Abstract

本发明公开了一种高透气度滤棒成形纸及其生产方法,包括原料选择、浆料制备、配浆系统、短循环系统和抄造系统五个步骤:(1)原料选择:采用漂白化学针叶木浆板为原料;(2)浆料制备:将步骤(1)中漂白化学针叶木浆板,经碎解、打浆后备用;(3)配浆系统:将步骤(2)中浆料按比例添加施胶剂,混合均匀后送纸机浆池备用;(4)短循环系统:将步骤(3)中浆料,经高位箱、机外白水槽、除渣器、压力筛上网抄造;(5)抄造系统:将步骤(4)浆料经斜网成形器抄造成型、压榨部脱水,前烘干部干燥、表面施胶剂施胶、后干燥部干燥、卷纸机、复卷机等工序制成合格成品。

Description

高透气度滤棒成形纸及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及烟草行业中的滤棒成形纸,尤其涉及高透气度滤棒成形纸及其生产方法。
背景技术
滤棒成形纸主要应用于烟草行业香烟过滤嘴中包裹醋酸纤维丝束,在香烟过滤嘴结构中处于内部醋酸纤维丝束芯和外层水松纸之间,分为普通型和高透型。透气度大于3000CU以上的称之为高透气度成形纸,透气度越高,降低卷烟中有害成分效果越好,尤其是可以大幅降低卷烟中焦油含量。
高透气度成形纸主要特点是纸面纤维组织均匀,透气度高,横向伸缩率低,并有一定的强度。透气度、伸缩率和抗张强度是高透成形纸的三个关键技术指标。
纸张透气度、伸缩率和抗张强度与纤维种类、纤维配比、纤维打浆成形工艺及设备有关,透气度高,纸张的强度会降低,因此,要满足纸张高透气度、伸长率情况下,纸张的强度不能降低,这就需要从多方面因素来综合考虑。
发明内容
发明目的:针对以上不足之处,本发明提供一种透气度高、伸缩率低和抗张强度高的高透气度滤棒成形纸,满足卷烟加工卷接和制作过程中质量要求,同时降低卷烟中焦油含量,达到降焦减害的目的,减少吸烟对人们健康的危害。
技术方案:高透气度滤棒成形纸,以漂泊化学针叶木浆板为原料,纸张的纵向抗张能量吸收值大于9J/m2、透气度为4000CU~10000CU、变异系数低于10%。
高透气度滤棒成形纸的生产方法,包括以下五个步骤:
(1)原料选择:选用100%漂白化学针叶木浆板为原料;
(2)浆料制备:将步骤(1)中漂白化学针叶木浆板,采用水力碎浆机碎解后打浆处理;
(3)配浆系统:将步骤(2)打浆后浆料送至配浆池中,加入AKD胶搅拌混合后送入纸机浆池备用;
(4)短循环系统:将步骤(3)纸机浆池中浆料,经高位箱、机外白水槽、除渣器、稳浆箱后,由冲浆泵再次与机外白水槽白水混合稀释,经压力筛上斜网成形器抄造;
(5)抄造系统:将步骤(4)压力筛来浆料经斜网成形器抄造成形、压榨部脱水、前烘干部干燥、表面施胶机施胶、后烘干部干燥、卷纸机和复卷机后,制得成品。
工作原理:原料选择和化学品的选用对高透气度滤棒成形纸的质量有着重要的影响,本发明首先从原料和化学品选择上考虑,比较国内外高透气度生产厂家所使用的木浆原料,通过实验分析,选用漂白化学针叶木浆板为原料,该浆纤维长,纤维素聚合度高,初始游离度高,撕裂度和耐破度高,初始透气度高,切割时掉粉较少,适合抄造打浆度低、成纸透气度高的纸张。高透气度纸生产过程所涉及的化学品包括浆内施胶剂、表面施胶剂、分散剂等,浆内施胶和表面施胶主要提高高透气度纸的结合强度,分散剂主要是改善纸页的匀度,防止纤维絮聚沉淀,提高纤维留着率,降低白水浓度。
常用的浆内施胶剂主要有松香胶、ASK和AKD三种,松香胶属于酸性施胶,对设备有一定的腐蚀,ASK和AKD胶均为中性施胶剂,但ASK胶乳液极易水解,不利运输及贮存,需要现场乳化及控制,AKD胶呈中性,相对稳定,便于运输及贮存,而且对纸张透气度没有破坏作用,因此,本发明选用中性AKD胶作为浆内施胶剂。
表面施胶剂主要包括阳离子淀粉、PVA和CMC等,CMC是羧甲基纤维素的钠盐,具有碱溶性和水溶性,水溶液有粘性能提高溶液的粘度,成膜性好,薄膜强度大,抗水性好,其渗透性低,降低纸张的透气度,不适合用于高透气度纸表面施胶剂;PVA和阳离子淀粉的粘度都较低,易于渗透,而且都有丰富的羟基,能与纤维形成良好的结合强度,但PVA成本较高,因此,本发明选用阳离子淀粉作为表面施胶剂。
分散剂主要是提高纸张匀度,降低纤维沉降速度和防止纤维絮聚沉淀;常用的分散剂主要有PEO和瓜尔胶,这两种分散剂都可以在纤维表面形成一层滑而不粘的水合膜,使纤维分散和减少絮聚,改善纸张匀度;瓜尔胶是一种天然高分子植物胶,容易获得,成本低,因此,本发明选用瓜尔胶作为分散剂。
