技术领域
本申请涉及造纸技术领域,尤其是涉及一种白面纸管原纸及其制备工艺。
背景技术
近几年来国内造纸行业发展趋于平稳,纸芯、纸管产品以其成本低、质量轻、易回收、无公害等优点,愈发受到重视,在造纸业、包装业和纺织化纤业得到了普遍应用。客户在重视纸芯、纸管质量的同时,对其所用原纸技术要求的理念也发生很大变化,逐渐开始多元化,多角度看问题,这也促使纸管原纸的发展开始创新化,已经不再局限于传统的纸管原纸工艺。在这种趋势下,客户对纸管原纸除了基本的质量要求外,在表面性能以及美观度方面也越发重视,而现有的纸管原纸均以国内OCC废纸为原料,经过一系列工序抄造而成,成纸颜色较深且细小杂质偏多,影响后加工卷管美观度,特别是在化纤管行业,纸管外层通常需复裹一层色彩鲜艳的羊皮纸,但由于底纸颜色太深,导致成品化纤管并不能达到理想的平滑度和美观,从而影响后续使用以及产品销售。针对以上背景,需要发明一种白面纸管原纸来有效的解决这些问题。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的上述不足和缺陷,本申请的目的在于提供一种白面纸管原纸及其制备工艺。本发明通过改变制备工艺所提供的原纸,具备正面白度高、面层内结合强度高、正反两面的吸水率低、平滑性好且与上层羊皮纸以及下层普通纸管原纸能粘合好的优势。
一种白面纸管原纸,其定量为360g/m2,横向定量差≤3.0%,成纸正面白度55±2度。
进一步地,所述白面纸管原纸的紧度为0.765±0.015g/cm3。
进一步地,所述白面纸管原纸的成纸吸水值(COBB法60s):正面100-200g/m2、反面150-300g/m2。
进一步地,所述白面纸管原纸的层间结合强度220-350J/m2,平滑度≥1.5s。
进一步地,所述白面纸管原纸的纵向环压指数≥10N.m/g,耐破强度≥1.45kpa.m2/g,成纸水分7±0.5%。
面层的制备工艺包括:a.面浆线:
(1)将一级办公废纸、二级办公废纸,按照一定比例投入水力碎浆机,碎浆质量浓度为3-3.5%,依次经过高浓除渣器和粗筛筛选净化,粗筛进浆质量浓度2.5-3.0%,进浆压力0.15-0.3MPa,压差0.05-0.09MPa;再通过精筛,精筛进浆质量浓度2.0-2.5%,进浆压力0.1-0.25MPa,压差0.02-0.04MPa,进行进一步筛选净化,随后筛选净化后的料浆通过多圆盘进行浓缩,多圆盘进浆质量浓度为1.5-3.0%,出口浓度为4.0-5.0%,经过多圆盘浓缩后的浆料再通过双盘磨进行磨浆,充分碎解,达到打浆度为43±1°SR的要求后即获得面浆,进入面浆叩后池,备用;
(2)上述工艺获得的白色面浆通过浆泵进入抄前池,在抄前池加入松香胶酸性施胶剂,其质量浓度为0.3-0.5%,接着依次转入高位箱、冲浆泵、除砂器和压力筛,在高位箱添加硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝,硫酸铝质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量2.0-3.0kg,聚合氯化铝质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为5.0-8.0kg;进入冲浆泵时添加浆内淀粉液,步骤(1)制备的浆内淀粉液浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为0.5-1.0kg;经除砂器后的浆料经过压力筛净化;在压力筛净化前(压力筛进口处)加入助留助滤剂,其浓度为0.04%,吨纸用量0.1-0.2kg,然后再经过压力筛净化,之后将净化后的浆料输送到流浆箱进行纸浆抄造,同时控制上网浓度为1.0-1.5%;与衬底层复合,所述上网成型阶段在纸张层与层之间进行喷淋淀粉液的喷洒以促进纸张结合,喷淋淀粉液质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为1.0-1.5kg。
进一步地,具体步骤为:
(1)浆内淀粉液制备:
向溶解罐加水并开动搅拌,随后向溶解罐中缓慢投入玉米原淀粉和结合剂,所添加的水、玉米原淀粉、结合剂的质量比为4:1:0.5,搅拌时间20分钟以上;过滤,制得质量浓度18.3%的浆内淀粉液,备用;
(2)喷淋淀粉液制备:
向溶解罐加水并开动搅拌,向溶解罐中缓慢投入玉米原淀粉,所添加的水、玉米原淀粉的质量比为4:1,搅拌时间20分钟以上;过滤,制得质量浓度20%的喷淋淀粉液,备用。
