Claims (7)
- 헴프파이버를 섬유장 38~40㎜로 커팅한 후 전처리욕에서 침지한 후, 탈수 및 건조하는 헴프파이버의 준비공정;
상기 헴프파이버와 별도로 준비한 섬유장 38~40㎜의 텐셀파이버를 혼합하여 개섬하는 혼타면공정;
상기 개섬된 헴프파이버와 텐셀파이버를 카딩머신으로 공급, 카딩하여 혼합된 슬라이버를 제조하는 소면공정;
상기 혼합된 소면슬라이버를 연조기에 공급하여 드래프트하여 직선화하는 연조공정;
상기 연조된 연조슬라이버를 무라타보텍스방적기로 공급하여 드래프트롤러로 이루어진 드래프트부를 통과시켜 연신한 후,
노즐구경 1.0~1.6㎜인 세라믹 노즐을 이용하여 에어압력 0.50~0.60mpa, 송출속도 300~450m/분으로 방적사를 형성하는 정방공정; 및
권취공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헴프함유 에어젯트 혼합방적사의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 헴프파이버의 준비공정은 헴프파이버를 셀룰라아제 2~5중량% 및 실리콘계유연제 1~2중량%를 함유하는 50~60℃의 전처리욕에서 20~40분간 침지한 후, 탈수 및 170~200℃에서 60~80분간 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헴프함유 에어젯트 혼합방적사의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 헴프파이버는 파이버섬도 2.8~3.0dpf, 강도 6.0~6.5g/d, 신도 2.5~3.5%이며, 텐셀파이버는 파이버섬도 0.81~1.26dpf, 강도 2.6~3.1g/d, 신도 11~16%이고, 전체 방적사에서 헴프파이버의 구성비가 20~80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 헴프함유 에어젯트 혼합방적사의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 연조기의 드래프트부는 4선식 드래프트부로서 롤러게이지가 45~47×45~47×50~52(㎜)이며, 백드래프트1.2~1.7 , 인터드래프트(Inter Draft) 1.0~1.3, 토탈드래프트 6~8인 것을 특징으로 하는 헴프함유 에어젯트 혼합방적사의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 무라타보텍스방적기의 드래프트부는 4선식 드래프트부로서 롤러게이지가 49×39~47×39~45(㎜)이며, 백드래프트 2.5~3.0, 인터드래프트(Inter Draft) 1.8~2.2, 메인드래프트 20~45, 토탈드래프트 130~260인 것을 특징으로 하는 헴프함유 에어젯트 혼합방적사의 제조방법. - 헴프파이버와 텐셀파이버가 혼합되고 방적사진행방향으로 파이버가 나열된 코어부와 코어부의 외주를 일부파이버가 감싸는 형상으로 이루어지고 섬도 16~30수, 강력 300~700cN, 신도 3~5%, 균제도(CV) 15~26%인 것을 특징으로 하는 헴프함유 에어젯트 혼합방적사.
