本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及云花皱织物的织造方法。
背景技术
当前,中国纺织服装业正迈入一个高速发展的时期,研制高档、个性化的服用面料成为当前纺织面料研发的焦点。
通过对现有专利文献的检索发现,申请号为201110292793.5的中国专利申请公开了一种金属丝织物面料,通过设计中加入金属丝经过织造,在保证了各种性能的前提下,改善了面料的色彩度和立体感,由于金属丝本身所具有的冷傲与华贵,再加卜花型与组织的完美结合,形成了立体感非常强的时尚面料。另外,也是非常值得重要的一点,就是它功能性的体现:金属丝的面料可以耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐清洗、电阻小、永久性的导电功能、永久性地防静电、防辐射、屏蔽紫外线侵扰,对孕妇和长时间在电脑前工作的上班族能起到有效的保护作用。然而,由于金属丝与棉纱材质的原因,金属丝容易松弛,很难制成外观风格突出的织物,如云花皱织物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供云花皱织物的织造方法。

本发明涉及一种云花皱织物的织造方法,所述织物经纬向分别以漂白、彩色纱线为主色调,配合银丝和黑色花式线;织物采用平纹为地的小提花组织搭配;所述方法包括如下步骤:
S1、原料的确定:选用漂白色纯棉单纱、彩色纯棉单纱、黑色纯棉花式线和银丝作为经纱,选用漂白色纯棉单纬纱作为纬纱;
S2、整经、浆纱:对除银丝外的经纱原料进行整经,浆纱;对纬纱进行整经,浆纱;所述浆纱用的浆料每800L包括TB-225变性淀粉60-70kg,CD(丙烯酸类)10-15kg,油脂2-3kg,2-奈酚1-2kg和作为溶剂的水;更优选包括TB-225变性淀粉60kg,CD(丙烯酸类)10kg,油脂2kg,2-奈酚1kg和作为溶剂的水;
S3、银丝并入:银丝不用上浆,直接随步骤S2中浆纱后的经纱原料一起做成经轴,形成经纱;
S4、织造:将并入银丝的经纱和纬纱经织造获得所述云花皱织物。
优选的,步骤S1中,所述经纱为36.4tex漂白色和桔黄色纯棉单纱、36.4tex×2黑色纯棉花式线、150D的银丝,纬纱为14.6tex的漂白色纯棉单纱;成品经纬密分别为205±2根/10cm和213±2根/10cm。
优选的,步骤S1中,所述经纱中银丝的用量为1.8wt%;黑色纯棉花式线的用量为7.7wt%。
优选的,步骤S1中,所述经纱中漂白色纯棉单纱、彩色纯棉单纱的质量用量比值为9.5:1。
优选的,步骤S2中整经前还包括络筒工序,络筒车速400-600m/min,络筒张力5-10g,卷绕密度0.4-0.45g/cm3,清纱隔距0.40-0.45mm。更优选络筒车速400m/min,络筒张力5g,卷绕密度0.45g/cm3,清纱隔距0.45mm。
优选的,步骤S2中,浆纱工艺为:浆槽温度96℃,浆液黏度9s,浆液pH值为7,预烘温度为125℃,烘干温度100℃,车速为60-65m/min,压浆辊(Ⅰ)压力4kN,压浆辊(Ⅱ)压力6kN。更优选车速为65m/min。
优选的,步骤S3中,银丝经筒子架引出后经导辊下方,再按照色经排列要求放在相应的伸缩筘中,随步骤S2中浆纱后的经纱原料一起做成经轴;所述筒子架安装在浆纱机烘房前上方。
优选的,步骤S4中,所述织造采用JAT810型喷气织机,车速为600-700r/min,上机张力1800-2000N,开口时间300-310°,主喷嘴启闭时间为65°-200°,第1组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为65°-120°,第2组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为100°-180°,第3组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为150°-250°,第4组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为190°-290°,第5组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为210°-310°,主喷嘴压力为0.25Mpa,辅助喷嘴压力为0.28Mpa。