通过采取以上技术方案:白面纸管原纸使用精选的国废原料,通过面、衬底两条浆线,分别进行净化处理和磨浆,在达到一定的纸张美观度的同时,确保纸张的层间结合和纵向环压强度,可避免纸管使用过程中发生形变;面层用的办公废纸,含有较多填料和细小纤维,细小纤维留着可提高内结合强度,办公废纸中添加的填料的白度和细度比滑石粉也要好,所以需要保留这两部分物质,在浆料中添加助留助滤剂,可以有效的降低纤维流失,提高细小纤维的留着率,从而提高纸面的白度、平整度和平滑度。
衬底层的制备工艺包括:b.衬底浆线:
(1)将国废COCC11#C、国废COCC11#以及国废宝塔管,按照一定比例投入碎浆机,碎浆质量浓度为3-3.5%,经过高浓除渣器和粗筛筛选净化,粗筛进浆质量浓度2.5-3.0%,进浆压力0.15-0.3MPa,压差0.05-0.09MPa;再通过精筛,精筛进浆质量浓度2.0-2.5%,进浆压力0.1-0.25MPa,压差0.02-0.04MPa,进行进一步筛选净化,随后筛选净化后的料浆通过多圆盘进行浓缩,多圆盘进浆质量浓度为1.5-2.7%,出口浓度为5.0-5.5%,白水浓度≤0.03%,经过多圆盘浓缩后的浆料再通过双盘磨进行磨浆,充分碎解,达到打浆度为40±1°SR的要求后即获得衬底浆,进入衬底浆叩后池,备用;
(2)上述工艺制备的衬底浆通过浆泵进入混合池,在混合池加入造纸污泥和滑石粉液、膨润土液,造纸污泥为水处理生化污泥,污泥浓度为3-8%,吨纸加入量为10kg,滑石粉液质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为70-80kg,膨润土液质量浓度为3-3.5%,吨纸加入量为2-5kg;在混合池充分混和搅拌后,将混合后的浆料通过浆泵抽至抄前池,在抄前池加入松香胶酸性施胶剂,松香胶酸性施胶剂为阳离子松香胶原液,吨纸用量为2.0-4.0kg;接着依次转入高位箱、冲浆泵、压力筛,在高位箱添加硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝,硫酸铝质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量3.0-5.0kg,聚合氯化铝质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为8.0-15.0kg;进入冲浆泵时添加浆内淀粉液,浆内淀粉液浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为1.5-2.0kg;在压力筛净化前(压力筛进口处)加入助留助滤剂,其浓度为0.04%,吨纸用量0.4-0.6kg,然后再经过压力筛净化,之后将净化后的浆料输送到流浆箱进行纸浆抄造,同时控制上网浓度为1.0-1.5%,最后进行上网成型,所述上网成型阶段在纸张层与层之间进行喷淋淀粉液的喷洒以促进纸张结合,步骤(2)制备的喷淋淀粉液质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为1.5-2.5kg;然后与面层复合,经过压榨、干燥,制得所述白面纸管原纸。
进一步地,具体步骤为:
(1)滑石粉液制备:
向溶解罐加水并开动搅拌,向溶解罐中缓慢投入滑石粉,所添加的水、滑石粉的质量比为7:3,搅拌时间20分钟以上;过滤,制得质量浓度30%的滑石粉液,备用;
(2)膨润土液制备:
向溶解罐加水并开动搅拌,向溶解罐中缓慢投入膨润土,所添加的水、膨润土的质量比为29:1,搅拌时间20分钟以上;过滤,制得质量浓度3-3.5%的膨润土液,备用。
通过采用以上技术方案:在成纸时适当的加入浆内淀粉液、喷淋淀粉液,满足对纸张强度的需求。
加入硫酸铝、聚合氯化铝以及阳离子松香胶原液,制得原纸后,有较好的COBB值,从而具有较好的吸胶性。
控制纸浆抄造上网浓度,避免因浆料浓度高,纤维易再絮聚,造成网部脱水过快,脱水激烈,纤维流失大,脱水太急造成纸页成形不好的问题。
制备工艺还包括复卷和包装:
复卷时速控制在1200-1400m/min,定量控制在横幅差≤3.0%,水分控制7±0.5%,复卷端面整齐,纸面平整,最后包装制得成品综上所述。
本申请具有如下有益效果:
1.本申请所述的白面纸管原纸面层比普通纸管原纸具有更高的白度、匀度和平滑度,而且可保证其与上层羊皮纸、下层纸管原纸充分粘合,保证纸管高速旋转过程中不会分层。
2.本申请所述的白面纸管原纸面层浆料使用与衬底层不同的废纸原料,通过磨浆工艺和特别的化工辅料添加工艺,增强面层自身内结合强度,以及与衬层的结合强度,解决了面层容易分层的问题。
3.本申请所述的制备工艺解决了白面纸管原纸面、底层吸水速度一致性问题,保证卷管过程的正常生产,保持卷管速度不会降低。