其次,从工艺及设备上考虑提高纸张透气度降低伸缩率和提高纸张强度。
(1)打浆工艺和设备上,采用锥形磨浆机打浆,以疏解纤维为主,尽量减少纤维切断和分丝帚化。
(2)采用二次冲浆的方式,避免一次冲浆稀释流量大,对系统和设备的波动大,选用低脉冲冲浆泵和压力筛,使浆料形成微湍流状态上网,减少纸张定量的波动。
(3)控制脱水量,真空度控制低,水线延长,纸页匀度好;前后烘缸部温度控制要低,避免高温过干燥而影响纸的强度和透气性能。
通过以上方法生产的高透气度滤棒成形纸,各项性能指标能满足要求。
有益效果:本发明生产方法上与普通滤棒成形纸的生产方法有所不同,包括生产原料选择、化学品使用、抄造工艺等均有严格的要求,所生产的纸张能大幅度提高其透气度,降低卷烟中焦油含量,保护吸烟人群的身心健康;同时,本发明高透气度滤棒成形纸的纸张强度高、横向伸缩率低,卷烟卷接过程中不易拉断和掉毛,便于卷烟的制作。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明高透气度滤棒成形纸的生产包括以下五个步骤:
步骤(1)原料选择:选用100%漂白化学针叶木浆板为原料。
步骤(2)浆料制备:将步骤(1)漂白化学针叶木浆板输送至水力碎浆机中,加稀白水稀释至浓度3%~5%之间,碎解时间10min~15min,温度55℃~60℃,碎解后的良浆送入卸料浆池,搅拌均匀后送入磨前浆池,经锥形磨浆机对纤维进行打浆处理,打浆主要以疏解为主,避免切断纤维和分丝帚化,降低纤维收缩率,提高透气度,疏解浓度为3%~3.5%,浆料叩解度为20°SR~25°SR;打浆后浆料进入磨后浆池贮存备用。
步骤(3)配浆系统:将步骤(2)制得的磨后浆料送入配浆池中,并根据浆料的绝干量计算,添加0.2%~0.3%AKD施胶剂,AKD胶呈中性,不易水解,稳定性好;搅拌均匀后送入纸机浆池备用。
步骤(4)短循环系统:将步骤(3)纸机浆池来的浆料,经高位箱稳定浆的流量和压力后,与机外白水槽浓白水混合稀释至0.6%~0.8%浓度后,经除渣器除去浆料中杂质,经稳浆箱稳定浆的压力后,经冲浆泵与机外白水槽浓白水二次混合稀释至浓度0.2%~0.3%,为防止长纤维絮聚沉淀,在浓白水槽中添加瓜尔胶作为分散剂,使纤维均匀分散开,瓜尔胶用量为~0.05%;二次稀释后的浆料经低脉冲压力筛上斜网成形器抄造;二次稀释的作用是避免一次稀释流量大,对系统冲击大,造成浆料的脉冲大,易形成较大的湍流,影响浆料的匀度,因此经过二次稀释的浆料,脉冲小,上网浓度低,纸的匀度好,伸缩率低。
步骤(5)抄造系统,将步骤(4)制备好的浆料经斜网成形器抄造成型,调低真空箱真空度,保证湿纸页慢脱水,使湿纸页匀度好,再经压榨部脱水后,进入前烘干部蒸发水份,进前烘干部刚开始1~2只烘缸温度控制在40℃~45℃,温度高会造成湿纸粘缸,破坏纸的表面强度,引起断纸;为保证纸张高透气度,后烘干部刚开始1~2只烘缸温度也应控制在40℃~45℃,避免表面施胶后胶料黏连到烘干上,其余烘缸干燥温度均应控制在110℃~120℃之间,前干燥后纸张进入表面施胶剂进行施胶处理,提高纸的表面强度,表面施胶剂选用阳离子淀粉胶,用量为~1.0%,阳离子淀粉粘度低,渗透性好,成本低。表面施胶后的纸张进入后烘干部干燥蒸发水份,经卷纸机卷取,复卷机复卷制得质量要求的产品。其中的斜网成形器抄造是关键;斜网成形器能很好地控制脱水量,纸的纵向、横向差别小,纸的匀度好,变异系数小,伸缩率低。
根据以上发明实施方法,制得高透气度滤棒成形纸,经省级制浆造纸重点实验室检测,其质量指标见表1所示。
由表1可知,本发明制得两种高透气度滤棒成形纸的纵向抗张能量吸收值分别为11J/m2和10.8J/m2,均大于标准规定的9J/m2,纵向抗张能量吸收值表示将单位面积的滤棒成形纸拉伸至断裂时所做的功,以上数值表明,本发明产品的纵向强度高于标准值;本发明制得两种产品透气度分别为4800CU和5200CU,均满足标准值规定的4000CU~10000CU范围;本发明制得两种产品的变异系数分别为8.8%和8.70%,均低于标准值规定的10%以下,变异系数越小,伸缩率越小,产品稳定性越好,不变形。
因此,本项目发明实施方案是可行的,本发明制得的高透气度滤棒成形纸,完全满足卷烟制作对高透滤棒成形纸的质量要求,能大幅降低卷烟的焦油含量,降低吸烟对身体的危害。

