背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越注重健康与保健,但是现代都市生活,汽车尾气,工厂排放等等问题导致空气质量不佳,据统计近年来呼吸道疾病发病率较之前显著增加,人们急需一种能够润肺清热预防和辅助治疗呼吸道疾病的食疗保健品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够预防和辅助治疗呼吸道疾病的润肺益气碗粥。
本发明所要解决的另一个技术问题是提供一种润肺益气碗粥的制备方法,该方法步骤简单,生产周期短。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种润肺益气碗粥,各组分比例按其所占质量百分比为,银耳0.5~1.5%、莲子0.5~1%、桂圆0.4~1.2%、酥梨5~10%、红枣0.5~1.0%、枸杞0.5~1.0%、花生0.5~1.0%、糯米3~5%、白砂糖0.2~0.8%、山梨酸钾0.08~0.12%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.008~0.012%,其余为水。
为解决上述另一个技术问题,本发明提供了一种润肺益气碗粥的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲子、桂圆去壳,红枣去核,淘洗干净,在沸水中煮制10min,取出沥水备用;
(2)将酥梨去皮,切成1cm×1cm×1cm的梨块,在沸水中煮制2min,取出沥水备用;
(3)将银耳、枸杞、花生、糯米淘洗干净并混合均匀,然后在沸水中煮制10min,取出沥水备用;
(4)将白砂糖、山梨酸钾、乙二胺四乙酸二钠置于高速混料搅拌缸中加水溶解得到混合液,然后在混合液中依次加入步骤(1)~(3)中得到的莲子、桂圆、红枣、酥梨、银耳、枸杞、花生、糯米得到混合料,然后灌装入容器中;
(5)将灌装至容器的混合料移至高温高压杀菌釜中进行灭菌处理,灭菌完成后进行加盖封装即可。

桂圆:味甘,性温;归心、脾经。有开胃、养血益脾、补心安神、补虚长智之功效。
红枣:味甘,性温、归脾胃经。有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能。
梨:味甘、微酸,性凉,归肺、胃经。具有生津、润燥、清热、化痰,解酒的作用。
银耳:味甘、淡,性平、无毒。既有补脾开胃的功效,又有益气清肠、滋阴润肺的作用。
枸杞:味甘、平,归肝、肾经,滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目。治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精。
花生:味甘、温,归脾、肺经。润肺、和胃、补中益气。治燥咳,反胃。
糯米:味甘、温,归脾、胃、肺经。补中益气,治消渴溲多,自汗,便泄。

一种润肺益气碗粥,各组分比例按其所占质量百分比为:银耳0.5%、莲子0.5%、桂圆0.4%、酥梨5%、红枣0.5%、枸杞0.5%、花生0.5%、糯米3%、白砂糖0.2%、山梨酸钾0.08%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.008%,其余为水。
上述润肺益气碗粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲子、桂圆去壳,红枣去核,淘洗干净,在沸水中煮制10min,取出沥水备用;
(2)将酥梨去皮,切成1cm×1cm×1cm的梨块,在沸水中煮制2min,取出沥水备用;
(3)将银耳、枸杞、花生、糯米淘洗干净并混合均匀,然后在沸水中煮制10min,取出沥水备用;

一种润肺益气碗粥,各组分比例按其所占质量百分比为:银耳1%、莲子0.75%、桂圆0.8%、酥梨7.5%、红枣0.75%、枸杞0.75%、花生0.75%、糯米4%、白砂糖0.5%、山梨酸钾0.1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01%,其余为水。
上述润肺益气碗粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲子、桂圆去壳,红枣去核,淘洗干净,在沸水中煮制10min,取出沥水备用;
(2)将酥梨去皮,切成1cm×1cm×1cm的梨块,在沸水中煮制2min,取出沥水备用;

