技术领域
本发明主要涉及造纸技术领域,具体是一种FB(防爆)纸管原纸及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着我国经济快速发展,纸芯、纸管产品以其成本低、质量轻、易回收、无公害等优点,在造纸业、包装业、纺织化纤业得到了普遍应用。它既可作为各种卷筒纸和纸板的内芯,也可作为合成长丝、涤纶、丙纶、氨纶等所用的纺织纱管,尤其是用于纺织业的纸管已逐步取代锥形纱管。人们重视纸芯、纸管质量的同时,对其所用原纸技术要求的理念也发生很大变化。
目前国内纸管,主要分为宝塔管、化纤管、原纸芯管,主要用于纺织、包装、化纤行业,用于出口的较少;而化纤管作为化纤行业化纤丝的主要载体,要满足以下要求:
(1)化纤管最外面使用一层羊皮纸,要求羊皮纸与下层纸贴合紧密,贴合后表面平滑、平整、美观,且在切管时不出现“起角”问题。
(2)化纤管工作中高速运转(5000-10000转/分钟),表面不能出现爆裂(即爆管),爆裂容易造成安全事故或设备损坏。
针对以上问题,我司发明的FB(防爆)纸管原纸,有效的解决了这些问题。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的不足和缺陷,本发明提供了一种FB(防爆)纸管原纸及其制备工艺,主要用在化纤管第二层,也就是最外层羊皮纸下面的一层,原纸成本低,纸张匀度好,正面(与羊皮纸贴合一面)平滑、干净,有韧性,具有高层间结合特性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种FB(防爆)纸管原纸,该纸管原纸的定量为230g/m2、横幅定量差≤3%。
作为本发明的进一步改进,该FB(防爆)纸管原纸的紧度为0.75-0.78g/cm3,平滑度为2-3S、吸水值100-200g/m2、成纸水分为7-8%。
作为本发明的进一步改进,该FB(防爆)纸管原纸的纵向环压指数≥12N.m/g、纵向抗张强度≥130N/15mm、层间结合强度为≥300J/m2,耐破指数为1.8kpa.m2/g。
一种FB(防爆)纸管原纸的制备工艺,其特征是:包括以下步骤,制浆、混合、成纸、复卷制得纸管原纸,之后进行包装,所述制浆时进行磨浆,成纸时添加浆内淀粉。
作为本发明的进一步改进,制备浆内淀粉备用,制备浆内淀粉的方法包括,向溶解罐加水,并开动搅拌,向溶解罐中缓慢投入变玉米原淀粉,所添加的水、玉米原淀粉的重量比为4:1,搅拌均匀,确保搅拌时间20分钟以上,过滤,制得浓度20%的浆内淀粉,备用。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述制浆包括,将国废COCC12#以及COCC11#,按照一定比例投入碎浆机,碎浆浓度为3-3.5%,经过高浓除渣器、粗筛,筛选净化,去除废纸中杂质,在通过分级筛,将浆料分级筛选为长、短两种,长纤维长度2.7-3.1mm,短纤维长度2.5-3mm,长纤维再次通过精筛,进行进一步筛选净化,之后两种纤维分别通过两个多圆盘进行浓缩,浓度提高到4.5-5.0%,经过多圆盘浓缩后的浆料,通过双盘磨进行磨浆,充分碎解,已到达打浆度为短纤维45-50°SR,长纤维50-55°SR的要求,分别进入长纤叩后池,短纤叩后池,以备用。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述混合、成纸包括,启动自动配料设备,分别按抽入长纤维浆料和短纤维浆料至混合池,其中长纤维浆料与短纤维浆料的抽入量比值为4.5:5.5,即长纤维浆料占混合总量的45%,短纤维浆料占混合总量的55%,并充分混和搅拌均匀,在混合池加入硫酸铝,硫酸铝浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为7-10kg;将混合后的浆料通过浆泵抽至抄前池,混合均匀,在抄前池加入松香胶酸性施胶剂以及浆内淀粉,松香胶为阳离子松香胶原液,吨纸用量为1.5-3.5kg;浆内淀粉浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为20-40kg,接着依次转入高位箱、冲浆泵、除砂器除砂,在高位箱,添加干强剂原液,吨纸添加量为15-20kg;除砂后的浆料经过压力筛净化,在压力筛净化前(压力筛进口处)加入助留助滤剂,其浓度为0.28%、吨纸用量0.2-0.25kg,然后再经过压力筛净化,之后将净化后的浆料输送到流浆箱,进行纸浆抄造,同时控制上网浓度为1.5-2.5%,最后进行上网成型、压榨、脱水干燥,在上网成型阶段,在纸张层与层之间,进行喷淋淀粉的喷洒,以促进纸张结合;然后经过干燥,制得所述FB(防爆)纸管原纸。