更优选车速为650r/min,上机张力1800N,开口时间300°,主喷嘴启闭时间为65°-200°,第1组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为65°-120°,第2组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为100°-180°,第3组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为150°-250°,第4组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为190°-290°,第5组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为210°-310°,主喷嘴压力为0.25Mpa,辅助喷嘴压力为0.28Mpa。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明通过特定的工艺步骤以及参数的设定,使得银丝并入工序中银丝的张力和其他经纱的张力一致,避免了银丝的松弛影响整体织物质量;
2、云花皱织物由于经纱的颜色种类比较多,排纱等工序复杂容易出差错造成制造效率低下,而本发明通过特定的工艺步骤以及参数的设定,使得织造效率达到90以上,下机一等品率达到93%。

实施例
本实施例以棉与银丝为原料,设计开发了一个系列的云花皱织物,该织物外观独特,白色与桔黄相间,其间点缀着闪闪发光的银丝。具体织造方法包括如下步骤:
1织物设计
1.1织物规格设计
成品规格设计如下:成品幅宽144.5cm,坯布幅宽为154.5cm,上机筘幅171.5cm,总经根数3044根,其中边纱40×2根。经纱为36.4tex漂白色和桔黄色纯棉单纱、36.4tex×2黑色纯棉花式线、150D的银丝,纬纱为14.6tex的漂白色纯棉单纱,成品经纬密分别为205根/10cm和213根/10cm,坯布经纬密分别为194根/10cm和205根/10cm,机上经纬密分别为175根/10cm和171根/10cm,一米经长为1.2,经纱织缩率为16.7%,全幅花数29花+6根,经纱一花宽度4.98cm。全幅经纱3044根,其中漂白色2471根,桔黄色261根,花式线116根,银丝116根,漂白色经纱用量11.2183kg/100m,桔黄色经纱用纱量1.1849kg/100m,黑色花式线经纱用纱量1.0585kg/100m,银丝用纱量0.246kg/100m,边纱80根采用杂纱,不计用纱量,经纱总用纱量为13.7077kg/100m,漂白色纬纱用纱量5.6232kg/100m,织物用纱量为19.3309kg/100m。织物重量为121g/m2
1.2织物风格和特点设计
经纬向分别以漂白、桔黄纱线为主色调,配合银丝和黑色花式线,在织物表面呈现漂白色、桔色相间的条子效应,同时加以银丝和黑色花式线增强了立体感,同时织物采用平纹为地的小提花组织搭配,织物组织图见图1所示,织物外观风格突出,是休闲服装的优选原料,由于色经排列是宽窄搭配,在织物表面形成宽窄相间的条子效应。
1.3织物配色设计
A代表漂白色,B代表桔黄色,C代表黑色花式线,D代表银丝
色经循环:38A,(1A,1C)×4,39A,2B,2A,1B,(1D,1B)×4,2A,2B。一花经纱根数102根,其中漂白色85根,桔黄色9根,黑色花式线4根,银丝4根,全幅花数29花+6根,其中漂白色29花+6根,桔黄色29花,黑色花式线29花,银丝29花。
色根循环:1A。
2工艺设计
2.1络筒工艺
采用1332MD型络筒机,以“高车速、小张力、降毛羽、提产量”的工艺原则,由于经纱比较粗,纱线强力比较高,因此可以适当提高车速以提高生产效率,缩短交货期限,同时为减轻后道生产的负担,要减少毛羽的产生。络筒车速400m/min,络筒张力5g,卷绕密度0.45g/cm3,清纱隔距0.45mm。络筒时要加强络筒工的责任心,经常做好卫生,防止飞花、回丝等卷入筒子;加强工艺管理,每种颜色的筒子只数、卷绕长度、生产工艺等必须正确,避免增加生产成本或增加脚纱;加强设备管理,定期检查清纱器、槽筒、张力装置等,避免因装置原因造成的疵筒。
2.2整浆工艺
采用ZLGA801整浆联合机,以“高车速、贴伏毛羽、减磨兼顾增强”为工艺原则。根据“相似相容原理”,棉纤维是天然纤维素纤维,含有大量的亲水基团—羟基,因此选用淀粉作为主浆料,在配以聚丙烯酸类浆料来提高浆膜性能,在加入适量的助剂来满足生产的需求。浆料配方为TB-225变性淀粉60kg,CD(丙烯酸类)10kg,油脂2kg,2-奈酚1kg。
整经绞数为5绞,第一绞经纱根数为754根,第二至第四绞经纱根数为714根,第五绞经纱根数为148根,第一绞条带宽度为42.48cm,第二至第四绞条带宽度为40.23cm,第五绞条带宽度为8.34cm。