4、本申请所述的白面纸管原纸在使用过程中能保证表面羊皮纸的平整性和平滑性、颜色的鲜艳,使纸管的使用性能和外观性能相应提高。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式对本申请进行进一步的详细说明。
所述白面纸管原纸采用的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)浆内淀粉液制备:
向溶解罐加水并开动搅拌,随后向溶解罐中缓慢投入玉米原淀粉和结合剂,所添加的水、玉米原淀粉、结合剂的质量比为4:1:0.5,搅拌时间20分钟以上;过滤,制得浆内淀粉液,备用;
(2)喷淋淀粉液制备:
向溶解罐加水并开动搅拌,向溶解罐中缓慢投入玉米原淀粉,所添加的水、玉米原淀粉的质量比为4:1,搅拌时间20分钟以上;过滤,制得喷淋淀粉液,备用;
(3)滑石粉液制备:
向溶解罐加水并开动搅拌,向溶解罐中缓慢投入滑石粉,所添加的水、滑石粉的质量比为7:3,搅拌时间20分钟以上;过滤,制得滑石粉液,备用;
(4)膨润土液制备:
向溶解罐加水并开动搅拌,向溶解罐中缓慢投入膨润土,所添加的水、膨润土的质量比为29:1,搅拌时间20分钟以上;过滤,制得膨润土液,备用;
(5)制浆:
a.面浆线:将一级办公废纸、二级办公废纸,按照一定比例投入水力碎浆机,碎浆质量浓度为3-3.5%,依次经过高浓除渣器和粗筛筛选净化,粗筛进浆质量浓度2.5-3.0%,由化验员定期检测进行质控,进浆压力0.15-0.3MPa,压差0.05-0.09MPa;再通过精筛,精筛进浆质量浓度2.0-2.5%,进浆压力0.1-0.25MPa,压差0.02-0.04MPa,进行进一步筛选净化,随后筛选净化后的料浆通过多圆盘进行浓缩,多圆盘进浆质量浓度为1.5-3.0%,出口浓度为4.0-5.0%,经过多圆盘浓缩后的浆料再通过双盘磨进行磨浆,充分碎解,达到打浆度为43±1°SR的要求后即获得面浆,进入面浆叩后池,备用
b.衬底浆线:将国废COCC11#C、国废COCC11#以及国废宝塔管,按照一定比例投入碎浆机,碎浆质量浓度为3-3.5%,经过高浓除渣器和粗筛筛选净化,粗筛进浆质量浓度2.5-3.0%,由化验员定期检测进行质控,进浆压力0.15-0.3MPa,压差0.05-0.09MPa;再通过精筛,精筛进浆质量浓度2.0-2.5%,进浆压力0.1-0.25MPa,压差0.02-0.04MPa,进行进一步筛选净化,随后筛选净化后的料浆通过多圆盘进行浓缩,多圆盘进浆质量浓度为1.5-2.7%,出口浓度为5.0-5.5%,白水浓度≤0.03%,经过多圆盘浓缩后的浆料再通过双盘磨进行磨浆,充分碎解,达到打浆度为40±1°SR的要求后即获得衬底浆,进入衬底浆叩后池,备用;
(6)混合、成纸:
使用三叠网长网纸机,具体如下:
a.面浆线:步骤(5)获得的面浆通过浆泵进入抄前池,在抄前池加入松香胶酸性施胶剂,其质量浓度为0.3-0.5%,吨纸加入量为3-5kg;接着依次转入高位箱、冲浆泵、除砂器和压力筛,在高位箱添加硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝,硫酸铝质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量2.0-3.0kg,聚合氯化铝质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为5.0-8.0kg;进入冲浆泵时添加步骤(1)制备的浆内淀粉液,吨纸加入量为0.5-1.0kg;经除砂器后的浆料经过压力筛净化;在压力筛净化前(压力筛进口处)加入助留助滤剂,其质量浓度为0.04%,吨纸用量0.1-0.2kg,然后再经过压力筛净化,之后将净化后的浆料输送到流浆箱进行纸浆抄造,同时控制上网质量浓度为1.0-1.5%。