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述复卷、包装包括,复卷时速控制在1400m/min,定量控制在230±3%,水分控制在7-8%,复卷端面整齐,纸面平整,最后包装制得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:通过选用国内废纸纸浆,适当的加入浆内淀粉,在提高纸张强度的同时,满足客户需求;通过加入干强剂,使纸浆与助剂充分结合,制得原纸后,具有较好的机械强度,抗张、层间结合、耐破性能提高;通过在浆内加入硫酸铝以及阳离子松香胶,制得原纸后,有较高的抗水性以及施胶度,降低吸水值;原纸生产时,通过稳定车速,控制定量和水分,调整压榨部的压力,纸张具有较高紧度以及较好的匀度;控制纸浆抄造上网浓度,避免因浆料浓度高,纤维易再絮聚,造成网部脱水过快,脱水激烈,纤维流失比较大,脱水太急造成纸页成形不好的问题;在浆料中添加助留助滤剂,可以有效的降低纤维流失,提高药品以及细小纤维的留着率,从而提高纸张性能。

将国废COCC12#以及COCC11#,按照4:1比例投入碎浆机,碎浆浓度为3%,经过高浓除渣器、粗筛,筛选净化,去除废纸中杂质,在通过分级筛,将浆料分级筛选为长、短两种,长纤维长度2.7-3.1mm,短纤维长度2.5-3mm,长纤维再次通过精筛,进行进一步筛选净化,之后两种纤维分别通过两个多圆盘进行浓缩,长纤浓度提高到5.0%,短纤浓度提高到4.5%,经过多圆盘浓缩后的浆料,通过双盘磨进行磨浆,充分碎解,已到达短纤维打浆度47°SR,打浆浓度4.5%,长纤维打浆度55°SR,打浆浓度5.0%的要求,分别进入短纤叩后池,长纤叩后池,以备用。
3、混合、成纸:
启动自动配料设备,分别按抽入长纤维浆料和短纤维浆料至混合池,其中长纤维浆料与短纤维浆料的抽入量比值为4.5:5.5,即长纤维浆料占混合总量的45%,短纤维浆料占混合总量的55%,并充分混和搅拌均匀,在混合池加入硫酸铝,硫酸铝浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为8kg;
将混合后的浆料通过浆泵抽至抄前池,混合均匀,在抄前池加入松香胶酸性施胶剂以及浆内淀粉,松香胶为阳离子松香胶原液,吨纸用量为1.6kg;浆内淀粉浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为25kg,接着依次转入高位箱、冲浆泵、除砂器除砂,在高位箱,添加干强剂原液,吨纸添加量为17kg;除砂后的浆料经过压力筛净化,在压力筛净化前(压力筛进口处)加入助留助滤剂,其浓度为0.28%、吨纸用量0.23kg,然后再经过压力筛净化,之后将净化后的浆料输送到流浆箱,进行纸浆抄造,同时控制上网浓度为1.7%,最后进行上网成型、压榨、脱水干燥,在上网成型阶段,在纸张层与层之间,进行喷淋淀粉的喷洒,以促进纸张结合;然后经过干燥,制得所述FB(防爆)纸管原纸。
4、复卷、包装:
复卷时速控制在1400m/min,定量控制在230±3%,水分控制在7%,复卷端面整齐,纸面平整,最后包装制得成品。
经过对上述的制备方法制备的纸管原纸进行主要指标检测,结果如表1中所示:

从以上制得的产品主要技术指标可看出,横幅定量差控制较好,成纸匀度好,环压指数、耐破指数、层间结合、抗张,强度指标都远高于标准。
发明的FB(防爆)纸管原纸主要用在化纤管第二层,也就是最外层羊皮纸下面的一层。
FB(防爆)纸管原纸平滑度(2-3s)比普通纸管原纸(0.7-1.3s)高,保证与羊皮纸贴合后,成管表面平滑、平整。
FB(防爆)纸管原纸定量(230g/m2)比普通纸管原纸(300-500g/m2)低,成纸水分(7-8%)比普通纸管原纸(5-7%)高,保证切管时不出现“起角”问题。
FB(防爆)纸管原纸吸水性(100-200g/m2),既能保证与下层纸管原纸的粘合,有能保证与上层羊皮的粘合,且在浸胶后保证自身强度不断纸。