一种润肺益气碗粥,各组分比例按其所占质量百分比为:银耳1.5%、莲子1%、桂圆1.2%、酥梨10%、红枣1.0%、枸杞1.0%、花生1.0%、糯米5%、白砂糖0.8%、山梨酸钾0.12%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.012%,其余为水。
上述润肺益气碗粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲子、桂圆去壳,红枣去核,淘洗干净,在沸水中煮制10min,取出沥水备用;
(2)将酥梨去皮,切成1cm×1cm×1cm的梨块,在沸水中煮制2min,取出沥水备用;
(3)将银耳、枸杞、花生、糯米淘洗干净并混合均匀,然后在沸水中煮制10min,取出沥水备用;

为进一步体现本发明的效果,现通过评价试验进行说明:
实验一:
应招100名有呼吸道疾病病史的60岁以上的老年人,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50人,且每组中男女比例大体一致。
实验组每天早上服用本发明实施例二所提供的润肺益气碗粥300g,对照组每天早上服用等量的白米粥作为空白对照,实验持续6个月,统计6个月内参与实验的老人呼吸道疾病的发病情况情况,记录结果见表1;

由上述数据可以看出,服用本发明所提供的润肺益气碗粥的实验组老人相比没有服用的对照组老人,呼吸道疾病复发几率有明显下降,而且下降幅度达50%。
实验二:
应招100名40-50岁的平日缺乏锻炼存在亚健康问题的中年上班族,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50人,且每组中男女比例大体一致。
对实验组和对照组的组员进行一次男子1000米跑、女子800米跑的体能测试,计算每组中男、女成员的平均成绩,然后实验组每天早上服用本发明实施例二所提供的润肺益气碗粥300g,对照组每天早上服用等量的白米粥作为空白对照,持续两个月后,再进行一次男子1000米跑、女子800米跑的体能测试,计算每组中男、女成员的平均成绩,测试结果见表2;

由上述数据可以看出,服用本发明所提供的润肺益气碗粥的实验组男性成员平均成绩提高了15s,没有服用的对照组男性成员平均成绩提高了1s(视为实验系统误差并非白米粥产生的效果),服用本发明所提供的润肺益气碗粥的实验组女性成员,平均成绩提高了19s,没有服用的对照组女性成员,平均成绩无变化。由于长跑项目对对呼吸系统有很大的运动强度,优化呼吸系统功能对长跑项目有可见的成效,由此可见本发明所述的润肺益气碗粥可以润肺补气、提升体能、强健体魄。
Claims (4)
1.一种润肺益气碗粥,其特征在于:各组分比例按其所占质量百分比为,银耳0.5~1.5%、莲子0.5~1%、桂圆0.4~1.2%、酥梨5~10%、红枣0.5~1.0%、枸杞0.5~1.0%、花生0.5~1.0%、糯米3~5%、白砂糖0.2~0.8%、山梨酸钾0.08~0.12%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.008~0.012%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种润肺益气碗粥,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲子、桂圆去壳,红枣去核,淘洗干净,在沸水中煮制10min,取出沥水备用;
(2)将酥梨去皮,切成1cm×1cm×1cm的梨块,在沸水中煮制2min,取出沥水备用;
(3)将银耳、枸杞、花生、糯米淘洗干净并混合均匀,然后在沸水中煮制10min,取出沥水备用;
(4)将白砂糖、山梨酸钾、乙二胺四乙酸二钠置于高速混料搅拌缸中加水溶解得到混合液,然后在混合液中依次加入步骤(1)~(3)中得到的莲子、桂圆、红枣、酥梨、银耳、枸杞、花生、糯米得到混合料,然后灌装入容器中;
(5)将灌装至容器的混合料移至高温高压杀菌釜中进行灭菌处理,灭菌完成后进行加盖封装即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种润肺益气碗粥的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(4)灌装步骤前,将混合料加热并保持温度在60~70℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种润肺益气碗粥的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(5)中高温高压杀菌釜的温度为121℃,压力为0.20MPa,杀菌时间为50~60min。