b.衬底浆线:衬底浆通过浆泵进入混合池,在混合池加入造纸污泥、步骤(3)制备的滑石粉液和步骤(4)制备的膨润土液,造纸污泥为水处理生化污泥,污泥质量浓度为3-8%,吨纸加入量为10kg,滑石粉液的吨纸加入量为70-80kg,膨润土液的吨纸加入量为2-5kg;在混合池充分混和搅拌后,将混合后的浆料通过浆泵抽至抄前池,在抄前池加入松香胶酸性施胶剂,松香胶为阳离子松香胶原液,吨纸用量为2.0-4.0kg;接着依次转入高位箱、冲浆泵、压力筛,在高位箱添加硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝,硫酸铝质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量3.0-5.0kg,聚合氯化铝质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为8.0-15.0kg;进入冲浆泵时添加步骤(1)制备的浆内淀粉液,吨纸加入量为1.5-2.0kg;在压力筛净化前(压力筛进口处)加入助留助滤剂,其质量浓度为0.04%,吨纸用量0.4-0.6kg,然后再经过压力筛净化,之后将净化后的浆料输送到流浆箱进行纸浆抄造,同时控制上网质量浓度为1.0-1.5%,最后上网成型,所述上网成型阶段在纸张层与层之间进行步骤(2)制备的喷淋淀粉液的喷洒以促进纸张结合,步骤(2)制备的喷淋淀粉液的吨纸加入量为1.5-2.5kg;然后与面层复合,经压榨、干燥,制得所述白面纸管原纸。
(7)复卷、包装:
复卷时速控制在1200-1400m/min,定量控制在横幅差≤3.0%,水分控制7±0.5%,复卷端面整齐,纸面平整,最后包装制得成品。
原纸生产时,通过稳定车速,控制定量和水分,调整压榨部的压力,纸张具有较好的匀度和合适的水分。
经过对上述的制备方法制备的白面纸管原纸与同定量普通纸管原纸(与白面牛皮卡纸衬底层原料相同)主要检测指标对比,结果如表1所示:

表1中“样品1”和“样品2”为本申请所述制备方法制得的产品;
表1中“样品3”为同定量普通纸管原纸产品。
由表1可得:
白面纸管原纸的定量为360g/m2,横幅定量差≤3.0%,紧度为0.765±0.015g/cm3。所述白面纸管原纸可达到的性能如下:
成纸正面白度55±2度;
平滑度≥1.5s;
成纸吸水值(COBB法60s)正面100-200g/m2、反面150-300g/m2;
纵向环压指数≥10N.m/g;
层间结合强度220-350J/m2且剥离位置不发生在面层;
耐破强度为≥1.45kpa.m2/g;
成纸水分为7±0.5%。
从以上制得的产品主要技术指标可看出,产品正面白度、平滑度、层间结合检测要求、吸水值控制要求,都明显优于现有的普通纸管原纸。

Claims (10)
1.一种白面纸管原纸,其特征在于:白面纸管原纸定量为360g/m2,横向定量差≤3.0%,成纸正面白度55±2度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种白面纸管原纸,其特征在于:所述白面纸管原纸的紧度为0.765±0.015g/cm3。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种白面纸管原纸,其特征在于:所述白面纸管原纸的成纸吸水值(COBB法60s):正面100-200g/m2、反面150-300g/m2。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种白面纸管原纸,其特征在于:所述白面纸管原纸的层间结合强度220-350J/m2,平滑度≥1.5s。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种白面纸管原纸,其特征在于:所述白面纸管原纸的纵向环压指数≥10N.m/g,耐破强度≥1.45kpa.m2/g,成纸水分7±0.5%。
6.一种权利要求1-5任意一项所述白面纸管原纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:以一级办公废纸和二级办公废纸为原料制备面层;以国废COCC11#C、国废COCC11#以及国废宝塔管为原料制备衬底层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:面层的制备工艺包括:
(1)将一级办公废纸、二级办公废纸,按照一定比例投入水力碎浆机,碎浆质量浓度为3-3.5%,依次经过高浓除渣器和粗筛筛选净化,粗筛进浆质量浓度2.5-3.0%,进浆压力0.15-0.3MPa,压差0.05-0.09MPa;再通过精筛,精筛进浆质量浓度2.0-2.5%,进浆压力0.1-0.25MPa,压差0.02-0.04MPa,进行进一步筛选净化,随后筛选净化后的料浆通过多圆盘进行浓缩,多圆盘进浆质量浓度为1.5-3.0%,出口浓度为4.0-5.0%,经过多圆盘浓缩后的浆料再通过双盘磨进行磨浆,充分碎解,达到打浆度为43±1°SR的要求后即获得面浆,进入面浆叩后池,备用;