FB(防爆)纸管原纸使用精选的国废原料,通过浆料净化处理、合理的磨浆工艺,达到层间结合强度高且稳定,保证化纤管在高速运转中不爆管。
Claims (8)
1.一种FB(防爆)纸管原纸,其特征是:该纸管原纸的定量为230g/m2、横幅定量差≤3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种FB(防爆)纸管原纸,其特征是:该FB(防爆)纸管原纸的紧度为0.75-0.78g/cm3,平滑度为2-3S、吸水值100-200g/m2、成纸水分为7-8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种FB(防爆)纸管原纸,其特征是:该FB(防爆)纸管原纸的纵向环压指数≥12N.m/g、纵向抗张强度≥130N/15mm、层间结合强度为≥300J/m2,耐破指数为1.8kpa.m2/g。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种FB(防爆)纸管原纸的制备工艺,其特征是:包括以下步骤,制浆、混合、成纸、复卷制得纸管原纸,之后进行包装,所述制浆时进行磨浆,成纸时添加浆内淀粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种FB(防爆)纸管原纸的制备工艺,其特征是:制备浆内淀粉备用,制备浆内淀粉的方法包括,向溶解罐加水,并开动搅拌,向溶解罐中缓慢投入变玉米原淀粉,所添加的水、玉米原淀粉的重量比为4:1,搅拌均匀,确保搅拌时间20分钟以上,过滤,制得浓度20%的浆内淀粉,备用。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种FB(防爆)纸管原纸的制备工艺,其特征是:所述制浆包括,将国废COCC12#以及COCC11#,按照一定比例投入碎浆机,碎浆浓度为3-3.5%,经过高浓除渣器、粗筛,筛选净化,去除废纸中杂质,在通过分级筛,将浆料分级筛选为长、短两种,长纤维长度2.7-3.1mm,短纤维长度2.5-3mm,长纤维再次通过精筛,进行进一步筛选净化,之后两种纤维分别通过两个多圆盘进行浓缩,浓度提高到4.5-5.0%,经过多圆盘浓缩后的浆料,通过双盘磨进行磨浆,充分碎解,已到达打浆度为短纤维45-50°SR,长纤维50-55°SR的要求,分别进入长纤叩后池,短纤叩后池,以备用。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种FB(防爆)纸管原纸的制备工艺,其特征是:所述混合、成纸包括,启动自动配料设备,分别按抽入长纤维浆料和短纤维浆料至混合池,其中长纤维浆料与短纤维浆料的抽入量比值为4.5:5.5,即长纤维浆料占混合总量的45%,短纤维浆料占混合总量的55%,并充分混和搅拌均匀,在混合池加入硫酸铝,硫酸铝浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为7-10kg;将混合后的浆料通过浆泵抽至抄前池,混合均匀,在抄前池加入松香胶酸性施胶剂以及浆内淀粉,松香胶为阳离子松香胶原液,吨纸用量为1.5-3.5kg;浆内淀粉浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为20-40kg,接着依次转入高位箱、冲浆泵、除砂器除砂,在高位箱,添加干强剂原液,吨纸添加量为15-20kg;除砂后的浆料经过压力筛净化,在压力筛净化前(压力筛进口处)加入助留助滤剂,其浓度为0.28%、吨纸用量0.2-0.25kg,然后再经过压力筛净化,之后将净化后的浆料输送到流浆箱,进行纸浆抄造,同时控制上网浓度为1.5-2.5%,最后进行上网成型、压榨、脱水干燥,在上网成型阶段,在纸张层与层之间,进行喷淋淀粉的喷洒,以促进纸张结合;然后经过干燥,制得所述FB(防爆)纸管原纸。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种FB(防爆)纸管原纸的制备工艺,其特征是:所述复卷、包装包括,复卷时速控制在1400m/min,定量控制在230±3%,水分控制在7-8%,复卷端面整齐,纸面平整,最后包装制得成品。
