Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗水性能好的瓦楞纸生产工艺,包括:(1)制浆:采用植物原材和瓦楞废纸制得造纸初浆;(2)调浆:在造纸初浆中加入第一防水剂,得到造纸浆料;(3)调胶:在淀粉混合溶液中加入第二防水剂,得到淀粉防水胶;(4)造纸:得到成品瓦楞纸;本发明采用植物原材和瓦楞废纸共同生产造纸浆料,减少资源的浪费,使得造纸生产更为节能环保,不仅提高了瓦楞纸内部的抗水性能,还提高了瓦楞纸表面的抗水性能,也增加了瓦楞纸表面的强度,使瓦楞纸具有纸张内部和纸张表面的双重抗水性能,进而使瓦楞纸的抗水性能大幅度提高。

技术领域
本发明属于瓦楞纸技术领域,具体是涉及到一种抗水性能好的瓦楞纸生产工艺。
背景技术
瓦楞纸是生产瓦楞纸板的重要组成材料之一。瓦楞纸要求纤维结合强度好,纸面平整,有较好的紧度和挺度,要求有一定的弹性,以保证制成的瓦楞纸箱具有防震和耐压能力,但在一些阴雨天气或者气候潮湿的环境下,瓦楞纸容易吸水而导致变软,从而导致瓦楞纸的表面应力降低,导致瓦楞纸在使用时很容易被撕裂或塌陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗水性能好的瓦楞纸生产工艺。
本发明的内容为一种抗水性能好的瓦楞纸生产工艺,该生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)制浆:将植物原材和瓦楞废纸依次送入对应的碎浆机进行碎浆处理,分别获得植物纤维原浆和废纸原浆,将植物纤维原浆和废纸原浆分别送入对应的高浓除渣器,除去植物纤维原浆和废纸原浆中的杂质,再将植物纤维原浆和废纸原浆分别送入对应的粗筛装置、精筛装置及除砂装置中进行粗筛、精筛及除砂处理,得到植物纤维初浆和废纸初浆,再将植物纤维初浆和废纸初浆混合均匀,植物纤维初浆和废纸初浆按重量比为1:2,得到造纸初浆;
(2)调浆:在步骤(1)中获得的造纸初浆中加入第一防水剂并搅拌均匀,造纸初浆与第一防水剂按重量比为1:1000,得到造纸浆料,其中,第一防水剂由述碳酸锆胺和烯基琥珀酐组成;
(3)调胶:在淀粉中加入去离子水并搅拌均匀,淀粉和去离子水的按重量比为1:1,得到淀粉水溶液,在淀粉水溶液中加入铁离子盐并搅拌均匀,淀粉水溶液与铁离子盐按重量比为1:10,得到淀粉混合溶液,在淀粉混合溶液中加入第二防水剂并搅拌均匀,淀粉混合溶液与第二防水剂按重量比为1:1,得到淀粉防水胶,其中,第二防水剂由聚乙烯醇、乙基纤维素及硬脂酸钠组成;
(4)造纸:将步骤(2)中获得造纸浆料送入到抄造池中进行抄纸处理,使造纸初浆内纤维和辅料沉积在网面上,形成均匀的湿纸页,再将形成的湿纸页进行烘干,得到半成品纸张,再用步骤(3)获得的淀粉防水胶对半成品纸张进行施胶,再将施胶后的半成品纸张再次进行烘干,得到成品瓦楞纸。
更进一步地,步骤(1)中采用的植物原材为针叶树木材、阔叶树木材、芦苇杆或竹子中任一种。
更进一步地,步骤(1)中在除去废纸原浆中的杂质后、对废纸原浆进行粗筛、精筛及除砂处理之前还包括:把除杂后的废纸原浆送至漂白池中,加入漂白粉与废纸原浆搅拌均匀,对废纸原浆进行漂白处理,其中,漂白粉由次氯酸钙和过碳酸钠组成。
更进一步地,步骤(1)中对植物原材和瓦楞废纸进行碎浆处理前还包括:先在植物原材和瓦楞废纸分别加入碱水溶液进行浸泡,以进行润胀处理,浸泡的温度为60℃~70℃,浸泡时间为30min-40min。
更进一步地,碱水溶液为氢氧化钠和碳酸钠的混合水溶液。
更进一步地,步骤(1)中的碎浆机为超声波碎浆机。
更进一步地,步骤(3)中在淀粉水溶液中加入铁离子盐之前还包括,对淀粉水溶液中进行加热,加热至55℃~60℃时,对淀粉水溶液进行搅拌,直至淀粉水溶液升温至80℃,以使淀粉糊化。
本发明的有益效果是,采用植物原材和瓦楞废纸共同生产造纸浆料,保证瓦楞废纸资源的回收利用,减少资源的浪费,使得造纸生产更为节能环保,在进行抄纸前,在造纸初浆内加入第一防水剂,提高瓦楞纸内部的抗水性,通过在淀粉中加入第二防水剂形成淀粉防水胶,采用淀粉防水胶对瓦楞纸表面施胶,从而提高了瓦楞纸表面的抗水性能,也增加了瓦楞纸表面的强度,使瓦楞纸具有纸张内部和纸张表面的双重抗水性能,进而使瓦楞纸的抗水性能大幅度提高。