Claims (6)

1.一种高透气度滤棒成形纸,其特征在于:以漂泊化学针叶木浆板为原料,纸张的纵向抗张能量吸收值大于9J/m2、透气度为4000CU~10000CU、变异系数低于10%。
2.一种采用如权利要求1所述的高透气度滤棒成形纸的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下五个步骤:
(1)原料选择:选用100%漂白化学针叶木浆板为原料;
(2)浆料制备:将步骤(1)中漂白化学针叶木浆板,采用水力碎浆机碎解后打浆处理;
(3)配浆系统:将步骤(2)打浆后浆料送至配浆池中,加入AKD胶搅拌混合后送入纸机浆池备用;
(4)短循环系统:将步骤(3)纸机浆池中浆料,经高位箱、机外白水槽、除渣器、稳浆箱后,由冲浆泵再次与机外白水槽白水混合稀释,经压力筛上斜网成形器抄造;
(5)抄造系统:将步骤(4)压力筛来浆料经斜网成形器抄造成形、压榨部脱水、前烘干部干燥、表面施胶剂施胶、后烘干部干燥、卷纸机和复卷机后,制得成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高透气度滤棒成形纸生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,选用锥形磨浆机对纤维进行打浆、疏解。
4.根据权利要求2所述的高透气度滤棒成形纸生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,选用0.2%~0.3%的AKD施胶剂作为浆内施胶剂。
5.根据权利要求2所述的高透气度滤棒成形纸生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,表面施胶剂选用阳离子淀粉胶对纸的表面施胶处理。
6.根据权利要求2所述的高透气度滤棒成形纸生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,前、后烘缸组刚开始的1~2只烘缸,表面温度40℃~45℃;后续烘缸干燥温度控制在110℃~120℃之间。
