黑米是一种药、食兼用的大米,米质佳。黑米含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、B族维生素、维生素E、钙、磷、钾、镁、铁、锌等营养元素,营养丰富;具有清除自由基、改善缺铁性贫血、抗应激反应以及免疫调节等多种生理功能。中药认为,多食黑米具有开胃益中,健脾暖肝,明目活血,滑涩补精之功,对于少年白发,妇女产后虚弱,病后体虚以及贫血,肾虚均有很好的补养作用。
莱菔子,别名萝卜子、萝白子、菜头子;功能主治: 消食除胀,降气化痰。用于饮食停滞、脘腹胀痛、大便秘结、积滞泻痢、痰壅喘咳。入脾、胃、肺经,能消食除胀,功效显著,有“冲墙倒壁”之称。

本发明的主要目的是提供一种以黑米为主要原料,同时添加多种有益食材的黑米保健粥。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种黑米保健粥,由以下重量份的原料制成:黑米40-50、百合20-25、红枣10-15、天麻12-15、银耳15-18、黑芝麻16-20、黑豆25-30、核桃仁20-25、荞麦25-30、莲子12-14、红豆22-25、花生18-24、桂花8-12、冰糖10-12、红糖8-10、助剂4-6、水500-1000;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:莱菔子3-5、人参1-3、连翘1-2、陈皮2-4、茯苓2-3、神曲3-4;所述助剂的制备方法是将各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液即可。
一种黑米保健粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)黑米洗净,用冷水浸泡12小时,红豆、黑豆浸泡1个小时,荞麦、莲子、红枣洗净,沥干水分后备用;
(2)在锅中放入足量清水,将浸泡后的黑米、红豆、黑豆倒入锅中,加入荞麦、莲子、红枣、红糖,大火煮沸后小火慢煮一个小时;
(3)天麻、银耳洗净后泡软,放入(2)所述的锅中,并加入冰糖和洗净后的花生、百合、核桃仁,搅拌后小火煮开;
(4)打开(3)所述的锅,加入助剂,边煮边搅拌,直至粥质粘软;加入洗净的桂花,搅拌后煮3-5分钟,熄火后15-20分钟即可。

2.根据权利要求1所述的黑米保健粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