本发明提供一种抗水性能好的瓦楞纸生产工艺,该生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)制浆:将植物原材和瓦楞废纸依次送入对应的碎浆机进行碎浆处理,分别获得植物纤维原浆和废纸原浆,将植物纤维原浆和废纸原浆分别送入对应的高浓除渣器,除去植物纤维原浆和废纸原浆中的杂质,再将植物纤维原浆和废纸原浆分别送入对应的粗筛装置、精筛装置及除砂装置中进行粗筛、精筛及除砂处理,得到植物纤维初浆和废纸初浆,再将植物纤维初浆和废纸初浆混合均匀,植物纤维初浆和废纸初浆按重量比为1:2,得到造纸初浆;其中,所采用的植物原材为针叶树木材、阔叶树木材、芦苇杆或竹子中任一种,也可以是针叶树木材、阔叶树木材、芦苇杆和竹子的混合物;碎浆机采用的为超声波碎浆机,碎浆效果更佳;在除去废纸原浆中的杂质后、对废纸原浆进行粗筛、精筛及除砂处理之前还包括:把除杂后的废纸原浆送至漂白池中,加入由次氯酸钙和过碳酸钠组成的漂白粉,并将漂白粉与废纸原浆搅拌均匀,对废纸原浆进行漂白处理,优选搅拌时间为10min;为了保证纤维的提取率,对植物原材和瓦楞废纸进行碎浆处理前还包括:先在植物原材和瓦楞废纸分别加入由氢氧化钠和碳酸钠的混合水溶液组成的碱水溶液进行浸泡,以进行润胀处理,优选浸泡的温度为60℃~70℃,浸泡时间为30min-40min。
(2)调浆:在步骤(1)中获得的造纸初浆中加入第一防水剂并搅拌均匀,造纸初浆与第一防水剂按重量比为1:1000,得到造纸浆料,其中,第一防水剂由述碳酸锆胺和烯基琥珀酐组成;本发明通过在造纸初浆内加入第一防水剂,以提高瓦楞纸本体的防水性能。
(3)调胶:在淀粉中加入去离子水并搅拌均匀,淀粉和去离子水的按重量比为1:1,得到淀粉水溶液,再对淀粉水溶液中进行加热,加热至55℃~60℃时,对淀粉水溶液进行搅拌,直至淀粉水溶液升温至80℃,以使淀粉糊化,在糊化后的淀粉水溶液中加入铁离子盐并搅拌均匀,糊化后的淀粉水溶液与铁离子盐按重量比为1:10,得到淀粉混合溶液,在淀粉混合溶液中加入第二防水剂并搅拌均匀,淀粉混合溶液与第二防水剂按重量比为1:1,得到淀粉防水胶,该淀粉防水胶用在施胶工序上,其中,第二防水剂由聚乙烯醇、乙基纤维素及硬脂酸钠组成;由于铁离子能够提高糊化后的淀粉的流变性,即能够提高糊化后的淀粉的渗透性,通过在糊化后的的淀粉水溶液中添加铁离子盐,可使掺杂在淀粉中的第二抗水剂的能够更好的渗透到玩楞纸张中去,从而达到防水的效果。
(4)造纸:将步骤(2)中获得造纸浆料送入到抄造池中进行抄纸处理,使造纸初浆内纤维和辅料沉积在网面上,形成均匀的湿纸页,再将形成的湿纸页进行烘干,得到半成品纸张,再用步骤(3)获得的淀粉防水胶对半成品纸张进行施胶,再将施胶后的半成品纸张再次进行烘干,得到成品瓦楞纸。
本发明提供的抗水性能好的瓦楞纸生产工艺,采用植物原材和瓦楞废纸共同生产造纸浆料,保证瓦楞废纸资源的回收利用,减少资源的浪费,使得造纸生产更为节能环保,在进行抄纸前,在造纸初浆内加入第一防水剂,提高瓦楞纸内部的抗水性,通过在淀粉中加入第二防水剂形成淀粉防水胶,采用淀粉防水胶对瓦楞纸表面施胶,从而提高了瓦楞纸表面的抗水性能,也增加了瓦楞纸表面的强度,使瓦楞纸具有纸张内部和纸张表面的双重抗水性能,进而使瓦楞纸的抗水性能大幅度提高。

1.一种抗水性能好的瓦楞纸生产工艺,其特征是,该生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)制浆:将植物原材和瓦楞废纸依次送入对应的碎浆机进行碎浆处理,分别获得植物纤维原浆和废纸原浆,将植物纤维原浆和废纸原浆分别送入对应的高浓除渣器,除去植物纤维原浆和废纸原浆中的杂质,再将植物纤维原浆和废纸原浆分别送入对应的粗筛装置、精筛装置及除砂装置中进行粗筛、精筛及除砂处理,得到植物纤维初浆和废纸初浆,再将植物纤维初浆和废纸初浆混合均匀,植物纤维初浆和废纸初浆按重量比为1:2,得到造纸初浆;
(2)调浆:在步骤(1)中获得的造纸初浆中加入第一防水剂并搅拌均匀,造纸初浆与第一防水剂按重量比为1:1000,得到造纸浆料,其中,所述第一防水剂由述碳酸锆胺和烯基琥珀酐组成;
(3)调胶:在淀粉中加入去离子水并搅拌均匀,淀粉和去离子水的按重量比为1:1,得到淀粉水溶液,在淀粉水溶液中加入铁离子盐并搅拌均匀,淀粉水溶液与铁离子盐按重量比为1:10,得到淀粉混合溶液,在淀粉混合溶液中加入第二防水剂并搅拌均匀,淀粉混合溶液与第二防水剂按重量比为1:1,得到淀粉防水胶,其中,所述第二防水剂由聚乙烯醇、乙基纤维素及硬脂酸钠组成;
(4)造纸:将步骤(2)中获得造纸浆料送入到抄造池中进行抄纸处理,使造纸初浆内纤维和辅料沉积在网面上,形成均匀的湿纸页,再将形成的湿纸页进行烘干,得到半成品纸张,再用步骤(3)获得的淀粉防水胶对半成品纸张进行施胶,再将施胶后的半成品纸张再次进行烘干,得到成品瓦楞纸。
