本发明是关于一种桂花甜品粥及其制备方法,属于食品中养生粥的技术领域。
背景技术
甜品粥,是把甜品的特点与养生粥的特点结合起来,既可作为饭后甜点,又能作为主食食用。是在中药的治疗与米粥健脾补中气的食疗有机地结合起来的基础上,丰富了口感上的要求,既寓药于粥,可做为食补,又满足了口感味觉上的要求和享受。具有有祛病而不伤正气、滋补养颜等特点。
在工作压力之下,现代人胃部不适已成通病,每逢吃饭时,没胃口、没食欲成了许多人的口头禅,而帮助消化、增加胃动力的各种药物更是在电视广告中大行其道。其实,有一样健胃食品是最绿色也最没有副作用的,那就是小米。小米亦称粟米,古代叫禾。是谷子去壳后的产物,因其粒小,直径约1毫米左右,因此得名。《本草纲目》说,小米“治反胃热痢,煮粥食,益丹田,补虚损,开肠胃。小米粥是健康食品。可单独煮熬,亦可添加大枣、红豆、红薯、莲子、百合等,熬成风味各异的营养品。小米磨成粉,可制糕点,美味可口。小米的芽和麦芽一样,含有大量酶,是一味中药,有健胃消食的作用。小米粥有安神之效。
桂花有“仙树”、“月桂”、“花中月老”之称,以花、果实及根入药,性味甘,性温,开胃,理气,化痰宽胸,芳香辟秽除臭,解毒,适用于口臭、风火、胃热牙痛,咳嗽痰多,闭经腹痛。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种桂花味且原料丰富的甜品粥。
本发明的技术方案下:一种桂花甜品粥,其是由下述重量份的原料制成:粳米50-60、桂花20-30、大麦粉15-20、小米25-30、红枣10-15、紫薯20-25、玉米15-20、银耳10-15、山药15-18、核桃仁12-15、桂圆10-14、花生12-14、板栗14-18、莲子8-12、百合16-20、绿豆20-24、椰果15-20、芝麻8-12、枸杞10-12、奶油8-10、蜂蜜6-8、白糖4-6、助剂6-8,水800-1200。
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料组成:薏米粉6-8、丁香2-3、甘草3-4、党参2-4、丁葵草1-3、绿茶粉5-6;制备方法是将除薏米粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与薏米粉混合即得。
一种桂花甜品粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在锅中放入足量的清水,将粳米、小米、玉米、绿豆混合,放入锅中大火煮开,放入三分之二的大麦粉搅拌均匀,再加入红枣、桂圆、花生、莲子、芝麻、枸杞、银耳等原料小火慢炖1个小时;
(2)将板栗去壳取出果肉,紫薯、山药洗净后去皮,切成花生米大小的小块,混和百合、椰果、核桃仁、板栗肉,并加入奶油、蜂蜜、绿茶粉、菱角粉、适量的水,混合成糊状,蒸熟后烘干成饼状,取出切成小块;
(3)打开(1)所述的锅,加入助剂、(1)所述的小块状混合材料,轻轻搅拌后大火烧开,并焖15-20分钟;
(4)将桂花洗净泡软,放入(3)所述的锅中,搅拌均匀后小火煮3-5分钟,熄火后再加适量白糖调味即可。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明的食材除小米和桂花外,还添加有紫薯、百合等多种食材,以及甘草、党参等中药,使得本发明具有健脾益胃、补气益血、和中益肾、除热解毒、益智健脑、滋阴润肺、消食解暑等优点;且色香味俱全,既可当主食也可作为零食,适合喜欢甜食的人在多种场合下食用。