(2)上述步骤(1)获得的面浆通过浆泵进入抄前池,在抄前池加入松香胶酸性施胶剂,其质量浓度为0.3-0.5%,吨纸加入量为3-5kg,接着依次转入高位箱、冲浆泵、除砂器和压力筛,在高位箱添加硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝,硫酸铝质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量2.0-3.0kg,聚合氯化铝质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为5.0-8.0kg;进入冲浆泵时添加质量浓度为15-20%的浆内淀粉液,吨纸加入量为0.5-1.0kg;经除砂器后的浆料经过压力筛净化;在压力筛净化前(压力筛进口处)加入助留助滤剂,其质量浓度为0.04%,吨纸用量0.1-0.2kg,然后再经过压力筛净化,之后将净化后的浆料输送到流浆箱进行纸浆抄造,同时控制上网浓度为1.0-1.5%。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:衬底层的制备工艺包括:
(1)将国废COCC11#C、国废COCC11#以及国废宝塔管,按照一定比例投入碎浆机,碎浆质量浓度为3-3.5%,经过高浓除渣器和粗筛筛选净化,粗筛进浆质量浓度2.5-3.0%,进浆压力0.15-0.3MPa,压差0.05-0.09MPa;再通过精筛,精筛进浆质量浓度2.0-2.5%,进浆压力0.1-0.25MPa,压差0.02-0.04MPa,进行进一步筛选净化,随后筛选净化后的料浆通过多圆盘进行浓缩,多圆盘进浆质量浓度为1.5-2.7%,出口浓度为5.0-5.5%,白水浓度≤0.03%,经过多圆盘浓缩后的浆料再通过双盘磨进行磨浆,充分碎解,达到打浆度为40±1°SR的要求后即获得衬底浆,进入衬底浆叩后池,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的衬底浆通过浆泵进入混合池,在混合池加入造纸污泥和滑石粉液、膨润土液,造纸污泥为水处理生化污泥,污泥浓度为3-8%,吨纸加入量为10kg,滑石粉液质量浓度为28-32%,吨纸加入量为70-80kg,膨润土液质量浓度为3-3.5%,吨纸加入量为2-5kg;在混合池充分混和搅拌后,将混合后的浆料通过浆泵抽至抄前池,在抄前池加入松香胶酸性施胶剂,松香胶酸性施胶剂为阳离子松香胶原液,吨纸用量为2.0-4.0kg;接着依次转入高位箱、冲浆泵、压力筛,在高位箱添加硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝,硫酸铝质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量3.0-5.0kg,聚合氯化铝质量浓度为20%,吨纸加入量为8.0-15.0kg;进入冲浆泵时添加浆内淀粉液,浆内淀粉液浓度为15-20%,吨纸加入量为1.5-2.0kg;在压力筛净化前(压力筛进口处)加入助留助滤剂,其浓度为0.04%,吨纸用量0.4-0.6kg,然后再经过压力筛净化,之后将净化后的浆料输送到流浆箱进行纸浆抄造,同时控制上网浓度为1.0-1.5%,最后进行上网成型,所述上网成型阶段在纸张层与层之间进行喷淋淀粉液的喷洒以促进纸张结合,喷淋淀粉液质量浓度为质量浓度为18-23%,吨纸加入量为1.5-2.5kg;然后与面层复合,经过压榨、干燥,制得所述白面纸管原纸。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤为:
(1)浆内淀粉液制备:
向溶解罐加水并开动搅拌,随后向溶解罐中缓慢投入玉米原淀粉和结合剂,所添加的水、玉米原淀粉、结合剂的质量比为4:1:0.5,搅拌时间20分钟以上;过滤,制得浆内淀粉液;
(2)喷淋淀粉液制备:
向溶解罐加水并开动搅拌,向溶解罐中缓慢投入玉米原淀粉,所添加的水、玉米原淀粉的质量比为4:1,搅拌时间20分钟以上;过滤,制得喷淋淀粉液;
(3)滑石粉液制备:
向溶解罐加水并开动搅拌,向溶解罐中缓慢投入滑石粉,所添加的水、滑石粉的质量比为7:3,搅拌时间20分钟以上;过滤,制得滑石粉液;
(4)膨润土液制备:
向溶解罐加水并开动搅拌,向溶解罐中缓慢投入膨润土,所添加的水、膨润土的质量比为29:1,搅拌时间20分钟以上;过滤,制得膨润土液。
10.根据权利要求9所述白面纸管原纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:还包括复卷:
复卷时速控制在1200-1400m/min,定量控制在横幅差≤3.0%,水分控制7±0.5%,复卷端面整齐,纸面平整。
