒、85℃的浆料对轴纱进行上浆。
5.根据权利要求4所述色织面料的二次上浆的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述二次上浆的浆料中含有32g/L的205PVA、80g/L的高性能淀粉、4.8g/L的蜡片 、3.2g/L的抗静电剂,其余为水。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述色织面料的二次上浆的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述二次上浆时浆水比为12.5∶100。
7.根据权利要求1所述色织面料的二次上浆的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述二次上浆后采用湿分绞工艺,再以130℃的烘筒表面温度进行烘干。
8.根据权利要求1所述色织面料的二次上浆的生产工艺,其特征在于:对浅色纱上浆是采用短纤维纱浆纱机,以粘度为5~7秒、90℃的浆料对轴纱进行上浆,浆水比为1∶10,压浆棍压力为20kN,压浆棍表面温度为95℃。
9.根据权利要求8所述色织面料的二次上浆的生产工艺,其特征在于:对浅色纱上浆用浆料中含有24g/L的 1799PVA、120g/L的普通变性淀粉、16g/L的丙烯、4.8g/L的蜡片,其余为水。
10.根据权利要求1或8或9所述色织面料的二次上浆的生产工艺,其特征在于:对浅色纱上浆对后采用湿分绞工艺,再以130℃的烘筒表面温度进行烘干。