浆纱工艺为:浆槽温度96℃,浆液黏度9s,浆液pH值为7,预烘温度为125℃,烘干温度100℃,车速为65m/min,压浆辊(Ⅰ)压力4kN,压浆辊(Ⅱ)压力6kN。由于ZLGA801整浆联合机有6只烘筒,4只为表面涂喷聚四氟的预烘烘筒,2只为光筒的烘干烘筒,采用开关量控制;整浆时要控制好工艺,确保排列均匀、卷绕均匀和张力均匀;执行小量多调原则,保持浆液新鲜;不能长时间停止搅拌,防止浆液结皮。经检测,浆纱上浆率为10.5%,浆纱回潮率为7%,浆纱伸长率0.5%,增强率为27.5%,毛羽损失率为73%,满足了后道生产的需要。
2.3银丝并入
由于银丝不耐高温且不需要上浆,在浆纱机烘房前上方安装筒子架(配以制动装置,防止银丝松弛),引出后经导辊下方,在按照色经排列要求放在相应的伸缩筘中,随浆纱一起做成经轴。
2.4穿综工艺
筘号为87.5齿/10cm,地组织每筘穿入数为2根,边组织每筘穿入数为4根,全幅筘齿数为1502齿,其中地组织穿1482齿,边组织穿20齿,穿筘幅宽为171.5cm;综框采用8页,具体穿综方法见图2所示。穿综方法为 ⑤和⑥处穿银丝,处穿黑色花式线,穿综根数为102根,边纱穿在1,2页综框,第1页和第2页综框的综丝根数分别为738根,第3页和第4页综框的综丝根数分别为668根,第5页至第8页综的综丝根数分别为58根。
2.5织造工艺
采用JAT810型喷气织机,以“高车速、大张力、早开口”为工艺原则。车速为650r/min,上机张力1800N,开口时间300°,主喷嘴启闭时间为65°-200°,第1组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为65°-120°,第2组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为100°-180°,第3组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为150°-250°,第4组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为190°-290°,第5组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为210°-310°,主喷嘴压力为0.25Mpa,辅助喷嘴压力为0.28Mpa,为避免色差,采用2只主喷嘴,适当加大上机张力,有利于打紧纬纱和开清梭口,但是要避免经纱与综丝眼作用加剧,增加经向断头;合理设置喷嘴压力和启闭时间,降低能耗;早开口,有利于减小打纬阻力,并且减少纬纱反拔量。
经过对织造准备工序和织造工序的优化,使得织造效率达到90以上,下机一等品率达到93%,入库一等品率达到99.9%,该款式织物生产了56万米,产值约为1190万元,企业获得利润约167万元,达到了自主创新设计并成功推向市场的效果。

S2、整经、浆纱:对除银丝外的经纱原料进行整经,浆纱;对纬纱进行整经,浆纱;所述浆纱用的浆料每800L包括TB-225变性淀粉60-70kg,CD(丙烯酸类)10-15kg,油脂2-3kg,2-奈酚1-2kg和作为溶剂的水;

6.如权利要求1所述的云花皱织物的织造方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,浆纱工艺为:浆槽温度96℃,浆液黏度9s,浆液pH值为7,预烘温度为125℃,烘干温度100℃,车速为60-65m/min,压浆辊(Ⅰ)压力4kN,压浆辊(Ⅱ)压力6kN。
7.如权利要求1所述的云花皱织物的织造方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,银丝经筒子架引出后经导辊下方,再按照色经排列要求放在相应的伸缩筘中,随步骤S2中浆纱后的经纱原料一起做成经轴;所述筒子架安装在浆纱机烘房前上方。
8.如权利要求1所述的云花皱织物的织造方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,所述织造采用JAT810型喷气织机,车速为600-700r/min,上机张力1800-2000N,开口时间300-310°,主喷嘴启闭时间为65°-200°,第1组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为65°-120°,第2组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为100°-180°,第3组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为150°-250°,第4组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为190°-290°,第5组辅助喷嘴启闭时间为210°-310°,主喷嘴压力为0.25Mpa,辅助喷嘴压力为0.28Mpa。
